“Net Neutrality” was always about giving control over internet content, and all the downstream consequences therein, to an elite few control agents who use political ideology to control the internet.

Thankfully, today FCC Chairman Ajit Pai led the FCC board to overturn the 2015 Obama regulation of the internet.   One of the benefits all will see, on the revenue and business side of the internet, is market competition will begin providing alternatives to Google and Facebook revenue streams.  It will take time, but the final downstream outcome will be more diverse ideological content on the internet, and an even playing field.

As everyone might expect today’s Sunday Talk shows are generally centered around ridiculing and undermining President Trump for not being forceful enough in speaking out against the events in Charlottesville.
Specifically the constructed and coordinated media narrative is to paint President Trump as a sympathizer for violence, bigotry and racism;  therefore, by extension he becomes a violent, bigoted racist himself.  Whatever you think of the media’s chosen strategy, that’s clearly the plan; and when all media unite together with the same plan they’re pretty good at reinforcing it.
The first useful idiot used to bludgeon the president is former short-term communications director Anthony Scaramucci.  ABC’s George Stephanopoulos, and his executive production team did an outstanding job setting up the introduction in this segment to entirely embarrass, belittle, ridicule and humiliate Scaramucci before a word was even uttered in the interview.  By the time team ABC was done characterizing him in the lead-in, Scaramucci was a trembling defeated carcass in his seat. The Congressional Intelligence Committee  hearing today was everything we anticipated it would be.  Which is to say it was: insufferable political posturing, pandering and circular parseltongue swirling the drain of non-intellectual gobbledygook.
These types of congressional hearings are perfect feed pellets for media pundits to blather endlessly, wax philosophically, and engage in long-winded academic esoteric analyses contrasting the implied meanings of stop signs.  However, they are ridiculous for all other purposes.
That said, against the backdrop of the espoused intention, and with full acceptance of the historic UniParty Benghazi hearings driven intentionally into the pit of nothingness, prayerfully I’m not the only person who noted that not a single congressional panelist asked Director James Comey or NSA Mike Rogers if they personally were the person who unmasked the identity of General Mike Flynn in the “intelligence intercepts”.

Yes, that’s correct.  There is only ONE KNOWN Factual and CRIMINAL activity currently identified: the unmasking and leaking of Mike Flynn’s name to the media.
Yet not a single congressional intelligence committee member would ask Rogers or Comey -under oath- if they were the source of: A) “The Unmasking”, and/or B) “The Leaking”.
Stop for a moment and think about that glaring an intentional non inquiry against the expressed intention of the purpose of the committee.
UniParty.
Bat-Sh!t-Crazy-Frustrating.

Last year hundreds of Donald Trump supporters were attacked in San Jose California as the local law enforcement stood back and watched.  Many attendees and victims stated the police actually facilitated the attacks by funneling the rally crowd directly into the path of an unchecked mob. SAN JOSE (KCBS) – A federal judge is giving Donald Trump supporters the green light to pursue their lawsuit against the city of San Jose. The plaintiffs accuse the city for not protecting them during a campaign rally last year.
The Trump supporters in this case claim that San Jose police officers intentionally steered them into an angry mob of protesters, following a Trump campaign rally last June. (read more)

In an effective utilization of social media President Trump uses a strategic Alinsky Rule against the violent political activists within the Democrat party.
Alinsky’s fourth rule is: “Make the enemy live up to their own book of rules”.

If free speech is a core tenet of our constitution, then all speech is subject to it’s protection. Failing to abide by this simple truism draws out the hypocrisy of the far-left, including the cultural Marxists within Hollywood and pop culture.

Weeks ago we stated the broad-base support from the “Salty Girls”, ie. Stump for The Trump Sisters, represented a visible threat to the power structures that like to keep people inside their special interest boxes. Their infectious enthusiasm is brilliant, but beyond that their advocacy cuts through a million strands of carefully placed narratives.
It was only a matter of time before the liberal wing of the media turned the Eye of Sauron toward the threat and targeted Stump for Trump. Apparently, it has begun.
(Via GWP) This weekend the duo was scheduled to go on MSNBC with Steve Kornacki but they were cancelled at the last second. The ladies said MSNBC wanted to know where they live, the names of their children and names of their employers. Then MSNBC cancelled their segment when they wouldn’t disclose the information. This set them off.

At the very last second, he uninvited us when we wouldn’t provide the name of our employers, and deep personal information. Why he need that? So he could do a hit piece on us! So after dedicating 4 hours to be on his show, he cancelled us because we want to protect our privacy. They try to spread hate about Trump at MSNBC, and now they try to do it to us. But we don’t play that game, we fight fire with fire!

A ruling this morning from the Wisconsin Supreme Court (read here), rendered official what observers have long known for a long time:

Wisconsin Democrats did, in fact, launch a massive, multi-county “John Doe” investigation of the state’s conservatives, featuring extraordinarily broad subpoenas and coordinated “paramilitary” raids of private homes; the “crimes” that provided the investigation’s pretext were not crimes at all, but First Amendment-protected speech; and the legal theory underpinning the investigation was bunk, “unsupported in either reason or law,” as the court put it.

[…] On October 3, 2013, multiple Wisconsin conservatives were awakened by a persistent pounding on the door, their houses were illuminated by floodlights, and police — sometimes with guns drawn — poured into their homes. Once inside, the investigators turned the private residences of these innocent conservative citizens “upside down,” seeking an extraordinarily broad range of documents and information. These raids were supplemented by subpoenas that secured for investigators massive amounts of electronic information.

This is what happens when single issue activists are supported by the State and take judicial action against Christians. Not only did this couple lose their freedom of religion, but they also are forced to lose their freedom of speech.

OREGON – Oregon Labor Commissioner Brad Avakian finalized a preliminary ruling today ordering Aaron and Melissa Klein, the bakers who refused to make a cake for a same-sex wedding, to pay $135,000 in emotional damages to the couple they denied service.

“This case is not about a wedding cake or a marriage,” Avakian wrote. “It is about a business’s refusal to serve someone because of their sexual orientation. Under Oregon law, that is illegal.” (more…)

Consider this a MUST READ if you are concerned about abusive government and the absolute elimination of free speech and personal liberty.

(Reason) For the past two weeks, Reason, a magazine dedicated to “Free Minds and Free Markets,” has been barred by an order from the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York from speaking publicly about a grand jury subpoena that court sent to Reason.com.

The subpoena demanded the records of six people who left hyperbolic comments at the website about the federal judge who oversaw the controversial conviction of Silk Road founder Ross Ulbricht. Shortly after the subpoena was issued, the government issued a gag order prohibiting Reason not only from discussing the matter but even acknowledging the existence of the subpoena or the gag order itself. As a wide variety of media outlets have noted, such actions on the part of the government are not only fundamentally misguided and misdirected, they have a tangible chilling effect on free expression by commenters and publications alike.

Yesterday, after preparing an extensive legal brief, Reason asked the US Attorney’s Office to join with it in asking that the gag order – now moot and clearly an unconstitutional prior restraint – be lifted. This morning, the US Attorney’s Office asked the Court to vacate the order, which it did. We are free to tell the story for the first time.  (read more)
