Update GRAND RAPIDS (WZZM) – Grand Rapids police say they have arrested five people for their roles in an assault captured on a cell phone video July 28. The Kent County Prosecutor’s Office has authorized charges of Assault with Intent to do Great Bodily Harm less than Murder for four juveniles and a 17 year old.

Assault with Intent to do Great Bodily Harm less than Murder has a maximum penalty of 10 years in prison and a $5,000 fine. Grand Rapids Police say the investigation is still going on, and wants to thank the public for assistance in providing leads in the case.

Most readers here are familiar with the set-up; Marilyn Mosby and Angela Corey followed the same plan. Unfortunately most of those who rely on the MSM will be unaware the extent of the prosecutor railroading.

This new motion by the defense reveals a few new aspects: 
#1) The prosecutor in charge of the case, Janice Bledsoe (also partner of WBAL-TV reporter) was the defense attorney for Freddie Gray in a prior case. 
#2) Bledsoe told police in this case, not to investigate the evidence that Gray ‘intentionally injured himself’. 
#3) Bledsoe also did not tell the Medical Examiner, that witness Donta Allen heard Gray trying to injure himself.  
BALTIMORE – The police detectives who investigated the death of Freddie Gray were told that he had a history of participating in “crash-for-cash” schemes — injuring himself in law enforcement settings to collect settlements — but were advised by a state prosecutor not to pursue the information, according to defense attorneys for the six officers charged in Gray’s arrest and death. Regardless of whether you support or hate Donald Trump, the transparency of the Fox agenda was brutally evident from the outset. Even Instapundit, who is not the least bit friendly toward the Trump campaign, noted:

I was particularly disappointed with the ridiculous “gotcha!” questions posed by Megyn Kelly and Chris Wallace. Can Fox News please focus on the issues and not try to play favorites.

The opening question, the insufferable “will you make a pledge” question, was specifically targeted to put Donald Trump on the outside.

The Clintonian parseltongue continues.   First she said “there was never anything classified on her private email server”.  Then she said there was never anything “classified at the time” it was on her email server. Now she claims there was never anything with “classified written on it”, at the time it was on her private email server.
The Clinton’s could debate the verbiage on a stop sign. 
(Via New York Post) The FBI investigation into former Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton’s unsecured e-mail account is not just a fact-finding venture — it’s a criminal probe, sources told The Post on Wednesday.
The feds are investigating to what extent Clinton relied on her home server and other private devices to send and store classified documents, according to a federal source with knowledge of the inquiry.

Well this adds a new twist to the Democrat platform of transparency.  For ObamaCare congress was told “you have to pass the bill to find out what is in the bill”.
Now, however, it appears the Democrat position has evolved. 
For Iran: ‘you have to approve the Iranian Nuclear Deal, and you’ll never find out what’s in the deal you are approving’.  
WASHINGTON DC – The only Obama administration official to view confidential “side deals” between Iran and the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) admitted Wednesday she and her team have only seen rough drafts.
“I didn’t see the final documents. I saw the provisional documents, as did my experts,” said Wendy Sherman, a lead U.S. negotiator for the deal, said Wednesday at a Senate Banking Committee hearing.
Sherman, under secretary of State for political affairs, said she was only allowed to see the confidential deals “in the middle of the negotiation” when the IAEA “wanted to go over with some of our experts the technical details.” (more…)

This limo-liberal argument is often seen from Democrats and progressives who consider Latino’s to be worthy of only menial labor jobs.  Progressives are racist at their core – and it was highly visible during the Mitt Romney campaign in 2012; unfortunately, no-one in the Romney Camp was skilled enough to draw out the contrast…

(The Hill) Kelly Osbourne found herself on the receiving end of a deluge of condemnation Tuesday after she made a racially charged comment about Hispanics while attempting to slam Donald Trump for his own racially charged comments about Hispanics.

The former “Fashion Police” host and current “Project Runway Junior” judge was guest co-hosting “The View” on Tuesday morning when she called out the 2016 Republican presidential candidate for his claim that he would win the Hispanic vote despite his controversial remarks on immigration. (more…)

Breitbart has a brief outline of Nation of Islam’s head, Louis Farrakhan, speech in Miami last week.  He called for “10,000 fearless men” to “rise up and kill those who kill us; stalk them and kill them and let them feel the pain of death that we are feeling!”

“I’m looking for 10,000 in the midst of a million. Ten thousand fearless men who say death is sweeter than continued life under tyranny. Death is sweeter than continuing to live and bury our children while the white folks give our killers hamburgers. Death is sweeter than watching us slaughter each other to the joy of a 400-year-old enemy.

Death is sweeter. The Quran teaches persecution is worse than slaughter. Then it says retaliation is prescribed in matters of the slain. Retaliation is a prescription from God to calm the breasts of those whose children have been slain.
