The Desperation of Democrats Surfaces in Effort to Block GA Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene from Reelection

The issue would be insanely ridiculous, stupid and generally prone to ridicule if the judicial branch was not willing to engage this nonsense.

The far-left activists are attempting to use Lawfare tactics to block MAGA Republican Marjorie Taylor Greene from reelection using claims of “insurgency” as a justification to disqualify her from the ballot.  As unbelievable as it sounds, Representative Greene was forced to testify today in court as the Lawfare idiots test out the approach they intend to deploy against Donald Trump if they succeed in Georgia.

Andrew Celli, lawyer for the challengers, attempted to frame Greene as a leading insurrectionist in the J6 events in Washington DC.  To grasp how ridiculous this is, the lawyers even tried to use soundbites from a Hollywood movie, Independence Day, to give the impression of Greene trying to overthrow the government by saying, “We will not go quietly into that good night.” {Direct Rumble LinkWATCH:

Apparently, lawyer Celli, has never read the poem “Do not go gentle into that good night,” as written by Dylan Thomas [1914-1953].  That poem is the original iteration of the phrase that has been used many times by various speakers for emphasizing grit, courage and determination.   Many public speakers have used various iterations of the sentiment in speeches and comments.

The Georgia case revolves around an archaic Civil War-era provision of the Fourteenth Amendment, which says any American official who takes an oath to uphold the Constitution is disqualified from holding any future office if they “engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof.”   However, how this would possibly apply today is a silly legal question, which takes the court down the rabbit hole of questioning free speech and political discourse.

…But that’s how desperate the Democrats are.

IMF Director After COVID Spending Spree, Inflation and Global Food Crisis, Perhaps We Need to Pay Attention to Law of Unintended Consequences

It’s not exactly a confidence builder when the Director of the International Monetary Fund answers the question about forward priorities by saying, “Perhaps we need to pay attention to the law of unintended consequences.”  You had one job Kristalina, one job.

During an International Monetary Fund (IMF) spring debate and discussion segment, IMF Managing Director Kristalina Georgieva, outlined her perspective against the backdrop of massive inflation caused by the global financial institutions telling government to spend money and they will print it, during COVID.  [The video is prompted to 01:04:50] WATCH:

The discussion included EU Central Bank President Lagarde, US Fed Chair Powell, Indonesian Finance Minister Mulvani – when IMF Director Kristalina Georgieva admitted they channeled their COVID fear and emotions by unsustainably printing money without pausing to think through the consequences.

Now, the world is facing massive inflation, economic contraction, looming hunger, widespread famine and a pending global financial collapse.

Their response? “Whoops.”

Not to worry, they’ll have a little wine and chocolate and figure things out.  Swear.

Treasury Secretary Yellen, We Will Have to Put Up With Inflation a While Longer

The Biden administration is desperate to get to June when they can start to cycle through the anniversary of the 2021 inflation spike beginning and start to see annual inflation comparisons level off.  The rate of inflation will drop once the statistical year-over-year comparisons reach the same moment in the prior year.  The fed will raise interest rates in May and then use the June inflation rate decline as a false talking point to highlight how their policy is working.  They wait for May, because they need to wait for the calendar, nothing else.  Inflation is measured as the percentage of change from the prior year.  By waiting until the inflation is measured against the first wave of rising prices, it will give the illusion of a decline in inflation.

That’s the unspoken background behind Janet Yellen’s statements to CNBC where she says, “We’ll have to put up with inflation a while longer.”  It’s all about kicking-the-can until the statistical comparisons lessen, nothing more.  WATCH:

When we reviewed the last inflation report at 8.5% we noted, “We will need to watch the service side closely now to see if consumers start to lessen travel, entertainment, and other service side expenses.”  We are starting to get the first signals of serious trouble on the service side now.

(USNews) – […] S&P Global said its flash U.S. Composite PMI Output Index, which tracks the manufacturing and services sectors, fell to a reading of 55.1 this month from 57.7 in March. That reflected a moderation in activity in the vast services sector.

Fauci on Federal Mask Mandate – Laws and Courts Have No Right to Impede on CDC Science and Regulations

Someone might want to knock Anthony Fauci down a few pegs from his high-horse position.   In this brief video, Fauci was asked for his opinion on the recent federal court ruling that the CDC exceeded its authority with a federal transportation mask mandate.

According to Fauci, the CDC bureaucratic science should supersede any constitutional, legal or limiting positions by the legislative or judicial branches of government.  In essence he’s saying the CDC is above the law.  WATCH:

https://youtu.be/vYqeBcM4P1o

The CDC is a subservient regulatory agency just like every other agency within government and is just as subject to the laws and legal limitations of the constitution as any other agency would be.  However, in the worldview of Fauci and the Branch Covidians, the power of science puts them above the law.

President Obama Emphasizes the Importance of the Public-Private Partnership Controlling and Labeling Information

In the background of politics and government interests, there has been a shadow discussion barely visible behind the opaque glass door.  Today, that door opened, Barack Obama stepped out and delivered a speech.  Now we get clarity on the movements CTH has been warning about.

It does not come as a coincidence that former President Obama delivered THIS speech about misinformation and disinformation amid the intelligence community effort to control information and social media.  The timing tells a story, specifically the timing just a day after former Obama administration intelligence officials wrote a letter {SEE HERE} warning about efforts to break up the information control by Big Tech and Social Media.

The intelligence apparatus does not want their public-private partnership, between government and big tech social media, interfered with.  President Obama steps forth to put an exclamation point in place, saying the public-private partnership he created must control the information.  WATCH:

I cannot emphasize strongly enough; how close this collective demand is to a similar construct in Orwell’s 1984 prediction of “The Ministry of Truth.”  Indeed, if you follow the need for government control of information its logical conclusion, these demands by the U.S. deep state architects are identical.

I also hope readers can see this speech for what it is.  THIS is exactly what we were warning about when the shadows were moving feverously in the past several weeks {GO DEEP}.   The catchphrases “disinformation”, “misinformation” and “malinformation” are being cited by President Obama in that speech.   Where did that lingo come from?  THE INTELLIGENCE COMMUNITY {SEE HERE}

At the top of all critical issues we must understand, share and keep focus on, the issue surrounding the free flow of information is the most critical.

Free speech, social media platforming, user bans, censorship, demonetization, financial targeting of Canadian truckers, Elon Musk attempting to purchase Twitter, our ability to communicate, the culture war, the digital identity issue, heck, even you being able to read this, all of it surrounds the central component of information.

This is the big war.  Controlling, labeling, emphasizing, downplaying, removing, information ; everything else is downstream from this fight.

Secretary Yellen Notes the Sanctions Against Russia Backfiring Against the EU Via Unsustainably Higher Prices

There comes a time when ideology runs headfirst into the monolith of unwavering reality.  Today, during a press briefing as a part of the IMF World Bank Meetings [TRANSCRIPT HERE], Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen was forced to admit the sanctions against Russia have hurt the EU more than Vladimir Putin and the Russian economy.

Secretary Yellen was asked about the need for increased western government bans against Russian exports.

Yellen was faced with the discomfort of admitting the global market is still open to receiving Russian products, specifically oil and gas, and that banning the EU from receiving those products only drives the EU prices higher, which has already led to unsustainable inflation.

Key Segment:

…”Europe clearly needs to reduce its dependence on Russia with respect to energy. But we need to be careful when we think about a complete European ban on say oil imports. We want to harm Russia – that would clearly raise global oil prices would have a damaging impact on Europe and other parts of the world. And counterintuitively it could actually have very little negative impact on Russia because although Russia might export less, its price for its exports would go up.”

The EU is already experiencing massive energy price increases.  Yesterday, Germany announced manufacturing price increases of more than 30% following increased energy costs exceeding 80%.  The current western government sanctions against Russia are hitting the EU economy harder than they are hurting Russia as alternative customers (India, China) for Russian energy exports are still purchasing.

In essence, the EU has partly removed themselves as a customer, but the seller, Russia, is still selling; only now they are getting higher prices because the EU and U.S. are disrupting oil and energy production in an effort to chase their climate change goals.

Biden Administration Will Appeal Federal Court Ruling and Attempt to Reinstitute Federal Mask Mandate

Ideological leftism is contingent upon appeasing the most insane elements of the extreme left.

As a consequence, the Biden political CDC has announced they need the Biden political DOJ to try and get the federal mask mandate put back into place.

CDC Announcement: “To protect CDC’s public health authority beyond the ongoing assessment announced last week, CDC has asked DOJ to proceed with an appeal in Health Freedom Defense Fund, Inc., et al., v. Biden, et alIt is CDC’s continuing assessment that at this time an order requiring masking in the indoor transportation corridor remains necessary for the public health.” (LINK)

According to NBC News, “the Justice Department said that it has filed a notice of appeal “in light of today’s assessment by the CDC” in a statement late Wednesday afternoon.” (LINK)

The Covidians who define themselves by their adherence to the dictates of the U.S. government, are happy.  However, in an election year where the overwhelming majority of the American people have had enough of this political science, this decision fuels an angry rebuke.

SIDEBAR – A few weeks ago I accidentally ended one Sunday morning at a fascinating Glenn Greenwald article giving a deep dive around the Washington Post “reporter” Taylor Lorenz, who is at the center of this story.  READ IT HERE  As an outcome of that Greenwald article, I traveled though the internets to find a fascinating YouTube expose’ on the same Taylor Lorenz.  WATCH IT HERE

You’ll never get the time in your life back that it takes to see the fulsome picture of how 49-year-old Taylor Lorenz operates.  However, the background of her insane ideological effort is quite remarkable.   If you are ever bored, or perhaps laid up with a broken leg and looking for something to take your mind off the situation, check out the Greenwald article and complimentary video.  This Taylor Lorenz character is seriously disturbed.

Biden Distributing Another $800 Million to Ukraine, Still Nothing for U.S. Border Crisis

According to multiple media outlets [CNN hereReuters here] Joe Biden is sending another $800 million in weapons to Ukraine.  This is the third delivery of U.S. military hardware bringing the total weapons deliveries to $3.4 billion since late February.  Congress has allocated $14 billion for the laundry operation, which *may* include authorization for much of this current distribution.

In the last several days the Russian military have been posting on their ground reports, about the capture of many millions in U.S. weapons as the Russian army moves more forcefully and methodically to secure the Eastern Ukraine Donbas region.

While western media talks about an ongoing battle for the Russia-Ukraine city of Mariupol, the reality is the remaining Ukraine regiment in the city is now located in a steel factory where they took civilians to provide cover.  The Russians have given them a deadline to surrender.

At this point Mariupol is a western media talking point, a created Alamo narrative, about to disappear.

(VIA CNN) – The US is prepping another $800 million military assistance package for Ukraine, according to three senior administration officials and two sources familiar with the planning.

Details of the latest package are still being privately discussed and could change, but earlier Tuesday, President Joe Biden said the US plans to send more artillery to Ukraine.

DOJ Says It Will Appeal Court Decision to Overturn the Federal Transportation Mask Mandate, if the CDC Asks Them to

On one hand, Joe Biden needs to appease the base of his Covidians who identify themselves through the prism of COVID. On the other hand, the overwhelming majority of Americans are done with the COVID fear mongering.  What to do, what to do?

Trying to split the baby, Biden’s DOJ announces [SEE HERE] it will appeal the federal court ruling that overturned the federal Transporation covid mask mandate, but only if the CDC tells them to.

DOJ PRESS RELEASE – […] “The Department of Justice and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) disagree with the district court’s decision and will appeal, subject to CDC’s conclusion that the order remains necessary for public health.”

“If CDC concludes that a mandatory order remains necessary for the public’s health after that assessment, the Department of Justice will appeal the district court’s decision.” (link)

Keep in mind, the federal court ruling specifically centered around the arbitrary nature of the original mandate, which exceeded the scope of CDC legal authority, compounded by the CDC breaking its own rules for public feedback in the implementation.

The mandate created by Joe Biden did not have legal structure.  It was a dictatorial fiat that exceeded the capacity of the executive branch to create.
