Below is an assembly of older posts that will be explained in a moment.  When you are this close to the FBI and DOJ buildings funny things happen…. you bump into people.  I’ll get to that in a moment…. but for now this is a reminder.  [Nailed it!!]

BACKGROUND: 2019 Judicial Watch FOIA Lawsuit resulted in the release of a May 16, 2017, memo written by then Acting FBI Director Andrew McCabe. [Link Here] At the time of the FOIA release most people focused on Deputy AG Rod Rosenstein willingness to wear a wire to record the President; however, the memo content actually revealed much more.

There are three aspects to the McCabe memo that warrant attention: (1) Rosenstein’s willingness to wear a wire. (2) Evidence that Rosenstein took Mueller to the White House on May 16, 2017, as a set-up to interview Mueller’s pending target; and (3) the CURRENT redactions to the memo indicate CURRENT efforts by the CURRENT AG Bill Barr to protect the corrupt intent of Rod Rosenstein. While all three points are alarming; given recent events the last aspect is most concerning.

In order to show the significance of this FOIA release CTH is going to present the McCabe memo in two different ways. First, by highlighting the raw memo release; and then secondly, to highlight the important context by inserting the memo into the timeline.

Thanks again for all the support.  Do not take my brutally honest writing on DC to be anything other than a way for ordinary people to see the corrupt nature of this toxic place from an outsiders perspective.  I am not fearful, I am more determined than ever.

The truth is my weapon here. I fear nothing in that regard.  It is just sad to think this is our nation’s capital and yet it seems occupied by doom and despair.   Saying hello, or good morning to one of the masked zombies gets you the glare of the pod people.

On to the mission at hand.   –  Almost all of it GOOD news; even in the bad news aspects of recent feedback.  Bottom line: no-one in a position of any oversight ever put this together before; and yet once you see it with all the accompanying certified evidence, everything makes sense.  Once visible it cannot be unseen.

Unfortunately, this reality also means congress did not figure this issue out; even with years of investigations.  However, on the plus side it also means they are not hiding it. Quite simply: they didn’t know about it, they never pieced it together.

You cannot explain it.  Pure unadulterated misery in every corner. It’s a million times worse than you could fathom.  The most singularly depressing town in the entire universe. And if you know anyone who enjoys it here, that tells you just how far disconnected they are from the rest of our nation.   There is nothing here except misery and functionaries, human robots, carrying through with their duties without any idea why.

When I say this is a lifeless soulless place.  You must imagine my new context to really understand it.   Staying in a hotel with only one, perhaps a handful, of other guest(s) is a rather remarkable sense of living amid COVID-19 misery in real life.

Yes, it’s like a living example of The Shining, sans the death-knock of the twins in the middle of the night.   That is correct.  Trump International DC – and NO GUESTS.  It’s a desolate, depressing, empty dystopian hotel nightmare hidden from all normal people in America including me.  I had no idea the metastasized rot had already spread to the central nervous system.   Eric needs to consider selling this place, and fast.

Restaurants closed.  Everything closed.  Lights out.  DARK. Want to eat, go to the grocery store and hope for bologna and some bread.  Everything on television/internet is disconnected from reality.  I know, I’m here.

A double dose of DOJ Spokesperson Kerri Kupec today.  Pay attention to the nuance of certainty and emphatic assurance in regard to the Durham probe and Flynn case vis-a-vis Judge Sullivan’s position.   There is no doubt in the emphasis of Ms. Kupec as she updates on the status of both. Noteworthy:  the ongoing effort of USAO Jeff Jensen.

It’s not what Kupec says that’s important, it’s the lack of ambiguity in how she is saying it. Her unique position, and her emphatic attributes, make Kerri Kupec an important element in understanding the arc of these investigations.    Be of good cheer. Can confirm.

FYI Tomorrow is a critical day of advanced prep for next phase, Thr/Fri. My writing will be minimal – 72 hours from now things may be remarkably different than today.

Lift your spirits.  I cannot tell you how much of a difference it makes right now; not only to this internet community but to our nation as a whole.   Choose to be optimistic. Live your best life, RIGHT NOW, there are people working furiously and with great purpose. Remember, this is the only life we have – so seize this day, and then the next, and then keep going.

We live in the greatest nation on the face of the earth. We are the people of that nation, with boundless opportunities most of the world can only dream of.  Our opposition has nothing but false witness, fear and lies.  Push on them, they are weak and shallow.

We are Americans…. Those who are working against our interests thrive in an atmosphere of despair and disenfranchisement – do not give it to them.  Carry an optimistic spirit, regardless of how challenging. I cannot explain it, but that makes success more certain.

The man who dressed as a Fed-X driver and attempted to assassinate Federal Judge Esther Salas has been found dead of an apparent ‘self-inflicted’ gunshot wound.

New Jersey […] The suspect was a white man who wore a face covering and a FedEx uniform, law enforcement sources told ABC News, and he used an ordinary car to make a getaway.

[…] The suspect was later found dead of an apparently self-inflicted gunshot wound near Liberty, New York, multiple law enforcement sources told ABC News. A municipal employee discovered the body in a car.

The deceased suspect was an attorney who had a case before Judge Salas in 2015, sources said. A FedEx package addressed to Judge Salas was discovered in the car, sources said.

“As a judge, she had threats from time to time, but everyone is saying that recently there had not been any,” said Mayor Womack, who is personal friends with the judge and her husband.  (read more)

The husband and son of Federal Judge Esther Salas were gunned down in their home this afternoon in a targeted attack.  The gunman rang the doorbell, Judge Salas’s husband, Mark Anderl, opened door and was immediately shot.  Her son ran to protect his father and he too was shot.  Both are in critical condition. Please lift up this family in prayer.

NBC New York –  The husband and son of a New Jersey federal judge were shot at their home Sunday afternoon, and a massive law enforcement response is underway.

Three senior law enforcement officials tell News 4 New York that a gunman shot Judge Esther Salas’s spouse and child at their North Brunswick home around 5 p.m. Sunday. Both are in very critical condition, the sources said.

With the release of transcripts and the declassification of material from within the IG report, the Carter Page FISA and Flynn documents showing FBI activity; and with the recent release from Senate Judiciary Chairman Lindsay Graham; there is a common misconception about why the intelligence apparatus began investigating the Trump campaign in the first place. Why was Donald Trump considered a threat?

In this outline we hope to provide some fully cited deep source material that will explain the origin; and specifically why those inside the Intelligence Community & DOJ began targeting Trump and using Confidential Human Sources against campaign officials.

During the time-frame of December 2015 through April 2016 the NSA database was being exploited by contractors within the intelligence community doing unauthorized searches.

On March 9, 2016, oversight personnel doing a review of FBI system access were alerted to thousands of unauthorized search queries of specific U.S. persons within the NSA database.

NSA Director Admiral Mike Rogers was made aware.

Subsequently NSA Director Rogers initiated a full compliance review of the system to identify who was doing the searches; & what searches were being conducted.

On April 18, 2016, following the preliminary audit results, Director Rogers shut down all FBI contractor access to the database after he learned FISA-702 “about”(17) and “to/from”(16) search queries were being done without authorization. Thus begins the first discovery of a much bigger background story.
