According to media, last December the three Chinese auto manufacturers, MG, BYD, and Chery, announced they were going to spend billions building new EV manufacturing plants in Mexico. Each Chinese auto manufacturer was going to spend between $1.5 to $2.0 billion. The Chinese don’t make that much of an investment in something unless they are sure the U.S. government is going to force the EV market to exist. These manufacturing plants would crush the U.S EV market.
Drawing attention to the issue, President Trump said he can stop the pending crisis. However, if he did not win the election the American auto industry would end up with a “bloodbath” of closed plants, lost jobs and diminished labor union workforce. Trump is not wrong. WATCH:

Showcasing the absolute lying fake news that most American media have become, all of the news agencies reported these comments to be about general “violence, retribution and retaliation” by Trump if he lost the election. Reuters even twisted the comments to say, “Trump predicts the end of U.S. democracy if he loses 2024 election.”
Last December, when the original reports of the big three Chinese automakers were released, the headline was, “Chinese EV giants are planning factories in Mexico, and it’s alarming US officials.” Yet somehow, drawing attention to that exact same issue three months later is the end of democracy or something.

I recently renewed my driver’s license. I’m living in a deep, deep blue state. In years past I would go to the Department of Motor Vehicles and renew in person, as was required because I hold a commercial license that is recognized nationally. This time around I could NOT go to the DMV. License renewals are only done over an internet connection now, with the exception of those drivers over the age of 75 who must make an appointment to go to the DMV.
As I made my way through the online program I reached a point where I had to register to vote. There was no option out of this page on the program. I either went through the voter registration process, or I would have had to purger myself as to my voter status. What’s alarming is that this state has implemented giving licenses to illegals. By going through this voter registration process at the DMV the state has now created a solid data base of everyone who’s registered to vote, and the names and addresses of everyone of voter age, but of illegal voting status because of their not being a legal citizen. My question is; what’s to stop someone from accessing the data base and using it to create mail in ballots with names and addresses of people who would, because of their illegal status, never bother to check to see if their names had suddenly appeared on a mail in ballot?
And as a side note, the Secretary of Sate, supposedly in charge of voter roll integrity, has been dutifully reelected every year since he began holding office in 1995, and the Secretary of State’s office has been in democrat hands since 1949.

People can spend their money however they like. But, EVs are not nearly up to the promises that have been made about them.

Their dominance is gone before it even started, some dealerships are refusing them, Auto factories are stopping production of them, Ev’s are combusting, sales are down, the electric grid could never survive large numbers of Ev’s, Ev’s don’t run in cold weather, the batteries make the EV so heavy they can now crash through normal roadside accident safety barriers, if the globull warming initiatives are enforced there will not be enough coal to run the coal generated electricity chargers to recharge them, Hertz CEO steps down as EV implementation fails miserably, fleet of bus Ev’s abandoned after computer failures. THERE were at least six stories about EV’s combusting for no apparent reason.
Google anything about EV’s or go to any MSM sight and it’s all Roses. Look at reputable conservative sites and all you see are rejection and horror stories about the implausibility of EVs ever performing reliably or even being able to be used in large quantities because of electric consumption. I guess the blackouts in California even before large scale EV use mean nothing.
