Liz Cheney’s intense focus on President Trump doesn’t make much sense, until you put together her priority within the 2020 election.  There is a strong argument to be made that Liz Cheney is an operative working on behalf of the Deep State interests.  The Deep State is the larger network of Intelligence Community (IC) officials who control all the institutions within the federal government.  {Go Deep}

If you accept the IC controls almost all functions of government; and can comprehend the checks-and-balances are no longer in place because the intelligence apparatus has effectively dismantled them; and then overlay the likelihood that Cheney is operating on behalf of those IC officials; then her laser focus against President Trump makes sense.

The 2020 election could not be manipulated, to the extent now demonstrably evident, without some elements of the intelligence community coordinating the effort.  That said, President Trump continuing to draw attention to the issue then becomes a very significant threat to discovery of the coordinated operation.  This would explain why Cheney is so intent on attacking President Trump and his discussion of “The Big Lie.”  In essence, Cheney is helping the IC to cover-up their activity.

Cheney could not be useful to the House conference because her priority was/is covering up fraud within the 2020 election.  That is why she focused exclusively on attempts to isolate, marginalize and ridicule President Trump.  Cheney’s connection to the Deep State community is her loyalty.

While ousted GOP Chair Liz Cheney runs to Fox News’ Chris Wallace for her interview (more on that later), her replacement Elise Stefanik appears with Maria Bartiromo to discuss the priorities of the House Republican Conference, and her perspective in the new role.

Stefanik defends the policies and results of the Trump administration and appears to understand the priorities of the MAGA base.  Stefanik accepts that election integrity and voter confidence is the priority in advance of the 2022 mid-term election.  Additionally, Chairwoman Stefanik supports the Arizona ballot audit taking place in Maricopa County and is prepared for the attacks against her and the GOP policy.

President Trump endorsed Drew McKissick three times for South Carolina GOP Chairman.  With that level of support and a track record of success McKissick easily won the GOP election by a vote of 582 to 239.   McKissick steered the Republicans to victories in the 2020 election gaining back a congressional seat (Nancy Mace) that the party had lost two years earlier, keeping the U.S. Senate seat (Graham) and flipping five Democratic-held state legislative seats to expand the GOP majority.

Earlier today President Trump delivered remarks on the Maricopa EMS system (not voter files, but actual voter results) database being deleted.  However, it should be noted there are growing suspicions the database was not deleted, but rather the results files were always connected to an external database and that is what the Board of Supervisors are really trying to hide.

PRESIDENT TRUMP – “The entire Database of Maricopa County in Arizona has been DELETED! This is illegal and the Arizona State Senate, who is leading the Forensic Audit, is up in arms. Additionally, seals were broken on the boxes that hold the votes, ballots are missing, and worse. Mark Brnovich, the Attorney General of Arizona, will now be forced to look into this unbelievable Election crime. Many Radical Left Democrats and weak Republicans are very worried about the fact that this has been exposed.

The DELETION of an entire Database and critical Election files of Maricopa County is unprecedented. Many other States to follow. The audit in Maricopa County is being paused for ten days to allow the venue to conduct pre-scheduled graduation ceremonies.  The audit will resume on May 24th.  Arizona Chairwoman Kelli Ward provides details of the status so far.

The Maricopa Board of Supervisors is huddling in a private meeting with attorneys to defend themselves against mounting evidence of misconduct during the 2020 election.  No-one knows if the BoS will show up to a public hearing on Tuesday May 18th (1:00pm) as scheduled by the Arizona State Senate.

Promoting the January 6th protest in Washington DC as a “domestic terrorist” event; and promoting the protest as an “armed insurrection” against the U.S. government; is the cornerstone of the Democrat’s 2022 election effort.   If we watch carefully now we will see an increased emphasis on attacking anyone who might downplay the Democrat narrative.

With their back against the wall on failing and catastrophic policy outcomes; with gas prices skyrocketing; and with the economy stalled due to inflation (ie. stagflation), the democrats are all-in with this “insurrection” narrative as a political tool to distract the voting population from merging crisis of bad policy.

If they do not control the politics of the national conversation the Democrats will be crushed in the 2022 mid-term election.  Ultimately their loss of control over the COVID narrative is what has led to the new CDC guidance about masks.  A false premise can only last as long as the reality can be ignored.  With more people awake to the fraud modifications need to be made.

The Democrats are counting on exploiting the false storyline around the Jan.6th protest.  They will work overdrive in the next few days to attack anyone who puts that narrative at risk.  Cue the example:

(The Hill) Rep. David Cicilline (D-R.I.) on Friday began asking Democratic colleagues to sign on to a resolution to censure three House Republicans who tried this week to minimize the severity of the Jan. 6 insurrection.

There are some voices who are concerned about Elise Stefanik taking over as House GOP Conference Chairwoman.  Perhaps those concerns are founded, and each person obviously has a right to their opinion based on their perspective.  That said, perhaps the best course of action is to both enthusiastically support and simultaneously hold accountable; then watch to see if she holds true to the MAGA agenda.

President Trump had previously endorsed Elise Stefanik for the position and with that endorsement Mrs. Stefanik now carries the responsibility to advance and support the ‘America First’ agenda.   Today in her first remarks since being elected by a conference vote of 134-46 Representative Stefanik talked to the media.

Florida Governor Ron DeSantis is a rising star in the republican party mostly for his MAGA alignment and steadfast approach toward common sense governance. DeSantis has been a great leader for the state of Florida and has nationwide recognition for his leadership style and fearless approach toward confronting the bias in media.

At 42-years-old with three kids DeSantis really does work tirelessly on behalf of his state. He is well known for traveling almost every day to meet people in every area of the state while conducting official state business. I don’t know much about Glenn Youngkin other than he was endorsed by President Trump.  That said, the Virginia governors race has been a bell-weather for the mid-term elections for quite a while.

Speaking of Virginia, a recent report shows that gasoline has reached $6.99/gal in the commonwealth.  “Drivers were shocked when they got to the pump at a gas station in Virginia. The price on the pump was $6.999 at a Richmond BP station earlier this week.” (LINK)
