And in any case, we will make all decisions in this area, including those regarding the possible resumption of the negotiation process, based on the interests of the Russian Federation.
Question: Regrettably, we have grown used to the wave of Russophobia from Europe. The other day, Estonian Defense Minister Martin Herem stated that they would kill every Russian who crossed the border, and – hear this! – if the Russians don’t attack first, it’s best for Estonians to do this. It is the new creeping World War between the West European Governments of the Banking Capital (World Banking Families, CityOfLondon+Washington DC and intellectuals) and the Russian Government of the Industrial Capital (industry, energy etc, industrialists, industrial workers and farmers). The World Banking Families have been given by the States’ Governments the exclusive privilege to issue, through their private Central Banks, the papermoney/ banknotes of each World’s State (-3 States), which, then, they lend with interest to this State, incurring its national debt and receiving the appropriate state bonds. There is no statemoney/statenotes. A way to change this situation is by Industrial Developement, which produces real wealth/real money, making this kind of issuing/borrowing money and this kind of Bankers, redundant/needless. In order to save themselves, the Bankers fight all over the World with the ideological weapon of the woke culture etc, trying to unite all countries, which have national debt, in one and only one global empire. The Industrialists fight back with the ideology of Patriotism, with the Christian Religion, with national economies, tariffs and nation states with protected borders etc.. Russia was almost defeated and dismembered after 1991, but it was kept in being whole after 1999. Western Europe is, still, globalist. It will be a long fight between the two parts of the ”bourgeoisie”, between Bankers and Industrialists, with only one Victor and Master of the World ! According to Sundance : ”Trillions are at stake…!”

The circus has left but the clowns have stayed. Frankly, each time I hear President Putin speak, I am impressed. The absurdity of what Ukraine is doing with their attacks, regardless of who is instructing them, is truly bizarre. Once again, Putin appears to be the only adult in the room.
And, not that my opinion makes any difference, I certainly hope that President Trump does NOT invite Zelensky to the G20. Zelensky has no business being there, and hopefully there is at least one country’s leader who understands this, namely ours.
I’m trying to figure out why our president engages with ‘little man big mouth’ at all. I’m sure President Trump has a very good strategy in mind for using Z somehow, but it’s difficult to watch anyone interact with that guy. He’s a tool, a fool and an idiot. The Ukrainian people need to dump him and hard, but they don’t seem anxious to do that so the conflict goes on and he remains the figurehead of the country.
Maybe, like the Iranians and the democrats in Congress, Zelensky and the EU are delaying until our elections are over and if Pres Trump loses power, they will escalate the war and grab the spoils as they become available. It’s just a really messed up situation with little reason for any of it.
Mr. Putin certainly has his finger on the political pulse of the EU, does he not?
He’s a very measured leader; Russia is not the USSR, people can’t seem to grasp this…decades of propaganda.
Odd that the Questioner didn’t ask: Is it likely that any of these military actions by Ukraine would have happened if Russia had not invaded Ukraine?
What I get out of Putin’s remarks is that he really, really, doesn’t like Ukraine bringing the war to Russia, and he will not reward Ukraine for it by agreeing to negotations.

Agreement on settlement of political crisis in Ukraine
Text
Concerned with the tragic loss of life in Ukraine, seeking an immediate end of bloodshed and determined to pave the way for a political resolution of the crisis, We, the signing parties, have agreed upon the following:
1. Within 48 hours of the signing of this agreement, a special law will be adopted, signed and promulgated, which will restore the Constitution of 2004 including amendments passed until now. Signatories declare their intention to create a coalition and form a national unity government within 10 days thereafter.
2. Constitutional reform, balancing the powers of the President, the government and parliament, will start immediately and be completed in September 2014.
3. Presidential elections will be held as soon as the new Constitution is adopted but no later than December 2014. New electoral laws will be passed, and a new Central Election Commission will be formed on the basis of proportionality and in accordance with the OSCE & Venice commission rules.
4. Investigation into recent acts of violence will be conducted under joint monitoring from the authorities, the opposition and the Council of Europe.
5. The authorities will not impose a state of emergency. The authorities and the opposition will refrain from the use of violence. The Parliament will adopt the 3rd amnesty, covering the same range of illegal actions as the 17th February 2014 law.
Both parties will undertake serious efforts for the normalisation of life in the cities and villages by withdrawing from administrative and public buildings and unblocking streets, city parks and squares.
Illegal weapons should be handed over to the Ministry of Interior bodies within 24 hours of the special law, referred to in point 1 hereof, coming into force. After the aforementioned period, all cases of illegal carrying, and storage of weapons will fall under the law of Ukraine. The forces of authorities and of the opposition will step back from confrontational posture. The Government will use law enforcement forces exclusively for the physical protection of public buildings.
6. The Foreign Ministers of France, Germany, Poland and the Special Representative of the President of the Russian Federation call for an immediate end to all violence and confrontation.

The EU created a severe problem for themselves by allowing unfettered, unvetted, immigrants to invade their country. People that despise everything the West stands for. They have created their own impending civil wars in their individual countries.
Putin’s remarks about the circus and its clowns is prescient.
Their economics are seriously failing. The governments are starving their native populations by raiding the coffers of money paid in, and owned by the people, to give to invaders. Just like we did here with the previous administration. Their native born citizens are starting to revolt. Civil war is immediately eminent on the horizon.
PANIC!!! Hence the push to WWIII. They have no choice. The corruption is so extreme and you can only fool the people for so long.

I often wonder why Putin does not terminate Zelinsky. Surely Russia has the spies and intelligence to know where Z is at times. Send in a few missiles and take him out. Threaten to do the same to whoever replaces him, unless they capitulate to Russia’s demands. Why is Zelinsky still alive?

Russia and China have significant coastal regions along the Asian continent and Pacific ocean, and logically, should be included in APEC meetings. Ukraine is a European country and mostly landlocked. A portion of the country has a coastline along the Black Sea. There is no valid reason to include Ukraine on the APEC invite list.
