Walking in a Winner Wonderland – WATCH:

…“and we will win, and you will win, and we will keep on winning, and eventually you will say we can’t take all of this winning, …please Mr. Trump …and I will say, NO, we will win, and we will keep on winning” !…
Deconstructing the Administrative State Continues…
Today President Trump signed an executive order directing EPA head Scott Pruitt to dismantle the Obama Clean Water Rule. With this executive order Scott Pruitt will begin repealing and rewriting the vastly overreaching EPA rule which defined all water as navigable waterways, including puddles, ponds and water retention structures.
EPA Head Scott Pruitt will now go through the same lengthy rule-making process that put it together. It will take time to go through the notice and comment periods and probable legal challenges mounted in the opposite direction by environmental groups. (more…)
Vice-President Mike Pence delivered remarks this morning during the official commission of Wilbur Ross to become Secretary of Commerce. Both Vice-President Pence and Secretary Ross gave brief remarks during the formal commission ceremony.
Video of the Swearing in ceremony:

Secretary Ross brings with him a comprehensive subject matter skill-set to the position of commerce secretary. Wilbur Ross has spent decades inside the architecture of the economy understanding every aspect to the structure of economic impact brought about by governmental policy. He was overwhelmingly supported during his nomination.
Secretary Ross specific expertise is with the predictive impact of intensely granular policy on trade deals. He amassed a personal fortune by using his skill to invest in operations connected to the constructs of U.S. policy. Ross has willingly set those assets behind a blind trust and assumes the role of commerce secretary in an effort to provide the larger U.S. economy with the road map to similar growth and economic wealth. Wilbur Ross as Commerce Secretary will have the lead position in renegotiating trade deals including NAFTA. When candidate Trump said “we have some real killers for negotiators, we just never use them”, he could have been specifically describing Wilbur Ross.
Ross amassed a fortune as a private equities investor playing financial chess amid the tilted globalist board created by anti-American progressive trade policies supported by Tom Donohue and the U.S. CoC.
Having Ross in the cabinet is like hiring a Ty Cobb type veteran cat burglar to install your security system; Skippy The Wolverine knows all the angles…. (more…)

This is a Sunday discussion that’s more important than the traditional Sunday “blather”. Treasury Secretary Steve Mnuchin appears on Sunday Morning Futures with Maria Bartriomo to discuss President Trump economics.
Rejoice all ye econ and political geeks. Massive amounts of wholesome insight within the interview as Secretary Mnuchin discusses the budget, budgetary priorities, and yes, budgetary “goals” to include entitlement priority retention. Mnuchin also discusses regulatory reform, financial reform the federal reserve.
.
Just like General Kelly (DHS), General Mattis (DoD) and T-Rex (DoS), Steve Mnuchin at treasury is exactly the right guy for this intensely consequential moment in time. I shall frame the first $1 bill I discover with his signature. (more…)
Part III – Accepting and Challenging the Adversity within The Big Club – HERE
Part IV – Much of what we need to know about President Donald Trump’s approach we can discover within two books we know he read several years ago: Dr. Norman Vincent Peale – “The Power of Positive Thinking”, and Zig Ziglar – “Goals“.
.
If you had been publicly opposed to the chosen economic fork in the road for over 30 years; •if you were now 68-years-old and fed-up with the continuation down the wrong path; •if you were planning and strategically thinking in big, bold and consequential terms about taking on the challenge of realignment; •if you knew the scope of the challenge and all those who would oppose your efforts; •if you established personal financial security for yourself and your family in preparation,… well perhaps, just perhaps you would have studied and mapped out a goal when you stepped into the arena.
What remains is execution of a plan. (more…)
Look at the upper right side of this page and you will note the self-described affiliation of our group “The Last Refuge”. That name specifically chosen because we broke away from political identity framed around arguments of personality; frustrated because no one was focused on the real hands behind the networks. We have been fighting “The Big Club” for years.
President Trump is the first political entity in our lifetime that not only comprehends the faces of the false arguments (the personalities of false choice), but more importantly sees the architects behind the Potemkin villages represented by those faces. When it comes to domestic economic policies, the architects are the BIG CLUB.
So, what is “The Big Club“?
..What “Deep State” is to intelligence, military intervention and foreign policy – The “BIG CLUB” is to matters of domestic economics…
Politicians do not write laws. Paul Ryan, Nancy Pelosi, Mitch McConnell and Chuck Schumer do not sit in their offices writing out scripts of laws and legislation; no politician does. Politicians are the faces who sell legislation that unseen hands create. The Big Club are the hands that create the legislation.
As such, it makes no sense to argue about the salesmanship of Ted Cruz or Elizabeth Warren when neither Cruz nor Warren are creating the legislative constructs they are selling.
Indeed, it makes much more sense to focus the attention on the unseen hands that are never discussed – These are the roots of the issues, the politicians are merely the expendable and interchangeable sales force. (more…)
REMINDER – One of the larger hurdles President Trump faces is a need to re-educate an entire generation on a fundamentally new vision of the U.S. economy. A return to a Pro-Main Street, goods-based, manufacturing, technology, innovation and industry driven economic model. (more…)
President Donald Trump met with twenty-four CEO’s from the largest manufacturing organizations today for a listening session. The CEO’s represent over $1 trillion in annual product sales and employ approximately 2 million people.
The objective was to listen to their feedback on what policy initiatives are most important to their growth and stability, and to understand their perspectives on current regulatory hurdles that are negatively impacting current and future growth.
Prior to the closed door session, President Trump made some brief remarks with the press.
@06:30: …”we’re going to have a good relationship with Mexico – I hope – and if we don’t, we don’t… but we can’t let that [trade deficits] happen”….
