DNC Candidate Keith Ellison Wants Full Democrat Filibuster on Gorsuch Nomination…

During the last of the DNC regional forum’s today in Baltimore Maryland, leading candidate Keith Ellison outlines why every non-Democrat should hope he wins the chairmanship.
Ellison’s expressed approach is that Supreme Court Nominee Neil Gorsuch should be filibustered by all Senate Democrats.  This is Keith Ellison’s strategy:
keith-ellison

BALTIMORE – […]  Ellison said Democrats should filibuster Gorsuch’s confirmation after Republicans refused to consider Merrick Garland, President Barack Obama‘s nominee for the seat.
“We have to oppose Gorsuch at every millimeter, and the reason why is Republicans stole a Democratic seat,” he said. “We cannot capitulate to that kind of bullying. They’re the ones who broke the rules.”  (more)

This short-sighted, inside the bubble and disconnected approach plays brilliantly into the hands of team Trump.  This approach is exactly what will trigger the nuclear option as we have described previously.

Professor Mark Blyth – Political Economist…

As many of you know we spend a great deal of time researching various aspects of modern economics. There are very few people who have a firm grasp on the new economy, and even fewer still who can translate the recent economic structure into current economic predictions.
Professor Mark Blyth is one of the very select few people who grasp the full concept of two economies, Wall Street (fiscal economy) and Main Street (working class, traditional). A few weeks ago Blyth appeared on Tucker Carlson to discuss his thoughts.
Professor Blyth is well worth listening to because while he uses different terminology, he is essentially describing the exact conditions we have been discussing here for the last several years. He gets it, and we believe he’s correct.

Blyth describes political economics as an outcome of a decades shift from valuing wages (traditional main street production value) to valuing/emphasizing pricing (Wall street) etc.  What he outlines is exactly what we have described in the New Economic Dimension.

Ninth Circuit Court Now Demands It Be Protected From Itself…

Oh, the winning… it’s often too funny. The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals is now independently, on its own impetus, requesting an internal vote on a full panel en banc hearing to review its own decision.
Additionally, the full ninth are asking the Trump administration to file an additional brief telling the court why the three member original appeals ruling authority was wrong.   In essence, the smart judges know what wasn’t considered, and are now looking for an out.
You just can’t make this stuff up.
Prior to expanding the conversation, allow us to set the current stage with a few tweet optics:
9th-circuit-29th-circuit-3
Wait, wha… huh? Yes, that’s the 9th circuit requesting its own judicial membership ruling to be reviewed by the entire larger 9th circuit appeals court panel. Ya think maybe they recognize they just jumped head-first into showcasing their own insufferable moonbattery…

Education Secretary Betsy Devos Assaulted By Black Lives Matter Protesters During DC School Visit…

Education Secretary Betsy Devos was going to visit a Washington DC Middle School earlier today when a group of left-wing and Black Lives Matter protesters mounted a blockade. Secretary Devos was physically blocked from visiting the school. The radical leftists cheer their victory.

Democrats have a long history of blocking school entrances going back to Democrat Governor George Wallace and his stand at the schoolhouse door to stop desegregation efforts.
However, perhaps the most disturbing part of the event was witnessing the Washington DC Police units stand down and support for the law breaking protest groups. As you can see in the captured videos below, the Washington DC police are willing to allow political violence.  Then again, the Tuscaloosa local police stood with George Wallace too… (more…)

France Announces Plan To Put Eiffel Tower Behind 8 Foot Wall of Ballistic Glass…

Brilliant. “Screw the People, Save the Monuments”!… There is something remarkably French about this proactive approach.
Walls must work because Paris deputy mayor Jean-Francois Martins just announced their intention to build an 8 foot ballistic glass barricade around the base of the Eiffel Tower.  Apparently the previous jobs for jihadi’s program didn’t go over too well.

(Via Daily Mail) France is going to put the Eiffel Tower behind an 8ft-high glass wall to protect it from terrorists following an attack at the Louvre.

The security measure is part of a multi-million euro plan to prevent jihadist attacks in the French capital, which have claimed 238 lives around France in the past two years.

Overnight – Senate Confirms HHS Secretary Tom Price…

Despite the insufferable stall tactics being deployed as political flak and chaff countermeasures Tom Price was confirmed at around 2:00am EST as Health and Human Services Secretary.

(AP Report) […]  Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, R-Ky., said Price, 62, “knows more about health care policy than just about anyone.” He said Price would help “bring stability to health care markets that Obamacare has harmed.”
Price’s nomination is part of a larger clash in which Republicans want to quickly enact priorities long blocked by Obama. Democrats, with few tools as Congress’ minority, are making a show of resistance, stretching some floor debates to the maximum 30 hours Senate rules allow.  (read more) Swearing In Ceremony Below:

U.S. State Department Begins Effort To Undermine French Election and Utilize "The Vast Russian Conspiracy"…

Those who follow the messaging from within the unofficial news agency of the U.S. State Department, CNN or CNNi, might have noticed a report delivered by Wolf Blitzer yesterday claiming the Russians were set to influence another nationalist election victory, this time in France.
cnn-france-2

With a vote coming in April, could French elections be targeted by the same Russian hackers accused of meddling in the US campaign?  (CNN LINK)

The entire proclamation by Blitzer, and the executive level CNN folks who put it together, was almost identical to the previous claims of a vast Russian conspiracy influencing the U.S. election and the victory of President Donald Trump.   The difference between November 2016 and today, is this time CNN is attempting to get out ahead of an election rather than responding to the outcome therein.
In essence, CNN -and by extension the progressive State Department officials remaining within the shadow deep state construct- is trying to influence the French Presidential Race.  Blaming the Russians in advance is an attempt to weaken Marine Le Pen.
But why would they do this, you might ask.  Well, those of you who have followed the historic research on the State Department might well remember the “Rivkin Project“.  The globalist agents who carry a vested interest are simply not willing to concede another loss in their decades long approach toward eliminating nationalist sentiment.

Insider Mary Doetsch Writes About U.S. Refugee Program…

The Letter Swamp Media Doesn’t Want Us To Read…
syrian refugee 3(Chicago Tribune) I fully support President Donald Trump‘s executive order that temporarily halts admissions from the U.S. Refugee Admissions Program and bans travel from nationals of countries that potentially pose a security risk to the United States; however, I don’t think the action goes far enough. Further, I believe there are many people throughout the country who feel the same way.
As a recently retired 25-year veteran of the U.S. Department of State who served almost eight years as a refugee coordinator throughout the Middle East, Africa, Russia and Cuba, I have seen first-hand the abuses and fraud that permeate the refugee program and know about the entrenched interests that fight every effort to implement much-needed reform. Despite claims of enhanced vetting, the reality is that it is virtually impossible to vet an individual who has no type of an official record, particularly in countries compromised by terrorism. U.S. immigration officials simply rely on the person’s often rehearsed and fabricated “testimony.” I have personally seen this on hundreds of occasions.

Dick Blumenthal VS Judge Gorsuch – He Said, He Said and Media Runs to The Typeset…

Apparently there are many people who just don’t quite understand the concept of:

…The political war is a battle for your mind.

The professional swamp dwellers, and those who sell the swamp uniparty messages, are intensely skilled at creating false impressions. The example of swamp-master Dick Blumenthal and his like-minded political ilk is just the most recent example.
blumenthal-1gorsuch-4
Senator Dick knows Judge Gorsuch is in that tenuous confirmation space where he cannot respond to any claim made by political opposition about his words, their use and phrases.
Senator Dick can say anything he wants, Gorsuch has no venue to retort.
Senator Dick knows this position of compromise puts Dick’s team at an advantage. Thus Team Dick can say anything they want, and Team Dick’s political opponents are hamstrung.
This is the context to consider anything coming from the mouth of Dick, or any oppositional entity who monitor the swamp and advocate on behalf of those dwelling therein; ie. ‘the mostly swamp media’ (MSM). The swamp sellers can then run with Team Dick’s statements to create a useful narrative of division against their opposition.

Media's Use of 'Mamet Principle' Running on Autopilot…

Liberal turned conservative David Mamet famously said:

In order to continue advancing their illogical arguments modern liberals have to pretend not to know things

The current Mostly Swamp Media’s (MSM) approach toward espousing their narratives is highly dependent on media’s use of Mamet’s truism.  Consider:
elian-gonzalezExample #1 – The media argument against President Trump’s executive order -temporarily suspending visa approvals from seven countries of concern- drags out the customary injured parties of children and families etc….  While simultaneously avoiding the legal repatriation of Elian Gonzalez to Cuba which asserted the courts were powerless to stop President Clinton: “It is the duty of the Congress and of the executive branch to exercise political will,” and “in no context is the executive branch entitled to more deference than in the context of foreign affairs.” (link)
