During the last of the DNC regional forum’s today in Baltimore Maryland, leading candidate Keith Ellison outlines why every non-Democrat should hope he wins the chairmanship.
Ellison’s expressed approach is that Supreme Court Nominee Neil Gorsuch should be filibustered by all Senate Democrats.  This is Keith Ellison’s strategy:

This short-sighted, inside the bubble and disconnected approach plays brilliantly into the hands of team Trump.  This approach is exactly what will trigger the nuclear option as we have described previously.

Education Secretary Betsy Devos was going to visit a Washington DC Middle School earlier today when a group of left-wing and Black Lives Matter protesters mounted a blockade. Secretary Devos was physically blocked from visiting the school. The radical leftists cheer their victory.

Democrats have a long history of blocking school entrances going back to Democrat Governor George Wallace and his stand at the schoolhouse door to stop desegregation efforts.
However, perhaps the most disturbing part of the event was witnessing the Washington DC Police units stand down and support for the law breaking protest groups. As you can see in the captured videos below, the Washington DC police are willing to allow political violence.  Then again, the Tuscaloosa local police stood with George Wallace too… (more…)

No single issue better reflects the politicized UniParty than immigration.  In all things related to legal or illegal entry into the United States the Democrats and big government Republicans are united in their efforts to create a borderless America; expect little support for President Trump from the GOPe side of the aisle.
Two federal judges, Boston (Mass) and Seattle (WA), released two completely different opinions on the legality of President Trump’s temporary halt on Visa approvals from seven identified countries of concern.  The Boston ruling by Federal Judge Gorton upholds the executive authority and supports President Trump.  The Seattle ruling by Federal Judge Robart halts the executive action.

Due to Judge Robart’s refusal to accept prior case law and supreme court rulings, and as an outcome of his inability to cite existing law to support his decision (READ HERE), it is generally believed the Seattle ruling will be “stayed”. The sum total of Robart’s ruling is merely seven pages of activist catch phrases, judicial activism, with no legal guiding citation.
Conversely, Judge Gorton firmly establishes his decision (READ HERE)  -to the benefit of the Executive Order- on prior precedent and current established judicial interpretations, and it is believed Gorton’s decision will be more in line with the final outcome of the challenges.  Gorton’s 21 page ruling contains 51 legal citations to precedent and existing case law which guides his decision.

CNN has continued to lead the way in manufactured news cycles through the past two years.  However, last night on Don Lemon’s show they took fake news broadcasting to new levels of ridiculousness.
During a segment with Robert Reich, Don Lemon and Reich promoted a conspiracy theory that Milo Yiannopoulous actually manufactured the Berkeley protests in an effort to shut down his own speech:

Robert Reich […] Don, and I want to be very, very clear. I was there for part of last night, and I know what I saw. And those people were not Berkeley students. Those were outsiders, agitators. I’ve never seen them before. There’s rumors that they actually were right-wingers, they were part of a kind of a group that were organized and were ready to create the kind of tumult and danger you saw that forced the police to cancel the event.

This is NOT a new phenomenon.  The only thing that changes is the name given to the associated group delivering the violence.  Occupy Wall Street, Black Lives Matter, etc. it’s all the same left-wing fascism.

Several Police Injured – National Guard Called to Duty

Democrat operatives of various violent factions have formed to oppose the presidency of Donald Trump.  The Anti-Capitalist and Anti-Fascist DisruptJ20 Inauguration protest has turned violent with Black Lives Matter activists and Democrat party professional agitators united to destroy Washington DC.

Video footage hosted by CNSNews.com below shows violent rioters vandalizing local businesses, destroying a limousine with hammers and pick-axes, spray-painting walls and windows, smashing kiosks, chanting “no cops, no borders, fight law and order” and “black lives matter.

Well, at least no-one can ever say CNN is trying to hide the intent of their bias toward President Donald Trump and Attorney General Jeff Sessions.

In a quiet release by CNN they announce Laura Jarrett was hired to cover the Donald Trump Justice Department and the Supreme Court:

Mason Weaver, a former Black Panther, takes issue with legendary civil rights activist Rep. John Lewis calling Trump an illegitimate president.  In an interview with Tucker Carlson on Fox News, Weaver skewers the hypocrisy of Lewis, and calls out Democrats as the party of the Klan.
Mr. Weaver has a dream, and it doesn’t look anything like the nightmare created by John Lewis and company.

Gunfire erupts during a Martin Luther King Jr. Day event in Martin Luther King Jr. Park in Miami. The scene is at 6000 NW 32nd Court. Witnesses say women and possibly children were among the victims. Eight people injured, 3 gunshot victims. Multiple agencies are on scene searching for the shooter. WSVN7 News Reporting:

Police say among the eight people shot were three adults and five minors. An 18-year-old woman and a 30-year-old man remain in stable condition while a 20-year-old man is in critical condition, the Miami Herald reports. (more)
MIAMI – 7News reporter Ann Keil and photographers were about 100 feet away from the scene of the shooting, along Northwest 32nd Avenue and Northwest 62nd Street. They heard between four and six shots. Moments later, the news crew saw displaced children crying after losing their parents when a stampede of attendees ran away from the scene in search of safety.
