Canadian leftists have selected Mark Carney as their replacement for Justin Trudeau, Carney will be sworn in as Prime Minister shortly and complete the remaining segment of Trudeau’s term before new Canadian elections.
The only issue on the mind of voters in Canada is which candidate will fight U.S. President Donald Trump the hardest. Conservative leader Pierre Poilievre has vowed to fight Trump harder than Mark Carney, but the leftists in Canada are now back on the ascendency and will dispatch the pontificating Poilievere shortly.
During his acceptance speech at the Liberal Party convention, a beaming Mark Carney promised to defeat President Trump and the Americans in the upcoming trade war. Carney noted, a sense of national pride has swept across Canada as the people unite in their hatred for everything Trump and everything American associated with him. WATCH:
In addition to tariffs against Canadian goods and services, U.S. President Trump has massive economic arrows in his quiver that can be deployed against the Canadian economy. Measures including larger tariffs (tariff reciprocity), financial sanctions, restrictions on Canadian investment in the USA, revocation of visa-free border crossing, forced divestiture of American asset holdings for the Canadian people (banking reciprocity), all the way to a full-throated embargo of all goods and travel from Canada are potential.
If that sequence of events ever happened, the Canadian government led by Prime Minister Mark Carney has vowed to respond in kind to Trump with identical action blocking any/all USA products, services and American citizens from entry into Canada. This approach would enable us to finally determine which nationalistic outlook will survive, Canada or the USA.
(Via Politico) – […] One of Carney’s first decisions will be whether or not to call a snap election in the middle of a trade war. He has identified Trump’s rolling tariff threats as an “economic and sovereign crisis.”
“The Americans want our resources, our water, our land, our country,” Carney said. “Think about it. If they succeed, they will destroy our way of life.”
Carney campaigned for the top job on his reputation as a disaster manager, arguing that he is the right person to take on Trump. He ran for the leadership against former Deputy Prime Minister Chrystia Freeland, who has warned that how Canada deals with the president “will define us for a generation, and perhaps longer.”
Trump now tops the list of things Canadians are worried about, followed by jobs, inflation and the economy. About 90 percent of Canadians live within 150 miles of the U.S. border, and polls show the country of 40 million is increasingly angry at the U.S. president, who can’t seem to stop talking about annexing Canada. Carney is a true globalist. He has Irish, Canadian and British citizenship. When he was Governor of the Bank of England he opposed Brexit and was labelled ‘the high priest of project fear’ because he forecast economic doom and gloom if Brexit occurred. After leaving the Bank of England in 2020, Carney served as a United Nations envoy on finance and climate change.
He is a fear-monger, who gains power and influence by scaring people’
Damned Dirty Derp.
well, let’s sit back and get out the popcorn while he tries to install fear in President Trump and the USA

Canada does not govern the US. If they are going to shut off electricity, great, let’s shut off broadcasting too and internet/telecom. And, close border crossings too. Then, they can keep their canaroblems and canatudes to their canaselves and we can go on being free americans and not have to hear their mess.
They think our money’s theirs – just like every other F-ing country in the world.
If we shut off American TV, we’d be doing them a favor, lol. I did that years ago!
Canada imports American electricity. The Canadian tariffs is will cause their prices to rise. In 2023 the US was a net exporter of electricity to Canada.

They’re all just posturing for a deal. If I’m wrong who cares? They’re Canada. They can’t hurt the US.
I feel that too
Whenever a Canadian politician speaks they don’t speak on behalf of Canada. No, they are in the back pockets of the globalists.
In Canada’s case it would be China. China launched a new set of tariffs against Canada, and we’ve heard hardly a peep from Ottawa, so we know full well who’s in charge of the Canadian government.
Carney has sheltered his companies from Trump’s tariffs by moving them to the US as soon as Trump announced his intention to place tariffs on Canada. Yes, Carney is a sellout, besides being a liar, a globalist and a climate change fascist.
Persona non grata
Kick him out of NY where he owns a residence to conduct his US business. He’ll have to admit it to Canadians, then he can bitch about it.
Oh, this is delicious news! Thank you!
please tell us more. I love a wicked smart how bout them apples
Carney has Canadian, British and Irish passports. He’s a flexible kind of guy.
WEF Bona fide.
When Chrystia Freeland’s plan for a joint Canada/Denmark nuclear alliance against the U.S. gains traction, when the EU and their wooden Pinocchio, Zelenskyy, kick the Russian’s asses, when Biden knows what day it is and what state he’s in, when Jasmine Crockett trades in Ebonics for English and manages to go a whole paragraph without using a single F-bomb…
…is when Mark Carney wins his trade war with Trump!
Only then!
So we’re doomed then?
😁
lol…you got me
…and I thoroughly enjoyed it!
I’m afraid we’ll be doomed for much more winning, Maquis.
I’m afraid you’re right!
LOL…I think we’ll be ok!
I’ll be holding muh breath….

Funny thing is you can find interviews of her from years ago and she doesn’t talk like she does now.
She has turned the ratchet hoe routine up to 11.

My simple math says US/Canada trade deficit at $68 billion is much bigger on a per capita basis than Mexico’s or China’s (they only have $40 mil population). Probably our biggest of any country. And on a per capita basis, Canada is much richer than those other two. So we are enriching an already rich country. This cannot go on forever as an export of our wealth to the North. It is simply not sustainable.
Trump’s strategy and tactics may not be the best, and pissing off the Canucks may well backfire, but his focus is quite understandable.
One of a great many balls Trump is juggling at once as he kicks off his administration. For Canada, it is an all consuming issue. Most Americans are probably not reading past the headlines re Canada story (myself included). That focus of Canadians needs to be understood and appreciated.
people are so stupid
Canada puts higher tariffs on US products incoming into Canada
than the US puts on Canadian products incoming into the US
President Trump wants to even the playing field
make both tariffs the same
now Canada is screaming bloody murder
has anyone noticed that leftists are always screaming
Most of the tariffs on Canada are for basic resources. Most of those basic resources create jobs for Americans.
Products from Mexico and China are nearly all finished consumer goods. See the difference?
No…..
It’s a huge difference, think about it . Alot of those basic resources Canada exports to the USA ,Canada then imports from the USA at a premium after it’s refined
You guys are making all this up.
Seriously?? You can’t see the difference between raw materials and energy vs manufactured products
The Canadian government wants to keep the Chyna and India money coming in so the fentanyl must flow.
^^^^YES
Read this guys X posts
A lot of info
https://nitter.poast.org/StephenPunwasi
Most of that $68 billion is ENERGY. And your MidWest Refineries need it for diesel fuel.
For myself personally, the sooner we have No Trade, the sooner the horde of Immigrants can go back home.
Don’t you export your oil to be refined in the US and brought back as gasoline? We may need it in the midwest, but doesn’t Canada need it refined? I’m seriously asking….not trying to start an argument.
Not just no trade, no border crossings, no international agreements, nothing. You stay up there and enjoy your taxes and we’ll do our stuff on this side. Oh, by the way, no U.S. medical care, either. I’ll be looking forward to seeing how much you folks enjoy your socialized medicine without your U.S. safety valve.
You have no idea how much your SOB PM Trudeau ticked off Americans at your country. As far as I’m concerned, if no Canadian ever crossed into the U.S. ever again, it would still be too soon. In fact, I’ll be looking forward to seeing you start the Canadian Hockey League with your entire seven teams! O Canada, indeed!
It makes sense that the USA has a trade deficit with Canada because Canada is resource rich and has a small population. Ie there is huge market in the USA for Canadian energy but what exactly is Canada with a much smaller population going to buy from the USA. If it was only trading in manufactured goods it would be different.
Maybe we Americans should be producing our own energy and not exporting our wealth to Canada? We are just if not more resource research. I think that’s another plank of America First.
I agree with Pierre Poilievre – the new lib PM made millions investing in America, while Canada lost millions, so leading Canada into prosperity isn’t going to happen as he’s from the same party that only took 10yrs to destroy Canada.
Hypocrisy much?
Canada needs a business leader like President Trump
Kevin O’Leary would be perfect. I think though that he has relocated to the US.
DD
Kevin O’Leary is a motor mouth. Neither country is any better. Talks his book. Period.
Carney is a Globalist Banker. A Nomad.
Personally I hate it when Trump talks about making Canada the 51st state. Who needs more Marxists?
I heard Wayne Gretzky told Trump he wants to remain Canadian, so that’s over.
Wayne can remember when Canada was a great place to live. I can remember that too. Hope we can get back there soon. For my grandkids sake.
In the 80’s I flew into Toronto.
I was shocked. Muslims every where in the airport.
Women in full black garb with slits for the eyes
I am assuming it is worse now.
Now THAT’S a darn outright SHAME. In Canada!! of all places!!
It’s called Multiculturalism (kill your own home-grown culture), Diversity (no white people allowed, create ghettos in your country-voting blocks).
As practiced equally by the USA.
He is giving them a choice. It gives them something to think about. Imagine living your entire life under Castro and never having the notion that the world could be any different.
9 years of Trudeau. You had 8 years of Obama and 8 years of Dubya. So you suffered too.
I’m sorry that Carney won the Lib election. You guys DESERVED to have fat Freeland as your PM.
I think people fail to understand how much trolling Trump does.
That people actually believe that President Trump is planning on INVADING Canada and make it the 51st state is beyond stupid. Then again these are probably the same people who believe he wants to build a hotel and golf course in Gaza.
So we should not believe much of what Trump says?
Please show me the exact quote where President Trump said he is going to invade Canada and make it the 51st state. Show me the exact quote where President Trump said he wants to build hotels and golf courses in Gaza.
We arent Marxists.
The Libs are. The NDP are.
The normal’s are not. Which is a majority of us.
And the Libs? Are not the majority.
Thanks for playing.
Excise Montreal, Ottawa , and Toronto and you have a nation of people just like you and I . It is this group of folks that make Canada go round day in and day out .
And Vancouver, the Chicom base
You obviously missed Little India and Little Pakistan across the river from Vancouver.
There are other signs too. The Concrete broken out of the Freeway (Interstate, Turnpikes) Overpasses. “Oh, 13 feet ??? I ‘tot the load could be 15 meters high.” Karma
Exclusive: Briefings to Liberal Government on Chinese Infiltration of Vancouver Port and Canada’s Opioid Scourge Ignored
Trump Tariffs Loom as Critics Decry Ottawa’s “Fox in the Hen House” Approach to Border Security
OTTAWA, Canada – As President Donald Trump readies sweeping tariffs against Canada on Saturday—citing Ottawa’s failure to secure its shared North American borders from fentanyl originating in China—The Bureau has obtained a remarkable December 1999 document from a senior law enforcement official, revealing Ottawa’s longstanding negligence in securing Vancouver’s port against drug trafficking linked to Chinese shipping entities.
The letter, drafted by former Crown prosecutor Scott Newark and addressed to Ottawa’s Security Intelligence Review Committee (SIRC), urged the body to reconsider explosive findings from a leaked RCMP and CSIS report detailing the infiltration of Canada’s “porous” borders by Chinese criminal networks.
Titled “Re: S.I.R.C. Review in relation to Project Sidewinder,” Newark’s letter alleges systemic failures that enabled Chinese State Council owned shipping giant COSCO and Triads with suspected Chinese military ties to penetrate Vancouver’s port system.
He further asserts that federal authorities ignored repeated briefings and warnings from Canadian law enforcement—warnings based on intelligence gathered by Canadian officials in Hong Kong, who initiated the Sidewinder review.
https://www.thebureau.news/p/exclusive-briefings-to-liberal-government
Really? That document is dated Nov of 1999 and is 25 yrs old. Not relevant.
The purpose of reposting that document is to show how long Canada’s government has been tolerating drug smuggling and money laundering.
Quebec?
Let’s be clear –
Trudeau was crying that Canada would be bankrupt if the US put reciprocal (even steven for those who don’t know)
tariffs on Canada. President Trump quipped something like “well, then you can become our 51st state”.
Now all the dumbass leftists are going crazy
and even some conservatives (are you really conservative?) are jumping on the bandwagon of misinformation.
Please knock if off.
Hey. A lot of us are working hard to get rid of our Marxists.
I would have thought most Americans could see how hard it is to get rid of useless Government Leeches and Criminal Political Parties.
Americans know so little about Canada. Most of the Lefties are in the major cities, like Ottawa, Montreal, Toronto, Calgary and Vancouver.
Thats just about everywhere…
Oh for heaven’s sake. Look at a Canadian map. There are 44 million people in Canada, and most do not live in those cities. You hate for Canadians and Canada is very obvious.
I think most of us know this: as in the US, it’s the big cities that are bunions or boils.
Or terrorist supporters like Hezbollah and Palestinians-involved in the drug trade and money laundering
Lock ALL Canadians out of the United States. They happily take advantage of the USA in EVERY respect and SAVE A PILE OF MONEY buying down here. Don’t let them travel south. Don’t let them buy anything in the USA. Don’t let them fly or drive down here. Don’t let them rent or buy property in the USA. Blockade all Canadian-built vehicles. Invalidate insurance coverages of Canadian vehicles and drivers inside the USA. Forbid students from Canada from studying or enrolling in any college or university in the USA, including online courses. Kick all consulate personnel of Canada OUT OF OUR COUNTRY.
STOP SHARING NATIONAL INTELLIGENCE WITH CANADA.
They have ALL been ripping us off for decades. We don’t need them.
Can I just come to Vegas for a couple of days??
🤣 🤣 🤣 …NO
you made me laugh
If she’s keeping you out of Vegas, she’s doing you a favor!
No kidding.
Some of these people seem to think that because the Libs won with less tan 33 per cent of the vote, we are all libtards.
That s*** just gets my goat.
Its posts like this persons, that turn the normal Conservative voting, law abiding, hard working Canadians off.
We are not all the Librats. Seems this concept is beyond some posters. So F’in punish us all for the actions of the few? Less than 33 per cent?
Seems legit. SMH.
To be fair, what exactly have we 67% been doing about the Liberals/NDP for the past nine years? Complaining politely? Aside from the trucker protest Castro Jr. and co. have basically had free reign.
I absolutely agree with you. I’m so sick of watching it go down.
I am a 67 year old grandmother with an eff Trudeau sticker on my car (I removed the F so the grandkids couldn’t figure it out). It doesn’t help much but makes me feel better.
When the Trucker protest happened I had them line up all their trucks and cars in the hallway, especially the ones that made a lot of noise. They loved it and so did I.
I joined the protests in my city during this time at risk of being fined for honking my horn!! (They had people taking videos of protesters driving by)
Honestly, I’m ready to hit the streets again.
No. Not enough is said about the “Trucker Protest”.
First, it was far more than the Truckers.
Second, Trudeau was Jackboot, Lockstep in with all the Internet Monopolies, and the Democratic Party by trying to outlaw and steal donations.
Third, when Trudeau that short Vicky Nuland wannabee Freeland declared the War Measures Act and started to close bank accounts THERE WAS A RUN ON THE BANKS. In less than 24 HOURS, Trudeau withdrew the War Measures Act. AND CANADIAN BANKS forced him to stop effing with bank accounts.
Fourth, U.S. Media, along with all of Europe stood side-by-side with their Jackboots on with Trudeau.
Trudeau has been Dead Man Walking ever since.
Hard to believe it was only a few years ago …..to me Canadian Truckers are heroes. I’ll always remember their cross country caravan of hundreds of trucks (the videos were spectactular to view) demanding to be free of the vaccine mandates.
I remember watching videos of everyday Canadians lining the roads and bridges from West to East, waiting in the bitter cold to greet and cheer them on as they rolled past …still touches me deeply.
The Canadian truckers set off a firestorm of Freedom movements across the U.S. and Europe. Everyday people. I still will not use GoFundMe as they betrayed the donors to the truckers. GiveSendGo though held firm to protect both donors and truckers.
I wonder still what eventually happened to the truckers. Did they ever get their money back after the government froze all their accounts? Did they every get their lives back on track?
Salute to those incredible “Brave Hearts” of the north.
I remember it exactly as you stated. It still moves me to tears just thinking about it. We’ve been going to Canada for 40 years and were just so proud of them all.
Bobo , we are not all that way .
Most of those posting on this thread are that way. The hate for Canada and Canadians does not reflect well on most of the commenters here.
Well, if wanting equal trade tariffs makes it look like we hate Canadians, so be it.
As Thomas Sowell said, “when people have been treated favorably for long enough, equal treatment when it comes looks like discrimination to them.” That’s Canada in a nutshell. We’re done subsidizing you folks.
Think gnome is a new poster. 21 upvotes looks like a farm.
If a post turns you off. You were never “turned on”. Just sayin.
Hey, Bob, you have a Parliamentary system up there, right? If Castro’s kid only had 33 percent of the vote, where was your successful vote of no confidence to run him out and require an election? You couldn’t get the NDP and the Frog Bloc to see the light and dump the slutpup?
Why would you want to visit Vegas? An infinite number of ways to lose you money elsewhere.
It’s just….fun,
can’t explain it
Alberta is welcome any time.
Have you looked at the US/ Canada currency exchange rate lately? There are far nicer places to visit and for less money. Plus, the homeless/zombie population is enormous there. Not a safe or a pleasant place anymore.
Now there is a sane, reasoned response.
Sarcasm!!!!
That’s a BS statement. EVERY Canuk on this site STRONGLY supported Trump since 2016. And most Canuks (a term of respect from this Yankee) apart from the libs up there strongly support DJT and America. It’s the Canadian liberals who’ve turned the great north into a pseudo Marxist gulag, where the prisoners WANT to be prisoners. The vast majority of our northern neighbors have the same conservative views as you and I.
Your beef is with the Marxists, communists, libs, and weirdos who’ve infiltrated, infested, and overthrown Canada’s government. Just like they did here until God gave us a break in November 2025.
I’m so glad to read this. Your last paragraph is exactly the way I feel. The people I’ve met over our 40 year span of visiting have been lovely.
Sounds good. Don’t know how you conclude you got ripped off, since you print U.S. dollars without constraint, and foolish people, like Canadians, send you real stuff, oil, gas, electricity, aluminum, steel, cars, lumber for printed script from your for Profit-Privately owned Federal Reserve.
I’m cool with it. When can we start?
Tomorrow’s not soon enough. Let’s hope Trump does it by noon today. And you can damn well keep Ontario’s fat fool Ford on your side of the border until you put him in a box.
Rest easy, canucks. We don’t want ya. He’s just jerking your lefty politician’s chains. He wants better economic relations and free you from the lunatic left like you just replaced with a worse (unbelievable) one. Your major cities are infested with the same communistic fanatics as ours and we have plenty, thanks. Trump is hilarious and he loves to yank Little Fidel’s crank. Just the fact you get your panties in a wad is one reason why we don’t want you. We’re already full up with whiny liberals.
Well I cannot say, that you wouldn’t get a little riled up, when threatened with your sovereignty. Dont matter who is saying it or why.
Libs are less than 33 per cent of Canada.
Wadded panty’s are a lib thing.
I aint no Lib, and neither are the hundreds of CTH posters here.
👆 👍
Well, the difference is that the U.S. actually *is* a sovereign nation. We up here across their northern border are essentially an imperial satrapy that exists purely at their whim.
Besides, culturally we’re basically Americans anyway. Can anyone even define the differences beyond Canadians having an inferiority complex towards our southern cousins and being far too reflexively proud of our creaky welfare system? 🤔
more misinformaltion
no one is threatening anyone
well, except the libtards
Canada, we love to tease you, but really, we love you. You are our brothers and sisters, our people since the settling of this continent. We all came from the same place, the devil with the Laurentians and Libs trying to split up family, because that’s what communists do.
If the left is only 33%; why do you get fined for using the wrong pronoun and have all those leftist speech codes?
very well said
You’re certainly right about the fact we don’t want them. Not in any way, shape or form. It would be like adding another California and NY, except frozen. No more libs from anywhere wanted, thanks.
I think…Mark Carney best not let his bulldog mouth ..over load his humming bird arze….
Too late…
Anyone taking a deep dive into this issue might enjoy this interview (48 mins though).

Kennedy is going to whack the seedoil business regardless.
If the North American continent were united- say, a trade zone of America, Canada, Greenland- we would be colossus to rival Russia, except we have the population to back it up. And say what you will, but I’ll take the technical proficiency of Mexican Catholics over Russia’s Muslim Stans any day, because the mestizos have a large bit of us in them as well.
Those are tiny numbers compared to the size of the US economy. Canada is doomed. However, please put turning off electricity to Michigan and New York at the top of the list.
What happened to the COVID Truckers and all their supporters who had their bank accounts turned off? Who wants a dictatorial government, you peace lovin’ Canucks? You will be hauled into the Ukraine meat grinder.

Were you afraid of being de-personed? De-banked? Thrown in the Gulag with them? Why didnt you storm DC and do something about it?
You did nothing. Because you would end up where we would end up, when we stood up to the Communist’s.
Kettle. Black.
Dear God, I *hope* we can finally vote the Libs out this time but I’m not holding my breath…
And replace them with what ??? Bernier is unlikely to get one seat for the cpp, maverick party is only in the west and will also be lucky to get even a single seat
Replace them with the Conservative Party which happens to be in the lead should a federal election be called today.
Bernier and the People’s Party have gone the way of the Dodo. The Maverick Party is irrelevant as well.
Have you listened much to Poilievre these days ? Better than Carney but not by much
Hear effin’ hear, Bobo! Preach it, brother!
That’s why I loved Canadians. They were just so freakin’ cool. And not a trace of fear, just steady like a rock.
Uh, you do notice that we elected Trump, right? Despite the fact that they put him in jail and the whole rest of the world, including Canada, was trying to get rid of him and worked against us. Not only that, but we gave them quite a bit of money to help them get back on their feet, which they could have easily traced those records had they wanted.
So what’re you doing about it?
Kettle? Black? Tell me where the US has ANYTHING like your damned Online Harms Bill. C-63, which is NOT dead and may well YET be passed by your craven government. Draconian penalties for hurting someone’s feelings online.
You people up there are sick. The sooner we cut all ties with you, the better.
Knock it off. NONE of our Canadian neighbors on this site want a dictatorial govt. So cut the attitude towards them.
Sundance died and you took his place? No? Then who the Hell are YOU to give orders to people about their attitudes?
I’ve got a two word response for you on line and I’d have a much louder one in person.

Because she knows it would be suicide. The US provides Canada with energy likewise. Trump just has to threaten to cut it off.
You mean there is someone with sense left up there…besides Dekester?
Yes, Smith is one of the very few Canadian politicians with any sense.
The Premier of Saskatchewan is also full of common sense. He is just not often in the news.
Danielle Smith is great and of course the rest of Canada hates her.
Albertan Premiers have been viciously disliked by most of the rest of Canada since Chretien was in office, if not long before that. I remember Peter Lougheed being regularly mocked by Chretien for always objecting to Ottawa’s ridiculous spending habits. You Albertans for some reason have an attitude about your province’s oil money being ripped off by the rest of Canada, especially Quebec.
Ottawa has long known that when you’re robbing Peter (Alberta) to pay Paul (the rest of Canada), you can always count on Paul’s enthusiastic support.
Kevin O’Leary aka Mr. Wonderful
@kevinolearytv
I’m hoping for a majority mandate conservative government because that gives the leader there, assuming Pierre, the same mandate Trump has. I consider Pierre to be adequate to do the job and good at it. He understands what’s on the table, not just for the American discussion, but I’ve listened to what he’s been saying about tariffs, inter-provincial tariffs. He wants to lift those too. He wants to open up the Canadian economy, diversify who we actually ship our goods and services to. He also understands the economic opportunity. Pierre’s the right guy to negotiate that with Trump’s cabinet.

Weird. I can no longer see twaats.
Me either. They were hit with a cyber attack today so I guess they are still recovering.
I didn’t think of that.
Kevin O’Leary keeps saying that Canada could be one of the richest countries in the world given the right leadership.
If you think voting Democrats out of power is hard in the US, voting Liberals out of power is much, much, more difficult in Canada.
Liberals can easily win a majority or minority NDP government with only 33% of the vote.
All the Liberals have to do is take the provance of Quebec and the 2 cities of Toronto and Vancouver where all the immigrants are.
Liberals have done the leader switch trick many times before and their voters reward them for it every time.
The rest of Canada can take a flying leap!
It is so bad that I don’t bother voting anymore.
The outcome in Canada is 100% rigged.
Ya’ll need an electoral college .
We really need an electoral college like the U.S.
I understand that my comments are boring (as a kind poster noted) and an easy target for mockery. But it’s difficult when you stir up a hornet’s nest. Not a typical backyard hornet’s nest in N. America. MAGA hornets are far more intimidating than the Asian Giant Hornet AKA Vespa Mandarina.
Trade with the USA was not an issue when Poilievre’s poll numbers shot up and he forced Trudeau to resign. It was Trump that made trade and border security the prominent issue that dwarfed all previous issues in Canada. Canada has made changes to the border but where is an honest accounting of these efforts—good or bad? This is more a trade tactic than an honest accounting What will satisfy Trump. A 5000 + mile border wall bought from American suppliers and paid by Canada only? In an instant, a country that had a totally open southern border for 4 years, suddenly condemns its northern neighbor for being reckless for allegedly allowing a very small percentage of the total amount of evil fentanyl that crosses both borders.
IMO, China and the USA are engaged in a predatory trade war to control as many counties in the world as they can. P Trump’s threats and public criticisms are more openly coercive and honest than China that uses money and influence to control countries. They pat a country’s leader on the back and offer wonderful low interest loans (not threats and condemnation) that ends up subjugating that country to Chinese demands. (SD has expertly exposed this)
I had intended to spend all of my free time trying to get Poilievre elected and posting here will not gain a vote to put it mildly. But I wanted to respond to my many critics one more time. Anyway, how can anyone criticize Poilievre now for claiming to “fight for Canada” and thereby riling all Trump supporters. He was not a rabid anti Trumper like Trudeau and Freeland because he knew some of his supporters (and maybe him) agreed with MAGA’s intentions to save the USA. Pierre has been placed in a tough position by Trump.
He had the Liberals on the ropes. Those that expect him to fully support and praise Trump now are fools. He is Canada’s best choice and the best to interact fairly and wisely with P Trump after the election.
https://twitter.com/PierrePoilievre/status/1898851035470299345
https://twitter.com/PierrePoilievre/status/1899184620765053051
I’ve never seen anything like it. A month or so ago, the Liberals and NDP were rudderless and dead in the water. Now they seem to have wind back in their sails.
Thanks to P Trump’s decision to inject himself into Canada’s politics rather than wait a few months. He has been honest at least in his “America First” (Everybody else last) announcements. Nothing else matters.
If Carney wins P Trump will have to deal with his favorite Canadian friend again–Chrystia Freeland. Carney will definitely appoint her to a prominent Cabinet position. A picture of Trump and Freeland sitting in the Oval office together would be priceless. I suspect Trump would never allow it.
I suspect Trump has his own timetable for implementing his plans, the state of Canadian politics notwithstanding.
and in what alternative universe
does Canada matter to the US?
other than to possibly have friendly, neighborly relations?
That’s difficult when Canada is screwing us just like all the other countries
and why did this happen?
because the politicians are on the take
and if someone invades Canada
who are they going to rely on to fight for them?
Its the US
the Canadians should show a little humility
and gratefulness
but since they are mostly leftists now
that won’t happen
they will just threaten the US with not selling us their goods
do they honestly think we can’t get them elsewhere
bottom line
what is their GDP compared to ours?
Are you serious Amjean? I’m not being flippant?
Amjeanand–“in what alternative universe does Canada matter to the US?”
Canada’s almost unlimited and highly profitable resources is the true answer. P Trump is a capitalist not a humanist of course. We don’t expect other countries to care about us but predatory capitalists and the Chi Coms would love to own Canada’s resources and its incalculable sources of wealth. They couldn’t care less about the people. They are just inconvenient nuisances during these ramped up predatory trade wars.
I suspect that Trump is putting the lives of people ahead of your politics. I know, what kind of horrible person would ever do something like that?
And the fact that, despite knowing Trump is doing this to save lives and you persist in your whataboutyouisms just reinforces our belief that your needs far surpass the needs of anyone else.
Imagine that. An American President who gives a damn about American lives. Who’d a thunk it…
“Trump is doing this to save lives” Of course he is, but the trade situation is to save American lives which is a very admirable goal. I supported and admired him since 2015 but I don’t like his election interference
If he cared about Canadian lives, he would have ensured that his efforts didn’t resurrect the destructive Liberal party. Trudeau and the Lib party were beaten politically but the tariff threats etc erased all former political issues and created a new way to resurrect their failed party. They were still in power and could “boldly and bravely” lead a new campaign against “evil” Trump.
He was portrayed as the only important enemy of Canada instead of Trudeau. Parliament is closed so no official debates could occur. Conservative leader Poilievre had his X site, some ads and a few local speeches to oppose the Libs but he had to sit on the sidelines while the pro Liberal media promoted Carney and mostly ignored Poilievre.
Canada desperately needs a change of gov’t far more than alleged trade improvements. Canadians are dying in many ways as well. The border/fentanyl issue should have been an urgent separate issue but work has been done on it. Will a 5000+ mile need to be built to satisfy Trump?
These discussions are going nowhere as we both don’t seem to hear each other no matter how much I repeat myself trying to show you how you incorrectly interpret what we are saying. If you had just left us alone to fight our election it would have been better for both sides but P Trump interfered more than I’ve ever seen. (Only the Fentanyl issue was emergent.)
You really need to read up on Canada and its history. Most Canadians are NOT lefties!!
The lefties live in the very largest cities, and specific pockets in other provinces.
Were a federal election called today, the Conservative Party would win.
Repetitive. That’s what they are.
Repetitively blaming President Trump for the results of Canada’s failed leadership.
While seriously pretending not to know things, given the time you’ve been here.
You are misinterpreting what we are saying. See reply to Michael B above
Don’t let a previous parrot influence your opinion.
Fat Freeland will never be allowed to cross the border. She didn’t burn her bridges with the U.S., she NUKED them. She’ll find herself PNG so damn fast her head will swim. President Trump is DONE with putting up with Canuck nonsense, particularly from the Lib Party and damn sure from Fat Freeland.
Because people refuse to speak truth. They can blame President Trump all they want. The “conservatives'” inaction and inability to be tell their citizens what is actually going on is the reason for their failures. They can keep up the we hate America nonsense but a dusting of truth and accuracy would go much further.
As I wrote in a reply below. “1st Trudeau weakened Canada and now Trump can pick at the remains.”
I agree. The Conservative Party of Canada (CPC) leadership will not tell it like it is. That’s why I sound like a broken record here when I write that the Uniparty in Canada is larger and even more dangerous than the one we have in the US. While ours has two wings, the Canadian Uniparty has at least three wings, sometimes up to five. Canadians will never vote their way out of their mess.
Your points are accurate about USA vs China wanting to control the world. Ukraine, Greenland and Canada all have vast stores of precious metals and not surprisgly Trump is eager to get access to them.
some people crack me up
once again –
Canada charges higher tariffs on us than we do on them
President Trump wants to make it fair and even
now the Canadians are in an uproar and boo our national anthem
t
SSHHHHH!!! Don’t tell them. Pretense is easier.
The Waffle House…
President Trump is the chief waffle chef and waffled on…
Cutting arms to Ukraine
Cutting $ to Ukraine
Cutting targeting access to Ukraine
Tariffs to stop Canadian fentanyl
Reciprocal tariffs on Canada and Mexico
Zelensky won’t even sign a worthless rare-earth deposit agreement knowing that there are no rare-earth deposits in Ukraine worth crap because he wants to keep fighting Russia.
All of a sudden it’s like we forget why we won the election?
It’s like you forget how the Biden puppet-show was steadily accelerating towards WWIII. 😆
Well, then let’s stop it! Cut-off the Ukraine arms, money and targeting. If that doesn’t work then end Starlink! The longer President Trump plays games with Zelensky the more he owns the Ukraine debacle!
He should done clear cut after disaster in the WH…..you play in this stage stupid games …..you win….
“We didn’t ask for this fight” he proudly proclaims.
So…..I’m wondering…….Did Canada impose any tariffs on any US produced goods prior to Trump’s announcements? Any tariffs on any agricultural products like milk or eggs? Just wondering……….
https://wits.worldbank.org/tariff/trains/en/country/CAN/partner/USA/product/all
Canada like the rest of the gougers of America have been laying exorbitant tariffs on American goods for decades. We said and did nothing until now. Again, look up how many people one gram of fentanyl is capable of killing.
govt.exe is corrupt
@govt_corrupt
Former British PM warns Canada about Mark Carney’s disastrous impact on the UK’s economy.
Oh great. Even the British think Canada is retarded now.
Video linked
https://twitter.com/govt_corrupt/status/1899104193270476881
If Britain thinks you are retarded, you may want to rethink a few things…
Carney campaigned for the top job on his reputation as a disaster manager
…Despite the fact that everything he’s ever run ends in a disaster, it’s never his fault, and pay no attention to how he and his friends somehow ended up getting rich off it.
It makes me wonder what the WEF’s plans for Canada are. Crash the economy, loot the country, turn it into a Marxist paradise, all while blaming Trump for it? And why the heck is Trump in effect supporting them?
So many people here are asking “why?”. I thought Sundance explained this already, it’s due to the fentanyl coming indirectly from China.
Just remember, there are a lot more of us Canadians that agree with PDJT, and wish we had someone like him, than people who dont.
The Libs have the bully pulpit. They lie, and deceive.
That being said though, threatening our Country doesnt help at all. The majority do not want nor like the Libtard’s, and are fed up with them.
But, and this is a big deal, when you start threatening to take us over, and up the theatrics to insults, put downs and even more threats, that changes things quickly. And in the non pretending world, if someone, anyone, was threatening to take over the US, you would all feel the same, doesn’t matter who or why or on what grounds, which we know no one could, but the words would still cause a stir and unify everyone.
We showed the world how we can come together during the Trucker protests. I hate to think that another coming together will be because of a threat to our sovereignty, that gives the Librats ammunition to start becoming popular again.
Until PDJT started saying some of the things he has said recently, the Libs were going to get spanked, and hard.
Now? Im not so sure.
I pray that PDJT has the wisdom to walk some of this back, because we normal Canadians, definitely do not want the Libs to win. And his words might just cause that.
I truly pray to God, to reverse this situation, and make things right. The middle of the roaders are getting a bit angry now. I hear people saying things they would not have said a few months ago. This stuff needs to be dialed back.
The problem with any politician walking something back is that it’s most often interpreted as weakness.
I agree that there “were” a lot if us that agreed with Trump and MAGA but this is his MCWA–Make Canada Worse Again if they don’t comply to my 51st state suggestion. 1st Trudeau weakened Canada and now Trump can pick at the remains.
I doubt a majority of Canadians support P Trump now. The realists realize that this is a return to a brutal dog eat dog philosophy that has dominated the world for centuries. Might makes right, Manifest Destiny and so on. Canadians are the new plains Indians that must be controlled (Annexed) or ruined. (Punishing tariffs) I’m not that shocked.
Dog-eat-dog? I don’t think so. It does appear to be the end of the corrupt and smothering neo-liberal world order that arose out of the two World Wars, though, and for that, I am *immensely* thankful to DJT.
Take a deep breath. It could be worse, Alberta may want to secede and save us the trouble.
That’s a bit dramatic.
I’d hope the tariffs are levied to weaken your government, not your people.
You have no clue how tariffs work. Of course it is the people who will have to pay, not to mention the inflation and unemployment that will be caused. Every Canadian will pay more out of pocket.
Ludicrous.
You are over the top, with comparing yourself to the American Indian.
Sir,with your form of government ,the libs will always be in charge,President Trump or not.
Yes, Trump’s commentary and the timing of his tariffs amounted to election interference. As a result, the Liberals are campaigning on an anti-Trump/anti-American platform and it is regretfully gaining them political traction.
Thankfully, the Conservative party is managing to maintain a small lead in the non-Liberal biased polls.
Mass formation psychosis has swept across Canada.
“Taking over Canada” was President Trump’s way of trolling; as it is already subsidized heavily by America and protected by America’s vast military.
In other words, we already pay most of their way through life, they might as well be a state.
President Trump has no desire or plan to invade Canada. Talk of that is just plain stupid. And the ones keeping Canadian citizens stirred up about it are doing so purposely.
For all of you who watched President Trump with such fascination, you sure didn’t learn anything from him.
I LOVE AMERICA.
it’s just that simple.
I love America for what it really stands for: truth, honor, dignity, fairness, obedience to GOD, loyal to authentic and credible leadership.
Canada, ARE YOU PAYING ATTENTION?
Provoke the tiger at your own peril.
God Bless America
America first!!!! Acting like Christians second.
Give unto Caesar what is Caesar’s, and all that sort of thing. 😌
Where will Canada be, in 10 years? In 20?
The Trucker protest was inspiring.
But the Canadian government’s reaction was not.
Canadian society seems to be changing.
What is MAID, anyway???
Seems to be a license to kill.
Is That how compassionate Canadians help their fellow citizens?
When leading Canadian politicians are all-in on NATO and Ukraine? In lockstep with Europe?
And seek to form a nuclear-armed alliance
Against their neighbor??
When their leader, a certain Mr. Trudeau, has shown the maturity of an overgrown teen?
Is there a growing CCP presence in Canada, or not?
Is Fentanyl coming over the longest undefended border in the world, or not?
Has NORAD been the shield – America has mostly funded and provided – to protect the North American Continent, for 67 years, allowing Canada to lessen defense spending, and direct more money to social welfare?
Is Canada one country, or two?
Or three?
Do Albertans and Québécois share anything in common?
If Canada can only agree on ‘Orange Man Bad’ …
And only come together when they hate their neighbor’s leader –
Then they have little on which to fight for.
And… what Would people in Canada fight for?
Provinces enact taxes/tariffs on each other?
That sounds like America’s Articles of Confederation – which We gave up, cause it would have led to dissolution, not unification.
Together, the US and Canada built the St Lawrence Seaway – can we seriously imagine Canada joining with the US to do anything as critical today?
If… the fundamental problems plaguing Canada can only be camouflaged by anger at their Southern Neighbor… It won’t make those fundamental problems go away.
And the longer Canadians ignore those problems, the more intractable they will get.
My maternal grandfather came to Canada from Ireland before World War 1 – and joined the Canadian Army. He spent 3 horrific years in the trenches in France… and only by the Grace of God survived The Great War. But after fighting – and almost losing – his life for Canada – when he was let out of the army, he decided to move to New York, and become an American citizen.
And lived and loved his adopted country, and his only son served in the US Navy.
I shared my grandfather’s affection for Canada (how many Americans know all the lyrics to their Northern Neighbor’s National Anthem?) but the Canada I thought I knew… is receding quickly into the mists of memory… replaced by something strange, and alien.
Alien to shared values, alien to shared concepts of freedom:
Of worship
Of speech
Of political and cultural thought.
I still hope for Canada’s return to its former standing – standing as a partner with America, standing for Western
Judeo-Christian civilization…
But that hope is becoming a flickering candle…
Growing dimmer every day.
well stated. My family tree transitioned about 300 years ago from Canada. It’s personal to me, because the stories of my people are important to me. I admit I do not have a complete and full account of that period or even this one here, but it literally breaks my heart to realize just how much liberty and freedom has been stolen in canada. I feel the current society is being cheated of the same opportunities that my people understood to be simply the norm, the regular order. Now, we have Canada controlled by the same central state tyrants who view freedom and liberty as benefits that only the most wealthy and influencial CAN EXPERIENCE.
God Bless America
Thank you.
Canadians need to understand the US isn’t the problem – it is, rather, their governmental elites in Ottawa and elsewhere,
that ARE.
“If… the fundamental problems plaguing Canada can only be camouflaged by anger at their Southern Neighbor… It won’t make those fundamental problems go away.
And the longer Canadians ignore those problems, the more intractable they will get.”
Thank you. A concept all the Canadian “MAGA” and “Trump” “supporters” here do not seem to grasp.
They need to stop playing hockey. The pent up testosterone will unleash itself on the libs of Ontario and Quebec.
Canadians, your government NEEDS TO FEAR YOU. When it’s as easy as it is for the libs, (the WEF, which is now ruling you), they must feel that you are a sliver of an inch from descending upon OTTAWA for good.
French Revolution stuff, know what I mean.
Same here.
Quite frankly, I don’t give a damn what our neighbors to the north think. The only reason they aren’t speaking Russian is because we are their neighbors. The only reason they can afford their socialist country is because they don’t have to spend anything on their military. Cut them off from the US teat they’ve been suckling on and let them put on their big boy pants and stand on their own two feet.
Then they can come talk big to us about how we’re being mean.
There is no “meanness” or fairness in true business. Only winners, suckers and losers. Even Trump almost lost everything with the Atlantic Casino debacle etc. (All of Atlantic City tanked) But rather than ruin him like they would the typical loser, they realized he would be the best person to erase the debt and make money again. So they kept him afloat until he could recover and he became rich again and POTUS.
All Canadians aren’t the ignorant bumpkins you think we are. And if we were it would be your fault due to all of your influence via TV, radio, movies and so on that we were raised on.
I know your not disparaging any Canadian soldiers but I wish just once that when Americans mock Canada’s military they at least acknowledge those Canadians that died fighting beside you in both world wars and Afghanistan where 150 were killed and many others wounded. Yes, a small number compared to American losses but that doesn’t diminish their sacrifice.
I met Colin Bason briefly at a Remembrance Day ceremony but he trained as a combat infantryman with a close family member of mine. I always think of him when someone mocks Canada’s military when it should be the politicians.
“He was one of six Canadian soldiers, along with an Afghan interpreter that were killed by an IED.
https://www.findagrave.com/memorial/20282711/colin_stuart_francis-bason
Have you heard how the average conservative/MAGA person under the age of 40 talks about the US military? It’s nothing but insults and anger.
I don’t think anybody is minimizing the sacrifices of the Canadians who died fighting alongside us in WWII or anywhere else. The issue isn’t the average person in the uniform right now. The problem is that your military is far smaller than it needs to be to actually protect your country, and that has only been made possible by the US underwriting your defense with our nation’s blood and treasure.
If anything, I think it’s psychologically unhealthy for a country not to maintain a proportional standing military. It’s led to massive spending on feel-good but soul-killing social programs. But worse, it divorces the people of that nation from the concept of self-defense to the point where essential human virtues like bravery, self-sacrifice, and the willingness to do violence when necessary are viewed as pathologies to be stamped out.
I agree with you Yin but at least you acknowledged that some Canadians paid the ultimate sacrifice fighting alongside your troops. Canada was not directly attacked on 9/11 but we were friendlier neighbors then and felt like our brothers and sisters had been attacked in addition to Canadian employees dying in the Trade Center.
Canada is just one large profitable commodity in today’s predatory trade wars.
The portion about the casino is ridiculous. We elected him to put America first. I expect him to do so, stepping on toes or not.
Facts.
Facts is a reasonable request to Charles but I’ve been providing links to factual articles for the past 2 days and what do you suppose was the response.
“Your comments are boring.” The facts were accurate but admittedly my prose isn’t exactly masterful.
President Trump knows that the USA needs an entirely new business model.
While Canadians are getting all lathered up, I hope it is not lost on them that this is the height of phony that a WEF globalist like Carney who probably believes Canada’s Constitution should be ripped up in favor of UN rule is appealing to nationalism for political expediency. Hate on us all you want, but see who this guy is with clear eyes. You think you’re going to go ‘net zero’ and prosper economically?
We can all tank their Maple Syrup economy…
Treepers and MAGA know how…made in America, by Americans, buy American…Make Vermont Maple Syrup great again (or some New England Maple Syrup business)….
By the way, my Detroit Red Wings are in Ottawa tonight to put a vicious beatdown on these canadian savages, as God intended.
I hope they learned a lesson about dissin’ The Star Spangled Banner….
They’ll boo tonight, I predict. No biggie. They’ll be butthurt a while. Carney better get smart and get to the end of this. The globalists want him to fight to the last canadian, like ukrainians are now. He better know better. 6 months from now, after the initial anger wears off at Trump, they may string him up.
Canada won the series and the USA lost.
All this rage and focus for some tariff angry Canadians booing the anthem once after years of BLM riots, American superstars and Olympic soccer players kneeling during the Anthem and on and on.
How many of the Red Wings are Canadian?
Of 20 in the lineup, less than 10.
Actually, only 3 canadians on the Wings’ roster.
Now that is the kind of competition that is fun–to a point.
I guess God was too busy to help Team USA in the 4 Nation’s Cup when victory really mattered. God is great but Canada can win International hockey series on its own. Why should anyone expect God to intervene in a sport’s competition?
Globalists including Canada excluded Russia, so those recent exhibition games weren’t really of interest, to me at least. Mixing politics and sports is always bad, especially from the WEF crowd.
Lighten up, fella.
Isn’t the Matterhorn in Europe? Let’s not do that.
Oh Canada…
We have Vermont.
Not an endorsement for a business but here is an example of what Vermont has to offer, aside from aging hippies…

Menagerie, and for next year’s Thanksgiving or Christmas recipe thread…this one sounds really yummy!

Vermont Country Store’s Penuche Fudge – THE BEST EVER!!!!
LOL…Good luck commie…
The major difference between US and Canada is our ancestors threw off being subjects of a king. Canadians are still just subjects of some ruler clown far away, whereas we are citizens of a free republic, in theory anyway.
Citizens versus subjects.
We are possibly hacking out our uniparty. Is there a way for Canada to do that for themselves? Without a Bill of Rights?
All I care about is hockey.
Is that pic of Carney, Tom Hanks, and Ghislaine Maxwell on Epstein’s island real?
The 17th amendment (direct election of Senators) must be repealed, to minimize concentration of government power in Washington. Blow up the Federal Reserve and income tax too and Canadians will be begging to become a US State (s).
Another fake “war” for your entertainment.
When will the mob get a clue.
.
There is one thing we get from Canada that we need.
Potash.
The only other feasible supplier is Russia.
We’re going into planting season now. Without potash, food harvests go down and prices go up (and all the political repercussions that entails). But for potash, we have it all over Canada. It would take us around two years, and it’s still iffy whether we could produce enough, to develop it in the U.S. Potash is the one issue, and it has to be addressed.
.
Drop tariffs on potash. Done.
Except potash is really just that, pot ash.
Burn a few logs, and you’ll have all the potash you need.
Actually Michigan has been developing a potash mine the last few years.
They believe they have billions $ of potash in Michigan. The only problem is that it’s some 8,000 feet underground.
FYI: Russian potash is garbage. But, feel free to spend your hard earned money on it.
here’s a 2022 chart showing the percentage of known potash reserves in the world; Canada 33.3% followed by Belarus at 22.7%, US at 5.5% and so on:
https://www.statista.com/statistics/604174/distribution-of-potash-reserves-worldwide-by-select-country/
Maxime Bernier:
Just like the lockdowns and other controls were an attack on Canadians’ freedoms and did absolutely nothing to stop the spread of the virus, the retaliatory measures are an opportunity for the federal and provincial governments to impose new taxes on us and new restrictions on how we live our lives.
They will hit us hard but will only have a marginal impact on the Americans.
The fake nationalism to rally Canadians behind the unanimous establishment and against the US “enemy” is just another psyop. Can’t you see it by now?
https://x.com/MaximeBernier/status/1897329657222996213#m
fake war on covid. why not a fake war in Ukraine?
Also Maxime Bernier:
https://x.com/MaximeBernier/status/1898053034657132835#m
Sharing these both to remind you that that not all Canadian politicians are self-destructive f^cking psychopaths.
People need to understand that E-V-E-R-Y nation deserves sovereignty. I pray this storm will eventually pass, though with Carney at the reins I maybe overly optimistic…
Didn’t speaking truths like this get Bernier booted from the Conservative Party of Canada (CPC), and forced him to start yet another party, the People’s Party of Canada, which holds no seats in the House? It just goes to show that the word “conservative” in Canada has an entirely different meaning than “conservative” in other places.
Wasn’t Maxime the only one who tried to stand up for the truckers and didn’t he get thrashed for his audacity?
No, that is not true.
Sundance is having too much fun with this “canada” post! 🙂
Canada vs USA …. just too funny.
I guess if the elections are rigged in Canada, this clown (Mark Carney) could win.
Do the people of Canada really like this leftist stuff?
Well, at least the Mow Snexicans is gone.
Canada welcomed every U.S. plane over the Atlantic when the U.S. Government closed All U.S. airports during 9/11. We are your neighbors and don’t want to fight with you. Nor do we agree with every war you want to entertain.
In fact, former Prime Minister Chretien, a man I never agreed with on nearly everything, refused to send Canada into the Iraq over the ginned up British Yellow Cake scam. On the same vane President Trump was the lone American voice calling out the horrible mistake of the Iraq War.
So…we agree on lots of things, just not on all things, all of the time.
I despise unchecked Socialism. You have it, we have it, in some ways far more. Government has always been the Disease purporting to be the Cure.
Don’t count on Carney, despite the Controlled Media in Canada. Poilievre still has the best chance. We shall see.
Let’s find ways to get along.
The 91 y/o Chretien made a joke in his speech that I thought was kind of funny. He said that he considered nominating President Trump for the highest civilian award in Canada, the Order of Canada, for uniting Canadians more than has any other person in Canadian history.
We are all the same deep down inside, we just need our leaders to communicate with each other and talk straight with one another…. We have Trump, who can the Canadians bring to the table?
Chretien was a quite fiscally responsible Liberal. I respect that, plus he told Shrub Jr to eff off. Every PM since, from all parties, has been a dud.
This news is all over different media :
https://torontosun.com/news/national/carney-urged-brookfield-shareholders-to-support-nyc-move-months-before-he-resigned-tories
Carney received only a small percentage of those registered to vote.
This looks to me like vote of no confidence unlike President Trump.
“There’s a special place in hell for any foreign leader that engages in bad faith diplomacy with President Donald J. Trump and then tries to stab him in the back on the way out the door. … And that’s … what weak, dishonest Justin Trudeau did. And that comes right from Air Force One.” Peter Navarro

“Why should I, as President of the United States, allow countries to continue to make Massive Trade Surpluses, as they have for decades … (while) the U.S. pays close to the entire cost of NATO-protecting many of these same countries that rip us off on Trade?” President Donald J Trump
That’s a damned good question from President Trump in that last paragraph there, Canucks. Got an answer?
Remind me not to take a trip to canada for any reason.😡
