Interesting video –  Note this is not an interview per se’, this is NBC’s Chuck Todd going through the Media Matters Rebuttal points to a Scott Walker victory.
As Todd goes systematically through the liberal questioning you can actually hear him make verbal cues known in psychological circles as “self-cues” or mental “trip wires”.  A mental trip wire is contacted each time a rebuttal factually deconstructs the argument.

When an interviewer is prepared and anticipating an antithetical (opposition to their views) response rebuttal they can, at times, give off a visible sound, usually it’s very subltle (they don’t even hear themselves doing it):”yeah”, “yes”, or “un-huh” (all in the affirmative).   The oratory clues are actually tip off’s the questioner is searching for another approach of attack, and wishes to move past the current question which has failed but it now being responded to.  Listen closely.

Almost worse than my severe disdain for President Obama’s short-sighted political decisions, is my supernova level dislike for the U.S. media who refuse to call him to task.... almost.   To retain my own personal sense of center I have tried to remove the word “hate” from my psyche, but it’s hard, really, really hard, right now…. can you just imagine the Fallujah ROE with Obama coordinating from the White House!

“U.S. advisers currently operate in areas around Baghdad and Irbil in the north of the country,” CNN reported. “The new proposal would put U.S. troops in the middle of some of the most violent situations in Iraq.”

U.S. officials maintain that Iraqi support for Sunni tribes going on the offensive against ISIS will be a necessary part in the effort to defeat the militants, who are also called ISIL and refer to themselves as the Islamic State.
In a news conference with reporters Thursday, Gen. Martin Dempsey, the Joint Chiefs chairman, signaled the possibility of the new role when he said the Iraqi government had not yet requested U.S. military support in efforts to defend a Sunni tribe that has suffered mass executions at the hands of ISIS militants.

“That’s why we need to expand the train-advise-and-assist mission into the Al- Anbar Province,” Dempsey said. “But the precondition for that is that the government of Iraq is willing to arm the tribes. […] (more…)

(Via FOX NEWS) A Mexican judge has freed jailed US Marine Andrew Tahmooressi, his family said late Friday.

Tahmooressi, 26, who served two tours of duty in Afghanistan, has been held since March 31, when he said he mistakenly crossed into Mexico with three legally-purchased and registered guns in his truck.
A court-appointed psychiatrist confirmed that Tahmooressi has Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder.  Family spokesman Jonathan Franks said the judge released him without making a determination on the charge against him. (more…)

This has been an interesting story since it first surfaced in May of 2013.  Sharyl has been tight lipped since she announced knowing who had bugged her back in June of 2013.  
The exfiltration and bugging was extensive and highly professional.  Her Skype program was used as a bugging tool for government agencies (NSA, CIA, FBI) to listen in to her conversations, and electronic classified documents were planted in her computer system in case blackmail leverage was needed… This was done while Sharyl was investigating Fast-n-Furious and Benghazi.
(New York Post) A former CBS News reporter who quit the network over claims it kills stories that put President Obama in a bad light says she was spied on by a “government-related entity” that planted classified documents on her computer.
In her new memoir, Sharyl Attkisson says a source who arranged to have her laptop checked for spyware in 2013 was “shocked” and “flabbergasted” at what the analysis revealed.
“This is outrageous. Worse than anything Nixon ever did. I wouldn’t have believed something like this could happen in the United States of America,” Attkisson quotes the source saying.
She speculates that the motive was to lay the groundwork for possible charges against her or her sources. (more…)

This is a pet peeve of mine. It seems like nowadays people are more interested in recording a crisis on their phones than actually doing something to help the people in the crisis. Thank GOD this man did not hold that popular predisposition.
“Get My Dad” !! An unknown hero pulls a girls father from a fire.

CALIFORNIA – A man in Fresno, California, is being called a hero after he calmly walked into a roaring house fire and pulled another man to safety.
A bystander captured the scene on cellphone video Saturday as flames consumed the home. A woman can be heard calling: “Get my dad!” The rescuer walks into the home and, moments later, emerges with the woman’s father slung over his shoulder.
There was no word Sunday on the identity of the rescuer, pictured in the video in a blue baseball cap. (video of rescue here)

New York – A mob of [black] teenagers in Crown Heights, New York City, vandalized a Jewish-owned business Saturday night, then damaged several nearby cars and buses before shouting “Heil Hitler” and leaving the area, witnesses said. The incident was captured on security camera.

The store, Gourmet Butchers, was likely targeted because it was owned by Jews, the owner, Yanki Klein, told the local ABC News affiliate. The group, which various media sources described as consisting of 30 to 70 youths, primarily African-American, started “to scream and make noise” and then “everything happened in seconds,” Klein said.
