Washington State Will Allow Increased Capacity Section in Churches and Venues, But Only for Vaccinated People – Proof of Vaccine Required

Comrades, the Washington State ministry of COVID compliance is going to join in other regional blue state totalitarians and create a tiered system of freedom for vaccinated and non-vaccinated citizens.   The out-of-control dictators are never going to give up the power they have taken under the auspices of COVID mitigation.

According to the latest rules from Washington State Governor Jay Inslee there will be two sections for spectator events and religious and faith based organizations (churches) that “allows facilities to increase capacity by adding sections for vaccinated attendees.” [UPDATE HERE]  “The change, which is effective immediately, outlines the guidelines for vaccinated sections at sporting events, graduations, religious services and other similar activities.”

WASHINGTON STATE – “Under the updated guidance the following are acceptable as proof of full vaccination: Vaccination card (which includes name of person vaccinated, type of vaccine provided and date last dose administered) OR a photo of a vaccination card as a separate document OR a photo of the attendee’s vaccine card stored on a phone or electronic device OR documentation of vaccination from a healthcare provider electronic health record or state Immunization Information System record. Self-reported vaccination records that are not verified by a health care provider cannot be accepted.” (link)

Welcome to your new COVID passport Washington citizens.  Do not leave home without your papers…

DOJ Attempts to Get Involved in Arizona Ballot Audit – As Predicted DOJ Civil Rights Division Cites Lawfare Activists and Media Reports as Evidence of Concern

Everyone knew this was coming…. The Feds are attempting to get involved in the Maricopa County ballot audit.  The DOJ Civil Rights Division has sent a letter [pdf available here] to the Arizona State Senate claiming their review of Lawfare statements and media reports may show evidence of auditing issues that violate federal laws.

Last week a group of Lawfare activists [SEE HERE], including New York University Law School – which leads to Andrew Weissmann, asked the DOJ to get involved.

The ridiculous letter from the Biden DOJ goes on to cite media reports from the Washington Post as evidence to justify their involvement.

Remember, previously the DOJ narrative was that each state makes up its own election rules.  Now the DOJ is saying, falsely, that Arizona might be breaking federal laws.

Their first concern [as predicted] centers around ballot security.  Again, remember, the Maricopa County election board would not let the auditors use the county tabulation center [SEE HERE] so the ballots and equipment had to be moved to Veterans Memorial Coliseum (AZ State Fairgrounds).   Now the DOJ is citing that move as a potential issue for the security of the ballots and auditing procedures.

The first issue relates to a number of reports suggesting that the ballots, elections systems, and election materials that are the subject of the Maricopa County audit are no longer under the ultimate control of state and local elections officials, are not being adequately safeguarded by contractors at an insecure facility, and are at risk of being lost, stolen, altered, compromised or destroyed.

Federal law creates a duty to safeguard and preserve federal election records. The Department is charged with enforcement of provisions of the Civil Rights Act of 1960, 52 U.S.C. §§ 20701-20706. This statute requires state and local election officials to maintain, for twenty-two months after the conduct of an election for federal office, “all records and papers” relating to any “act requisite to voting in such election.”

The DOJ’s second issue is even more obtuse. They cite federal election law for voters rights, as the DOJ is worried that auditors will visit -and intimidate- people and places who have a record of multiple ballots from the same address or non residence:

Liz Cheney Runs to The Washington Post to Present Her Case Against President Trump

Decepticon Representative Liz Cheney has gone to The Washington Post to request their support in presenting her ideological case against President Donald J Trump.

…. because the first outlet “Republicans” consider when they want to talk to other Republicans is The Washington Post right? /sarc… I digress.

Rather than spend time on this insufferable creature who is no longer relevant to the issues we face, allow me to point out the transparently obvious.

For over a decade the one constant in an ever-changing universe has been the specific outlets used to push public relations narratives.  Because this pattern is so predictable we have drawn attention to it frequently.

    • When the Intelligence Community wants PR support they use The Washington Post.
    • When the FBI team want PR support they use The New York Times and Politico
    • When the State Dept. Want’s PR support they use CNN

.

Liz Cheney runs to The Washington Post.  What does that tell you?

DC District Judge Rules Nationwide Moratorium on Evictions is Beyond Authority of CDC

U.S District Judge Dabney Friedrich has ruled the CDC has exceeded its authority with the federal ban on evictions during the COVID response. [pdf ruling HERE]

The issue at the heart of the matter is one of private property rights.  As the judge stated: “The question for the Court is a narrow one – “Does the Public Health Service Act grant the CDC the legal authority to impose a nationwide eviction moratorium? It does not.

(WASHINGTON) – Federal Judge Dabney Friedrich struck down on Wednesday the national eviction moratorium, potentially leaving millions of Americans at risk of losing their homes.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has banned most evictions across the country since September. President Joe Biden extended that protection to renters until July. Some 1 in 5 renters across the U.S. are behind on their payments amid the pandemic, and states are scrambling to disburse more than $45 billion in rental assistance. (read more)

President Trump Delivers a Message to Liz Cheney and the DeceptiCon Caucus

President Trump delivered a brutally honest statement to Liz Cheney, the professional republican apparatus and the decepticon caucus therein:

DONALD TRUMP – “Warmonger Liz Cheney, who has virtually no support left in the Great State of Wyoming, continues to unknowingly and foolishly say that there was no Election Fraud in the 2020 Presidential Election when in fact, the evidence, including no Legislative approvals as demanded by the U.S. Constitution, shows the exact opposite. Had Mike Pence referred the information on six states (only need two) back to State Legislatures, and had gutless and clueless MINORITY Leader Mitch McConnell (he blew two seats in Georgia that should have never been lost) fought to expose all of the corruption that was presented at the time, with more found since, we would have had a far different Presidential result, and our Country would not be turning into a socialist nightmare! Never give up! (LINK)

Additionally, President Trump puts his support behind a replacement for Liz Cheney in Elise Stefanik:

Liz Cheney is a warmongering fool who has no business in Republican Party Leadership. We want leaders who believe in the Make America Great Again movement, and prioritize the values of America First. Elise Stefanik is a far superior choice, and she has my COMPLETE and TOTAL endorsement for GOP Conference Chair. Elise is a tough and smart communicator!” (LINK)

Hubris, White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki Says President Trump Started the Border Crisis, Joe Biden Trying to Clean it Up

A remarkable display of Alinsky-inspired hubris today from the White House Press Secretary.

“I wanted to provide an update on the situation at our southern border. After four years of an immigration system rooted in destructive and chaotic policies, President Biden is taking the challenge head-on and is building a fair, orderly and humane immigration system; that’s our objective.  After coming into office, uh, our administration immediately jumped into action to address the influx of migrants at the border, something that began during -and was exacerbated by- the Trump administration; er, and wanted to provide data, pieces of data, you may have seen but they’ve come out since the last time we’ve had a briefing in here”…

.

What this tells me is…. in the background political operatives (and polling) are telling the JoeBama administration the border crisis is a toxic issue that will likely hurt the Democrats in the next mid-term election cycle.  The White House response to deploy the Alinsky gaslighting is a very familiar tactic when there is urgency amid the liars to get out in front of a politically damaging position.

Unfortunately for Psaki, the reality, facts and a poor decision to give Biden T-shirts to the illegal alien horde, begs to differ.

House GOP Leader Kevin McCarthy Says Liz Cheney Leadership Ouster Likely Before the End of The Month – Perhaps Tucker Carlson Attacks on McCarthy Are Connected

If you are into the political weeds, specifically the Machiavellian aspects to the deepest political weeds, there’s an interesting article in The Hill today with quotes from people very close to GOP House Leader Kevin McCarthy.

Essentially, the nub of it is that GOP Conference Chairwoman Liz Cheney is about to get removed from her leadership position due to her continued antagonism of the MAGA supporters and President Trump.

After Cheney’s latest round of attacks against Trump and his supporters McCarthy is no longer going to defend Cheney from a frustrated republican caucus ready to get rid of her.

Cheney is likely to be voted out of leadership by the end of the month, depending on the timing of the next GOP conference assembly.

WASHINGTON – Top allies of House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-Calif.) are vowing to oust Rep. Liz Cheney (R-Wyo.), one of the harshest critics of former President Trump in either party, from her leadership post by the end of the month.

They argue that the No. 3 Republican has repeatedly contradicted McCarthy and his team, undermining the party’s message and its efforts to take back the House majority in next year’s midterm elections.

“There is no way that Liz will be conference chair by month’s end,” one key McCarthy ally told The Hill on Monday. “When there is a vote, it won’t be a long conference; it will be fast. Everyone knows the outcome.” (read more)

The list of possible replacements for Liz Cheney includes Elise Stefanik (NY) and Jackie Walorski (Ind); both would be good replacements.  Walorski was a wolverine against the Obama administration during the VA scandal, and Stefanik was a loyal MAGA ally during the impeachment effort.  However, due to the depth of the swamp I would emphasize the need to keep a close eye on either.

Corn Prices Rise 30 Percent So Far This Year – Big Ag Multinationals Happy, Middle Class About to Get Squeezed With Inflation

You’ve likely seen mentions of inflation popping up amid some MSM discussions. Without a doubt you have seen significant price jumps at your local supermarket.

The reason is simple, JoeBama’s economic policies are beneficial to the multinationals, crushing to the domestic U.S. economy and driving massive increases in prices in a variety of sectors.  As a consequence the leftist financial media (almost all financial media) are churning out deflection points, but if you understand the background you can predictably see the cause and effect.

USA Today –  From tortillas to cornbread, some of your favorite corn-based dishes may go up in price late this summer.  Corn has been leading the rally among grain commodities, rising more than 30% in 2021, according to MarketWatch. (more)

NOTE: Wheat, corn and soybeans are the foundation of the U.S. food supply. They are primarily used as ingredients in processed foods, oils, and are fed to the cattle, hogs, and poultry that supply meat and eggs for the American diet.  When those grain harvests go up in price the downstream increase in price is far reaching.

Remember, there is no such thing as a “commodity” market in the free market sense of the word.  Those commodity markets are now “controlled markets“, and fully under the control of massive multinational agricultural corporations.

[…]  “Americans should definitely expect an eventual rise in prices later in the year,” says Moya. “The surge with grain prices should not immediately be visible at supermarkets, since retailers absorb the initial increase. (But) eventually, the margin pressure will be too big and probably at some point late in the summer, Americans will start to take notice to some increases on grocery shelves.” (more)

Many Americans are recently awake to the singular ideology that surrounds DC politics.  The UniParty political fraud also applies to our political economy. However, just like the election, understanding the deception in modern economics means understanding previous false and promoted assumptions.
