Here’s the first provable lie. (Video prompted 03:20)
[…] That means this deal is not built on trust. It is built on verification. Inspectors will have 24/7 access to Iran’s nuclear facilities. (transcript)
TRUTH: … Negotiators failed to meet the standard of achieving “anytime, anywhere” access that several members of the United States Congress had demanded as a part of any nuclear deal. Instead, in the event Iran objects to an IAEA request for access to a specific site, a “clock” will begin that grants the two sides 14 days to negotiate.
If that period expires without any resolution reached directly between Iran and the IAEA, the Joint Commission would have seven days to advise them on a way forward. Iran would then have three days to comply with the commission’s final advice, bringing the total time on the clock to 24 days. (link)
An intellectually honest person cannot read the details behind this investigation and not see the potential for parallels to the Mississippi Jessica Lane Chambers murder, and Yemeni gas station owner/operator Ali Alsanai; aka Basem Alsanai, aka Ali Fadhel. The First Stop gas station and convenience store, where Jessica Chambers was last seen alive on video, is owned/operated by a seemingly sketchy family originating from Yemen. ALABAMA – A couple of steaks shoplifted at a Gardendale Walmart three months ago led to the biggest food stamp fraud investigation in Jefferson County’s history, and launched 11 simultaneous raids this morning at convenience stores countywide.
Led by the Jefferson County District Attorney’s Office, teams of law enforcement officers met at 5 a.m. for a briefing and then fanned out across the county beginning at 6:50 a.m. The officers and agents were armed with 242 arrest warrants and plans to arrest 17 suspects.
All 17 suspects were in custody by mid-morning, and investigators already today have filed for forfeiture and condemnation of those 11 stores, which totals more than $1 million in assets. (more…)
Sheppard was arrested one week after he sent a racially charged manifesto to The Valdosta Daily Times, in which he noted he would “annihilate” anyone who tried to take him into custody, issued what seemed to be threats related to the Lowndes High School graduation ceremony and condemned all white people and police. VALDOSTA — The former Valdosta State University student who eluded law enforcement for a month after allegedly bringing a gun on campus was denied bond today following his extradition to Lowndes County from Florida.
[…] These same people who you all know as “legal officials/police officers/sheriff/detectives” or any other falsified label of ‘authority’ only know wickedness and devilish behavior. It SHOULD be clear by now that this is a White Supremacist Nation Owned, Operated, and Controlled by White People.
Yes it is ALL white people who help to maintain this wicked nation to a greater or lesser degree given the default status aided to them by virtue or vice of White Privilege. Thus all functionalities, codes, rules, policies, curriculums, cultures and social criteria created or concocted therein are Meant to Benefit Whites. ~ Eric Sheppard Jr
[…] Sheppard’s lawyer, Mawuli Davis of the Davis Bozeman law firm in Atlanta, has characterized his client as “merely a college kid trying to figure out life under some extraordinary stressful circumstances” and has said he is not a threat to the community. (read more)

This story is interesting both for the content the media share and for the content the media avoid sharing. Both Saint Louis suspects are admitted members of the New Black Panther organization; both suspects are also admitted Islamist Radicals and believers in ISIS jihad…. However, as previously pointed out, you’ll have a hard time finding the connection between NBPP and ISIS in any media article. Contrast against the media reports yesterday about “right-wing” domestic terror threats and the DOJ inquiry. We previously noted the avoidance of linking “Black Lives Matter” protests to the New Black Panthers, and the short trip to ISIS advocacy within both groups as exemplified by Eric Sheppard Jr at Valdosta State University. We saw it again in Baltimore. The PC media is desperate to avoid using the chosen names of the black panther terror suspects Brandon Muhammad, and Olajuwon, also known as Olajuwon Ali and Brother Ali. This is a follow-up to the previous outline where the FBI revealed the two men were involved in straw purchases for firearms and making pipe bombs. We now know they were plotting assassinations of Ferguson Police Chief Tom Jackson, and Saint Louis Prosecutor Robert McCulloch, in addition to bombing the Gateway arch.

Today they admitted to their plans in federal court.ST. LOUIS• Two men admitted in federal court here Tuesday that they plotted to blow up a police station, vehicles and perhaps other targets, including the St. Louis County prosecutor and Ferguson police chief. (more…)
When a person walks around continually looking for grievance it should come as no surprise when they find one, or eleventy.
The ridiculous, and profoundly sketchy, story of the liberal Northwestern University Muslim chaplain, Tahera Ahmad, discriminated against by United Airlines because a flight attendant opened her can of diet Coke is one such invisible grievance that only the perpetually aggrieved could find.

OHIO – Police in riot gear made 71 arrests Saturday as protesters stormed the streets of Cleveland after a judge found a white city police officer not guilty in the deaths of two unarmed black suspects killed in a barrage of police gunfire.
The protesters gathered in downtown Cleveland and west side neighborhoods after the acquittal of patrolmen Michael Brelo. (more…)
[HatTip Re-NewsIt] Remember the Valdosta State University student, Eric Sheppard Jr., who became a wanted armed felon after making threats against the university students following his flag stomping protest? (Full Backstory)
We previously exposed Sheppard’s affiliation with radical Islamic terrorists, and his affinity for, and expressions of, violence.
Apparently Eric Sheppard Jr. is still on the loose, and now he’s making terrorist threats against a local school community while thumbing his nose toward law enforcement who are making feeble, if any, efforts to capture him. “Many still question the possibility of my surrendering to the people who call themselves ‘authorities’”. “To give you a simple answer, No. I will not turn myself over to any white man”.
“Many still question the possibility of my surrendering to the people who call themselves ‘authorities’”. “To give you a simple answer, No. I will not turn myself over to any white man”.
Sheppard has contacted local Georgia media to state his intentions to cause a violent confrontation at Lownde’s High School graduation ceremonies and has stated he will “annihilate” anyone who comes after him.
(Via Valdosta Times) […] The comments were made in a rambling, profanity-laced “memorandum ultimatum” sent to The Valdosta Daily Times condemning white people and local police.
A brief video showing Sheppard wearing sun glasses and inside what appeared to be an SUV accompanied his statement. The video referenced a protest planned in conjunction with the graduation over the disputed death of teenager Kendrick Johnson at the high school more than two years ago. (more…)
Dzhokhar Tsarnaev will receive the death penalty for his role in the 2013 Boston Marathon bombing that killed three people and injured more than 200.
Tsarnaev was found guilty on all 30 charges in the bombing and its aftermath by the same jury in April. The jury had to unanimously agree to sentence him to the death penalty. (Story)

IOWA – […] Three Cedar Rapids men and a woman were arrested and each had an initial appearance in U.S. District Court Tuesday. They each face two charges of delivering a package or container to a common carrier without knowledge that it contains firearms and ammunition and conspiracy.
The defendants are: Ali Herz, 50; his brother, Bassem Herz, 29; his son, Adam Herz, 22; and Sarah Zeaiter, 24, the spouse of Bassem Herz. All told U.S. District Chief Judge Linda Reade they were U.S. citizens, except Zeaiter – she was born in Lebanon. Reade also said Zeaiter was unemployed, a “student” and had no assets, according to her financial affidavit for a public defender. Her co-defendants also appeared with public defenders. (more…)
I can’t watch Sean Hannity any longer. His interview (‘interuptus’) style has deteriorated so much in the past two years that his show seems to be nothing but abject anxiety, and horrible one-dimensional punditry. Sean Hannity may have a good heart, and he might be a great guy, but his current TV disposition is nothing more than a modern day Morton Downy Jr. sans the cigarettes.
However, that said, Pam Geller appeared on his “set-up” last night as Sean welcomed back the prolific and ever controversial Muslim Imam Anjem Choudary. Reports are Choudary advocated for Geller’s demise:
