FLORIDA – The federal judge who presided over — and threw out — the criminal classified documents case the Justice Department brought against Donald Trump is now set to oversee the case into the latest apparent assassination attempt against the former president.

U.S. District Judge Aileen Cannon — a Trump appointee — was randomly assigned the attempted assassination case Tuesday after a grand jury in Miami returned a five-count indictment against Ryan Routh in connection with the Sept. 15 incident at the Trump International Golf Club in West Palm Beach, Florida.

The indictment charges Routh with attempted assassination of a presidential candidate, possessing a firearm in furtherance of a violent crime and assault on a federal officer, as well as two charges he already faced: being a felon in possession of a firearm and possessing a firearm with an obliterated serial number. Something seriously corrupt has been happening inside New York City politics ever since the FBI seized the phones and personal communication networks of City Mayor Eric Adams. In the past several months, multiple political officials have resigned or departed from their jobs.

Keep in mind, the lead agency doing the investigative review is the FBI. According to ABC news, “Federal investigators have visited more than a dozen members of his administration, taking devices from the police commissioner (who then resigned), the head of the public schools and other trusted confidantes both in and out of City Hall.”  For whatever reason, the FBI are zeroed in on Mayor Eric Adams and those around him.

Into this sketchy and opaque situation in New York, comes a report on the heels of the FBI targeting Sean “Diddy” Combs for Epstein level sex trafficking, wire fraud, racketeering, transportation to engage in prostitution, perverse parties called “freak offs” and various other sick and twisted perversions.

(Daily Mail) – […] Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ former bodyguard revealed the disgraced rap mogul kept tapes of politicians taking part in his infamous ‘freak off’ sessions, and claimed his arrest is tied to an alleged corruption scandal currently gripping New York City politics.

Gene Deal, a former insider who protected Diddy through the 1990s, told The Art of Dialogue podcast that the producer’s indictment could expose high-profile officials and celebrities in the Big Apple.

‘This is all bigger than Diddy,’ he said, without naming who the alleged tapes are of. (read more)

The National Hurricane Center has provided a 5:00pm ET update. [SEE HERE]

At 500 PM EDT (2100 UTC), the center of Tropical Storm Helene was located near latitude 19.7 North, longitude 84.7 West. Helene is moving toward the west-northwest near 12 mph (19 km/h). A turn toward the northwest is expected tonight, followed by a general northward motion beginning on Wednesday and continuing through Friday. On the forecast track, the center of Helene will pass near the northeastern coast of the Yucatan Peninsula on Wednesday, move across the eastern Gulf of Mexico on Wednesday and Thursday, and reach the Big Bend coast of Florida late Thursday.

Maximum sustained winds have increased to near 50 mph (85 km/h) with higher gusts. Additional strengthening is forecast, and Helene is expected to become a hurricane on Wednesday. The storm is forecast to rapidly strengthen over the eastern Gulf of Mexico and become a major hurricane on Thursday. (link)

There are many variables still present within the models for the track of TS Helene as it develops and strengthens into a hurricane.  Essentially, the largest variable is the intensity of the storm as it approaches the coastline.   There are significant variables; however, everyone should prepare for the worst scenario and then adjust with additional information as it is provided.

It is very important to pay attention to your local officials and emergency management teams.  Each area is very different, and each community can feel a totally different impact depending on topographical, geographical and regional distinctions.  Listen to state officials, pay attention to the National Hurricane experts, but the best suggestion is to focus your attention on the advice of local EMS officials.

Today, President Donald J. Trump, heads to the second interception state Kamala Harris needs when losing Pennsylvania.  If Obama (Fallon/Harris) lose Pennsylvania, they need North Carolina and Georgia.  President Trump rallied in North Carolina last weekend, and heads to Georgia today.

Accordingly, against the backdrop of Georgia, President Donald Trump will outline his plan to lower taxes for American business owners and highlight the importance of buying American made goods for our economy.  Only President Trump has the proven policies that will make the lives of the middle-class immediately better.  Obama (Fallon/Harris) have nonsense emotional talking points, word salads and platitudes.

In a heavily coordinated and strategic political visit to Pennsylvania, Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelensky was essentially campaigning for Kamala Harris and a continuation of the Biden foreign policy which provides billions of U.S. taxpayer dollars to Ukraine. [AP Article Here]

Any non-pretending political pundit can see the transparency of the Zelensky visit to an ammunition factory in Pennsylvania when timed in context against the 2024 presidential campaign, with an overlay of Zelensky’s comments about how a Trump-Vance victory would be detrimental to the interests of the Ukranian government.

QUESTION: […] During the Presidential debate, moderators asked Trump whether he wanted Ukraine to win against Russia, and he sidestepped the question. He just said, “I want the war to stop.” It must have troubled you to hear his answer and to consider the prospect of his winning.

Those in the area of Sarasota, Clearwater/St Pete to the Florida Panhandle and Big Bend area need to pay particular attention to the path of this storm throughout the day today and tomorrow. An area of extreme weather is expected to become hurricane Helene very quickly.

There is a potential for strength to major hurricane status in the Gulf of Mexico prior to landfall. Those in the Mississippi and Alabama coastal area should also keep an eye for updates.

At 800 PM EDT (0000 UTC), the disturbance was centered near latitude 18.3 North, longitude 82.3 West. The system is moving toward the north-northwest near 7 mph (11 km/h). A northwestward motion is expected on Tuesday and Tuesday night, followed by a faster northward to north-northeastward motion on Wednesday and Thursday.

On the forecast track, the center of the system is forecast to move across the northwestern Caribbean Sea through Tuesday night, and then over the eastern Gulf of Mexico on Wednesday and Thursday. (link)

Hurricane Ian hit the Florida SW coast on Sept 29, 2022.  September hurricanes are strong, the Gulf of Mexico is very warm.

For those in the cone of uncertainty, remember, planning and proactive measures taken now can significantly reduce stress in the days ahead. Plan when to make the best decision on any evacuation (if needed) consider Tuesday night the decision timeframe. As a general rule: take cover from wind – but evacuate away from water.

President Trump heads to the Keystone state today for a rally in Indiana, Pennsylvania.  The anticipated start time is 7:00pm ET with livestream links below.

Pennsylvania is the key to electoral victory for both Barack Obama (represented by Kamala Harris) and President Trump.  If Trump maintains all prior states and reconnects with Pennsylvania, he wins.  If Obama loses Pennsylvania, he needs to position Kamala to win Georgia and North Carolina as an offset.  Pennsylvania is the epicenter of the battle this year.  James Clyburn has been positioning Philadelphia and Pittsburgh ballot scanning operations, but a few dedicated allies in the state have been working earnestly to disrupt their plans.

Hopefully everyone can see the assembly of datapoints that are creating the 2024 redux of 2016.  Previously we noted how Iran is the new cover story to justify investigative leaks and throw a legal bag over Trump surveillance. [SEE HERE].  Iran 2024 replaces Russia 2016.

Now we see another similar datapoint in advance of the IC’s next move.  Devlin Barrett moves from the Wall Street Journal/Washington Post to New York Times.

As the Trump-Russia script is replayed, Devlin Barrett replaces Ali Watkins as the IC leak recipient who joins the New York Times in advance of the October surprise launch against President Trump.
