The backstory is so transparently corrupt it requires an explanation, so we’ll go down the full rabbit hole and explain how China knew – to a demonstrable certainty – their multi-billion dollar investment in Mexican EV plants would be useful.
Always remember, there are trillions at stake.
First, who was installed in the Biden White House in charge of all personnel and staffing? Catherine Russell. {SEE HERE} Who is Catherine Russell? She’s the wife of Tom Donilon, a long-time aid and advisor to Joe Biden who served in the Obama White House.
After serving as Obama’s National Security Advisor (prior to Susan Rice), Tom Donilon then went on to become “Chairman of the BlackRock Investment Institute {SEE HERE}.” His job was literally to “leverage the firm’s expertise and generate proprietary research to provide insights on the global economy, markets, geopolitics and long-term asset allocation.”
In essence, the Donilon family represented the interests of Blackrock in the White House.
Second, Tom Donilon’s brother, Mike Donilon is a Senior Advisor to Joe Biden {link} providing guidance on what policies should be implemented within the administration. Mike Donilon guides the focus of spending, budgets, regulation and white house policy from his position of Senior Advisor to the President.
In June of 2022, Blackrock’s Tom Donilon was then appointed to be co-chair of U.S. Department of State’s Foreign Affairs Policy Board {SEE HERE}, in charge of U.S-China policy. Can you see where this is going?
Blackrock, a massive multinational investment firm with assets in the tens-of-trillions, was essentially guiding/constructing the policymaking of the White House, through Tom Donilon, Mike Donilon and Catherine Russell (Tom’s wife). Blackrock then took out massive investment stakes in China, including in the Chinese auto-making industry, with specific focus on EVs. Tom Donilon, now shifting to the State Dept and guiding US-China policy, was the Blackrock government embed, ensuring policy that would keep their investments lucrative.
Next up, in late 2023 the Chinese auto firms carrying the Blackrock investment money, then made big announcements. “BUSINESS INSIDER – Three major Chinese EV companies are planning to build new factories in Mexico, sparking concern among US officials, according to a new report. MG, BYD, and Chery are all looking at sites to build new factories in the country, according to unnamed sources cited by The Financial Times, and this investment is causing angst in Washington.”
The total investment in Mexican auto plants, specifically to build Electric Vehicles (EVs) for the USA market, exceeds $5 billion. A very big investment considering that EV sales in the U.S. were not going so well.
So, think about it, what did Blackrock know about the USA EV market: (a) that defied current market conditions; and (b) that would support such a move by the Chinese auto manufacturers they financially supported?
Today, we get the answer:
(Politico) – The Biden administration is unleashing a flurry of regulatory actions that aims to shift the nation toward electric vehicles — with the biggest rule coming Wednesday to set strict limits on climate pollution from passenger cars.
The regulation being announced by EPA Administrator Michael Regan, as POLITICO’s E&E News reported last week, would slash greenhouse gases from cars and light trucks in half, while pushing to have electric vehicles make up about two-thirds of new passenger vehicle sales by 2032. (read more)
As noted in a second Politico article:
The final version of the Environmental Protection Agency’s Clean Cars rule is the strictest federal climate regulation ever issued for passenger cars and trucks — even though it offers manufacturers a slightly slower phase-in of pollution limits than the EPA had first proposed last spring.
The agency estimated a year ago that the rule could lead to two-thirds of new cars and passenger trucks being electric in 2032. Wednesday’s version says automakers could build a mix of vehicles to comply with the rule, including fully battery-powered vehicles, plug-in hybrids that run on electricity and gasoline, and more efficient conventional engines.
EPA Administrator Michael Regan’s official rolled out the rule on Wednesday at a Washington event attended by carmakers, environmentalists and other groups.
President Joe Biden said the rule fulfills his promise to cut the nation’s carbon pollution in half by the end of the decade while promoting American workers. “Together, we’ve made historic progress. Hundreds of new expanded factories across the country. Hundreds of billions in private investment and thousands of good-paying union jobs,” Biden said in a statement. (read more)
Biden is a blithering idiot, a pretense, a false target. Biden reads what people tell him to read; he’s not the origin of the feces he spouts. Silver Spoon, “lunch bucket” Biden has no clue, and his Blackrock handlers keep him that way. Biden can tell the U.S. auto manufacturers anything; he has [¹]no clue what the actual policy being constructed is all about. The Biden family will be paid handsomely, either by the Blackrock group or by the Chinese -as is the background record.
So, let’s encapsulate things so far. (1) The interests of Blackrock determined the White House key staff and policy makers. (2) The Donilon clan represented those Blackrock interests and worked inside both the White House and State Dept to create and maintain policy favorable to Blackrock’s Chinese EV position. (3) China/Blackrock invest massively in Mexican EV production. (4) White House/EPA generate policy to support the Blackrock investment.
That’s how the three Chinese auto firms could be so sure of their decision in 2023 to invest in the Mexican Blackrock EV plan. The one that President Donald Trump rightly says will create a “bloodbath” in the U.S auto industry.
It is not the politicians; they are functionaries.
What I am saying directly is that Blackrock is the origin of the policy, and Blackrock is the beneficiary of the policy.
This is what I mean when I keep saying, “there are trillions at stake,” and “it’s not the politicians we should be looking at.”
In 2008, it was the SEIU who were the foot soldiers for Barack Obama. In 2009, SEIU President Andy Stern was the #1 visitor to the White House. The SEIU needed to get rid of the healthcare liability inside their pension plan because the union was about to go broke. That’s the origin of Obamacare. In 2024 Biden is manipulating the UAW leadership into the same position, looking for election help.
But wait, it gets worse…
Blackrock is in control of policy. Now look at where Blackrock investment has been pre-deployed, and that’s where you see Biden policy coming into play. Blackrock and JPMorgan set up the Ukraine reconstruction bank {SEE HERE}. That’s the core of the Ukraine issue. It’s not ideological, it’s financial. Follow the money.
But wait, it gets even worse….
Have you followed my research on the Russian sanctions?
2022 – NEW YORK, March 24 (Reuters) – BlackRock Inc’s (BLK.N) chief executive, Larry Fink, said on Thursday that the Russia-Ukraine war could end up accelerating digital currencies as a tool to settle international transactions, as the conflict upends the globalization drive of the last three decades.
In a letter to the shareholders of the world’s largest asset manager, Fink said the war will push countries to reassess currency dependencies, and that BlackRock was studying digital currencies and stablecoins due to increased client interest.
“A global digital payment system, thoughtfully designed, can enhance the settlement of international transactions while reducing the risk of money laundering and corruption”, he said.
[…] In the letter on Thursday, the chairman and CEO of the $10 trillion asset manager said the Russia-Ukraine crisis had put an end to the globalization forces at work over the past 30 years.
[…] “While companies’ and consumers’ balance sheets are strong today, giving them more of a cushion to weather these difficulties, a large-scale reorientation of supply chains will inherently be inflationary,” said Fink.
He said central banks were dealing with a dilemma they had not faced in decades, having to choose between living with high inflation or slowing economic activity to contain price pressures. (read more)
Now do you see the source, origin and beneficiary of the global cleaving?
The U.S. government didn’t construct the Russian sanctions, Blackrock did!
Blackrock lays the foundation for the Dollar-Based U.S. Digital Currency (USCBDC) with the construction of Russian sanction policy. How is that US-CBDC process facilitated in real terms? With the five big US banks controlling the flow of the digital funding mechanism.
RELATIONSHIPS – Larry Fink (Blackrock) and Jamie Dimon (JPMorgan) created the Ukraine Reconstruction Bank. Now, there are only two real threats to the creation of a US-CBDC as it currently appears. Threat #1 is Donald Trump. Threat #2 is the way people would work around the dollar based CBDC, unregulated crypto currency.
Who opposes crypto currency?
“I’ve always been deeply opposed to crypto, bitcoin, etc.,” Dimon said in response to a question from Sen. Elizabeth Warren, D-Mass. “The only true use case for it is criminals, drug traffickers … money laundering, tax avoidance because it is somewhat anonymous, not fully, and because you can move money instantaneously. “If I was the government, I would close it down.” (read more)
Can you see it now?
I’ll have much more on this issue soon, but its critical people start to understand what is going on.
We will win this battle and eventually this war, or I’ll die fighting it.
They are trying to move fast, because people are catching on now.
We are on the right side of every issue; we cherish liberty and individual freedom. Our opposition is built upon a foundation of fraud and lies. The politicians are corrupt, and their arguments collapse when put in the sunlight; but they are not the root of the problem. [²] They are vessels. That’s why the multinationals like Blackrock need the rules and referees (politicians) slanted in their favor. That’s why they need censorship, deplatforming, and beyond everything else…. they must control information.
…The key battle right now is an information war.
Support Our Fight Here
[¹] [²] Now do you see why they built him a stage..
So, the PRC (and our Deep State) will be “campaigning” for Biden (Newsom).
Chinese companies, e.g. EV batteries by CATL, BYD (now a full EV company, back by Warren Buffet for over a decade), and other Chinese EV companies like Cheri, etc., all of whom will set up factories in Mexico to export to the US and kill EV market by all US, Japanese and German Auto OEM companies. They win, the political grifters (large banks, ‘rent seeking’ companies, connected hedge fund companies) win, and, the American tax payers, the middle class, lose, big time. I am hoping for POTUS 45 to be POTUS 47 soon. While he can’t prevent these companies from investing in Mexico, but will have to get not just 100% tariffs, but something more permanent (banning EPA mandates, and, require two thirds majorities by Congress to change this, etc.). As is, CATL is the largest EV battery supplier in the world and even the US, Japanese, Korean, German, etc. car companies use them (yes, Panasonic too, but CATL is the 800 lb gorilla). Thank you.
When Trump declared he would put a 100-percent tariff on EVs produced in Mexico, he declared war on Blackrock. I hope he understands the implications.
Yes, I believe Trump knew EXACTLY what he was saying/doing.
I just hope that the almighty protect him from evil bastards such as Larry Fink and his Satanic underlings.
Our Sunday School class prays for the President’s protection every time we meet. there’s only a couple of us who are die-hard Trump supporters. The others will vote for him now that he is the nominee.
I really worry about the Presidents survival as we approach the election. Even the Secret Service can’t be trusted any more.
Don’t forget they own merit Healthcare too. Black Rock on deck for the ccp that is.
What is it called now when government and corporations join together and march to the same drummer?
Retired Magistrate here: The military/industrial complex, which is what President Eisenhower warned about back in the 1950’s. It has been with us for years; however, now it has grown to the point where politicians are just the bagmen carrying the money back to the military/industrial complex after they get their cut of course.
It’s the fascism that the uni-party decries so loudly. They are always guilty of whatever they accuse others of.
Bingo !
Fascism, aka corporatism.
🎯
Yes, 530,000 dead young Ukrainian soldiers and well over a million disabled and Larry Fink is delighted about all the money he’s made.
SATANIC EVIL
It’s called the death march of civilization.
It’s called what is has aways been called: fascism. (NSDAP fascism)
Another bingo !
Corporate Fascism. Clearly and unambiguously, with all of its corruption and tyrannical totalitarian constructs.
Hitler was a fascist but he dictated to the corporations in Germany. This is the reverse of that.
The corporate oligarchs are dictating to the vegetable brains in DC.
The Supreme Court is revisiting the Chevron Doctine which will test the power of regulatory agencies for crap like this (pardon my language, GB, but I’ve had enough).
This, pray God, may put a knife into the lunatic, dictatorial (and impossible in my view) absurdity of bossing millions upon millions out of their cars for the fairy dust fantasies of Blackrock.
This is what I have my eye firmly fixed on.
The fact that Biden’s puppeteers are screaming blue murder about how it would be the death of us if the SC rule on the unconstitutional fascistic overreach of a now tyrannical government tells me they are in a hurry…and worried.
😁
You’ve always been remarkably articulate and astute with your comments, Betsy.
I’d say “crap” (in all of its nasty forms) is precisely what this is!
I’m pretty certain that we’ve all had more than enough of it.
We must continue to pray for SCOTUS wisdom – at least 5 of them….
👍
Yes sir… how well you say what we all feel.

Peace to you Betsy
And to you, lightworker…
To us all 🙏🏻
For sure, I have had enough.
These conversations on CTH seem to have taken an ominous turn in the last couple of weeks. It’s as if there is an undercurrent of repressed anger which is beginning to bubble to the surface. And it’s no wonder when you consider the outrageous events recently involving our President, the invasion of our borders, and just about everything else. My hope is that the general public is also seeing these things and are seething as are we. Anger may be the catalyst we need to do something about this mess, non-violently of course.
There has to be anger, kybeagle… righteous anger.
And yes, I agree about the tone. It’s as if we are all feeling something terribly wicked, more than we’ve already seen and endured, is coming. And given how desperate those in power are no doubt feeling, that is the time when unhinged and frightened people who are terrified of losing their despotic grip do their worst.
Call it a sixth sense. Such as when animals move to higher ground when they feel danger is coming.
I speak for myself, but I bet I am not alone in feeling it.
Vegetables have more sense. Most of our politicians brains are made of sh!t !!!
They are compromised, they’re pedos, they’re blackmailed. PERIOD.
I don’t care how much money Fink controls. One call by whoever controls the FBI and military and Fink will disappear just like Ma and Litvinenko. Heck the second in command got escorted out in China from the huge meeting. Your time is up, bub. Elizabeth Warren recently sh0wed how easy it will be. We need a huge tax on the If Come Wealth? What better way to drive it all to ZERO. The rich guys get eaten last, but eaten nevertheless.
Fascism
I think they’d prefer we use their euphemism for the fascism it is…
Public/Private Partnership
Potato/Potahto
Go deeper. We are in a plutocracy. A few ultra wealthy run the big corps.
I wouldn’t mind sending all the plutocrats to Pluto…or further…..
More of a oligarchic plutocratic kleptocratic kakistocracy. It is a mouthful but apt.
Fascism
“Fascism should more properly be called corporatism because it is the merger of state and corporate power.” — Benito Mussolini
“Everything within the state, nothing outside the state, nothing against the state.” — Benito Mussolini
Notice Benito said state not “corporations” in the key sentence. Many people here rail on the banks. It is not the banks, it is the government. It is always convenient to have a scapegoat for the rubes. Fink is a good scapegoat as long as he marches like a good little boy.
Aggiegirl fully understands.
We cannot afford for you to have an “Arthur Adens” episode. Stay frosty, sir

That’s SCARY! I pray for the safety of all concerned here! All to often, counter points to current policy creates targets on our backs! Information is something you either agree with or reject, and has nothing to do with the prefixes of mal, dis, or mis!
remember divide is a favorite word there is yes or no what about these words
maybe, try again, what do you think about this? etc.
Oh God, please don’t go there.
Please avoid any leisurely walks around Hollywood. And don’t walk the streets of DC late at night like Seth Rich
Fervently praying for you.

Was it as subtle as Pslam 109:8 like mine?????
I would reply but bc I called out the oligarchs. I am permanently suspended from twitter.
Told you before if Florida gets to hot, make your way out here. There’s zero neighbors for 10 miles in all directions who are not 100% on board with where things are headed
Yes , God Bless and BE CAREFUL !
We have learned that arkancide seems to be a communicable disease !
That you have placed this note here and on social media now leads me to believe you felt it necessary to do so.
I said yesterday that I truly believe Almighty God has assigned not just one Guardian Angel to be your protector, but many.
Our Father watch over you, Sundance, we all pray with full hearts, in the Name of His beloved Son, Jesus Christ, our only mediator and advocate.
Amen 🙏🏻
GODSPEED, SUNDANCE!
Is there any kind of backup plan if these people somehow are able to get to and disable Pres Trump?
I would venture to say yes…
That made me smile Aggiegirl!
I am glad! Smile….it makes the opposition wonder what you are up to!
And live that best life!
Just imagine the cold anger but righteous fury of so many millions of us. There are many ready and willing to stand in the breach and many who know parts of The Plan.
we are the backup plan, yoke up or perish
Ready
Probably about 100+ million “backup plans”….
If you know how President Trump operates in reality, you wouldn’t even ask that.
There is a three-part plan already in place:
(a) Break Glass
(b) Apply copious quantities of whoop-ass
(c) Repeat as necessary
Truthfully , I get nauseous just reading about it — so bad
If Blackrock is not a monopoly, how can it be busted up? Same for Vanguard
Make a law limiting ownership of publicly traded companies to 15% for the likes of Blackrock, etc… (No problem with an individual investor to own any percentage.) This would limit the Boardroom clout of those evil companies run by Satanists, Pedophiles and Authoritarians.
Move your money out of their control while you still can. That is, if you’re invested with them.
The State of Texas just removed $10Billion out of Blackrock investment, is a good start. I believe after DJT becomes 47 that the oil/petroleum bidness is going to rebound quite heavily.
When Trump wins, all the Bigs that Sundance has talked about need to be broken into smaller companies. Remember in 2008, we had to stop Too Big To Fail Banks. Well everything got bigger much bigger. All of it needs to be broken into smaller more competitive companies. A rebirth of Capitalism, Innovation, and Competition.
When did “We have to Grow Fast and Reach Scale” become the new norm? When did growth and losing money for several years become the new norm? When Government Began Investing in Companies, that’s when. Also when the startup losses are offset by paying less taxes. Why does the Federal Government have to spend Billions so Intel builds a new plant? Why does the State of Tennessee have to finance the new Titan’s Stadium and throw more millions for a new “Fusion” Plant? Its nuts.
Reinstating Glass Steagall would be a start.
We don’t need to break it up. We only need to neuter its power. That could be done with a simple amendment to the federal Investment Company Act of 1940 (15 U.S.C. §§ 80a-1–80a-64) to say that an investment company (aka BlackRock, Vanguard, any other hedge fund, mutual fund, ETF, trusts, pension funds etc.) can hold shares but cannot vote shares of any publicly traded company. Only “natural persons” not corporations must be allowed to vote the shares they own. This preserves the idea of passive investment funds but it blocks fund management from exercising outsized power in dictating what policies the companies they own “in the name of the fundholders” can do.
Is it a coincidence that the Occupant pushes EV car purchases and gasoline has shot up over 40 cents in the past 10 days?
I think not…it’s by design…
Bloom is off the rose for the EV market…people will not rush in to buy like before…
Not in central MD, Still same range of prices it’s been for awhile now – maybe 6 mos or longer. Range is $3.35-$3.55 for regular unleaded.
No one I know has or wants to buy an EV. We see very few EVs on our roads. We are semi-suburban and rural; moderate to long distance drivers for work and shopping.
Possible component of the rise in gasoline prices however it is mostly seasonal. April is the time where most refineries go into a maintenance cycle then after that the facilities will be refining “summer blend” gasoline which is pricey.
Am I the only one that still puts the “I did that” Joe Biden stickers on the gas pumps?
Every time.
I even saw a truck with Trump 24 hat and I said, ‘You look like you could use these,’ and shared a few stickers. I made a new friend.
They can mandate all they want. This will never happen.
They can do it . Parts for my older model vehicle are made in China or Mexico. We’re headed towards a Cuban car culture
Many parts are made in Taiwan, go from there….
My husband just mentioned the Cuban car culture. I will NEVER buy an EV so that would be where I am headed!
This video (Australian who rented Rivian RS1 to review while in LA) on the struggle to charge says it all. And this was made a an EV user!! He gives the number of registered cars and then EV’s in both California and Los Angeles County. If I remember the stats correctly, 2/3’s EV’s would be another 3.8 million in LA County versus us the just over 200,000 they have now – spoiler, there was a 4+ deep wait to charge at the charger they tried for multiple hours.
People won’t buy them if they don’t want to. EV’s work for those with short daily commutes that don’t travel a lot. The occasional road trip is doable, but I wouldn’t want to travel 300+ miles multiple times a week.
It’s not about EV’s!
That’s not the issue!
Is this about the control of the person? Restricting freedom of movement?
Control and money…
Please game through based on the premise that the underlying physics will not support mass production of device cars.
The supply chain to manufacture them at scale will not exist. Not enough battery toxic metals.
The demand side at current cost at scale is also not possible. Too many poor people.
Do the trillions flow around the laundromat for some years until the Chyna factories and the automakers go bankrupt?
Ugh, 3rd time (iPhone always refreshes – ATT internet and cell 🤔).
I understand it’s about the string pullers. But I think the EV mandate will be a bridge too far once 20% + vehicles are EV’s. Smaller countries may make sense, it’s impractical for a lot of people.
I have a used Tesla (1 of 3 vehicles for 2 drivers). I practice good charging habits and already needed a warranty battery replacement at ~63,000 miles. Hertz sold off a lot of their fleet, there’s a reason.
I’ve taken several long distance trips and a few 12-hour each way. People won’t put up with the constraints. I remember driving down to my parents in Central Florida (not in an EV) for a last minute trip (mom went to hospital) during spring break. I planned to drive just past ATL and get a room. Due to spring break, lots of families traveling, I didn’t get a room until 5 miles from my parents house (it was a surprise and didn’t want to wake my dad at 5am). There’s no way all those people would be able to travel and charge – the people will revolt regardless of how much money Black Rock, et. al will make.
This is why the High Criminals and Miscreants roll out a steady flow of crisis after crisis. Yes people will revolt against being unable to charge their EV. Or they would except for… BOOM up pops a brand new and even bigger crisis to distract them and make the EV charging problem seem small in comparison. Boom it’s a Great Recession. Boom it’s climate change. Boom it’s a terrorist attack. Boom it’s a global pandemic. Boom it’s an immigration crisis. Boom it’s WW3.
Sundance is telling us that the Deep sta ape is the bankers, Brokerage houses, and Coh C type of organizations that have seized control of the government by being the wri ters of legislation that our financially greedy Reps pass for their piece of the action.
Thanks for the interpretation!
The Tyrannical Two-Step:
Step One – create artificial shortage, crisis or mandate.
Step Two – get rich and acquire power allocating access to resources that are suddenly very hard to obtain.
15-minute cities.
Gen-Z has already been brainwashed into not wanting to own a car, not wanting to own a house, not wanting to start a family. All they want to do is stare at the little glass screen in front of their face. Give them virtual reality goggles and weed delivery and they will never have any desire to exit the matrix.
They are buying into life – by -subscription.
Mandating EV’s is really stupid. Even a “fast” charger pales in comparison to the power coming out of a gas pump.
A quick calculation. Gas pumps go about 10 gallons per minute, and gas weighs about 3 kg per gallon, so about 30 kg per minute. That means about 0.5 kg per second. Each kg of gas (or jet-a, or diesel, or kerosene) has about 44 million joules per kilogram, so the gas pump is pumping out 22 million joules per second. A joule per second is a watt, by definition.
So a regular gas pump is about 22 megawatts. Not kilowatts. No comparison, and there is no way the electricity grid could replace the power distribution network currently in place with liquid fuels. That is the lie.
Check back later, I’m finishing cooking dinner. I’ll post a link to a guy who fixes old batteries that showed what exactly is needed to have 4 (I believe that was the number) fast chargers.
There’s no way they’ll be able to add enough chargers to keep the people at bay.
I know this is about control, but the jab was for the most part the invisible – I get a shot and I can go on about my business. This is simply unsustainable and will wake a lot of folks up once they try an EV. For some it’ll be just fine, but for 60% to 70%+ it just won’t work in reality.
Here’s the video explaining what equipment is needed for just 4 fast chargers (I believe that was the number at the site he walks through):
Interesting. Even with four chargers at 350 kw each, that is only 1.4 mw, or less than 10% of an average gas pump if you could plug all of them in at the same time.
The power density of liquid fuels is why you can “recharge” your gas car in about 90 seconds and get another 450 miles of range (at 30 mpg). There are sometimes lines at gas stations even though it only takes less than two minutes to recharge a liquid fueled car. Electric vehicles cannot replace gas powered transportation network in any practical way. Anyone telling you this is lying by omission, leaving out the fact you won’t be traveling much in Klaus Schwab’s brave new world. Long lines are not a bug, they are a feature. Replacing your ICE vehicle with an EV is a lie and they know it.
They should use nuclear, I think. The energy density hierarchy is like this (in MJ/kg):
Batteries — 0.5
gunpowder — 6
firewood — 15
coal — 25
gasoline — 44
hydrogen — 142
uranium — 500,000 (normal reactor)
uranium — 28,000,000 (fast Neutron reactor)
So if we had nuclear powered vehicles, we could drive to work and plug the house into the car when we came home. And “fill up” with a few KG of uranium every six months to a year. That’s what I’m waiting for…
uranium —
We need Doc Brown’s “Mister Fusion” upgraded DeLorean from Back to the Future
So an accident on the interstate would shut down the highway for like 10,000 years? Ooookay.
A disadvantage.
Teslas get about 4 miles to the kW. Driving 10k miles in an EV uses ~2.5 MW, or 1/10th of what your gas pump needs to put out per second for an entire year’s worth of driving.
That’s why there’s no need for a 1:1 conversion. Driving an EV for a year generally uses less electricity than your water heater does for the same period of time.
Public fast charging is only for use on long-distance road trips, a very niche use-case for most people. If you’re driving less than 300 miles in a day, you recharge at home, overnight, at the lowest demand point for the grid, which can absolutely handle the load, right now without upgrades, of every home in America charging an EV overnight.
There is a reason internal combustion engine – powered vehicles beat out electric vehicles at the turn of the last century. Things haven’t changed.
If you don’t think the situation has changed in the last 120 years, then I completely understand why you view EVs the way you do.
My aim was to explain why it takes so long to recharge a battery that has the equivalent energy of 2.5 gallons of fuel. I also would not characterize long trips as a niche use case. It depends on where you live. I live in a rural area and I drive long distances — not daily but it is a regular use case. The energy density of batteries pales in comparison to liquid fuels.
EV’s are fine around town if you charge them at home. Because they are expensive, the amount you save on electricity will not make up for the initial cost of the vehicle unless you drive it more, nor will the environmental “savings” of reduced energy usage make up for the thousands of tons of material processed to make the magnets and batteries. If you need to destroy the earth to save it, you are doing it wrong.
I do not dislike EV’s as an end product, but they have advantages and disadvantages. I want to purchase the vehicle that fits my needs, not be forced to purchase something that is inconvenient to use and unnecessarily expensive just so BlackRock can improve its stock price.
Agreed. EVs are far, far, far worse for the environment, generally speaking, than ICEs.
I don’t care. Couldn’t care less, as a matter of fact.
And yeah, EVs aren’t a good fit if you are routinely driving more than 300 miles per day. If you’re driving less than 200 miles per day and can charge your EV at home (ie, don’t park on the street) then EVs will likely be a great fit.
The initial cost is still problematic, but coming down all the time, and compared to inflation everywhere else it is rapidly becoming the most cost-effective mode of transportation.
The premium you pay for an EV is significant. Say a quality ICE midrange sedan is $40k, an equivalent EV sedan is $60k. It takes a while to burn up $20,000 worth of fuel and at this time EV’s are not as reliable as ICE vehicles. That will improve, but it is difficult to make a reliable machine, period. It takes time to understand the details of failures, but progress can be made. In order to make up for the higher initial costs, you’ve got to be in a situation where you drive far enough. But not so far as to hit the annoyance limit. It is entirely possible.
I believe there are some costs that will persist and even increase. Rare earths are rare, and a lot of material needs to be processed. The price for key minerals may not come down as demand (artificial or not) increases so the initial price may not decrease in the foreseeable future.
Also, electricity needs to be made and transmitted to the end point, stored and deployed. Power plants are usually around 55% efficient, transmission losses 5%, charging losses are 5%, and the EV is near enough to 90% efficient. Adding in those losses, a small diesel is just a little over 42% efficient and compares favorably in energy usage with none of the disadvantages of a BEV.
I would like to see all the artificial government pressures removed from the market. If EV’s are viable, they will make economic sense and will be a better product. I’ll buy one if it is better.
One example, though. I have a motorcycle I bought on Craigslist for $900 that gets 45 mpg. An electric Zero motorcycle near equivalent (i.e. heavier, slower) is just under $25,000. The economic payoff is about 80 years, given my summer usage and if nothing goes wrong with the Zero. An extreme example, but by the time it makes economic sense I’ll be very dead.
If it fits your needs and you like the EV, buy it. That is the benefit of a free market.
Just cements my disgust for President Nixon.
The hippies hate him for some weird reason but I detest him (and Kissinger) for presenting Americas backside to China, while simultaneously signing the EPA into existence.
Almost like it was planned.
willthesuevi: I remember when Nixon’s Air Force One touched down in China. The event was celebrated as a great triumph. It was; but not for the US.
Remember when Chyna dictator visited USA not to long ago and San Francisco was decked out in Chyna communist flags.
Recent years make me wonder if he got so vilified, because he was moving off the plantation during his term.
Something that wasn’t part of the deal? Who knows such things that would be able to shed light on the truth.
I believe the Country Club Republicans eventually became the globalist Bush wing.
The hippies at the DNC in 68 ensured Nixon was elected.
Nixon was part of that group.
They hated Reagan. Hated him.
Eisenhower warned us. Goldwater warned us.
This has been planned for decades. Since the League of Nations.
Goes back farther than that.
Lenin did get financial support from some on Wall Street and in London prior to the October revolution of 1917.
Wilson.
It always comes back to Wilson, doesn’t it?
In the US.
He was one of them certainly.
Though, he was not one of the first to espouse rule by “experts” because common people just could not be entrusted enough to look after themselves and thier own interests.
Nixon’s opening to China made strategic sense to counter-balance the USSR. But after Tiananmen Square in 1989 and especially after 1991 when the USSR ended, the opening to China should have been rethought and ended. Instead we had Bill Clinton allow China into the WTO and giving them Most Favored Nation.
A good policy becomes a bad policy when it goes on too long beyond its original purpose.
It should never have been opened because what we are seeing now is exactly WHY it was opened.
Kissinger opened China.
Kissinger used Schwab to found the WEF.
It was always about taking down the West and putting China in the lead.
Bush 41 threw the Chicoms a life preserver.
Bush 41 was a part of it in Kissinger’s days while at CIA.
One big happy family, wasn’t it?
Invaluable inside baseball. Thank you, Sundance.
I just received a flyer from my local school board informing the voters that they were going to be forced by the state of New York to replace their bus fleet with “zero emissions” vehicles starting in 2027.
They’re estimating the cost for the new vehicles to be at least three times that of the current fleet.
That’s going to be tough during the winter…
But since Zoom-school worked out so well …. oh, strike that, never mind /sarc./
Same thing happening in my NY state school district. They want to buy freakin’ electric buses.
There won’t be anyone left in NYS by 2027…..at least not legal American citizens and real business enterprises.
NYS is going to pay a very steep price for their destructive, Globalist behavior.
Only the Takers will remain in NYS , that is until the money dries up!
They’ll go after anything funded with tax dollars first. City, county, state government will all dole out big tax bucks to “update” their fleets.
Good to see you Seneca!
The crux is all those pension funds are flowing into blackrock supporting multinational globalization process. They are using your money to advance the agenda. Unknowingly they are willing participants because they just love those returns they see on their statements. They are cutting their own throat in a way as their fortune grows. Crazy stuff happening.
Jrod: People don’t want to know. They would rather go on buying stuff without regard to where it is made. Buying from China is slitting our own throats. Also, most investment advisors and fund managers would rather get a piece of the action than take the time and do the research to direct client funds into America-first companies. It’s easier to go with the flow. Most people do not have any idea how their retirement savings are invested. Even fewer people understand how the mechanics of the financial industry.
“Every normal man must be tempted, at times, to spit on his hands, hoist the black flag, and begin
slitting throatsblowing out his oppressors brains.”~ H.L. Mencken
We are in an abusive relationship with our government. Sad. Depressing.
And yet, as they push us to hot anger, they just wait for the populace to outwardly revolt so they can blame us when they pull the trigger. That is the behavior of psychopathic narcissists. And it’s crazy making.
Prep. Pray. Remain peaceful.
The finest government money can buy.
Oh what a perversion, in a government of the corporation, by the corporation, and for the corporation.
Wasn’t Jamie Dimon yapping about running for president ? Geesh, him and Fink already accessed the Biden White House thru the front door .
Mission accomplished.
I have a digit I’d like to show them.
Thank you Sundance, for exposing and shining a spot light on these corrupto criminals.
Wow! It reads like a bloodbath!
🤔
😉
“We will win this battle and eventually this war, or I’ll die fighting it.”
#metoo Sundance. Me too.
I had an incredible experience today. To me it was. A woman who I have never met before came to my farm to pick up some goods. She asked me what all I produced and what all I sold. I told her of the few things I had extra to share with others. She said to me, “we all need to help one another… things are going to get really bad…”. Nice dressed woman, close to my age. She grew up on a dairy farm, now long gone. And she’s not the only one who drives out to my farm out in the boonies. They are all of the same mindset. We all know that the government is trying to destroy our way of life. I’m so glad to see people in my small community and surrounding communities ACTIVELY getting involved in one another’s small farms, supporting one another rather than the big grocery chains.
It’s like a deep commitment – and we had never met! That just shows you the solidarity among Americans right now. We are not going to comply. We are going to band together and get through this insanity.
I stopped buying from local farmers a few years ago when I retired. But I submitted an order last week to my favorite farmer for the very same reason that woman decided to buy from your farm.
Me too!
You need to be really careful. These could be recon missions.
Watch your six.
What election infrastructure or groups does Blackrock control?
All these commies can go suck a big fat…
For every question, there is an answer. For every problem, there is a solution. None is such a giant that a small stone won’t bring it down. Stones are everywhere. We just need to find the right one. God give us wisdom.
When people say you are too small to make a difference, ask them to sit comfortably in a room with a single mosquito.
If they still don’t understand, put a small pebble in their shoe. Tell them to go for a walk.
Love those analogues. So freakin true.
Seems like there should be a law in place against this, that someone is breaking .
You forgot the S.
Anti-individualistic , the Fascist conception of life stresses the importance of the State and accepts the individual only in so far as his interests coincide with those of the State The Fascist conception of the State is all embracing; outside of it no human nor spiritual values can exist, much less have value .
New form of fascism:
The Fascist conception of life stresses the importance of the Global Corporations and accepts the individual only in so far as his interests coincide with those of the Global Corporations. The Global Corporations are all embracing, owning and controlling all nations and politicians, who are their puppets and servants. There is no democracy, no votes that matter, because the election is always held between two servants of the Global Corporations.
Thus, President Trump, a “mere” nationalist billionaire with his own ideas . . . is a threat.
And an informed populace is a threat.
Thus, an information regime must be constructed by corporate-controlled news, so that everything you believe is a lie, from who did 9-11, to who killed President Kennedy, to why we invaded Iraq, to the existence of a “free market,” to “free” trade, and even freedom itself becomes merely a propaganda word with no content, in a surveillance state where every transaction is monitored and regulated . . .
This is moment for Musk to denounce ev’s and expose.
So like the whole Burisma thing, it wasn’t merely the “Bloodbath” word itself that got the Left in a tiff, but what it was referring to, what Trump was bringing to light about their intended destruction of the US Auto Industry.
No one is gonna like battery land. EV’s you can’t work on yourself unless your an electrician. Just try making a small 4 panel solar setup for emergencies Hahahahah…Imagine how many sensors are in one of those and each time there is disconnect how do you reset all those. Nightmare unless your rich. Only if there is a 5K dollar EV for sale no one will buy.
Especially Texans who live along the coast. I can’t imagine trying to move out of the way of a hurricane in an EV. That’s why we’ll keep the old reliable 2003 Chevy S10 because we can fix it. The fact that I’m even considering a garage full of spare parts seems ridiculous but prudent at the same time.
They are battery powered devices, not cars.
Will it come to cuba type oldies driven by those who can’t affort an ev or don’t want one?
Could be. The problem will be getting affordable gasoline.
Who is John Galt?
👍👍👍👍👍👍
MAGA/MAGA-lite are the hard working people that know how to do things.
We need to ensure PDJT has at least one chamber, preferably either both or the House, otherwise the Dems will vote to Impeach and Remove (convict) in record time. The forces behind subject of this article will ensure the 10 to 15 Mitt Romeny’s needed in the Senate to Remove are properly blackmailed/incentivized.
I agree with Dutchman, no more holding our noses to vote for Rino’s………but after 2024.
Focus on local and state elections for long term change (even if it’s a few states of sanctuary), PDJT second (really 3rd) term will only be a stop gap and can only but so much time. We need the growing local and state foundation to really make a difference.
Time to BANKRUPT Blackrock! If only the rest of the states would follow what Texas and Florida did like Arizona, Arkansas, Florida, Louisiana, Missouri, South Carolina, Utah, and West Virginia just announced.
Texas yanks $8.5B from Larry Fink’s BlackRock in ‘massive blow against the scam of ESG’
https://nypost.com/2024/03/19/business/texas-yanks-8-5b-from-larry-finks-blackrock-in-massive-blow-against-the-scam-of-esg/
The purpose of the EV mandate is the elimination of the private owned car. Its just another puzzle piece in the one worlders plan to control the planet.
The middle class family has been able to afford an automobile since after WW2.
Many will be left without transportation at the prices these things go for and what it will do to the used car market.
All the better to force you into the 40 story concrete bunker where you can take the solar powered elevator down to the first floor commissary to get your ration of zee buggs.
And when Trump cancels this he will get stopped by the [corrupt] courts… The Ratchet Effect.
I’m so sick of this. Josef Stolen* is not my emperor…
—
* He’s a puppet but you get my point.
This is not the Democrat Party of my father in the 50’s and 60’s. Hard to fathom how LOW the Left has gone! There is no way I could ever think of going to EV’s. My concern is can we last until next Jan, 2025? The country is very deep in need of purging the established politicians. It will be very interesting to see all the retirements coming up if DJT wins in Nov.! My dream is Karma gets its due!
Blackrock is part owner of the German energy company RWE
https://www.rwe.com/en/investor-relations/rwe-share/share-at-a-glance/shareholder-structure/
The destruction that they will be unleashing is beyond our comprehension when the grid goes down because there is not enough power being generated.
Even now we are experiencing rolling blackouts because the demand for electricity is unsustainable.
Just imagine when The Guvmint decides that only solar and wind will be allowed to generate the power we need.
Our Satanic Overlords won’t be happy until they have destroyed Western Civilization and entire populations that don’t go along with their regimes.
When I see the amazing demonstrations that are taking place in the streets in places like Brazil where millions of people are out there protesting, I can’t help but wonder if the MAGA people will ever be able to do large street demonstrations in our big American cities.
Somehow I think not. Those days are over. It’s the American Revolution all over again.
May G-d have mercy on us all.
Seneca, in regard to energy production German company RWE is right now in projects building windfarms around the country. Blackrock is a large investor in their stock, my link above for reference.
Here is one windfarm project people are pushing back against:
https://henrycountywindproject.com/home
and, get a load of this article from a year ago:
https://www.rechargenews.com/energy-transition/wall-street-titan-jamie-dimon-says-seize-private-land-for-wind-and-solar-builds/2-1-1431685
We aren’t voting our way out of this.
Once the majority of the useless eaters are eliminated there will be little need to expand the electrical power grid.
They can’t sell electric vehicles now; this will not change that dynamic. Given that, It will be the death of the auto industry in this country and elsewhere. This is really the bottom line: The car is your freedom to easily move around, take that away and you have to rely on public transportation at the whim of governments who will control your movements. We must win this war.
And that’s precisely what they want. CONTROL.
Now consider what Mr Elon Musk with his electric cars . . . thinks of all this.
Yes. Eyes wide open. There is a chap on “our” side, just had a big pow wow in Dubai
George Gammon aka Rebel Capitalist can you hook up SD?
see here – https://www.youtube.com/live/U1WMg5HuHwk?si=8ZXsiVeph7Q8S-1e
This is a golden post!
So President Trump was right about a BLOODBATH. This on only more campaign material for Trump and he should e in Michigan and Ohio having rallies and telling the people about this. So how are the low to moderate income families going to be able to purchase an EV. Next thing you know is that China Joe is going to give Blackrock total control of building EV charging sites.
Trump was seeing the stitches on the fastball here.
They created the narrative shift to distract from the “Biden” dictat.
Is someone leaking to Trump..that’d be interesting.
If Trump pulls this off, and there’s literally nothing that “they” can do to stop him, one of his first executive orders should be the reinstatement of the Glass Steagall act and put a halt to this nonsense.
The BANKSTERS and their allies!!!!!!!!
What was that saying by Rothschild about controlling the issuance or a country’s currency???????
And how do they control the populations of the governments they control?
The IC!!!!
“carbon pollution” … is of course utter nonsense. Yet the LIE persists, and is even codified … and certified by the SCOTUS!! Yes, the world has gone mad. Because Communists really know how to LIE and LIE and LIE and convince the dull-witted that they speak TRUTH.
Carbon pollution?
There would be no life without carbon and its unique properties. If anything, there’s not enough CO2 in the atmosphere to stave off a near certain extinction event for more than a few million years in the future because of CO2 starvation impacting photosynthesis.
Their issue is with controlling some 8 billion autonomous carbon units. Much simpler logistics with ~1/2 billion +/- a couple million.
Georgia Guidestones.
Indeed.
Strange circumstances with the timing of the partial collapse and later demolition, no?

One of the theories I’ve heard involved the Rosicrucian order. I can only speculate.
Just because they build them, doesn’t mean they sell them.
Given the need to recover road taxes sooner than later, the fireball aspects of many Li batteries, and their unreliable repairability, insurance aspects, microplastics 3x, poor charge time to range aspects, electrical grid implications, etc the average buyer has to be a rich idiot or eco ideologue.
Inability to insure them will be the final nail in the coffin.
not 1 republican ever has given a schiff about this
Great article SD!
BlackRock has a large stock position in almost every company listed in the various American stock exchanges. Look at the ownership of every Fortune 500 company and you’ll find BlackRock, Vanguard, and State Street owning collectively 10- 25% of most companies. That’s leverage when it comes to corporate boards.
I’ve been saying for years that The Sherman Anti-Trust Act needs to be amended and used to break up these large investment firms.
Larry Fink, CEO of Blackrock, Inc., sits on the Boards of The World Economic Forum and The Council of Foreign Relations.
Think about what and who he represents, and his penetration into the Biden regime.
As Blackrock gobbles up real estate so fast across US, average person doesn’t have a chance to even put in an offer.
You will own nothing and be happy.
You will rent even your furniture.
As I mentioned in a reponse to a post about Gen Zers, life by subscription.
I guess I will be keeping all of my antiques from the 70s
Can most of these absurd, lunatic, overreaching, and catastrophic regulations/bills/EOs be overturned and undone when DJT returns in 2025?
President Trump was so awesome his first term.
He had promised that for every new law enacted he would remove two from the books.
He did better than that. Something like four removed for every law signed.
I bet that was just a dry run. 😉
