There’s an interesting aspect to an Andrew Weissmann statement on MSNBC that almost everyone is missing.  Before watching the brief excerpt, let me put the comments into context.  Remember, the Intelligence Branch uses intelligence silos to protect themselves; however, the Intelligence Branch also violates those silos when ever they want.

First, Andrew Weissmann comes from the DOJ-National Security Division (DOJ-NSD).  More specifically, in that division Andrew Weissmann was in charge of the section that used FARA (Foreign Agent Registration Act), or FARA-951 as a weapon against their political enemies.

The only targets Weissmann ever selected for FARA investigations were political opposition. You might also remember it was Weissmann who led the Mueller team, and in that position Weissmann went after every target (Flynn, Rafiekian, Manafort, Papadopoulos, Phares, even Rudy Guiliani etc.) with accusations of FARA violations.

Second, the DOJ-NSD had no inspector general oversight.

During the Obama administration the DOJ-NSD exempted themselves from DOJ Inspector General review.  In 2015 the Office of the Inspect General (OIG) requested oversight and it was Deputy AG Sally Yates who responded with a lengthy 58-page legal explanation saying, essentially, ‘nope – not allowed.’ (PDF HERE) All of the DOJ is subject to oversight, except the NSD.

There is a very specific reason for this intentional avoidance of oversight as we found out through the Carter Page FISA warrant.  The DOJ-NSD is the weaponized mechanism against domestic political opposition inside the DOJ.  [Sidebar: I would not be surprised to find out the DOJ-NSD operatives used their FARA authorities to control and threaten political opposition around Washington DC, using lobbying investigations as leverage/blackmail.]

As the current story is told a whistleblower in the intelligence community told Tucker Carlson his communication was intercepted by the NSA.  By the NSA originating standard, the same standard they claim to uphold publicly, the NSA has a foreign intelligence mission; and their data collection is supposed to be in a silo related to foreign intelligence gathering.  If an American is picked up ‘incidentally‘ by the NSA collection, that information is supposed to remain inside that silo.

However, as you watch this MSNBC segment, notice how casually Andrew Weissmann says that Tucker Carlson should have gone to the DOJ (Main Justice) with any concerns about his communication being intercepted by the NSA.  Listen carefully to how Weissmann frames what Carlson “should have done” (prompted):

I hate to say I told ya so, but…. [SEE HERE]  The stakes are just too high to allow the Senate in Pennsylvania to conduct a 2020 election audit; and all prior corrupt activity must be protected and maintained.  As a direct result the White House is announcing the people behind Joe Biden are immediately dispatching all federal resources to Philadelphia to begin the war against Pennsylvania voters.

The Obama regime officials cannot permit the State of Pennsylvania to challenge or expose the scale of election fraud executed in Philadelphia county. They will manipulate every narrative needed, instruct every corporate media ally, call out every labor union and community activist group, pre-position Antifa, trigger every BIG Tech mechanism, activate the DOJ, FBI, Department of Homeland Security and even the U.S. military if that is needed to quell any rebellion.

The motive for this visit is directly the result of Pennsylvania State Senator & Chairman of the PA Intergovernmental Operations Committee, Doug Mastriano, announcing the intent of the PA legislative committee to conduct a forensic audit of Philadelphia.

One America News host Natalie Harp does a deep dive into the election influence operation carried out by Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg.   After outlining the background information, including the amount of money Zuckerberg spent on the 2020 election and who he gave it to,  Ms. Harp interviews NY Rep Claudia Tenney (NY, CD-22).

As Harp and Tenney outline [Rumble Link] the money from Mark Zuckerberg was specifically designed to influence the 2020 election and the process of using mail-in ballots.  The money from Zuckerberg and others was used to pay for “ballot mules” and a myriad of corrupt election actions.  WATCH:

The relationship between Mark Zuckerberg and President Obama is well known.  The Obama administration first used Facebook and Twitter to influence elections in Egypt and Libya in 2010/2011. I consider those operations the beta test for the 2020 domestic interference by the same players.

Given the illegal weaponization of the intelligence community that President Obama initiated, it was critical for the Obama-era officials to retain control over the 2020 election.  This is one long continuum of activity to disguise the ‘fundamental transformation’ efforts of the entire Obama crew.  That’s why right now those same Obama allies are in key places in the current administration.  Lisa Monaco at DOJ, John Carlin at DOJ-NSD, Avril Haines at ODNI, Mark Warner at SSCI, Adam Schiff at HPSCI, the list is long.

Obama was at risk in the 2020 election and by extension his former VP Joe Biden was also at risk.  That is the foundational predicate needed to understand why Biden was selected to be the face of Obama’s third-term.  This is all one long cover-up operation to protect the surveillance state, the fourth branch of government, and they are all-in!

Those who remember the deep weeds of former SSCI Vice-Chair Dianne Feinstein switching senate committee assignments and then using her position to “accidentally” release the Senate Judiciary Committee transcripts of Fusion-GPS founder Glenn Simpson (January 2018), will find this recent article about ongoing litigation interesting.

Alfa Bank is suing Fusion-GPS.  As part of their legally obligated discovery, Fusion-GPS and Glenn Simpson are required to release internal documents containing their communication with Chris Steele and others who organized the false claims of bribery, extortion and 2016 election interference against Alfa Bank found in the Steele Dossier.   It appears Fusion-GPS is getting panicked, and just made a major legal mistake.

This connection between the Intelligence Branch and the private sector partnerships will be a major part of the next Fourth Branch outline as we continue to put the puzzle pieces into an easily digestible format.

This is a great example of how the Intelligence Branch of the U.S. government now operates.  Not only did the NSA conduct surveillance of Tucker Carlson’s electronic communication, but the NSA also leaked Carlson’s emails to allied intelligence media (Axios, CNN, New York Times, Washington Post) who operate as PR firms on behalf of the Intelligence Branch.

I’ll keep repeating this for as many years as needed until people on our side finally catch-on.  The most well documented, evidenced and provable example of a severely compromised Intelligence Community operation to manipulate politics and shape U.S. media is found in the story of the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence (SSCI) Security Director, James Wolfe, and his years of leaking classified information to the media.

The SSCI is supposed to be the primary oversight mechanism looking over U.S. intelligence operations and the people within them.  However, the SSCI has partnered with the Intelligence Community (writ large) in a collaborative effort to (1) gain more power; then (2) retain that power.  The SSCI functions as the mechanism that permits the existence of the most powerful branch of government.  The fourth branch, the ‘Intelligence Branch‘.

SSCI Security Director James Wolfe was told to leak the Top-Secret Title-1 FISA warrant used against Carter Page.  James Wolfe was told to leak the document to media.  Wolfe chose Ali Watkins (Buzzfeed) and others.  Wolfe was told to leak the FISA on March 17, 2017, by Senators in the committee, that’s why Wolfe was never prosecuted for leaking it by the DOJ.

Wolfe’s defense lawyers threatened to subpoena the senators on the committee {LINK}, and immediately the SSCI, with the help of the Mueller/Weissmann team, came to Wolfe’s rescue.   They simply could not let the background story ever surface.  Think deeply about the profound ramifications of that real world example.

In a remarkable display of how committed the Democrat party is to utilizing the narrative of domestic extremism for their own benefit, Nancy Pelosi is placing satellite field offices for the DC Capitol Police in key regions around the country.  When we consider the FBI has field offices all over the country, you might ask: why does the Capitol Hill police need to expand beyond Washington DC?

Essentially, what Nancy Pelosi is doing is expanding the federal law enforcement mechanism of the legislative branch into specific areas where they can investigate political opposition armed with legal authority.

This is a concerning shift in events; however, there is a likelihood such a move is connected to the larger political goal of enhanced federal enforcement to quell any rebellion, while working in concert with the DOJ.

WASHINGTON — The U.S. Capitol Police on Tuesday announced that the agency was opening regional field offices in California and Florida to investigate threats to members of Congress in the wake of the Jan. 6 attack on the Capitol.

Threats against members of Congress have increased in recent years. As of Tuesday, total threats so far in 2021 were double what they were at this point a year ago, according to Capitol Police.

[…] “At this time, Florida and California are where the majority of our potential threats are,” a department spokesperson said in a statement. “The field offices will be the first for the Department. A regional approach to investigating and prosecuting threats against Members is important, so we will be working closely with the U.S. Attorney’s Offices in those locations.”

After many years of granular research about the intelligence apparatus inside our government, in the summer of 2020 I visited Washington DC to ask specific questions.

My goal was to go where the influence agents within government actually operate, and discover the people deep inside the institutions no-one pays any attention to.

It was during this process when I discovered how information is purposefully put into containment silos; essentially a formal process to block the flow of information between agencies, and between the original branches. While frustrating to discover, the silo effect was important to understand because comprehension of communication networks leads to our ability to reconcile conflict between what we perceive and what’s actually taking place.

In the next few days I am going to explain how the Intelligence Branch works: (1) to control every other branch of government; (2) how it functions as an entirely independent branch of government with no oversight; (3) how and why it was created to be independent from oversight; (4) what is the current mission of the IC Branch, and most importantly (5) who operates it.

When we understand how the Fourth Branch works, questions about our dysfunctional U.S. modern government are answered. Additionally, the motives and intentions of people inside the institutions start to reconcile. Before beginning a deeper explanation, here’s an example almost everyone overlooked.  Remind yourself of a question raised in March of 2017 by Elise Stefanik, and a set of follow-up questions that were never asked.

In April of 2016 the FBI launched a counterintelligence operation against presidential candidate Donald Trump.  The questioning about that operation is what Rep. Stefanik cites in March of 2017, approximately 11 months later.

The “Rise of the Moors” group, is a Muslim faction of U.S. citizens who do not recognize America as a valid, independent or authentic nation [Website Here].  As a result they do not consider themselves aligned with the citizenship of the U.S. as a sovereign state.  Instead they perceive their homeland as “the Maghreb Al Aqsa (America – Morocco the most extreme west)”.

Last night at approximately 2:00am ET Massachusetts state police pulled over two vehicles containing 8-10 heavily armed members of the Moor group as they were heading to a training exercise.  After several members of the group refused to comply with “papers please“, a stand-off began.   [Insert suspicious cat considering the absence of ‘probable cause’ here.]  Some of the Moors ran into the neighboring woods.  The police set up a perimeter.  After the stand-off was resolved (took all night and morning), some of the Moors were arrested [2 pictured Below].

The version of events from local Massachusetts law enforcement is:

“The Wakefield Police Department is assisting the Massachusetts State Police with a dangerous incident on Route 128 Northbound in the area of Parker Road.

During a motor vehicle stop, several heavily armed men claiming to be from a group that does not recognize our laws exited their vehicles and fled into the woodline off 128 in the area of Parker Road / Elm Street. Approximately 8 males fled into the woods carrying rifles and handguns and appear to be contained in the wooded area adjacent to the highway.  No threats were made, but these men should be considered armed and dangerous.” (read more)

It would appear the issue of ‘probable cause‘ for the original stop is part of the issue being avoided by law enforcement (and media).  The men were armed, but had broken no laws and were legally transiting between their home in Rhode Island to another location.  Unfortunately, the media reporting aligns with the obfuscated descriptions from law enforcement and , wait for it,… the FBI: “Kristen Setera, FBI Boston spokeswoman, said the FBI is “fully engaged with our state and local partners.” (link)

Tucker Carlson used his TV broadcast on Wednesday night to continue pushing-back against NSA operational data collection that appears to have caught him in their surveillance dragnet.  However, what Carlson (and many others) have yet to reconcile is the totality of control held by the newest branch of government, the Intelligence Branch.

CTH has been contacted by numerous interested stakeholders in the larger dynamic.  Tomorrow we hope to be able to give readers an explanation of exactly how each traditional branch of government; including the administrative agencies within them; have been taken over by a methodical expansion of the Intelligence Community.  Everything is now controlled by the Intelligence Branch, and the underlying mechanisms of government have abdicated, perhaps even abandoned, their oversight.

In the interim, here’s the latest segment from Carlson along with one of CTH earlier outlines on how the NSA database became a surveillance tool for President Barack Obama.  We are almost 15 years into a process that facilitates the Intelligence Branch as the most powerful -and unelected- governmental system.  After the Carlson segment remind yourself how President Obama exploited a process he created.

There is no workable solution to debate until the American people and congressional representatives admit and accept the totality of the current corrupt system.  In essence, until everyone realizes there is a fourth branch of government now in control.

The process to create the Intelligence Branch started around the time the office of the DNI was created (post 9/11/01).  However, it was President Obama and AG Eric Holder who took advantage of the framework the ODNI system created with an immediate and methodical plan in 2008.  The effectiveness of what they constructed shows up toward the end of the Obama presidency when they were using that system to assist Hillary Clinton.

That is the context to remember a time-frame between December 2015 and April 2016 when the NSA database was being exploited by contractors within the intelligence community, using windows opened by the Obama-era DOJ/FBI, to facilitate unauthorized searches.

The House of Representatives voted today to approve a House Select Committee to investigate the January 6th DC protest.  The vote was 222-190 [LINK] to approve House Resolution 503, with Liz Cheney and Adam Kinzinger voting to support the Pelosi mid-term election scheme.

The January 6th House Select Committee investigation is to MAGA voters what the Mueller Investigation was to President Trump. A tool to attack political opposition and frame a narrative for the 2022 mid-term election. Nothing more.

Beyond the votes to approve there were 19 representatives who did not vote.  It does not go unnoticed that every single non-vote was a republican representative.  [link]

The Republicans who did not vote include: Jodey C Arrington (TX-19th CD), Jim Banks (IN-3rd CD), Earl “Buddy” Carter (GA-1st CD), Michael Cloud (TX-7th CD), Russ Fulcher (ID-1st CD), Louie Gohmert (TX-1st CD), Bob Good (VA-5th CD), Yvette Herrell (NM-2nd CD), Clay Higgins (LA-3rd CD), Darrell Issa (CA-50th CD), Ronny Jackson (TX-13th CD), Mike Johnson (LA-4th CD), Mary Miller (IL-15th CD), August Pfluger (TX-11th CD), John Rose (TN-6th CD), Chip Roy (TX-21st CD), Thomas Tiffany (WI-7th CD), Randy Weber (TX-14th CD), Roger Williams (TX-25th CD).

A non-vote is essentially a vote to approve.  Keep in mind, some of the Texas delegation may have been at the U.S-Mexico border event with President Trump; bad timing, but ok.  However, the rest of the Republican non-votes should be must be questioned by their constituents for why they are essentially supporting Nancy Pelosi’s scheme by not voting against it.  This is a critical point in history, question your representatives.
