At 1:00am on August 25th, Nancy Pelosi and House Democrats came to an agreement on a massive spending proposal. The Senate previously passed a $1.5 trillion “infrastructure” bill, and a group of 9 House moderates -led by Josh Gottheimer- wanted to see it pass. However, the far-left progressive caucus wanted their $3.5 trillion social spending package which includes Green New Deal spending passed as part of the total budget agenda. {Go Deep}  For the past two months, the House Democrats have been working with Senate Democrats on the scale of the social spending package.

The ultra far-left communists and Democrat socialists have been negotiating on the social spending part.  They agreed to settle for 1.75 trillion in fundamental change and there’s approximately 10 House republicans that will also support it, but the AOC wing wants more.   The previously passed $1.5 trillion sits on Nancy Pelosi’s desk until it can be paired with the $1.75+ trillion social spending component.

The House Rules Committee is putting the legislative language together for the latest 1,600 page social spending part [you can see here], but the issue of constructing a bill that will pass the Senate is still problematic.  Pelosi was hoping for a vote today, and Joe Biden begged Democrats earlier to get it passed because his polling numbers continue to collapse.   The communists (AOC/Bernie Sanders caucus) and socialists (ordinary Democrats) are at loggerheads.

Well, well, well….  Unfortunately this is not a surprise.  Former Virginia Governor and current candidate Terry McAuliffe sits atop the executive suites in what remains of the Clinton political tribe.   McAuliffe is very close to the Clinton crime syndicate in all aspects of his politics.

As noted by Jonathan Turley, a concerned candidate McAuliffe has now enlisted the assistance of Clinton’s corrupt legal consigliere Mark Elias.

A verklempt Mr. Turley is shocked, shocked that a politician of McAulliffe’s pedigree would hire a known Machiavellian type like Mr. Elias:

Yet, bringing Elias into the Virginia race in the midst of the Durham investigation is an astonishing decision by McAuliffe. Elias hails from the ever-familiar Perkins Coie law firm and has a specialty in assisting with corrupt election activity, and then defending against any effort to reveal it in the aftermath.

In the Virginia governors race, the White House will support the efforts of Elias (meaning, the DOJ/FBI will take a vacation for a few weeks)  because handlers just added Joe Biden’s credibility to the equation by having the White House occupant campaign there.

Racine County Sheriff Christopher Schmaling and lead investigator Sgt. Michael Luell held a press briefing today outlining evidence of widespread election law violations in the state of Wisconsin.

According to a detailed investigation conducted by their office, election laws were violated in long-term care facilities and resulted in class I felony crimes being committed.

Part of the evidence outlined by Sergent Luell includes the Wisconsin Election Commission (WEC) sending instructions to residential care facilities in March 2020 telling administrators of the facilities to violate the law and fill out the ballots on behalf of their residents regardless of the legal ramifications.  Watch Press Conference below: (Direct Rumble Link)

WISCONSIN – […] The Sheriff’s Office is alleging that the Wisconsin Elections Commission repeatedly broke the law when it advised municipalities throughout the state to not follow state law and no longer require “Special Voting Deputies” to go into nursing homes during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Typically, SVDs include one Republican volunteer and one Democratic volunteer who go into a nursing home to ensure that those want to vote but cannot physically make it to the polls are able to cast an absentee ballot. That law was waived by a bipartisan vote of the WEC throughout 2020, which the RCSO alleges is illegal and should be considered “election fraud” under Wisconsin statute. The Bureau of Economic Analysis (BEA) has released the first estimate of Gross Domestic Product (GDP) for the third quarter (July, Aug, Sept). [DATA HERE]  The top line number of two percent GDP growth is significantly worse than most economists and financial pundits expected.

The second quarter GDP was 6.7%, so a slow down to 2% is very significant considering the economy should be rebounding and reopening after the COVID-19 impacts.  However, when we dig into the details [Table One] you will see how what is happening in your life is actually reflected in the data.   None of this should be a surprise, as the data is simply reflecting what is happening in your personal checkbook economics.

Florida’s Governor Ron DeSantis has a lot to celebrate today as the sunshine state becomes the lowest state in the U.S. for COVID cases with a rate of 9 per 100k residents.

Within the data, the state also reports 147,000 Floridians have received monoclonal antibody treatments at 25 locations throughout the state.  Those treatment centers are available for anyone who is diagnosed by a positive COVID test, and it is making a significant difference in hospitalizations.  Well done DeSantis!

This may seem like a small story that skirts under the radar of most; however, the ramifications are quite large.

Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (KY) and Senate Majority Whip John Thune (SD) have endorsed MAGA candidate Herschel Walker for the Georgia Senate Race.

This move ¹could represent a major shift in the political outlook of the upper chamber.

McConnell and Thune are the two top DeceptiCons in the Senate.  McConnell has been grooming Thune to be his replacement if they collectively cannot defeat the MAGA movement Republicans the same way McConnell previously crushed the Tea Party Republicans.   If the larger U.S. awakening returns the Senate to GOP control in 2022, it is very likely John Thune will become Majority Leader.

That is the background to consider this shift: “Herschel is the only one who can unite the party, defeat Senator Warnock, and help us take back the Senate. I look forward to working with Herschel in Washington to get the job done,” McConnell said in a statement to POLITICO.  “On Monday, the retired football player received the backing of South Dakota Sen. John Thune, the No. 2 Senate Republican.”

Taxing “unrealized capital gains” sounds like a catchy and obscure way to make wealthy people pay more in taxes, but it doesn’t work.  A government that moves in this direction ignores the reality that people are not static.  The process also involves “taxing wealth” which then becomes an arbitrary definition.

Unrealized capital gains are not income, they are simply increases in value.

If your home was worth $200,000 last year and $300,000 this year, you have an unrealized capital gain of $100k.   A 15% tax bill on that value increase means the homeowner would have to pay $15,000 to the IRS.

Joe Biden is proposing to pay for his multi-trillion expansion in debt through this type of tax upon billionaires.   Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen admitted this was part of their thinking to help pay for the Biden budget last Sunday.  WATCH:

Proposing a tax on money that does not exist is the peak of government.   Sure the proposal applies only to billionaires who have massive gains in their stock portfolios, but billionaires are not esoteric titles.  Billionaires are people who can, if needed, move their physical location and avoid any U.S. tax on their wealth.

The New York Post has an excellent expose’ [See Here] showcasing just how manipulative the legislative tricks are within the mega-trillion dollar human infrastructure and Build Back Better bill.

As anticipated by most political observers, the Democrats are using budgetary tricks to avoid the Congressional Budget Office putting a real price tag on their legislation.  The article is easy to understand even though the legislative tricks are far beyond anything any congress has ever attempted.

(New York Post) – After months of criticizing Sens. Joe Manchin and Kyrsten Sinema for balking at the original $3.5 trillion price tag, congressional Democrats are finally accepting reality and paring President Biden’s social welfare package to between $1.5 trillion and $2 trillion over the decade.

Does this mean they are responsibly removing the bill’s worst provisions and crafting fiscally sustainable legislation? Of course not!

Instead, welcome to the gimmick Olympics, where progressives are using classic accounting tricks to hide the true cost of the bill.

Attorney General Merrick Garland appears before the Senate Judiciary Committee to answer questions about his involvement in the drafting of a DOJ memo to the FBI requesting support for investigations of parents who attend school board meetings across the country.

While the topic is downplayed by U.S. corporate media, the specifics of the issue are pertinent in that they highlight the politicization of the Justice Department by DOJ officials throughout main justice and the various offices of U.S. attorneys.

Garland was prompted to write his instructions as an outcome of the White House coordinating with leftist political operatives within the education system, specifically the National School Board Association.

It seems apparent, from the questioning and responses today, that Deputy Attorney General Lisa Monaco was the central DOJ official who coordinated the political intent of the memo.  Monaco was previously President Obama’s homeland security advisor and lawyer in the White House.  Within the main justice structure, Lisa Monaco is now the head of the DOJ National Security Division, the agency given the prosecutorial power within the Garland memo.

The background of the memo involved parents becoming aware of Critical Race Theory (CRT), essentially Marxist lesson plans within various regional school boards.  The parents responded to the information by confronting school boards across the nation.  The left-wing political operatives were caught off guard by the massive assembly and grassroots organization of parents in almost all states.

One of the lesser highlighted aspects to Attorney General Merrick Garland using the FBI to investigate parents as domestic extremists when they attend school board meetings, is that Garland put the prosecutorial process in the DOJ- National Security Division (DOJ-NSD).

From the perspective of the general public, the DOJ-NSD has become a well known division within the DOJ in the past several years, because it was within this division where the lawfare alliance constructed their political targeting operations against candidate Donald Trump.  The DOJ-NSD is where the secretive title-1 FISA applications are created and submitted to the FISA court.

As established by AG Eric Holder and DAG Sally Yates, the DOJ office of inspector general, the internal self-checking mechanism to act an a watchdog, was also blocked from having oversight into the DOJ-NSD throughout the era of Barack Obama.  This lack of oversight was intentional to keep the DOJ-NSD political operations hidden from any review.

The DOJ-NSD was the home for John Carlin, Mary McCord, Andrew Weissmann and Bruce Ohr among others who conducted the investigation into Hillary Clinton’s classified email use and later into candidate Donald Trump via the FBI Crossfire Hurricane operation.  It is the DOJ National Security Division that selects targets for prosecution (ex. FARA) based on political affiliation.   In this round of questioning by Tom Cotton, the Arkansas senator focused on the use of the DOJ-NSD by Merrick Garland.  WATCH:
