U.S. District Judge Richard J Leon ruled today that Fusion-GPS must turn over their banking records as required under the existing congressional subpoena.
Fusion GPS had sought an injunction from the federal court blocking the U.S. House Intelligence Committee from forcing them to provide banking records related to their 2016 opposition research work on Russia related matters.

In a 26-page-ruling (full pdf below) Judge Leon rebuked each of the Fusion GPS reasons for the injunction and ruled the subpoena from the congressional committee was appropriate, proper and lawful.
This is critical and presents a joint approach toward the entire scheme.  At the same time the Judicial Committees are focusing on the DOJ and FBI and how they used the FISA court, the House Intel Committee is focusing on the underlying documents, research and evidence behind the manipulated FISA warrant.  Splendid.

President Trump landed on the South Lawn after spending most of Saturday and Sunday in Camp David with Vice-President Pence and several key cabinet officials.
A confident, assertive and empowered President Trump walks to the media pool to answer questions.  The first (inaudible) question was about Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s team illegally retrieving Trump transition team emails and communications on the transition.

Earlier this morning President Trump stopped on the South Lawn prior to getting on Marine-One headed to Camp David.
President Trump is completely on stride now.  The final tax reform product is not quite as good as he originally hoped, but the underlying business side has all the essential elements needed to fuel GDP well beyond 4%.   Titan POTUS is deep in his comfort zone right now, and has gamed out his targeted economic objectives.  Bigly.

If congress screws this vote up now, you can easily expect President Trump to tear the dome of the Capitol Building, personally.  1.) Pass the tax bill. 2.) Exit nafta  3.) Leverage more manufacturing company returns.  4.) Investment chases opportunity.
Lastly, watch the stock market continue increasing because actual profits, not paper shuffling, will reflect the stunning engine of U.S.A Main Street roaring back to life.

Yesterday President Trump met with all prior leadership of the Secret Service in the Oval Office. Today President Trump heads to FBI HQ to give them attaboys. Tonight President Trump heads to Camp David for the weekend.
President Trump paused on the South Lawn for an impromptu presser while headed to Marine-One, prior to his departure to the FBI HQ at Quantico Virginia, to talk to the media pool.  Strong comments about FBI’s prior leadership. Video and Transcript:

[Transcript] THE PRESIDENT: Well, it’s a shame what’s happened with the FBI. But we’re going to rebuild the FBI. It will be bigger and better than ever. But it is very sad when you look at those documents. And how they’ve done that is really, really disgraceful, and you have a lot of very angry people that are seeing it. It’s a very sad thing to watch, I will tell you that.
And I’m going today, on behalf of the FBI, their new building. But when everybody — not me — when everybody — the level of anger at what they’ve been witnessing with respect to the FBI is certainly very sad.
