Wait, WHAT? – DOJ Inspector General Reveals More than 10,000 Federal Employees Have Access to NSA Database for Surveillance Inquiries

Office of Inspector General Michael Horowitz testified yesterday that more than 3.4 million search queries into the NSA database took place between Dec. 1st, 2020 and Nov. 30th, 2021, by government officials and/or contractors working on behalf of the federal government. These search queries were based on authorizations related to the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA).

[OIG Testimony HERE]

Approximately 30% of those 3.4 million search queries were outside the rules and regulations that govern warrantless searches, what the politically correct government calls “non-compliant searches.”

Additionally, IG Horowitz also admitted that somewhere north of 10,000 federal employees have access to conduct these searches of the NSA database; a database which contains the electronic data of every single American, including emails, text messages, social media posts, instant messages, direct messages, phone calls, geolocation identifiers, purchases by electronic funds, banking records and any keystroke any American person puts into any electronic device for any reason.

If we were in a functioning system of government everything would be stopped right now, and no conversation would be taking place that was not about this issue. This is the total and complete surveillance state being talked about as if we were discussing what’s for dinner.

This is beyond jaw-dropping.

President Trump Lawyers Provide Key Insight on Background of Mar-a-Lago Raid via Letter to Legislative Gang-of-Eight

If you are deep in the political research weeds about the weaponization of government, there is a letter from lawyers representing President Trump to the chair of the House Intel Committee that is very interesting [pdf available here].

The letter is written to HPSCI Chair Mike Turner and copied to the other seven members of the gang-of-eight in the Senate and House.  The letter outlines the details of the documents that became the contested issue between the DOJ-National Security Division (‘NSD’, important distinction), specifically a DOJ-NSD official named Jay Bratt, and the attorney for President Trump, Mr. Evan Corcoran.

The letter is fascinating because it outlines how the process of moving documents from the White House was weaponized by a politically motivated National Archives and Records Administration (“NARA”), and the letter also gives fulsome context to the types of “classified materials” that have been insanely over emphasized by media.

[…] “Tim Parlatore and Jim Trusty, two of the undersigned counsel for President Trump, reviewed all 15 boxes at NARA earlier this year and based on that review, it is clear to us what happened. The boxes contain all manner of documents from the White House, are loosely grouped by date, and include newspapers, magazines, notes, letters, and daily schedules. Following its review of the materials, NARA inserted placeholder pages where it had removed documents with classification markings. That allowed Messrs. Parlatore and Trusty to discern what the documents were, as well as what other materials in the boxes were in the proximity of the marked documents when the White House staff packed them. The vast majority of the placeholder inserts refer to briefings for phone calls with foreign leaders that were located near the schedule for those calls.”  (page 3, pdf link)

Additionally, get this part…  despite the standard process that has been in place for the prior four administrations, the NARA refused to participate in the collection of any documents from the White House during the transition phase following the November 2020 election.

The NARA refused to assist in the collection of the Trump records for national archive holding and review, and then the NARA triggered a sequence of events that led to the DOJ using a reference from the NARA, to weaponize a process they refused to engage in.  The NARA refused to do their specialized bureaucratic job, and then the NARA used what they defined as an incomplete job as a reason to refer the outcome to the DOJ.   The details are quite interesting.

Neil Oliver’s Take on Tucker Carlson Firing

For his daily podcast and discussion segment, UK pundit Neil Oliver puts the firing of Tucker Carlson into a unique context of human behavior.  Tucker is taken down like a trophy in the psychology of those who weaponize power.  Additionally, Oliver hits on a few points that are very accurate – albeit with some who would disagree – about the need for control being a reaction to fear.

The decisionmakers in the Carlson issue removed his voice from a position of weakness, not strength.  The decisionmakers, namely the Ruper Murdoch team, fear Carlson.  Lastly, as Oliver accurately notes, history is a wheel – and during travel there are times in the orbit of the wheel when the component part is traveling backwards. WATCH:

.

As you listen to the outline, remember the position of Barack Obama’s former campaign manager, David Plouffe, “it is not enough to simply beat Trump. He must be destroyed thoroughly. His kind must not rise again.”…  There is a ring of historical human brutality to it.

Prior Tucker Carlson Unplugged Interview Provides Context for Current Dynamic

A lot of people are talking about this prior interview which provides some insight into the world of Tucker Carlson against the backdrop of current activity.  The content of the interview aligns with the perspective CTH previously shared {Go Deep}.

A little more than a month ago, Tucker appeared with the Nelk boys for their Full Send Podcast.  The part that is viral today starts at 01:20:50 of the video, toward the end of the interview when Tucker is discussing his evolution of opinion toward media, but the entire interview is interesting and very insightful.  If you have the time to watch the full interview it is worth the time.  If not, skip to the 01:20:50 part and catch the media perspective aspect.  WATCH:

The multinational media club are going full bore against Tucker Carlson right now, including the orchestrated efforts by all of Rupert Murdoch’s controlled outlets.

The need for control is a reaction to fear.  The media need to control the narrative around Tucker Carlson is from that same context; they fear him.

In the Political Battle, Seeing Through the Illusion of Choice Becomes Critical

As I said yesterday when discussing the Tucker Carlson firing, “Talking about what happens behind the false front of the DC village is always a threat.   It is in the research and acceptance of the darkest pretending constructs that you realize how the illusions of choice are presented.” {more}

You have heard me say three phrases repeatedly: (1) There are trillions of dollars at stake; (2) live your best life; and (3) always trust your instincts.

The first element is the baseline.  The economics of the thing is always the structural reason for the outcome of anything and everything connected to the thing.  In simpler times we said, ‘follow the money,’ the core essence of that phrase still exists; however, in recent times the people who are controlling the outcomes have been more subversive at hiding the mechanics of their finance.

The second element is the outcome of acceptance.  No one is coming to save you, us, or anything.  We are in this battle together, a diversity of humanity that just wants to be left alone an live in freedom; but we are also in this battle alone.  No one in a position of institutional power is in alignment with our desire for freedom.  Rather than despair at the reality, embrace life and live it as fully and completely as possible – while simultaneously not giving power to the dark imaginings that facilitate the goals of those in power.  Throw sand in their machinery when possible.

The last point speaks to the inherent strength that exists within the human species.  Turn off the noise, turn away from voices that push the illusions into view, and trust your natural instincts that were provided by a loving God.  Into this concept remember there is no such thing as misinformation, disinformation or malinformation; there is only information.  That information may take the form of truth or lies. Use your God given skills to decipher the difference, and when in doubt pause and pray for assistance and clarity.

Take all that you instinctually and intellectually know, overlay the goals and objectives of those you understand seek to control your perspectives, and watch this video belowForm your own opinion:

Thoughts on Tucker Carlson’s Firing

This is a context you won’t find elsewhere {smiles}. The phone has been blowing up….  Context and some details matter.

First, Carlson was being paid about $20 million a year by Murdoch.  He had about 3 years left on his contract and will be paid the full contract amount.  Carlson found out about 10 minutes before Fox Corp made the announcement.  They did not “part ways,” Tucker Carlson was fired.

(Via WSJ) – Mr. Carlson, whose contract was renewed in 2021, will be paid out for the rest of his contract, people familiar with the matter said. Mr. Carlson is paid about $20 million a year, one of the people said. Mr. Carlson found out he was being let go about 10 minutes before the network announced his departure, the people said. (link)

For financial context, remember Rupert Murdoch paid Megyn Kelly $15 million (Via Harper Collins) for the 2015/2016 operation against Donald Trump.  Paying $60 to $100 million to get rid of Carlson’s antagonistic voice is small money to Murdoch Inc. in the grand scheme of things. [Murdoch has also paid for Ron DeSantis to oppose Trump]

Carlson will not be asked to sign an NDA, is not bound by a “non-compete” clause following the contract nullification by Fox Corp, and will be free to do anything he wants in any venture.  Additionally, he will be free to say whatever he wants about the issues at Fox and speak freely, or not, without any legal or contractual constraints.  Keep all of that in mind.

Prior to 2021, Tucker Carlson was what you might call a Fox News loyalist.  He was very loyal to the organization.  During the COVID-19 era, Tucker Carlson moved his physical location away from Washington DC to his home in Maine.  Fox built him a studio, and Carlson manifest his own destiny free from most production constraints.

Over the past 18+/- months, viewers have watched Tucker Carlson essentially red pill himself each evening.  As he enjoyed the proximity freedom far away from the Eye of Sauron (DC’s control mechanism), Carlson’s eyes opened further to the reality of the situation that blankets our national consciousness.

Disconnected from the machine, free-range in his abilities, and with the intellectual curiosity of the average person, Tucker Carlson started to see the U.S. system as it is, not as media pretend it to be.  This is the increasing red pill absorption you have noted daily.  Along with that came a more pragmatic and brutally honest production quality to the content he shared.

President Trump Has Nothing to Fear from The Fraud Represented by Special Counsel Jack Smith

Sunlight is the best disinfectant; this core and essential truism will never be defeated.

People have asked for a summary of the current status of Special Counsel Jack Smith and the background of what is happening within the investigation as it takes place in the shadows of the DC schemes.  So here’s an analysis and review of: (a) the corrupt endeavor that Jack Smith represents; and (b) the problem he will never overcome in his quest to use lawfare tactics against President Donald Trump.

Two points, at the outset of this outline.  First, if you know anyone better acquainted with the granular issues at the core of this investigation than me; or if you know someone who has a documented day-by-day research library of the events discussed as they unfolded; let me know who they are, and I will talk to them.  Second, if you think John Durham is on some quest to provide justice where the landscape is filled with injustice, you need to reevaluate your position, it’s wrong.

To the second point, stop kidding yourself with false doses of hopium.  Special Counsel John Durham exists for the exact same reason the Robert Mueller and Andrew Weissmann special counsel existed.  The goal of the silo defenses is to protect Washington DC from the disinfecting sunlight you are about to read.  However, in the bigger picture there is nothing these Machiavellian conscripts can do to change the substantive truth.

In the most recent development the New York Times is reporting, “Boris Epshteyn, a top adviser to former President Donald J. Trump, is scheduled to be interviewed on Thursday by prosecutors in the office of the special counsel Jack Smith.” {link} Let me write the remainder of this summary from the perspective that Jack Smith has a big problem; his problem is the truth of events that protects Donald Trump.

In 2016 and 2017 the combined corrupt weight of multiple DC institutions, that includes the intelligence community, DOJ, FBI, Obama White House, legislative leadership, the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence, and the political apparatchiks around the Democrat machinery, all colluded to illegally and unconstitutionally spy on the presidential campaign of Donald J Trump.  Their activity culminated in the fraudulent Trump-Russia collusion conspiracy and fake 2016 election Russian interference claims.

Everything created as an outcome of this spying, surveillance and ultimately the Trump-Russia narrative, was built on fraud.  Even the casual observers now admit it was political weaponization of government institutions to illegally target political opposition.  In May of 2017 Robert Mueller was installed to cover up this operation.  The lawfare team put into place by the system operators who were at greatest risk from discovery, was headed by Andrew Weissmann.  Mueller represented the face, but Weissmann was the lead operative constructing the coverup operation.

Tucker Carlson Keynote Speech During 50th Anniversary Celebration of The Heritage Foundation

Fox News #1 rated television host Tucker Carlson delivers a keynote speech at the 50th anniversary celebration of the Heritage Foundation.  Strong off-the-cuff remarks.

While outlining the largest challenges that we all see and feel surrounding us, Tucker Carlson notes there are some positives that deserve to be recognized.

First, no matter how widespread the herd mentality is; no matter how entrenched it becomes amid the mass population; there will always be those voices who do not bend to the pressure of the effort.  There will always be those people who have strength of character, the strongest internal compass heading, that refuse to kowtow to the acceptable narrative.  When you see those people, recognize them, celebrate them, hold them up and cherish their strength.

Second, accept that our current status is no longer a battle of ideas.  Our current battle is a contest between good and evil.  Once you make this admission, first to yourself, then to those around you, only then can you select the correct armor to defeat that enemy.  This is critical, even for the nontheological minds that approach the issues of largest consequence.  The war around us is bigger than an argument about social constructs.  This is a fight between two universal forces, good and evil.

Every action taken within what at times will be an insurgency, must be predicated against these acceptances.  WATCH:

Put on all the armor that God gives you, so that you will be able to stand up against the Devil’s evil tricks.  For we are not fighting against human beings, but against the wicked spiritual forces in the heavenly world, the rulers, authorities and cosmic powers of this dark age.  So put on God’s armor now.  Then, when the evil day comes, you will be able to resist the enemy’s attacks; and after fighting to the end, you will still hold your ground“…

Neil Oliver – ‘Nice Life You’ve Got There, It’d be a Shame if Something Happened to It”….

Neil Oliver returns from a few weeks of holiday to hit this monologue out of the park.  It’s almost as if Neil and I had sat down and shared a cup of tea.

Comrades, in this wake-up monologue Oliver hits on the key dynamic we have discussed, we are in an abusive relationship with government.  We are being oppressed and held captive by our inability to come to terms with the nature of this relationship.  We are suffering through battered citizen syndrome, thinking that if we just bear through the next round of beatings the abuser will change.

Neil Oliver hits another key point, something you also might find familiar.  The gaslighting around us that feeds and maintains the nature of the abusive relationship is based on the entire community around us “pretending” we are not being abused.  Oliver then folds in the bigger picture and agenda behind, Build Back Better. WATCH:

It’s desperately necessary for our survival that we become disillusioned–and quickly.

Think about that word: Dis-illusioned. Having illusions exposed and removing them from the decision-making process.

Getting disillusioned quicky is important, because when illusions are defended, protected and argued for, instead of being exposed, they will always take us to default decisions that are inherently based on non-reality. This is where the pretending comes from.

Isaac Newton said that passivity in objects was predictable. Perhaps passivity in troubled humans is predictable as well.

Newton said it this way with regard to objects: “An object that is at rest will stay at rest unless an unbalanced force act upon it.”  So, it appears we need an unbalanced force to act upon these passively willing objects that are content to remain at rest.  That unbalanced force is Donald J Trump.
