Former NYPD Commissioner Ray Kelly Warns About Mamdani as NYC Mayor

Former New York City Police Commissioner, Ray Kelly, is warning about what will happen if Zohran Mamdani wins the mayor race in New York City.  However, at this point the Mamdani victory is almost assured.

Mamdani is supported by both the professional political left and the professional political right.  Essentially supported by establishment Democrats and establishment Republicans. Also, supported openly by the DNC and supported passively by the fundraising arm of the RNC.

Mamdani represents the opportunity for both parties to fundraise billions of dollars in support and opposition.  This is the UniParty at work.

Zohran Mamdani is essentially a shoo-in for Mayor. He hits a very unique niche spot, fulfilling the role needed for the left and the right. The left will promote the unaffordability of things and target the Gen-z audience for branding.  The DNC will do their social/econ experiments again and fundraise.

On the other side of the UniParty, the “conservatives” within the traditional GOPe will have their new foil. Conservatives will have the opportunity for thousands of hours of punditry, lots of column inches and, of course, fundraising.

An argument can be made that Andrew Cuomo, financed by those who construct political distractions, entered the NYC race to ensure a Mamdani victory. Republicans, Democrats, communists, leftists, controlled right media, Palestinian supporters and Israel-First strategists all prefer both a beacon and a foil to keep the coliseum crowd occupied.

Yeah, politics in the post-Obama era is about seeing the other hand in slow motion now, feeling that intuitive sense of history repeating, and noticing the same tripwires are being triggered.  Wash, rinse, repeat.

NEW YORK – Ex-NYPD Commissioner Ray Kelly on Sunday warned it would be a “tragedy of major proportions” if city voters elect socialist mayoral nominee Zohran Mamdani, who is “totally unqualified” for the office.

Douglass Mackey, aka “Ricky Vaughn”, Wins Second Circuit Court of Appeals – Dismissing Egregious First Amendment Prosecution

The background of the insufferable case is HERE and HERE.

Today, the second circuit court of appeals finally overturns one of the most ridiculous Obama/Biden dystopian lawfare cases against the first amendment.  Defendant Douglass Mackey wins his appeal and the case is dismissed [RULING HERE]

The ridiculous case was against Douglass Mackey, aka Twitter user Ricky Vaughn, who posted a silly meme against Hillary Clinton in 2016.  The Biden DOJ prosecuted Mackey saying he was part of a conspiracy to rob Clinton of the election, by posting memes of disinformation around the election.

Mackey was tried and convicted in New York; however, finally an appeals court looked at the stupidity of it and ruled in his favor, sending the case back to the lower court for dismissal.

Literally all the guy did was post snarky memes poking fun of democrats and Hillary Clinton in the 2016 election…  However, the United States government claimed: “the defendant exploited a social media platform to infringe one the of most basic and sacred rights guaranteed by the Constitution: the right to vote.”

According to social media identification, the victim was 29-year-old Amelia Carter who fell asleep in a New York Subway car when an illegal alien from Guatemala took out a lighter and set her clothing on fire.  The victim burned to death as NYPD officers arrived on scene.

The suspect, 33-year-old Sebastin Zapeta, was caught on another subway car today. [SOURCE] The NYPD said the killing happened at the Stillwell Avenue Subway station in Coney Island at about 7:30 a.m. Police Commissioner Jessica Tisch, during a press conference on Sunday evening, provided more insight into the heinous act.

“As the train pulled into the station, the suspect calmly walked up to the victim,” she said, explaining that the female victim was in a seated position. “The suspect used what we believe to be a lighter to ignite the victim’s clothing, which became fully engulfed in a matter of seconds.”

Officers were on patrol at the station when they smelled and saw smoke, prompting them to investigate the situation.

NEW YORK POST – The illegal Guatemalan migrant accused of setting a straphanger on fire and gawking as she burned to death was once deported — but sneaked back into the US and the Big Apple shelter system, sources told The Post.

Police Arrest Suspect in Healthcare CEO Assassination

The police have arrested Luigi Mangione, 26, in Pennsylvania for the murder of UnitedHealth executive Brian Thompson.

Apparently, Mangione still had the handgun and multiple items of physical evidence connecting him to the assassination.

(Reuters) -Authorities have arrested the man suspected of killing UnitedHealth executive Brian Thompson in a brazen shooting outside a Manhattan hotel last week, New York City officials said on Monday, ending a massive five-day manhunt.

The suspect, identified as Luigi Mangione, 26, was captured in Altoona, Pennsylvania, after he was spotted eating at a McDonald’s by an employee of the fast food restaurant who believed he resembled the gunman, officials said at a news conference.

Mangione was found with a “ghost gun” – a firearm assembled from parts, making it untraceable – and a silencer consistent with the weapon used to shoot Thompson, New York City Police Commissioner Jessica Tisch said, as well as clothing and a mask similar to those worn by the killer. The ghost gun may have been produced by a 3D printer, said Joseph Kenny, the NYPD’s chief of detectives.

Jurors Deadlocked in Daniel Penny Trial – Judge Says Keep Deliberating, Contemplating Allen Charge

The jurors in the trial of Daniel Penny have been in deliberations since Tuesday. Today the jury informed the judge they are deadlocked and unable to come to a verdict.

The 12-person jury sent a note Friday morning saying they are having trouble reaching a consensus on whether to convict Penny, 26, of “recklessly” causing Neely’s death by placing him in a six-minute chokehold back in May 2023. If the jury continues to be unable to reach a verdict, Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Maxwell Wiley would be required to give them what’s known as an “Allen” charge, urging them to reach a unanimous verdict.

NEW YORK – Jurors are deadlocked in the case of marine veteran Daniel Penny, 24, who pled not guilty to manslaughter charges brought on after he held street performer Jordan Neely in a fatal chokehold on a New York City subway train last year.

Jurors began deliberations on Tuesday in the trial of a military veteran accused of causing the death of a man with a chokehold on a New York subway, and ended with uncertainty this morning as the jury failed to come to a decision.
