Judge in Rittenhouse Trial Admonishes Malicious Prosecution For Ignoring Pretrial Rulings on Evidence

Kenosha County Judge Bruce Schroeder was very frustrated by the prosecution in the case against Kyle Rittenhouse today. The defendant took the stand in his own defense after the prosecution clearly failed to present their case. Even the prosecution’s own witnesses affirmed the accused was acting in self-defense.

A desperate prosecution appears to prefer a mistrial in lieu of a most likely acquittal, by attempting today to introduce evidence against the accused. Judge Schroeder was furious at the prosecution for refusing to adhere to pretrial rulings.

There have been many people wondering why Kyle Rittenhouse would want to take the stand in his own defense given the weakness of the prosecution case. However, for those who remember the trial of George Zimmerman, the motive of Rittenhouse is not that difficult to see.

The case against George Zimmerman was just as weak and politically motivated as the case against Rittenhouse. Zimmerman was acquitted by the jury quickly, in part because a self-defense case was so clear and in part because the prosecution case was maliciously constructed and fraught with lies.

Like Zimmerman, the Rittenhouse case was similarly constructed for media and political use.  It is a political trial with no basis in truth to the pretrial narrative.

Florida Governor Ron DeSantis Discusses State Efforts To Block Biden’s Distribution of Criminal Illegal Aliens into Florida

During a speech in Jacksonville earlier today, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis discussed some of the potential state actions that can be taken to block the distribution of illegal aliens into the state.

Joe Biden has been sending covert flights of illegal alien border crossers into Florida in the late night hours.  Governor DeSantis is now looking at punitive damages, or state level punishment, against the private sector contractors who are facilitating the transport.  Additionally, DeSantis noted one potential solution would be for Florida state law enforcement to put the illegal aliens onto chartered buses and sending them to Joe Biden’s home state of Delaware.

NJ Senate President Steve Sweeney Officially Concedes Defeat to Republican Truck Driver Edward Durr

“I of course accept the results. I want to congratulate Mr. Durr and wish him the best of luck,” Steve Sweeney said during a speech at the statehouse complex Wednesday. “It was a red wave” that took him out of office, he said.

Steve Sweeney has served as New Jersey Senate President since 2010, and was responsible for walking Democrat Governor Phil Murphy’s radical progressive agenda and totalitarian COVID rules through the Legislature.  However, the district voters had enough, dispatched him and replaced him with a truck driver who spent a little more than $2,300 bucks in the contest.

Flashback, Joe Biden Says He Understands Unchecked Inflation Would Pose a Real Danger to U.S. Economy

On Monday July 19, 2021, the White House occupant declared that inflation was temporary and would be “transitional”.  Current economists now refute that claim, as inflation continues to escalate at an alarming pace.   In July Joe Biden said (transcript):

“Now, I want to be clear: My administration understands that if we were to ever experience unchecked inflation over the long term that would pose real challenges to our economy. So while we’re confident that isn’t what we are seeing today, we’re going to remain vigilant about any response that is needed.”

Joe Biden was asked a follow-up question after his remarks:

Q Yes, thank you, Mr. President. At what point would you consider inflation unchecked to a point at which you would either consider taking action or you would want to see the Fed take action?

To wit Joe Biden responded:

THE PRESIDENT: “Yeah. There’s nobody suggesting there’s unchecked inflation on the way — no serious economist. That’s totally different”. (link)

Consumer Inflation in October Doubled From September – 6.2 Percent Inflation Year Over Year – Real Wages Dropped 1.2 Percent For Year

Yesterday, data on the wholesale “Producer Prices” was released showing an 8.6 percent increase in prices for final demand products {DATA HERE}.  That is the increase in cost within the system of bringing products to market.

Today, the “Consumer Price” data was released showing a massive 6.2 percent increase in prices {DATA HERE} for goods that are currently available for sale.  The overall rate of inflation is now 6.2% year-over-year.

When you overlay inflation atop wage growth, the Bureau of Labor and Statistics (BLS) report now shows a decrease in “real wages” of 1.6 percent {DATA HERE}, which is the increase in weekly pay minus the additional costs to buy stuff.   The working class is losing ground rapidly.   Things are ugly and they are fixin’ to get uglier.

Before getting to the part where we can explain exactly how much more we can predict to pay for current products in 90 days (yes, that approximation is possible), first lets look at the actual data on the current inflation rate for products we are buying today.  [Table 2] is the easiest reference for category specific review.

Overall, the prices for groceries (food at home) went up 1.1% in October and 5.4% for the year.   However, several products in the supermarket have jumped massively. Beef jumped 1.9% for the month and is 20.1% higher overall.  Bacon went up 2.1% for the month and is now 20.2% higher for the year.  All processed foods increased at a rate about four times higher than fresh unprocessed foods.

Fuel oil went up 12.3% in October and is now 59.1% higher for the year.  Unleaded regular gasoline went up 3.9% in October and is now 51.3% higher for the year. Piped natural gas went up 6.3% for the month and is now 28.1% higher for the year.  Used vehicles are now 26% higher than last year, and new cars went up roughly 10%.  You can scroll down Table-2 to see each category (second and third columns show year and monthly increases).  It’s unnerving to see the scale of inflation while knowing it will get worse.

Treasury Department Nominee Says Biden Administration Purposefully Wants to Bankrupt Oil, Coal and Gas Companies

Against catastrophic outcomes, we have been pointing out how the people within the Biden administration are not incompetent; they know exactly what they are doing, and they are destroying the U.S. economic system on purpose.  All of their economic damage is by design, it’s a feature – not a flaw.

An example today is so demonstrative of that point, it’s almost a parody. Joe Biden’s nominee for the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), a branch of the Treasury Department that polices some 1,125 banks, is a communist ideologue named Saule Omarova. She is directly from communist central casting and literally from Kazakhstan in the former Soviet Union. Ms. Omarova graduated from Moscow State University in 1991, and Joe Biden nominated her for the OCC job in September.

Today, Ms. Omarova is caught on tape saying it is the intent of the Biden administration to use the treasury department to bankrupt oil, coal and natural gas companies. This is what happens often with avowed ideologues; they are so focused on their mission to destroy the U.S., they often just say the stuff out loud. WATCH:

.

The FIRST STEP in defending against this onslaught is to stop excusing it by saying they don’t know what they are doing, or any version of the incompetency argument. They know exactly what they are doing.

Producer Prices Rose 8.6 Percent in October, Massive Inflation Continues With No Signs of Slowing Down

This might be somewhat preaching to the choir, but it’s the only way I know to help Treepers prepare their families according to very visible economic signals happening just over the horizon. Back in August, when we discussed the massive inflation that was climbing straight up, I warned everyone to look behind the finished good prices, into the prices of origination and intermediate goods. {Go Deep}

The “producer price index” is essentially the tracking of wholesale prices at three stages: Origination (commodity), Intermediate and Final. The final product inflation rate in July (reported in August) was alarming at 7.8%. However, we warned of much higher flowing into the supply chain.

Today, The Bureau of Labor and Statistics (BLS) released stunning price data for October [DATA Here], showing a dramatic 8.6% price increase in Final Demand products at the wholesale level.  As expected prices are still going up, and there’s no end in sight, because the raw material inflation is still higher than current.

[BLS] “The Producer Price Index for final demand increased 0.6 percent in October, seasonally adjusted, the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics reported today. Final demand prices moved up 0.5 percent in September and 0.7 percent in August. (See table A.) On an unadjusted basis, the final demand index rose 8.6 percent for the 12 months ended in October.”  (more)

I modified Table A (final demand product pricing) taking out some of the noise to make it a little easier to see the big picture of what is happening.

When you see the wholesale level of prices almost double the increase in consumer level inflation rate, you can predict that consumer prices will likely go even higher.  Future finished goods at a retail level will carry the current wholesale price increase.

Stuff costs a lot now… and because the inbound stuff to make the finished goods is still climbing in price…. stuff is about to cost even more.   You can see this in the inflation rate of intermediate goods which I have highlighted below.

Transportation Secretary – Forget Gas Prices and Supply Chain Chaos, Bridges and Roads are Racist

Last week in an event to promote ‘environmental justice‘, Kamala Harris emphasized the priorities of the Biden administration when she held an event to highlight how trees are racist.  This week Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg wanted to promote ‘construction and logistic equity‘ while emphasizing the priorities of the Biden administration, so Buttigieg declared that roads and bridges are racist. Vaccine Makers Now Studying Why Vaccine Is Causing Heart Problems

The Wall Street Journal is reporting that vaccine makers and U.S. healthcare officials are now attempting to find out why the mRNA vaccines are creating adverse events and heart conditions in healthy people.   Call me crazy, but studying dangerous side-effects would seem to be a more prudent line of inquiry before injecting people, not after.

Wall Street Journal – […] Researchers aren’t certain why the messenger RNA vaccines, one from Pfizer Inc. and partner BioNTech, and the other from Moderna Inc., are likely causing the inflammatory heart conditions myocarditis and pericarditis in a small number of cases.

Some theories center on the type of spike protein that a person makes in response to the mRNA vaccines. The mRNA itself or other components of the vaccines, researchers say, could also be setting off certain inflammatory responses in some people.  One new theory under examination: improper injections of the vaccine directly into a vein, which sends the vaccine to heart muscle.

Senator Rick Scott Says He Will Support Lisa Murkowski Reelection and Hopes to Work With Democrats in A Republican Majority Senate

Florida Senator Rick Scott appears on Meet the Press with the insufferable Chuck Todd, to answer the DNC questions posed by the toad.   You don’t need to put yourself through the strain of the entire ‘gotcha’-framed Q& A; however, in the first three minutes Senator Scott proclaims he will work and fund the re-election campaign of notorious DeceptiCon Lisa Murkowski.

Senator Scott is in charge of the National Senatorial Republican Committee (NRSC), the organization that collects the donations from the Wall Street machinery.  As a consequence, the NRSC will fund Lisa Murkowski’s reelection campaign despite the base of the party wanting to get rid of her.  WATCH:
