The professional grievance crowd has all of the Marxist planets aligned.   They have the DNC approved black female mayor Stephanie Rawlings; they have their rock star activist attorney Marilyn Mosby, and they have a strategically planned opportunity to win by losing.

Black Lives Matter activist and State Attorney Marilyn Mosby has no intention of gaining victory in her charges against the Baltimore Six defendants, she doesn’t need to.  Indeed, I would argue the handlers within the larger BGI network don’t factually want her to succeed.
Every outside pundit, legal analyst and observer will note, if they have not already, the construct of her spoken, but not revealed, probable cause affidavit is fraught with flaws.  Some call it overcharging, some call it a stretch, others call it a tough case to prosecute.  However, what it really amounts to is an unwinnable trial.
And that’s exactly what this fiasco is intended to communicate.
You can’t force repairs upon a system that works.  “If you can’t change it, shut it down“.

Liberal news outlets are now aghast at the strength of the judicial response to delicate sensibilities of the rioting hoard in Baltimore.   As anticipated the MSM is now framing a narrative that rioting thugs should not be punished, or held responsible.

(Guardian) Baltimore’s under-fire criminal justice system risked antagonising its already seething local community on Wednesday by suspending legal procedures and imposing bail bonds of up to half a million dollars on the city’s most impoverished residents.
In one especially stark case, a 19-year-old charged with eight offences allegedly committed on Saturday, including riot, theft and disorderly conduct, was set a bail of $500,000. Court records show the defendant, a black man, was sent to jail after failing to produce the funds. (more…)

Before the flames even subsided the institutional media began to advance a more sympathetic narrative.  Quickly, necessarily, changing the imagery from rioting thugs holding rocks, bottles and Molotov cocktails to pictures of little black boys handing water bottles to riot police and other optics more conducive to selling a victimization story.
But that’s all it is, a story – more polish on the Potemkin Village known as Baltimore.
The truthful reality is what you won’t see discussed by Don Lemon, Anderson Cooper or Marc Lamont Hill.

A Potemkin Village is a best described as: “an impressive façade or show designed to hide an undesirable fact or condition“.
The media narrative surrounding the Baltimore Riots is one such construct.
These undesirable facts and conditions the progressives desperately need to avoid are  being brutally spotlighted in Baltimore Maryland. A cultural petri dish of necessary avoidance to hide the reality of progressive racial failure.

One easy to identify example of their efforts therein has recently surfaced.  It surrounds the media’s desperate desire to hide the violence within Baltimore.

The staff of the City Paper of Baltimore was challenged in their reporting. City Paper editors and writers framing the rioting masses as “peaceful protestors“, while the public at large sees “violent antagonists“.

As Baltimore Burns the media begins the blame game. Last night pressing the Maryland Governor on why it took so long for the Maryland National Guard to be activated Governor Larry Hogan cuts right to the chase: “Within 30 seconds of receiving the call, I activated the National Guard”.
The delay stems from Baltimore Mayor Rawlings-Blake refusing to ask for assistance, and refusing to return phone calls from the Governors office. Start watching the video at 09:00 to see delivery:

Governor Hogan is a Republican, Mayor Rawlings is a far-left liberal Democrat.
After Governor Hogan arrived in Baltimore, CNN pundit Don Lemon tried to pin the blame on him in an effort to protect the more liberal Mayor Rawlings from her own ineptitude. Again Governor Hogan was having none of it. (more…)

The media continue to ask the question of why the police in Baltimore are not doing more to stop the violence and rioting throughout Baltimore. The answer is quite simple. Baltimore has been the bastion of political correctness and wilful blindness toward race-based violence for several years. Officials cannot now expose something they have tried to hide for almost a decade.

The City of Baltimore is comprised almost entirely of black leadership. The Mayor is black, the police Chief is black, almost the entire city council is black, the law enforcement community is mostly black – yet the rioting masses continue to say they are oppressed. President Obama said today the drone strike that killed one U.S. and one Italian hostage was “a mistake”. No it wasn’t. The drone strike was ordered; the drone strike was purposeful; the drone strike hit the exact intended target; there was nothing remotely a “mistake” about the operation.
Everything this White House does first and foremost passes through the political prism. Everything, every.single.pro-and-con, is weighed against the political cost vs. benefit considerations, period. So too is this story, and the aftermath of this story from January to the public release of the information today.
WASHINGTON DC – President Obama on Thursday acknowledged that the U.S. killed two innocent hostages in counterterrorism operations against al Qaeda.
Obama expressed his “deepest apologies” to the families of the two hostages, one American and one Italian.

“It is a cruel and bitter truth that in the fog of war generally, and our fight against terrorists specifically, mistakes, sometimes deadly mistakes can occur,” Obama said at a press conference at the White House Thursday morning. (read more)

The VSU Flag stomping protest has brought sunlight upon a series of events on the VSU campus that has now expanded in an alarming manner.  This is no longer even remotely related to disrespecting or burning a flag.

VALDOSTA, Ga. — At 3:05 p.m. Wednesday, from the steps of Valdosta State University’s West Hall, the father of Eric Sheppard issued the following the statement:
“Son, you know we love you and have always taught you to do the right thing and make wise decisions. Please make the right decision and turn yourself in, either to the authorities or to me, and we will handle this together. We love you and are here for you, as you requested.”

At the heart of the issue is a student agitator named Eric Sheppard Jr. who previously organized an event to stomp on the U.S.A. flag and then burn it.
An Air Force veteran, Michelle Manhart, inadvertently brought sunlight upon the VSU activity when she picked up the flag and would not allow it to be desecrated – she was initially arrested, then released.
The student group behind the Flag Burning initially refused to identify themselves. However, through researching the social media of event participants we discovered who they were, and more importantly identified their ideology.
Eric Sheppard Jr. was the organizer of the event, and is an advocate for a militant Black Supremacy movement. He is pictured throughout his social media profile with alarming messages supporting violence and carrying numerous weapons. (more…)

Last week we shared the story of “Baby Big Boss”, the Memphis Elementary School (pre-teen) living the thug lifestyle.  The images are stunning and alarming.  Seeing kids as young as eight years old smoking pot and proudly holding up guns is alarming to 99% of America that just can’t relate.
But it gets worse.  Here’s the same city, same mentality, except now High School instead of Elementary School…. It only gets worse.  Black Lives Matter ?
MEMPHIS, TN (WMC) –  A fight broke out in White Station High School on Tuesday afternoon.   Several cell phone videos that caught the chaos are spreading on social media.
In the videos you can see dozens of girls punching, kicking, and stomping one another. School resource officers even got into the fray in an attempt to break up the fights, which appeared to have also spilled into classrooms.

The first video posted on social media shows the fight happening in the cafeteria.
“First, I saw teachers and security scattering over each other,” said 11th grader John Rork. “A couple of girls all over each other. I saw scratches, hair falling out, a lot of hair pulling. This one girl jumped off a table and pushed another student in the face.” (more…)
