Everything they do is consistently about the next “get”.   Democrats plan to run Hillary 2016 so everything now is about setting up the “sexist narrative” for her campaign next year.

WASHINGTON DC – At the White House Tuesday, President Barack Obama will sign two new executive actions on equal pay as Senate Democrats move for a show-vote on the Paycheck Fairness Act — launching Democrats’ first large-scale coordinated message effort ahead of this year’s midterms.
One of the new executive orders on Tuesday, Equal Pay Day, will prohibit federal contractors from retaliating against workers who discuss their salaries — a move one White House official called “a critical tool to encourage pay transparency.” (more…)

RIYADH, Saudi Arabia (AP) — (<– Huffington Post ) The Obama administration is considering allowing shipments of new air defense systems to Syrian rebels, a U.S. official said Friday.
President Barack Obama’s possible shift would likely be welcomed by Saudi Arabia, which has been pressing the White House to allow the man-portable air-defense systems, known as “manpads,” into Syria. Obama arrived in Saudi Arabia on Friday evening for meetings with King Abdullah.
Allowing manpads to be delivered to Syrian rebels would mark a shift in strategy for the U.S., which until this point has limited its lethal assistance to small weapons and ammunition, as well as humanitarian aid. The U.S. has been grappling for ways to boost the rebels, who have lost ground in recent months, allowing Syrian President Bashar Assad to regain a tighter grip on the war-torn nation. (more…)

The best reason Democrats can come up with to vote for a Democrat retread is that she would be the “first woman President”.

Voting for a person because of their gender is just as sexist as not voting for a person because of their gender.   But I digress…

(Via Daily Caller)  If Hillary Clinton runs for president in 2016 her top selling point will be —  not her experience, not her competency, or intelligence — the fact that if she  would be the first U.S. president with ovaries.
A new Gallup poll released Friday found that when asked what  the best or most positive thing about a Hillary Clinton presidency would be, 18  percent cited the fact that she would be the first woman president. The second  most popular answer, at nine percent, was her experience, specifically her  foreign policy experience.
Other positives, that netted at least five percent of respondents, were that  she would be the best choice, that she would be a change from the Bush and Obama  administrations and that she would stick to a Democratic agenda. (more…)

(UK Independent) The Libyan former prime minister Ali Zeidan fled last week after parliament voted him out of office.
A North Korean-flagged oil tanker, the Morning Glory, illegally picked up a cargo of crude from rebels in the east of the country and sailed safely away, despite a government minister’s threat that the vessel would be “turned into a pile of metal” if it left port: the Libyan navy blamed rough weather for its failure to stop the ship. Militias based in Misrata, western Libya, notorious for their violence and independence, have launched an offensive against the eastern rebels in what could be the opening shots in a civil war between western and eastern Libya.
Without a central government with any real power, Libya is falling apart. And this is happening almost three years after 19 March 2011 when the French air force stopped Mu’ammer Gaddafi’s counter-offensive to crush the uprising in Benghazi. A ballot measure in Montana that would require an equal number of men and women to serve in the state Legislature is a step closer to getting on the November ballot.

A petition for the measure was approved last Tuesday by the Montana secretary of state’s office. The measure would force the Montana Legislature to reconstruct its gender makeup in a 50/50 split. Currently, women now hold 41 of the 150 seats in the Legislature.  (link)

If they can even come close to getting this on the ballot in Montana, I’m surprised it is not already law in New York and California.

While arguing against lunacy like this, be very careful not to mention that there are sound cultural, psychological, and even physiological reasons that there may be more men than women in a given legislature. It is a thought crime to acknowledge such reasons. (more…)

It doesn’t take a tin foil hat to see how the FBI black-op’s investigation of CIA Director General Petraeus and his secret affair with Paula Broadwell was leveraged for sunlight avoidance.

WASHINGTON DC – American personnel on the ground in Benghazi the night of the 2012 terror attack are outraged after learning that the CIA’s inspector general never conducted an investigation into what happened — despite two CIA workers being killed in the attack and despite at least two complaints being filed by CIA employees.

Former Ambassador Chris Stevens, another State official and two ex-Navy SEALs working for the CIA were killed in that attack.
Many in the agency were told, or were under the impression, that an investigation was in the works, but that is not the case.
One person close to the issue told Fox News: “They should be doing an investigation to see what the chief of base in Benghazi and station chief in Tripoli did that night. If they did, they’d find out there were some major mistakes.” (more…)

WASHINGTON – An exhibit at the “Feminist Museum” at the University of Oregon (UO) has attacked hardware stores for selling tools that have been painted pink.
Britt Bowen, a UO graduate student and co-creator of “Feminist Museum” told Campus Reform that fellow student Mattie Reynolds created the project to protest “the way that certain companies will target female customers by painting things pink.”
“I have this huge problem with going into hardware stores and seeing these traditionally ‘male’ tools that companies make applicable to women by making them pink,” Reynolds said in an article published in Daily Emerald, a student newspaper.  (read more)
