Michigan attorney Matthew DePerno, on behalf of plaintiff William Bailey, files a motion [pdf available here] with Judge Kevin Eslenheimer for reconsideration of prior rulings given the nature of new evidence discovered by the legal team in Antrim County.

The 42-page brief contains new findings within the data forensics of the county.  Two larger items include the remote log-on of the system by someone anonymous who was not at the election office.  The implication is that the system was connected to the internet; and the user did not have to enter identifying credentials for their entries.

The second larger item is the identification of modifications, specific irregularities, of the ballots outer markings that led to a rejection of the ballots and the need for adjudication.  [Full pdf is here]

Friend of the Treehouse, John Spiropoulos, is focusing additional effort on providing video resources for parents that are engaging in the fight against the indoctrination within our public school systems.   As John shares: “My objective is not to just raise awareness through typical Internet channels but to distribute all the materials free of charge to parent groups who want to use it to recruit and educate parents in their communities and to lobby school boards.”

As Mr. Spiropoulos attempts to help parents and concerned citizens with information about the current education dangers he explained, “while much of the discussion of Critical Race Theory is at the 30,000 foot level, my goal is to bring it down to the classroom level. CRT-influenced curriculum is in the face of students in any number of
classes and in numerous ways. Many a parent I’ve talked to seem to think it as an abstract concept. It’s not. It’s divisive and toxic.”

“At Tuesday’s hearing in Loudon County [Virginia] a former teacher described CRT as “nothing short of child abuse.””

“Parents across the country are opposing the use of use of Critical Race Theory to design the curriculum for students in elementary and high school. In this update Republican Party Chairwoman Kelli Ward gives shares the background information on exactly what the audit involves after her own tour of the Maricopa County ballot audit facility. Mrs. Ward notes there are only three pallets of ballots left to be reviewed by hand before a high resolution digital image process begins on each and every ballot (Ward gives details).

Additionally, the Arizona audit team are reporting that “9 state delegations touring the audit tomorrow“, Friday June 11th. Previously, Georgia, Pennsylvania, Nevada, Wisconsin, Virginia and Alaska were reported to have sent legislative members to the audit facility to review the process.

This is an interesting ‘behind the scene’ update for those who are following the process.

Keep the pressure on.  Election integrity is the #1 priority for our nation. We need every state legislature to hear from citizens and start to use their power to do audits of their own election procedures.  Every state should be sending a delegation to Arizona to see the process of a full forensic audit AND canvass.

As recent media reports provide hindsight into how wrong the narrative was against President Trump; and specifically as details emerge about: (1) Anthony Fauci misleading background statements; (2) Obama’s involvement in the restart of SARS-CoV-2 weaponization via the Wuhan bio-lab; (3) the intentionally hyped risk caused by the COVID-19 virus; and, (4) the intentionally false attacks against mitigating medical treatments proposed by President Trump; it is worth revisiting an announcement in early May 2020 when the Democrats said they intended to use intelligence community methods to promote propaganda against the Trump administration.

On May 1, 2020, the Washington Post -an outlet known for being the manipulative propaganda voice of the Intelligence Community- openly stated a network had formed with the intent to weaponize “Technology once used to combat ISIS propaganda” against President Donald Trump and the White House efforts on COVID.

The problem, as they identified it, was President Trump’s ability to work around media control and share his message on COVID through his social media platforms. The former intelligence operatives and defense department personnel were creating a network of aligned interests to undermine President Trump’s ability to communicate.

MAY 2020 – The Washington Post: “A new Democratic-aligned political action committee advised by retired Army Gen. Stanley McChrystal, the former head of U.S. forces in Afghanistan, is planning to deploy technology originally developed to counter Islamic State propaganda in service of a domestic political goal — to combat online efforts to promote President Trump’s handling of the coronavirus pandemic.

The group, Defeat Disinfo, will use artificial intelligence and network analysis to map discussion of the president’s claims on social media. It will seek to intervene by identifying the most popular counter-narratives and boosting them through a network of more than 3.4 million influencers across the country — in some cases paying users with large followings to take sides against the president.

The initiative reflects fears within the Democratic Party that Trump’s unwavering digital army may help sustain him through the pandemic, as it has through past controversies, even as the economy craters, tens of thousands have died, and Trump suffers in the polls.

Last week a group of representatives from Pennsylvania toured the Arizona facility conducting the Maricopa County audit.  According to Griselda Zetino from KTAR, today a contingent from Alaska (including David Eastman), and one from Georgia (Burt Jones and Brandon Beach) are doing the same.

Additionally, Zetino is reporting that state reps from Wisconsin and Virginia are also expected to travel to Arizona and tour the process for conducting a forensic ballot audit of the 2020 election.

At last count the Arizona auditors had reviewed 1.6 million of the 2.1 million ballots.

Ballot audits not withstanding, I doubt there is a bigger story that will surface this year and this one has familiar tentacles…

As the discussion surrounding the release of emails from Anthony Fauci ripples through the media, we should all consider carefully the consequential ramifications of the discussion upon our nation.  At the heart of the current debate is a question about whether the SARS-CoV-2 virus originated from a bio research lab in Wuhan China. An article in Vanity Fair magazine provides some stark background to contemplate:

[Excerpt] – […] In one State Department meeting, officials seeking to demand transparency from the Chinese government say they were explicitly told by colleagues not to explore the Wuhan Institute of Virology’s gain-of-function research, because it would bring unwelcome attention to U.S. government funding of it.

In an internal memo obtained by Vanity Fair, Thomas DiNanno, former acting assistant secretary of the State Department’s Bureau of Arms Control, Verification, and Compliance, wrote that staff from two bureaus, his own and the Bureau of International Security and Nonproliferation, “warned” leaders within his bureau “not to pursue an investigation into the origin of COVID-19” because it would “‘open a can of worms’ if it continued.”

[…] In late March, former Centers for Disease Control director Robert Redfield received death threats from fellow scientists after telling CNN that he believed COVID-19 had originated in a lab. “I was threatened and ostracized because I proposed another hypothesis,” Redfield told Vanity Fair. “I expected it from politicians. There are a lot of familiar institutions and people within the article highlighting just how political everything around the COVID outbreak became.  As a nation we have all lived through the consequences of these political manipulations.  However, the application of Occam’s razor can serve as a guide; and I think the data is aligning in one specific direction.

Inside the Fauci emails there is one that stands out for many reasons.  On February 1st NIH scientists were telling Anthony Fauci the COVID-19 (SARS-CoV-2) has “unusual features” that “potentially look engineered”. Later in the email they highlight the genome of SARS-CoV-2 appears “inconsistent with expectations from evolutionary theory”.

Despite this analysis, only a few days later Anthony Fauci vehemently proclaimed the SARS-CoV-2 strain was a naturally occurring Bat virus, and anyone questioning the natural creation of the virus was ridiculed, marginalized and dismissed; some even lost their jobs.

We understand in hindsight a motive for Anthony Fauci to want to hide the origin of COVID-19 as he was personally invested in “gain of function research” (the weaponization of viruses) which he restarted in 2017. However, there’s something more….

Beyond Fauci’s fraud in denying the engineering likelihood, which is a big issue and deserves major investigation, there’s two other points that need to be discussed; and we will not see them in the media.

Interesting events happening as a legislative delegation from Pennsylvania travels to Arizona to meet with their legislative peers and discuss election integrity.  The Arizona state senate has authorized a full audit of Maricopa County election systems and ballots.  It would appear the Pennsylvania delegation has interest in the process.

One America News (OAN) is on the ground in Arizona reviewing the details of the Maricopa County audit and the processes and procedures.  As the nation keeps an eye on the lengthy audit, OAN is now reporting about a delegation from the Pennsylvania Legislature that has arrived to look over the process.

Pennsylvania is one of a handful of states where the election outcome has been questioned due to extremely sketchy results from very specific voting places.  Philadelphia and Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania had voting results -based on mail-in ballots- that did not align with other areas throughout the state.

Clark County, Nevada; Fulton County, Georgia; Wayne County, Michigan; Maricopa County, Arizona; and Madison, Wisconsin all followed a very odd pattern of excessive mail-in ballots that did not match the electoral roles.  Fulton County, Georgia (legal battle) and Maricopa County, Arizona are currently in an audit process.
