Defiant To The End – Atlanta Educators Refuse To Accept Responsibility on Sentencing Day….

• The original investigation named 178 educators in the corruption, including 38 principals, as participants in cheating. • More than 80 confessed. • The investigators said they confirmed cheating in 44 of 56 schools they examined. • The investigators conducted more than 2,100 interviews and examined more than 800,000 documents in what is likely the most wide-ranging investigation into test-cheating in a public school district ever conducted in United States history.  (Full Backstory)

In 2009 President Obama’s Education Department named the Atlanta School Superintendent in charge of the racketeering “School Superintendent of The Year”, the educational equivalent of the Nobel Prize.

atlanta teachers and admins

• More than three dozen educators were indicted in 2013. • 21 educators pled guilty before trial. • 12 Educators and Administrators went to trial and faced felony charges. • 11 of the 12 were found guilty!

After a 5 month trial and more than eight days of jury deliberation resulting in guilty convictions for those 11 Atlanta Public School educators, teachers and administrators, the sentences came Tuesday.

In a stunning development Judge Baxter gave each of the guilty educators a chance to mitigate their sentences with a simple admission of, and acceptance of, guilt.

But the educators defied the request and failed to release themselves of the Dindu Nuffin mentality. Judge Baxter was not pleased. (more…)

Managing The Optics – Passenger in Walter Scott’s Car Speaks Out: ‘He Didn’t Deserve to Die’…

~ A Humorous Tale Of Competing Narratives ~

Since we identified the Walter Scott passenger as Pierre Fulton, we must have caught Ryan Julison a little off guard – because an odd and somewhat humorous dynamic surfaces.  The first media entity to inquire about passenger Mr. Pierre Fulton gets the following background from his family:

Walter Scott - Passenger - Pierre Fulton(Via Daily Mail) […]  Meanwhile, the man who was in the car when Walter Scott was flagged down by police before being gunned down was identified today as drifter Pierre Fulton.

[…]  Pierre’s family said they had no idea why he was in the car and how he came to be friends with the shooting victim. His grand mother Eunice Fulton, 70, said: ‘I spoke with my daughter Franetta on Thursday and Pierre had only just told her he was in the car. ‘It was a terrible incident but we haven’t had the chance to speak to him about it. He used to live with me until a couple of years ago. But I don’t where he hangs out now. He moves around.’

[…] His grandmother added: ‘He is a good grandson. He cares for his family. But I don’t know what he is doing now.’ Pierre has worked as a cleaner, laundry man and warehouseman over the years, but some members of his family have lost touch with him.

Rosanne Grant of Alternative Staffing employment agency told Daily Mail Online: ‘ He worked at various jobs over the period of a year through me. The last time I hear about him was in 2006 and nothing since. I don’t know what he has been working at.’ (link)

Yikes, it appears the Daily Mail got out a little ahead of the preferred story.  However, when you look at the picture of Pierre Fulton provided by the image consultants (ie. lawyers and Ryan Julison) the goal of the optical engineers is transparent.

Drifter?  Unemployed? We can’t have any of that. (more…)

South Carolina Legal Experts Advocate For “The Safari Principle” – Officer Slager Should Have Stayed In His Car… And Not Chased Walter Scott…

The first advocacy for “The Safari Principle” surfaced prior to the George Zimmerman trial, in the summer of 2012, when the professionally aggrieved first began the meme: “He shouldn’t have gotten out of his car”.

Historically we used to blame the victim by saying he/she was in the wrong place at the wrong time. However, politically it became too difficult to define where the wrong places were, and simultaneously legislators continued to struggle defining the right vs. wrong times people were allowed to be in these places.

In order to protect the criminal class a more specific rule was needed.

After various opinions were considered eventually the advocates settled upon The Safari Principle – A selected narrative used throughout 2012/2013 as a point of advocacy driving home the belief that George Zimmerman had no right to follow, then exit his vehicle, when he saw a suspicious Trayvon Martin peering through windows and casing houses.

The “Safari Principle” evolved to further claim ‘if you do get out of your car, you deserve what you get’ with the implication by the left-wingers’  that young black males cannot control their behavior. (more…)

*Update* Game Changer OR Paradigm Shift ? – Walter Scott Shooting: Enhanced Video Shows Officer Slager With Taser Darts…

update-1Updated 4/12/15 2:15pm with additional video

On the first day we saw the North Charleston, South Carolina, shooting video of Walter Scott by Officer Michael Slager we were as shocked as everyone.  However, as our research now indicates, there is much more to the story.

What we cover here in the latest update might just change the entire way the story continues…

Today, April 12th – We share alarming discoveries within the non-discussed details.

Treeper Diwataman , who previously discovered the “Three Stooges” interaction with Trayvon Martin (which became a game changer leading to the discovery of why Trayvon was at the 7-11) has done another incredible job creating a video to aid a larger understanding.

With discovery of the full radio dispatch recording of North Charleston Police, and with the Dash Cam video(s) from two vehicles, Diwataman was able to assemble a video syncing all of the data into one format easily understood.

The sync’d  video IS BRILLIANT and shows the length of time in the chase, confrontation, physical struggle between Officer Slager and Walter Scott, and the first aid administered by the responding officers.

Additionally, by adding a running clock from the moment Scott begins to run from the vehicle scene you can see the length of the struggle:

The Walter Scott Shooting – and Being Misled By Media Ideology…..

When we begin to research the facts of controversial issues we eventually find the deconstruction of a false media narrative, and exposing how the media manipulates public opinion of events, ultimately becomes the purpose of our research more than anything else.

In case we have not said it clearly enough, allow me to repeat. We hold no opinion as to the Walter Scott shooting itself. These threads are to get to the FACTS of who, what, when and where; leading toward discussion of the possibilities inherent in the “why”.

You know, what the Fourth Estate used to do…

It is not a consequence of whether Michael Slager was right or wrong. Nor a matter of whether anyone “deserved” anything, or if anything was “justified”.

Just a simple search for the truth. The truth that has no agenda nor disposition toward anyone’s opinion of it.

truth

All of that said, you’d have to be blind to the events of the past 5 years regarding controversial violent encounters (Trayvon Martin, Mike Brown, Tony Robinson, etc) and the inherent manipulation of the details therein, not to notice that some evidence is released and some similar evidence brutally missing, for an very intentional purpose.

The South Carolina Walter Scott shooting -by Police Officer Michael Slager- is absolutely filled with intentionally missing elements in an effort by ALL INTERESTED PARTIES to sell a narrative useful for their purposes.

What does that mean? It means this is not just a legal issue; it means the shooting is being manipulated for a political benefit; it means the substance in the media reports are there to sell a purposeful narrative from one singular perspective. (more…)

*UPDATE* “The Passenger” – The Walter Scott Vehicle Is A Curious Concern To Scott Scheme Team Narrative – Updated With Incident Reports From Responding Officers (Sans Slager)….

Last night on CNN with Anderson Cooper, Scott Family Attorney Chris Stewart stated they didn’t know who the passenger was with Walter Scott when he was pulled over. However, he also said they (attorneys, Julison and Scheme Team) were quickly searching for him.

walter scott - passenger 1

Against the backdrop that Walter Scott fled after giving up his Driver’s License, thereby easily identifying his personage, an obvious issue is: what was more risky to him than staying in an innocuous traffic stop and being processed/cited? Something not passing the sniff test.

The family (Ryan Julison – spokesman) narrative to explain the motive for fleeing is to claim warrants for outstanding unpaid child support. However, as the Associated Press reports, there was no outstanding warrant to fill that meme.

[…] Court records show that Walter L. Scott was almost $7,500 behind in child support at the time he was shot and killed by a police officer, but no bench warrant had been issued for him. (link)

So Ryan Julison wants to sell a motive that doesn’t exist. Curiousor and curiousor. (more…)

Figures ! Otis Byrd Family Hires Dr. Baden To Conduct Private Autopsy….

Otis Byrd was the guy found in Mississippi hanging from a tree. The media machine was initially thrilled at the thought of a black victim hanged in Mississippi…. Oh the stories they were ready to sell. Alas, the initial DOJ investigation showed he committed suicide – rats!

otis byrd - mugshot(Via Clarion Ledger) The Byrd family’s attorney has enlisted Dr. Michael Baden, who conducted an autopsy on Michael Brown, to do an independent investigation into Otis Byrd’s hanging death.

The family of a man found hanging from a tree in March does not believe he committed suicide, they announced through their legal counsel Wednesday afternoon.

Otis Byrd, 54, was found March 19 hanging by a bed sheet from a tree not far from his residence in Claiborne County after having been missing for over two weeks. Local authorities called in the FBI after finding his body.

Authorities have said evidence doesn’t suggest foul play, but the results of an autopsy have not been made public. The FBI says it has discussed the autopsy results with the family but the family’s attorneys, Sweet and Associates, disagrees. (more…)

North Charleston South Carolina Erupts In Anger Over Walter Scott Shooting – Mark O’Mara Weighs In On Walter Scott Shooting –

North Charleston Mayor Keith Summey and Police Chief Eddie Driggers gave a press conference today in the shooting of Walter Scott. The local audience was very angry, and protesters interrupted the questioning frequently.

mayor Keith Summeypolice chief eddie

• The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) has now taken over the investigation. • Police Chief Driggers stated that no other police officer other than the shooting officer Michael Slager witnessed the immediate event. • Officer Slager has been fired and arrested on a murder charge.  • Officer Slager’s wife is 8 months pregnant.

• Mayor Keith Summey stated that immediately body cameras would be ordered and initiated for use on all police officers.   • Both Summey and Driggers, together with a Chaplain met with the family of the victim Walter Scott this morning. • Mayor Summey states there is more video than has been made public.  • Coroner reports Walter Scott received multiple gunshot wounds to his back – cause of death ‘homicide’.

All of the usual media suspects -those who advocate for a specific narrative- are working the story diligently as they begin the process of fueling anger in the local community and push a larger victim narrative into the national coverage.  The arrival of outside agitators should be anticipated within the next 12 to 24 hours.  (more…)

Alarming Video – South Carolina Cop Will Be Charged With Murder – Video Shows Victim Shot In Back While Fleeing Arrest…

~ This Shooting Appears To Be Everything The Mike Brown Shooting Was Not ~

♦ The Victim’s name is Walter Scott. ♦ He was shot on April 4th by a South Carolina Police officer. ♦ There is a video of the shooting taken by an eye witness – SEE VIDEO HERE (also embedded below) ♦ Arguably without the video the police officer would not have been arrested. ♦ The Police officer, through his attorney, previously said he followed proper procedure. ♦ The video reflects the police lied.

South Carolina

(BACKSTORY) On APRIL 5TH NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCIV) — The attorney for a North Charleston police officer who shot a 50-year-old man during a confrontation at a traffic stop Saturday says his client believes he followed proper procedure.

The incident began about 9:30 a.m. Saturday when Officer Michael Slager, 33, pulled 50-year-old Walter Scott over for a broken tail light at the corner of Remount and Craig roads.

Police and witnesses say Scott tried to run from Slager before turning to fight for the officer’s Taser. It was during that scuffle that the officer fired his service weapon, fatally wounding Scott.

According to an incident report, officers heard Slager say over the radio that he had deployed his Taser and “seconds later” he said “Shots fired and the subject is down. He took my Taser.”

Attorney David Aylor released a statement Monday that reiterated the police report. (link)

Then the eye witness video was released by the victims family which entirely disputes the substance and construct of the police report. The Police Officer, Michael Slager (33), will be charged with murder. (more…)

Fishy !! – Duke University Will Not Release Details of Student Who Hung Noose From Tree…

If the admitted culprit was a white male it’s doubtful there would be any reluctance. The media would normally be tearing the university administration apart based on tips from the same students who exposed the prankster.  Earlier:

The Duke People of Color Caucus released a statement saying that the Duke campus is “not a safe place.”” (Wednesday)

Anonymity would never survive the crushing media mob, unless….

duke noose(Via CNS News) An undergraduate student at Duke University admitted to hanging a noose in a tree and has left campus while disciplinary actions are considered, university officials said Thursday.

School spokesman Michael Schoenfeld said at a news conference that the school would not release the name of the student who admitted to hanging the noose, found early Wednesday in a plaza at the heart of the campus. The person is still enrolled at Duke, but faces student conduct and law enforcement investigations.

The student was identified with information provided by other students and will be subject to Duke’s student conduct process, Schoenfeld said. An investigation is continuing to find out if others were involved.

School officials believe federal education laws protecting information about students and their grades prevent the school from describing the culprit’s gender, race or whether the student had been in trouble in the past, Schoenfeld said. (more…)
