President Trump Says Announcement on Thursday is “Really Big News” About Election Integrity

President Trump was asked about his Thursday 9:00pm ET presidential address to the nation on “election integrity” and other matters.  President Trump responded today by saying the announcement is “really big news, it’s really, really big news, and our country has to shape up.”  WATCH:

The general chatter amid the various DC interests and specific subject matter experts who seemingly have information and knowledge of the matter suggests the content of the election integrity aspect will be to highlight how Chinese interests have worked within our body politic to influence U.S. elections.

There will likely be specific citations, particularly to election investigations in Michigan, but generally the international aspect revolves mostly around China with some ancillary information about Venezuela.  CCP organizations also have compromising information on members of congress which will likely be highlighted and raise eyebrows.

President Trump will be joined in the event by CIA Director John Ratcliffe, acting Director of National Intelligence Bill Pulte, FBI Director Kash Patel, Homeland Security Secretary Markwayne Mullin and others.  However, caution should be noted as newly appointed Special Government Employee John Solomon is responsible for the content.

Mitch McConnell Releases Image and Statement

The Office of Senator Mitch McConnell has released a picture and statement intended to answer questions about the status of the Kentucky senator.   However, many are questioning the content.

Personally, the accompanying image doesn’t really matter much – it is reported to be AI enhanced, but who can tell.  However, the message that accompanies the picture?  Well, that text is total BS and did not come from McConnell.

You can tell McConnell did not write it by the way it is written (particularly paragraph #2), and more importantly, there is no mention of condolence following Senator Lindsey Graham’s death.

WASHINGTON, D.C. – U.S. Senator Mitch McConnell (R-KY) released the following note to constituents regarding his hospitalization and recovery:

“To my fellow Kentuckians –

“When you elected me to a seventh term and made me our Commonwealth’s longest serving Senator, you did so trusting that I’d keep showing up to fight for you every day. And over the past several weeks, Elaine and I have appreciated both your well wishes and your honest questions about what was keeping me away from the Senate.

“You all know how folks of my generation often hesitate to share the vulnerability that comes with growing older. Even in the public eye, I feel that same instinct – I can’t help it.

Nancy Mace Wants to Replace Lindsey Graham

Nancy Mace tried to defeat Senator Lindsey Graham in 2014; she placed 5th in the primary.  Nancy Mace tried to run for governor this year, she placed 5th in the South Carolina primary.

Not many people think highly of Nancy Mace. However, Nancy Mace thinks very highly of herself [SEE HERE].  After learning of Senator Lindsey Graham’s sudden death, Mace immediately began positioning herself to take the South Carolina senate seat.

Mace is set to vacate her coastal House seat early next year, having given up her post to unsuccessfully run for governor this year. Her political future was uncertain following her fifth-place finish in that primary, but the newly open seat offers her a lifeline to extend her tenure in Washington.” (more)

Yuck.

But watch out for Ms. Nikki elbowing her way into position.

Nigel Farage Faces Down the British Uniparty – Sets Up His Immediate Personal Reelection

Nigel Farage has been under extreme pressure from the U.K political apparatus surrounding a £5 million personal donation from a long-term friend Christopher Harborne to pay for a personal security protective detail.

Both the Labour and Conservative political parties in the U.K have been blistering Farage under investigations around this donation, and the subsequent investigations are being used as justifications in attempts to remove him from his position as leader of the Reform Party.  Essentially, the British government -writ large- are using all of the mechanisms of government institutions trying to take him down.

To put a stop to the nonsense, Nigel Farage has decided to resign from his position as a member of Parliament, and then immediately run again for reelection in the special election (bi-election).  VIDEO:

A solid explanation of the strategy is outlined in the video below.

Woman Who Previously Dated Maine Democrat Candidate Graham Platner Says He Raped Her

Hours before the news broke, Maine Senate Democrat candidate Graham Platner cancelled all his campaign events.

A woman has just come forward to Politico with a direct accusation that Platner raped her.

(Via Politico) – A woman who dated Maine U.S. Senate candidate Graham Platner says he forced her to have sex with him nearly five years ago despite her repeated objections, an allegation Platner denies.

The woman, a 41-year-old Maine resident named Jenny Racicot, detailed the alleged incident to POLITICO in three interviews over the past two weeks. POLITICO also spoke with a man Racicot dated and confided in the years after the alleged incident, and reviewed documents, including emails between Racicot and her therapist and messages between Racicot and an acquaintance whom she warned against getting involved with Platner years before he ran for office.

[…] he entered her rural Maine home uninvited one night in late 2021, deeply intoxicated, and forced himself on her while she repeatedly told him to stop. She said she cut off contact with him after telling him the encounter was not consensual.

“I remember him grabbing my pelvis and being really forceful of me,” she said. “I remember the specific moment where I thought to myself, like, ‘This is no longer my choice.’”

[…] Racicot said she was torn over coming forward in part because she agrees with Platner politically. (read more)

Barbara Boyd Outlines The DSA New York Communist Program

Barbara Boyd discusses three Democratic Socialists of America-backed candidates endorsed by New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani winning upset victories in New York congressional primaries, framing the results as part of a long-term cultural project rather than a purely economic platform. She argues the DSA’s internal education centers on communist theorist Antonio Gramsci and his strategy of revolution through cultural “hegemony,” citing a deleted Instagram post from a group tied to one winner that called for the “total eradication of Western Civilization.”

Boyd highlights a newly published DSA platform proposing major constitutional changes, then links Gramsci to the Council on Foreign Relations’ “post-Trump world” series, noting CFR fellow Charles Kupchan opens with a Gramsci quote and attacks reindustrialization and tariffs. She claims British imperial networks historically sponsored Marx and later Gramsci, using communism and counterculture against rivals, and urges promoting Trump’s “American System” economics and an optimistic national culture ahead of the midterms. Trump’s Social Media Advisor Alex Bruesewitz -vs- Tucker Carlson

In my opinion, Tucker Carlson is no longer an option for the intellectually honest or stable-minded person.  In the past several months as he has increased his anti-MAGA efforts Carlson and/or his production team have intensely avoided any guest who might challenge the outlandish nonsense he has been creating on his podcasts.

Occasionally CTH glances to see who Tucker is interviewing and generally check in on Carlson only to gain an understanding of the political network he represents.  I find the dishonesty in his monologues now repellant. However, that said, President Trump Social Media Advisor Alex Bruesewitz stated he appeared on the Carlson podcast in order to finally push back against some of the malicious narratives the former Fox News host was promoting.

I watched to see how this ‘confrontation’ might unfold.

Alex Bruesewitz is a 29-year-old consultant who specializes in social media.  He is reported to be the closest thing to a Charlie Kirk voice who intersects with the White House and President Trump directly to share Gen-Z policy perspectives. Thus, it would be interesting to finally see some reasonable confrontation with Tucker.

Unfortunately, this interview is deficient on pushback.  It’s clear that Alex Bruesewitz is friends with Tucker Carlson and reluctant to firmly and appropriately challenge the falsehoods Carlson has been promoting.  To be fair, Alex Bruesewitz did offer some gentle correction -key word ‘gentle‘- but allowed the majority of antagonistic Carlson points to remain unaddressed.

My takeaway from watching the entire podcast back and forth encapsulates into two main points:
