Following three days of negotiations in Florida (Thur, Fri, Sat) between President Trump emissaries Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner, and Ukraine emissaries Rustem Umierov and Andrii Hnatov, the group then held a 2-hour phone call with Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
No substantial progress was reported. However, military officials Umierov and Hnatov then flew to meet Zelenskyy in London where French President Emmanuel Macron, British Prime Minister Keir Starmer and German Chancellor Friedrich Merz are assembled to discuss alternatives to ending the conflict.
Starmer, Macron and Merz form the core of the “coalition of the willing,” an EU group who have unilaterally proclaimed they were willing to send the military of the U.K, France and Germany into Ukraine so long as President Trump would backstop their troops with promises of U.S. intervention if things went badly. Trump would not make that commitment.
Zelenskyy Inc, Macron, Starmer and Merz do not want to end the proxy fight against Russia. Together with the EU leadership of NATO, the coalition of the willing want to retain the conflict. However, the problem for the four leaders is that without strong USA support, the citizens of their EU countries will rise up against them.
Even with NATO missiles and transferred technological assistance, they ultimately need the American military in order to ensure Putin doesn’t squish them. President Trump wants the proxy war to end – loggerheads are reached.
Russian President Vladimir Putin does not seem to be paying too much attention to the bureaucratic speeches and instead is continuing forward advancement [SEE HERE] to secure the territory in Ukraine with or without a negotiated settlement.
The Russian Federation has presented its terms; the Russian terms for cessation are known; the rest is up to the EU, NATO, USA and Ukraine to work out.
At this point the problem is over-talking and FUBAR, or, well, a typically European situation. So, Putin keeps going, more Ukraine troops are killed, while Putin awaits the endless conversations that he predicted would result in more endless conversations. To be fair, Putin’s cold approach appears to be a mostly accurate interpretation of what he expected.
ZELENSKYY – “In recent days, representatives of Ukraine held substantive discussions with envoys of the US President – and now National Security and Defence Council Secretary Rustem Umierov and Chief of the General Staff Andrii Hnatov are en route to Europe. I expect detailed information from them on everything that was said to the American envoys in Moscow, and on the nuances the Americans are prepared to modify in negotiations with us and with the Russians.” (link)
By my count in the past two weeks, Witkoff and Kushner have spent nine days in direct all-day negotiations with various Ukraine officials from various institutions of Zelenskyy’s government, with a one-day trip to Moscow sandwiched between them. Yet, western media continually proclaim the U.S. delegation of Kushner and Witkoff are ignoring the Ukrainians.
This is what I call the ‘paralysis of analysis’, or the part of every negotiation where things get so granular in detail that the larger objective is lost.
While the Ukraine team argues about whether a creek or a railroad track should determine the current point of conflict, another 250 Ukrainian soldiers have their limbs torn from their bodies and lie dead in the mud. Today they will meet in London to argue over telephone pole ownership, while another battalion is fed to the meat grinder.
CNN frames a narrative that President Trump is unsympathetic and frustrated with Zelenskyy:
(VIA CNN) – […] Trump criticized Zelensky on Sunday after talks between US and Ukrainian negotiators over the weekend in Miami ended with unresolved questions over security guarantees, territorial issues and continued concern that the US proposal tilts in Russia’s favor.
“We’ve been speaking to [Russian] President [Vladimir] Putin and we’ve been speaking to Ukrainian leaders, including… President Zelensky, and I have to say that I’m a little bit disappointed that President Zelensky hasn’t yet read the proposal, that was as of a few hours ago,” Trump said. (more)
President Trump is reviewing the issue through the prism of “hours” because he knows that as each hour passes that’s more dead young men…. And FOR WHAT?
Meanwhile, Volodymyr Zelenskyy is traveling around Europe stopping for tea and crumpets with Macron, Starmer and Merz in London today. Think about the upside-down priorities here.

Nor will progress be made until the EU/UK are excluded. If the US wants to be a broker, it has to broker between Russia and Ukraine. No others are desirable.
That picture of Marco makes me like him even more.
Yes, he knows what’s going on and, to his credit, he disapproves.
Marco has been a HUGE surprise. Who knew how talented he was and how perfect he would be for the job? We are really lucky that President Trump put aside all the past political stuff that was between them and gave Marco one of the most important jobs in his Administration. Bravo!
Makes me wonder what other talent that is actually out there being wasted in Congress.
And I hate to say that time in Congress is wasted- but look at the place!
Last I knew it had a 12% approval rating.
You are so right!
The EU has about $200 billion of Russian money.
The Russians will want the EU to agree to its return.
Putin is playing the President. This war will end when Ukraine is crushed militarily. You can’t win all the time. I think the President knows this but it’s tough to walk away from something you put so much time and effort into (and political capital). However, he should. His attention is needed for the mid-terms, and what’s happening (or not) in the country. Dollars to doughnuts the Dems already have written their articles of impeachment, and are just waiting to take back the House to go forward with them.
The problem is, 47 can’t just walk away now. The downside is just too massively terrible. The 3 Amigos (UK,France, Germany) are playing the suicide card: either the US does what THEY want, or they will kill themselves. Don’t see it? Play it out.
47 walks away from Ukraine. The 3 Amigos send troups and materiele to Ukraine and begin directly engaging Russia, likely on Russian territory. Russia responds. Non-nuclear missile hits inside France, Germany, and UK. The 3 Amigos come shrieking to the US “Save us! save us! Russia’s gonna kill us!”
So what do we do then? Do we let Russia beat the crap out of the Amigos? Hard to do. Hard to sell that one to the American people. And that is EXACTLY what they are counting on: forcing the US into a corner where we have no choice but to save Europe from Russia. WW3.
My response is, there is ALWAYS an America First choice: let Europe burn.
Anyway, it also raises the question: who is standing behind the Amigo leaders pulling their strings? Sounds an awful lot like there are anti-Western, anti-Christian forces at work. Christian Europe at war with Christian Russia. The West and Eurasia destroying each other. Then who would be left? Now who might want THAT? Who are the money men, the bankers, trying to force this?
agreed. unless we explicitly walk away from NATO, the eurotards know they can drag us back in with their scumbaggery.
NATO has become irrelevant in the equation. Even if we withdrew from NATO today, and walked away from Ukraine tomorrow, after the coalition of the willing attacked Russia and then the missiles started raining down on London and Paris, it would be a hard sell to the American people, including conservatives who helped Reagan win the cold war, to just stand by NOW and watch it all go up in smoke. We did it all for what? Hard to tell the story that they deliberately designed their own destruction to force a US/Russia war. How many would buy that they are really that diabolical? It would be easier to sell the story of an October 7 standdown order than to sell the story of the deliberate European self-destruction. These are some evil people we are dealing with, and life means nothing to them.
The EU countries are destroying themselves right now, with the Muslim invasion. They don’t need Russia’s help with that.
If there had been no 7 countries in 5 years….🤷♀️
Cui Bono?
Not the citizens of Europe and US…they did not benefit.
Not the “ refugees “ who lost their homes and livelihoods.
When the “refugees “ fled due to fighting, and then fled when
they could not survive due to lack of infrastructure-hospitals,
schools…..to other countries and out of the Middle East…
They knew it would cause migration! Who pulls the strings
and manipulates our government and have been doing so
for decades?
Again…….Cui Bono?

“Muslim invasion”
It seems they forgot all the important lessons, from the previous one.
Frankie….if you still did not notice ..UK/FRANCE/GERMANY… would like to have a hot war with Russia !!!!! they do not care about muslim invasion at all !!!!
I agree.!
Great points.
Those who instigated and are prolonging this conflict
appear to Really Hate the Ukrainian people- and Christianity.✝️
”These are some evil people we are dealing with, and life means nothing to them.”
Well said! And so very true!
I pray 🙏 for Peace.🕊️
“Peace”. Study what the holocaust of being Ukraine was under the Russians in the 1920’s and 1930’s.
” life means nothing to them” – the Russians. They don’t care about their own people, much less foreign tribes. Study the history of Russia.
The Soviet Union ended in 91. You should check it out.
Russian attitudes didn’t- you should check it out.
Would you say our attitudes changed over the last hundred years?
Give it a go.
Holodomor
It the 3 amigos attack Russia, I say we let them suffer the consequences. Putin doesn’t want to take over their countries, so he would just do another ‘special military operation’ and respond in kind to the 3 countries. I wouldn’t save them from themselves, no way.
Europe is lost anyway. They have been invaded by third world migrants who want to turn Europe into a caliphate. They made their bed and at this point we Americans are sick to death of spending money just to be ripped of by Ukraine thugs. And if you don’t remember Ukraine are bombing their own allies gas lines. Let Ukraine and Europe fight their own battles.
Re “We did it all for what?”
It is pretty obvious that what we got is not even close to the reason for which “we did it all for.”
“it would be a hard sell to the American people..”
No it would not.
We’ve had it with the eurotrash and all the other needy countries.
Only the rinotards would and do what they always do.
If Europe comes crying to us we make them a deal, we’ll help you but we will be in control of all of Europe, every decision will be ours alone. Then we come to terms with Russia. We own Europe after that and partner with Russia for economic development. Otherwise no deal…
I suggest the authors of those books you studied were extremely biased.
Is it possible ?
A very good, real world analysis.
there is ALWAYS an America First choice: let Europe burn.
AAAAAAAMEN!
It would not be a hard sell to the American People if the cursed Media told the truth for once.
When I hear America First, I KNOW what that means. Why are you so willing to postulate that Americans would want our soldiers to die in another killing field over seas? NO FREAKIN WAY!!!
Are you really sure about the “Christian” Europe part, Trapper?
Given the forces engaged and arrayed against Christian Russia, I’m not too sure about Europe – or many other nations, for that matter.
What really annoys me (I have much stronger terms but we are in polite company) is the fact that our fathers, grandfathers and GG fathers fought against these people in 39-45 – many lost their lives – for what, exactly?
I would let it burn, because I fundamentally understand these are Communist, Anti-American enemies at this current time (and frankly our no.1 enemies) and also that they will shortly be radical Islamic enemies with nukes.
However, 95% of Americans don’t understand that, are incapable of understanding that, and/or refuse to understand that.
Christian Europe? Are you kidding? What century are you in?
Europe is not Christian anymore. They call it “post Christian”. Even Ireland. They have deconsecrated magnificent cathedrals and turned them into nightclubs.
Have you seen the opening theatrics in Switzerland for what was it the Olympics or Davos?
Let the European haters keep hating each other. They seemingly have old scores to settle. They can fight Russia if they want. This go around we should sit on the sidelines and watch. Because if they want to fight Russia they are no longer our allies…not in this presidency.
Young men in the UK will not go to fight for Starmer and Ukraine
Add France and Germany to that
All the Amigos have is memories & crap talk
They won’t send troops in that scenario.
FWIW, I think Europe has been burning for some time. It’s just that the burning is not reported, like so many other EU failures. But I’m in agreement that we should let the EU burn – as in burn the ruling elites like they’ve never been burned before. The invading muslim hordes can be dealt with afterwards by the locals.
So what are the specific details of what is currently ongoing in EU vis the terrible troika?
Are they mobilizing and training troops for war with Russia?
Are they accelerating production of war materials and supporting functions?
Are their governments significantly changing the allocation of gov’t budgets to defense and allied sectors?
Have they instrumented political/propaganda programs nurturing domestic support and commitment?
Have they articulated military strategies that identify war and political priorities/goals in a war with Russia?
Do they have CONOPS/OPLANS for such a war with existing commitments from all needed participants? What kind of war is envisioned?
Will their respective populations support such a war?
Do they have the supply chains, especially energy, to fight a prolonged war?
I agree the US should stay out of this. Politically, PDJT cannot domestically afford to engage with boots on the ground. He specifically stated a foreign policy tenant of his Presidency is ending the unending series of foreign conflicts the US has spent billions on and thousands of lives. He also, regrettably, claimed he could end the Ukraine War quickly with peace. The contradiction in outcomes would be too damaging. I don’t agree the American people would unanimously support a Russia/US conflict of any significant scale – short of kinetic domestic attacks.
Each one of the troika is a gov’t in trouble. The way forward, IMO, is not celebrating or rewarding a corrupt Russian leader beyond the dimensions of that dictator’s current gains on the ground in Ukraine (i.e., de facto consequences of the Ukraine war) but rather quietly enhancing the forces in motion that undermine the political standing and governance powers of the current troika leaders (and their parties/benefactors).
The US cannot fight and win major wars on its own. It’s not doctrine. It’s not how we train. It’s not practicable for distant wars for many reasons. We carry the load, certainly. But independent execution is simply not how we plan, equip and organize. There’s a lot more in play here than just Ukraine or fulsomely dense EU leaders maneuvering to preserve their power and privileges.
Why do you think Putin would be foolish enough to strike inside the UK, France or Germany?
Blowing up anything moved into Ukraine doesn’t trigger Article Five and the countries in question are already destroying themselves.
Putin doesn’t have to strike them, he can outlast them, doubly so if we’ve walked away.
They already are. Russia is not the bottleneck hee. In fact and in essence, Preesident Trum has effectively threatened to pull out of NATO.. “On Friday, President Trump published the main event— an astonishing National Security Strategy (NSS) that instantly became the weekend subject of massive media coverage, podcasts, YouTube videos, and social media chatter amongst all the geopolitical élites. For instance, the excellent independent analyst Alexander Mercuris described widespread “alarm, panic, and depression” across Europe thanks to Trump’s NSS.
I wrote about this remarkable document at more length yesterday, and I encourage you to read the whole thing. It’s about 30 pages long, but if you start, I bet you’ll have trouble stopping. I’ve never seen a government document quite like it. It’s easy-to-read, well-organized, uses engaging lay English, and includes a preamble personally penned by President Trump.
There’s much that could be said about the NSS and its incredibly encouraging and optimistic description of the national way forward, both in terms of foreign and domestic policy. The table of contents included an entry for each world region: Asia, South America, the Middle East, and so on.
But the viciously critical section about Europe stood apart.
Europe, it said, is suffering “economic decline,” “cratering birthrates,” self-destructive “migration policies,” “low self-esteem,” and faces “civilizational decline.” Astonishingly, the NSS questioned the very viability of America’s continuing alliance with Europe. “As such,” the NSS concluded, “it is far from obvious whether certain European countries will soon have economies and militaries strong enough to remain reliable allies.”
“It is a core interest of the United States to negotiate an expeditious cessation of hostilities in Ukraine, in order to stabilize European economies, prevent unintended escalation or expansion of the war, and reestablish strategic stability with Russia, as well as to enable the post-hostilities reconstruction of Ukraine to enable its survival as a viable state.”

You are 100 percent correct. I did place “” but forgot to link. Dealing with an active distal Kidney Stone, trying to distract myself.
It is an impled threat to pull out of NATO.
Ouch! Feel better soon! 🙏🏻
Years ago, my kidney doctor told me to take a healthy swig of lemon juice every day to dissolve the kidney stone I had (which was not trying to pass at the time). I did so, and continue to do so often, because it did dissolve the kidney stone. I have never had another…
Praying you are out of pain soon…
Many thanks. 10 years ago was my first. Scan showed 4 more. I am now down to my last, and through diet like you mentioned and more ( my wife) I have not formed any more.
Be well.
And keep on reading Coffee & Covid.

It is more like Putin knows Lindsey and crew will not allow a peace deal.
Putin understands that President Trump is in a difficult position because certain Congress and Senate cohorts do not want peace. They will step in and start impeachments if amnesty from prosecution is not part of the peace deal. So, he will play along with the process because he has the politicians number. Which, in my opinion is helping him win more land.
IMI: Putin knows more about our political parties than they do themselves.
There’s a lot of Putin fanboys on here, and I do think Putin has been demonized by the media and intel agencies. But it’s not like he’s a good guy. It just that he’s not as bad as Zelenskyy and the corrupt UE.
I’m sure Trump is only trying to solve the issue pragmatically. Putin isn’t playing him anymore than Trump allows him to At some point, Trump will lower the boom on Putin. And Zelenskyy.
You sound like a Putin fanboy yourself… Lol. That being said, Zelensky is robbing the US taxpayer of funds with no return on investment… and he needs to figure out his country’s affairs or F*ck Off.
“This war will end when Ukraine is crushed militarily.”
If we know that EU wants to drag US into a war via NATO, then Putin knows it too.
Unless he’s stupid, which he is not, it thus becomes in his interest to get what he needs/wants in Ukraine, but not to the point of spoiling a peace deal which would remove the possibility of NATO cornering the US into war against Russia.
Putin isn’t playing anyone. The Russian requirements have been very clear for years now. It’s not a mystery. They are not planning to walk away, just to be forced into a another war, a few years down the track…
Ukraine lost, the longer they persist, regardless of how noble it may look, the worse the outcome will be.
The losers don’t ever get to demand and dictate terms to the winners. And if the losers aren’t convinced that they have indeed lost, then the war needs to continue, until they inevitably do.
Anyone with eyes, half a brain, and a rudimentary understanding of Eastern European history knew this would be the end result of the conflict. But like drunken gamblers, lobbing good money, after the bad, they kept persisting… Probably not that hard, when you are spending other peoples money.
In the main, you are correct.
However, what I remember most everyone prognosticating in the way back when machine Feb 2022 was that Russia was a preeminent military power that would roll over Ukraine in a matter of months.
Not a war approaching four years.
Not with losing its own strategic assets.
Not with an inability to defend against drone storms.
Not with recurring replacement or loss of its top level military commanders.
Not with loss of capitol ships.
Not with significant troop losses of its own.
Not with foreign troop assistance.
Not with production (e.g., drones) supplied by allies.
Etc. Etc.
True. Russia has throttled its weapons of mass destruction – despite repeated threats not to. And it has not fully engaged its air power. But it has not been a juggernaut either.
It is an SMO, and they have one million plus in reserve, not active in the SMO. Also NATO has thrown 1/2 a trillion dollars at Russia. Russia is drainng NATO, while winning and doing its level best to limit infrastructure damage and their own casualties. (Which they are doing very well at. Russia has gained valuable knoweldge in modern warfare. The damage to their own infrastructure is generally repaired in weeks at the most, usually days. Their war production capacity has increased in every way. NATO is somewhat broken, self broken. Just my perspective.
Hi Phil
Hope things are good on your end
“that would roll over Ukraine in a matter of months.”
Had this not been a proxy war, involving most of the combined west, that would likely have been the case. Predictably months turned into years, when billions of $$$ and vast amounts of armaments were piped into Ukraine.
The frontline in Ukraine currently hovers around the 1250 km(800 mile) mark. Considering the nature of the conflict (modern combined arms warfare), that’s an enormous theatre. The line of contact in Korea for example, was around 200 miles. Add to that a standard 3:1 offensive/defensive ratio. and the lengthy duration makes much more sense.
By almost every measure, with the exception of the propaganda war, Russia is winning. Particularly in the areas where it matters, attrition and logistics.
The Russian military is now clearly a much better functioning machine, than the lumbering one in 2022. Their mil industrial complex runs a surplus, and their supply lines are short and uncomplicated compared to Ukraines. Sometimes continuous war has a way of modernizing a military, particularly so when it manufactures it’s own armaments. And in this case I believe Russia benefitted greatly from it.
The most prominent and consequential new feature of this particular war has obviously been drones, and here Russia has taken the lead. The head of Ukraines drone program even admitted as much.
As for the other talking points that are regularly carted out by the usual troop of media and intel baboons…
“Not with losing its own strategic assets.
Not with an inability to defend against drone storms.
Not with recurring replacement or loss of its top level military commanders.
Not with loss of capitol ships.
Not with significant troop losses of its own.
Not with foreign troop assistance.
Not with production (e.g., drones) supplied by allies.”
Even if true… it obviously didn’t impede their ability to squeeze the life out of Ukraines military.
The advance appears to be speeding up…
The Telegraph reports, citing the American Institute for the Study of War.
“Russia is currently seizing Ukrainian territory at the fastest pace since the beginning of the war,”
During November the Russian army captured 505 square kilometers – twice as much as in October.
Salutations Caleb.
I had a long answer highlighting what I am concerned about – which is not about SD’s analysis of the low theatre being played by the troika than it is some of the suppositions being made in various posts in this thread. I decided it is subject matter for a different discussion if the prospect of war does become a looming possibility.
To be honest, we’re located exactly where we stood before SD posted this piece: the troika is following the lead of our domestic political opposition – undercut, diminish and oppose any and all PDJT initiatives. It’s all they really have. They aren’t mobilizing for war with Russia. It’s all optics.
It is, however, dangerous to delude oneself into believing that the potential for war with Russia has somehow elevated markedly following the troika’s publicity event. Better expressed, it was an obvious effort to undermine support for the President here and abroad. It will live a short half-life. It’s puppet theatre outside the big tent. Think about how long it took for the US to mobilize for the Iraq wars. There’s no there there for the threats the troika leaders are making.
Whoops! Addendum: hope you and yours are healthy, safe and engaged in living your best lives
I don’t think you’re unfair at all, Sundance. It’s just a shame the Ukrainian soldiers probably aren’t getting the truth or day to day updates of what a crooked jerk their fake President is. I’m surprised they haven’t all deserted or surrendered.
They already know. That’s why they’re not allowed to have elections. They would get rid of Zelensky in a heartbeat.
Go read about how high the desertion rates are in Ukraine.
They are voting by quitting- which is probably more powerful than a vote right now.
Maybe Putin could send a missle just for Zelenskyy residence.
Get the little weasel thinking he can be taken out as a legitimate target, by missle or assassin.
Might change his mind real fast when he has skin in the game.
He is just to comfortable jetting around the world.
Won’t happen because Zelensky is too useful to Russia towards accomplishing their SMO goals. There are still many Nazi’s left to get rid of.
Interesting point. . Putin made clear he doesn’t want all of Ukraine, but the Russian heritage areas that voted to be with Russia and Putin also wants to clear out the Nazis and get that port
Z is doing him a favor by buying Putin time to complete his to do list and then some.
A peace deal would stop the killing with the desired result but EU likes war.
Yep. Exactly. Nailed it
Johnny, “skin in the game” is the key to solving all problems. That’s one of my mantras. If someone fails to hear, then the opposition has failed to arrange for “skin in the game”.
This is Abbeville 2.0. The EU wants to fight to the last Ukrainian without sending their own troops. This should not have happened .
The EU Cucks want Russian resources, land, gas, oil… without paying for it. That’s the whole logic behind their theivery. Same way the Democrats are robbing us in America…. albeit they do so via the fraudulent Govt’ money printing and handouts.
Typically Trump is good a cutting the “gordian” knot in business and political issues. Given the current situation and the fact that European nations support and chest beating on behalf of Ukraine would crumble if the US just walked away from any support or backing of Ukraine and the European dictators (France/UK/Germany) pushing continued war with Russia, why doesn’t Trump do just that? Something else is at play….is it the multi-national banking and business interests that are causing the sticking point? Their are trillions at stake in the transition from military – industrial complex military sales and revenue to the “peace” construction-rebuild industrial complex sales and revenue including banking interests and of course US political corruption and “kick-backs” interests within congress. Trump is trying to save US taxpayers from footing the bill while multi-national bankers and business men are trying to convince congress to ship trillions of US tax dollars to ukraine to “rebuild” which really means to skim billions back to themselves while Ukrainians live on potatoe gruel hand to mouth and the US middle class labors as a “slave” class to send its hard earned dollars into the pockets of corrupt banking, business and political interests. Trump just needs to walk away and let Europe and European dictators fall flat on their face.
Well spoken. This approach might also discourage future entanglements of this sort before they even get started.
It’s just that simple. Walk away!! It’s much like I recall, when two of us guys got in a fight. Finally the coach would let them fight. Someone would get their ass kicked and not only would that fight stop, but we were not as prone to start any, knowing that no one was going to stop it.
Essentially he is walking away. There is much more at play in my understanding. See the post above, even threatening to leave NATO. However he is doing this with a razor thing majority with many neocons. His agenda depends on them. Also he is trying to save NATO and Europe from themselves. You don’t like the tightrope he walks, yet I suspect neither of us understand all the consequences. Putin remains fairly satisfied with what Trump is doing. Don’t forget, Trump appears to split the Middle East as well, yet his way managed to get almost full support of ME nations with regard to Israel.
Zelensky is dragging out these “peace talks” as extortion. Who is kidding who here?
How does he extort anyone? He has ZERO leverage. If he knew it was going to be his ass in a Russian gulag, he would readily come to his senses. It’s disgusting that this little maggot has been empowered to rape us financially, while feeding his soldiers into these meat grinder. If Putin was truly motivated by conquest, he would have been in Kiev within 2-3 weeks.
You will notice that no one discusses why Zelensky has not allowed elections in Ukraine. I would say that Ukraine is not being governed by a government that cares about their opinions or future. Then again, we can say the same thing for France, Germany and the UK. Of course, the point is that there is NO WAY that the ‘coalition of the willing’ can do anything on their own, without US assistance. Their militaries, as well as their weapons, are totally impotent against Russia. I suppose that Putin will continue, then, with his initial objective….a military operation of attrition, and deNazifying Ukraine. So be it.
And what is wrong with that?
None of the people who are responsible for 1 million plus dead will be held accountable. Thousands of families are destroyed because of politicians.
as it has always been… if the people want some accountability, they will have to carry it out themselves. and i don’t mean with tweets and “voting.” there is little stopping the ukrainians from marching on kiev and ending this madness.
People like Lindsey Graham, Roger Wicker, Tom Cotton, et al, should be tried for war crimes.
Russia will absorb the taken territory, if not more, and that mission will not change. It is a matter for the rest of the world to either accept it or continue to attempt to deny Russia the maneuver.
How well has that worked out, so far?
Odessa will be taken by Russia within 4 months if Ukraine, et al, do not capitulate by January 31st.
If that happens, Ukraine will be land-locked and dissolve as a country in the near future.
I really haven’t seen any attempt to move on Odessa for years.
And I also haven’t seen any military moves that quick in the same time period.
Odessa seemed to be one of the places Russia pulled back from in good faith before Z reneged and then claimed his forces drove the Russians out.
My memory might be off, but Odessa has clearly not been on Putin’s near term objectives. And if that changes I’d expect the conquest to take years at the current advance rate.
yeah, 4 months seems aggressive given the russian methods so far… but then again, i suspect they will wait for that until there is total collapse and fleeing from the battlefield. if that were to occur sometime soon, there would be little stopping them from going a heck of a lot faster into a place like odessa, not well defended already.

How many people do you actually know from Odessa? My guess would be zero.
Not a relevant question.
Nothing I said implied I had or needed such connection.
I also don’t know Putin. Definitely haven’t had access to his military plans.
That would have been closer to being relevant.
But years of what Putin has and hasn’t done is hard to ignore.
You’re just talking out your A$$ if you know nobody from the area.
Poland wants part of Ukraine. Romania wants part of Ukraine. There are others that want part of Ukraine also.
Biden’s plan was to give Ukraine to China… now EU saw an avenue to try and overthrow Russia to gain access to their resources, land and energy.
Russia did not start this war – our CIA did. I hope Russia takes whatever ground they think is theirs. Maybe that would be a lesson for the blundering fools.
Yep. If they do choose to take Ukraine, I hope it’s in devastating fashion to Zelensky.
Am I the only one who wonders what Kushner is doing in this?
Just what is his relevant background and experience?
Didn’t Kushner negotiate the Abraham Accords in Term 1?
And didn’t Sundance point out that he showed up in the money round of negotiations over Ukraine?
Hope that answers your questions.

it may be much simpler: jared is the eyes of ears of trump in the room full of people he didn’t trust. we all have our opinions of jared and marco, but so does the president.
everyone here is a marco fan lately, but the rumors are pretty widespread that the state dept is not in the current room because trump came to believe he was sabotaging the efforts because he remains deeply anti-russian.
Abraham and GAZA!
If you need to pick on the Trump family, pick on the village idiot Don Jr.
Kushner is there to set up the “reconstruction and economic development” grift that will get eveyone on board once the “war” grift stops.
Trump exposes the UGLY truth that the EU doesn’t want peace.
Regardless of how this turns out, Trump has once again shown that his super-est of super powers is his Scooby Doo like ability to get the bad guys to gleefully rip off their mask and say, “That’s Right! I did it!”
The EU can’t pretend anymore. Trump has exposed they do not want peace.
If the EU doesn’t want peace, let them send their own forces to fight
“President Trump is reviewing the issue through the prism of “hours” because he knows that as each hour passes that’s more dead young men…. And FOR WHAT?”
For the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin’s Special Military Operation.
Nope.
This is all for the West’s driving need to dethrone Putin.
Though after Biden’s failures, it may have devolved into a desperate fight for western governments to avoid dethroning themselves.
And to run massive grift schemes for Western leaders to profit personally.
Always helps to read Sundance to keep abreast of the latest developments.
“Stopping for tea and crumpets”, while the EU scoundrels are really worried about the drug boats from Venezuela being blown up…if you know what I mean….
Definitely a poor president. Can’t stand on his own. Wonder if he has to ask permission to use the potty.
The coalition of mismanagement.
Who does he think he is–a Somalian?
Has Z married his sister yet? Only then will we know for sure he’s gone full Somalian.
The Somalis come here and steal billions. Very bold.
Actually, Walz & Co. are stealing it. The Somalis are just the means.
This is actually spot on.
Just like they wail “It’s for the children” when they rob us for “Education”.
In the same exact way, yes these Somalis (and they are not the only ones) it’s all nothing but an excuse to create a pot of money to pretend they are solving something, as they rob it all.
Once you see this, you can see it everywhere.
This is why I keep saying “If you want to save our country, stop asking the Government for help !!””
The best thing we can do is stop giving them an excuse to create another pot of money to then steal.
Thieves!
This continuing Ukraine farce is not unlike the US’s USAID scams. Where’s there’s money there’s corruption. When the flow of kickback cash and skimming slows or stops and people start asking questions, the Corrupt start worrying about the loss of their dirty cash and being found out.

The gold toilet, the bags of cash and the corruption still stalking Ukraine – ABC News
‘Golden toilet’ scandal: Zelensky faces deepest crisis yet as allies accused in $100M wartime scheme | New York Post
This article has pictures….

Is anyone surprised?
Z does not deserve “fairness.” He deserves a punch in the face. Here he is having tea and crumpets while his soldiers are being killed. He is such a buffoon. Please somebody get rid of him so that his countrymen can have a normal life. Will there ever be an end to this utter stupidity? One would think after his and his cohorts illegal grifting has been exposed he would be embarrassed to show his face. But greed surpasses everything.
..He learned very quickly from politician of same faith…….and suddenly some ppl are soooo surprised of Z arrogance….please ..
Looks like the “coalition of the willing” adjourned for today
translation: another false flag incoming.
Merz “I have a straw.” Starmer: “I have a razor blade.” Liddle Z: “I have a baggie.” Macron: “I have a mirror.” (of course)
Why does Starmer insist on hugging Ratface like a drunk frat girl every time they meet?
FFS just shake hands like an actual man for a change.
My first reaction when I see Starmer is to laugh.
Those cute, little bureaucrat spectacles, the cute little bureaucrat hairdo, the beady eyes…
What a worthless goob.
Merz isn’t any better. https://www.breitbart.com/politics/2025/12/07/german-chancellor-merz-filed-hundreds-of-criminal-complaints-over-insults-from-citizens-report/
almost indistinguishable from the look of the lesbian-looking karens running western governments at all levels, as well. same hairdo, same glasses, same voice inflections.
check out pics of the oregon governor and see if you can tell the difference.
These bureaucrats remind me of the fictional androgynous character from Saturday Night Live named Pat (what is it?). The sketches revolved around people coming into contact with Pat and trying to figure out Pat’s gender, something that never happened.
Anyone who believes Sundance is not being fair in his reporting of this conflict, is revealing their willful lack of understanding the motivations underlying each of the various positions being pushed by the nations that are involved.
The problem with Ukrainians is that they are too much like Russians, stubborn and not overly concerned about dying.
The best proxy army NATO ever had or will have.
There is only one solution,
General George S. Patton Jr. is widely quoted as saying “Keep on killing them until the fight goes out of them” during a press conference in Sicily in 1943.
The war will end when the USA stops funding and supplying it or those wanting to fight are dead.
homer ..stubborn…??? for Russians they defend homeland/christianity…homer !!!!and they care of their homeland not as WEST this include invasion of USA by third world countries homer..
US is not funding it, and Trump refused to sell the weapons the EU and Ukraine a wanted.
President Trump needs to absolutely be focusing on domestic issues and the midterms. He doesn’t have to ignore Ukraine, that’s why he has special envoys doing the groundwork. But he needs to be talking about the United States, jobs, and the economy, three times out of four when he opens his mouth.
MAGA dies if the House OR Senate is lost. RINOs will walk claiming some b.s. about the people have spoken and we need to move “to the middle”.
Trump is working non stop on jobs and the economy. Guess what, it is complicated, yet he is doing amazing considering the stacked deck he is dealing with. What do you want him to do domestically that he is not?
* President Trump is the only one who cares about the Ukrainian People. Even Putin cares more than Zelensky and the other Installed European Dictators.
* As President Trump said a few months ago, NATO Expansion is a Root Cause of this War. It was widely known that it would trigger a War.
* In fact, we pushed NATO Expansion for the very purpose of provoking this War. We wanted this war.
* “We”, meaning the Obama Mafia and his Bankster Owners, CIA War Pigs, State Dept. Neo-Cons, Uni-Party Grifters, Big War and various and sundry Globalist Trash. And satan.
* President Trump and American Voters were overthrown in 2020 in large measure to obtain this War.
* Ukraine is a Criminal Disneyland that Never Closes; Money Laundering, Drug Trafficking, Child Trafficking, Sex Trafficking, Weapons Trafficking, Plutonium Trafficking, Biden Bio-Labs, Organized Crime, etc.
But close it will.
* Ukraine was supposed to be a base to subvert, conquer and loot Russia. They wanted to install a Puppet Dictator in Russia too, like a Biden or Zelensky.
* In his Tucker interview, Putin demonstrated his grasp of ten centuries of Russian History, while Biden demonstrated his grasp of 10 year-old children.
* Zelensky, while forced to admit to the “Perfect Phone Call”, was also working behind the scenes to Impeach PDT. Worse, Ukraine sent False Flag Nazi Ringers on J6 to smash windows at the Capitol.
* Charlie Kirk had Zelensky’s number and said so. The dictator hated Charlie’s guts and rightfully feared a Charlie Kirk presidency. I think we’ll find before this is over that Z-Bag was deeply involved in Charlie’s assassination.
* The funds received on and off the books have severed Zelensky’s interests from the Ukrainian People. Any other leader would have sued for peace long ago. But he’s being paid to betray them.
* In fact, Dead Ukrainians are a desired result, allowing the Oligarchy to plunder Ukraine. Feature, not bug.
* President Trump is gaining the upper hand over the Rogue CIA and the Worldwide War Mafia, praise God!
Psalm 94:
Be it unto us according to Your Word, Father God, Yes and Amen!
Rest in the Vine: Ukraine, According to Me
Thanks Gipper.
Zelensky has relatives in Chicagoland.
” Ukraine sent False Flag Nazi Ringers on J6 to smash windows at the Capitol.” Has not heard this. Agree with most of your post. Not certain of how deep we are in cleaning out the CIA and other IAs.
Wisely PDJT has realized a cornerstone of common sense. Never make someone else’s problem your own, with a capital Z
City of London
now is perfect time to move UN out of USA and to Ukraine.
that should be perfect security guarantee
Get rid of NATO first.
NATO headquarters is close enough
to EU headquarters
the personnel have lunch together.🤷♀️
UN can then move into the NATO headquarters once
we leave NATO.
🤣
Did you know that if you are Ukrainian and are injured on the battlefield you have to pay money to be rescued? That is why they have 1.5M KIA. The poor bastards suffer immensely at the hands of their own comrades.
There are times I wish that Putin would just blow the hell out of Ukraine. Do the of Ukraine realize that they lost a generation of men so far. How much more will the people of Ukraine let this midget destroy eve more of their Country.
Macron, Starmer and Merz are all hanging to power by a horse’s hair. Their interference in a peaceful resolution should be met with regime change and colour revolutions in their respective countries. Each should be held accountable for the slaughter of UKR’s and laundering of money.
100% correct, Johnny! Zelensky is thanking the leaders who are supporting him, and while I can’t speak for EU countries, from U.K. perspective Sundance is spot on 🎯 saying “the problem for the four leaders is that without strong USA support, the citizens of their… countries will rise up against them.”
Ethnic Brits still tend to be polite and cover our irritation with humour, but increasingly there’s anger – rage – at the governing classes ignoring, or perpetrating(!), all the travesties your nation endured during the Biden years.
These are a couple of this seasons short “Christmas” songs:

Resigned smiles aside, I pray for a peaceful transition, not the bloody one that could so easily happen here, now.
There are two there^^^^,
not sure if I posted this other one correctly:

2025-National-Security-Strategy.pdf
Beginning at page 25, POTUS Trump explains about Europe needing to come to grips with both history and present reality.
(Jeff Childers’ post for 12-8 provided the link to this 29 page document from the White House)
(A little later….and now I note that someone else provided the link to Jeff Childers’ complete post upthread….this one is worth the repetition, I think….. 🙂 )
Scroll back on this site to December 6. There is an entire post on this topic. Or click here: President Trump’s 2025 National Security Strategy – Europe Is Destroying Itself – The Last Refuge
Yes. My bad.
It’s very difficult to reach a peace agreement with a corrupt regime that could care less about sending its citizens to die in a pointless useless conflict. The continuation of the corruption is the objective; agreeing to peace undermines it. And, once peace were to be achieved, how long do you think Zelensky will remain on the right side of the grass?
The fake globalist “War in Ukraine” is about as ridiculous as insinuating or assuming Swamp Guardian Centurion Rubio is MAGA. or something
The pretending continues
Things you will never see….
Club Rules:
1) you do not talk about the fake pandemic
2) You Do Not Talk About The Fake Pandemic
3) you do not talk about the fake 2020 elections.
Everything else is a distraction
The approved sources here for you to formulate the basis of your narratives and talking points:
Fake News…week
CNN
Zelensky state media
All together now…..
Their greatest success was in making you believe Russia invaded Ukraine as the foundation for all the lies and false narratives we see now. Very similar to how they made you believe or accept a viral pandemic that never existed … or in the 2020 elections results, etc…by force if necessary
I have had enough of this s-show. It has become an absurdity. We need to pull out of this while we still have SOME common sense left. I am sick of Z and his antics. Enough is enough – get him outta here NOW! Let him take his bowl to the EU – maybe they can find a few shillings for him.
Here is a good read on why Europe & USA have war, war and more war.
“Pawns in the Game”. By William Guy Carr. Dauphin publications.
I got mine at Abebooks dot com.
Read at: https://archive.org/details/PawnsInTheGameWilliamGuyCarr1958/page/n1/mode/2up
Should it not be
“The Conspiracy of the Willing”?
That is my observation…
I think it’s time for us to send him a track suit as a Xmas gift with the note…”You’re on your own…..let the EU provide the goodies for their war, not us.”
Caption the picture of Rubio.
Coalition of the willing to spend American treasure.
F these a$$clowns. Cut a deal with Russia and let them deal with it. They will sit down because these are coward politicians with not an ounce of political support nor the economic or people strength to support warfare
Great picture of little marco there.
I have Ukraine war fatigue, Russia should just take em out .
Coalition of the Billing just refused to concede any land.
“Under our laws, under international law — and under moral law — we have no right to give anything away,” Zelensky said, after meeting with top European leaders to discuss Trump’s plan Monday. “That is what we are fighting for.”
The unequivocal declaration that Ukraine will not surrender land could mark the collapse of Trump’s plan,
https://www.washingtonpost.com/world/2025/12/08/europe-ukraine-leaders-trump-plan/
About 3 months ago President Trump stated, ” Who knows, Ukraine may be Russian again”
A gazillion months ago Rubio said if Ukraine doesn’t come to the table President Trump would walk away. Why are we still doing this? Walk away and let the EU sort it out themselves.
Trump is actually trying to save the EU, from themselves, save NATO, from itself, save a semblance of Ukraine, and save lives, and keep Europe from doing something really stupid on their own. All decent reasons to attmpt to force Ukraine into common sense peace agreement that will possibly hold better then pure conquer and lead to better international relations.
In one of the next Batman movies, Vladimir Putin can play Mr. Freeze. I suppose the people of Ukraine can play icecycles
Vladimir Putin is intensifying a sustained campaign to “make Ukraine go dark” by systematically targeting its energy infrastructure, particularly as winter approaches. According to recent assessments, including from The Economist, Putin has shifted focus from territorial conquest—having gained less than 1% of Ukrainian territory in 2025 despite heavy losses—to destroying Ukraine’s civilian infrastructure to erode public morale and force mass emigration. This strategy aims to render large parts of eastern Ukraine uninhabitable by dismantling power, heating, and gas systems.
Further attacks in late October and November targeted gas storage sites, pipelines, and combined heat and power plants, which supply heat to over 80% of Ukrainian households. The International Energy Agency (IEA) warned that Ukraine faces a structural power deficit of 6 GW heading into winter, with Russian strikes having permanently knocked out nearly 70% of the country’s power generation capacity.

Personally, I don’t care if Putin takes all of Ukraine. Globalist kept poking the bear. If some foreign entity did the same to us in a border country to us, threatening our security, I would expect us to respond. NATO without the US, is a paper tiger. They’re tough as hell when they think we’ll bail them out. If Putin crushes Ukraine and marches Zelensky through Red Square, I’m not only good with it, but will get my popcorn
At this point, we should be studying all the benefits of stalling the end to this war because clearly that is what both sides are doing.
We are missing something.
Rather than looking ahead at all the benefits we’re trying to get to by ending this, we should stop and look at how each side is gaining right now by not stopping, because for them, this clearly has far more value than stopping.
Despite the losses that we imagine are on both sides, clearly they are not painful enough at all to both sides because neither side appears to be going wobbly and moving towards stopping.
So what exactly are these points for each side that keeps them going-and I mean right here, today, not gains they imagine in the future. What is going on right now today that is working so well that they don’t even feel the need to stop?
Seems to me that to push them to end this, those gains they feel they are holding on to need to end.
It needs to be in someone’s best interest to stop- and we’re not seeing this yet at all.
So keeping it all going is more valuable.
Starmer, Macron, and Merz have the possibility of being visited by an Oreshknik missile for their continued belligerent actions. I guarantee MI-6 was behind the sinking of the two tankers in the Black Sea, and the ship in western Africa. Both French and British officers have been killed in Ukraine. They aren’t supporters, they are active participants. ALL aid, financial, military, AND intelligence should have stopped long ago. The more the aid continues, the more the bodies pile up. We would have already nuked Russia if they were playing these same games in Mexico or Canada. When all is said and done, the Euro elites will be left out in the cold if the NSS is to be believed.
