In a 6-3 vote, the Supreme Court of the United Stated ruled that presidents have “absolute immunity” for official “actions within his conclusive and preclusive constitutional authority.” [SEE RULING HERE] Also, “official acts” cannot be used as evidence against the president in a criminal case.
As expected, the high court instructed the lower trial courts to hold specific evidentiary hearings on each anti-Trump criminal count, and determine which counts, if any, related to official or unofficial acts.
The Supreme Court is essentially telling the lower courts to go back and look at each citation and review which claims are official acts and which claims related to unofficial acts. The Supreme Court ruled that presidents may not have immunity for non-official conduct. However, when the judicial review cannot differentiate, the court cannot look at motives for the decisions.

EUROPE – Several U.S. military bases across Europe were put on a heightened state of alert over the weekend, with the level of force protection raised to its second-highest state amid concerns that a terrorist attack could target U.S. military personnel or facilities, according to two U.S. officials.

There are two people with the juice to immediately remove Joe Biden from office, Barack Obama and James Clyburn. Not coincidentally, these are the two people who joined forces just before Super-Tuesday 2020 to select Joe and instructed/threatened all the other Democrat candidates to exit the Presidential primary. If either Obama or Clyburn publicly say Biden’s done, then Biden’s gone within 24 hrs.
Clyburn’s role in the installation of Obama delivered a massive amount of influence and affluence to him and his family. Clyburn is cashing in on his role within the DNC and Democrat Party apparatus. As a result, Clyburn and Obama should be considered the majority investors in Biden, and it is worth paying close attention to what the South Carolina representative says about his Biden investment portfolio.

I doubt there’s a person who regularly reads the Treehouse who doesn’t know our long-standing prediction about the 2024 democrat nomination. Factually, if you go back to the first set of articles written after the 2020 election, you will find it has not changed in almost 4 years.
Biden was installed for a single ‘throw every leftist wish list item at the wall‘ term in office. Biden equaled, one single term where every far-left agenda item would be triggered; with hundreds of millions poured into the donors’ vaults via GND legislation.
With that baseline in mind, we accepted that Biden would not be the left-wing 2024 nominee regardless of how much people stomped their feet and said he would. That scenario was just never going to happen, and still won’t. I never flinched from that non-pretending position.

Seriously. What did Politico know about the debate in advance, such that it was an assignment to have a top headline article prepped? I think we all know the answer to that question. Essentially, the entire professional political class in DC knows about an operation to replace Joe Biden. If you understand that is the plan, you adjust your corporate assignments accordingly. First, some have speculated the timing of the first 2024 presidential debate between Donald Trump and Joe Biden is so early in the election year, prior to any party convention, because Biden is anticipated to be replaced. This is considerable supposition, but the date of the debate is indeed very odd.
Secondly, without a doubt the headlines leading into the debate have been seeded with talking points friendly to the Biden position on economics, immigration, inflation and foreign policy (Ukraine). From economists publicizing letters to government agencies promoting lowered inflation, the talking points for Biden have been well scripted and practiced.
Third, CNN the exclusive media outlet for the debate, is notorious for structuring political attacks against President Trump. Biden has been in dress rehearsals and training for the optics and soundbites for several weeks. Knowing CNN gave prior debate questions to Hillary Clinton in advance during the 2016 primary, we can anticipate CNN working hand in glove with the Biden campaign. They don’t even try to hide this stuff any longer.

And as polls show Biden struggling with Black voters — specifically, younger Black voters — Clyburn has a new message for his generation: It’s time for Black elders to have a chat with the younger branches of the family.
“They should try and talk some sense into their children,” Clyburn told NOTUS in an interview this week, following a series of Biden campaign events in Georgia that he headlined over the weekend.
Clyburn, now the Biden campaign’s 2024 co-chair, believes that younger Black voters have fallen prey to “misinformation and disinformation,” citing the increasing credulity with which voters are taking Donald Trump’s claims that he’s done more for Black people than anyone — with the “possible exception” of Abraham Lincoln.
“If you believe that,” he said of Trump’s comment, “your parents should’ve sent their mule to school and kept you at home.”
