None of the justices provided any explanation for their vote.
The court majority sided with the Biden administration policy of removing razor wire to permit illegal alien entry without impediment. Justices Samuel Alito, Neil Gorsuch, Brett Kavanaugh and Clarence Thomas voted with Texas, in favor of national border integrity.

I don’t know what the breakdown is now, but in Texas not too long ago the schools were funded 70% by the local taxpayers. The school construction is funded by bonds passed by the voters in the school districts and paid for by taxes on property within the given school districts.
The sudden influx of 10,000 illegal students from Colony Ridge into the Cleveland ISD schools is a tremendous economic threat to that district. The state does not build the schools. The state bond board votes for the Permanent School Fund to guarantee school construction bonds if the bond issue qualifies under a set of limits and guidelines. These are general obligation bonds, not mortgages. A G.O. bond is based on the taxing authority’s ability to wring out sufficient tax receipts to cover the amount owed to the bondholders. The ISD cannot simply hand over the keys.
If a school district defaults on a bond payment, the state covers those payments until the school district cures the default (through the state’s system). There are painful penalties added. Independent school districts cannot obtain relief in the bankruptcy courts. Basically, the beatings don’t stop.
The effect of suddenly swamping a school district with new students and without an appreciable increase in the value of the taxable base can be pretty terrible.
IMO, that is the biggest reason that the buses out of here must keep rolling. If the people get to come in, they get to go out ASAP.

Even if the SC puts this case on an expedited timeline and hears it within three months, 15,000 per day who will never be seen again, unvetted, for three months or however long it takes to get a ruling WILL CAUSE irreversible harm, both to Texas and to the rest of the United States. The fentanyl poisonings, the rapes, murders, drunk driving deaths and injuries, the abuse of public funds, none of that will ever be made right.
The fact that this is a temporary ruling is no reassurance at all.

Supreme Court Allows Biden Admin To Remove Texas Border Wire. Deceptive headline. More accurately, SCOTUS refused to overturn the injunction. SCOTUS doesn’t have the constitutional mandate to allow or dis-allow actions by the DOJ and DHS.
The Federal Government is in charge of border security. Texas is not.
The problem is that the Federal Government is not only in dereliction of duty, it is actively promoting incursions and violations of Federal law. Actually, the injunction to stop the Feds from removing Texas wire was probably right, according to the concept of it being the Feds job to protect the border. Another problem here is the doctrine that States cannot sue the Federal Government. In essence, the Feds, as usual, are violating their enumerated powers, and there is no recourse because the Congress and the Departments in the Administration are all part of the corruption.
The Legislative Branch House has the purse strings. They could pull funding for the overreach of the Administrative Branch. They supposedly have oversight of the Administration’s programs. They have the power to put together impeachments against confirmed positions in the Administrations: The President, Judges, heads of Departments such as the DHS, DOJ, SecDef, etc., but that’s about it, and if the Hose won’t make the case, and if the Senate refuses to look at the evidence in the case, their oversight is meaningless. They could refuse to pass the funding extensions, but the Uniparty is all in on the concentration of power.
IoW, we’re in between a rock and a hard place.
Between the ballot box and the cartridge box.
The Court agreed to vacate the injunction while the underlying case plays out. SCOTUS may very well take this case again on appeal, if a new administration does not arrive first and obviate the need.

Remember the Bundy standoff in Nevada where armed citizens backed a rancher in his fight with feds over land, borders and grazing rights. They sent the feds packing and nobody got killed. Texas needs to take a stand similar to this. Send the feds packing!

If I were the Texas governor, I would continue defending my border and my people and arrest ANY federal employee or politician which tried to stop me, arrest them, and place them in jail for violations of the law (aiding, abetting, encouraging – as well as interfering with the just and legal duties of those Texans defending the border. <blank> SCOTUS.
In fact, I would view the SCOTUS ruling as full and complete justification in and of itself.
The U.S. Constitution states in Article 1 Clause 10:
No State shall, without the Consent of Congress, lay any Duty of Tonnage, keep Troops, or Ships of War in time of Peace, enter into any Agreement or Compact with another State, or with a foreign Power, or engage in War, unless actually invaded, or in such imminent Danger as will not admit of delay.
The SCOTUS decision puts the state and people of Texas (as well as the nation – but they can only act for themselves) in IMMINENT DANGER as will not admit of delay. Come and take it Brandon!

Roberts and Barrett are both catholic educated with ties to Indiana and Notre Dame (like Mike P). The Catholic church is all in for the status quo. Catholic services are making a profit. Some Catholic dioceses might be in full collapse if not for illegal immigration from Latin America. I cannot help but believe this is a factor in their decision. To be fair, the Lutheran, United Methodist, and others are right behind them. Humanitarian concern for foreign invaders, none for you.

My grandparents resisted the Red invaders to their farming area, peacefully, until the Reds started killing their neighbors, then they took their seven kids and left. Amazingly, three of my uncles ended back in that part of the world fighting the Nazis with the Soviets (Reds) as allies. I have no idea how they reconciled that.
At this point in time the US government is committing treason against the citizens of the several states.

Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court.
Since an invasion is a de facto declaration of war and our government is giving these foreign citizens aid and comfort this is by definition treason. Our own government is at war with us.

Boy was I wrong. I though Amy Coney Barrett was going to be a great choice for the Supreme Court. I didn’t trust Kavanaugh, but I was so wrong about Barrett. Roberts has already shown himself to be unreliable as a constitutionalist. Where in the constitution does it say that if the federal government fails to protect the citizens that the citizens can’t do what needs to be done to protect themselves. If I was governor of Texas, I thumb my nose at the Supreme Court decision and act on the state’s 10th amendment rights.
Wishing that all the states would act on the 10th amendment. It was written for just such a purpose.
I’ve always said the 10th Amendment should have been the FIRST Admendment.

Anybody remember the Texas v. Pennsylvania election case, which rightfully went straight to the Supreme Court as a State versus State case? The Supreme Court declined to hear it, Texas didn’t have standing as it couldn’t show harm.

I think Texas should press this case again.
I remember I wrote at the time that Texas should have said, “Alright, if the Supremes refuse to do their original jurisdiction, then the State of Texas must declare war on the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. No other option exists.” Maybe that would have gotten the Court’s attention.

Roberts and the lefty judges that don’t know what a woman is were never trustworthy in protecting Americans. This disappointing Barret vote will not be forgotten for a long time. She’s become a shameful Biden tool.
This vote has likely made her the most disliked Justice on the Court. All lefties will still hate her but now she’s chosen to be the most unpopular justice ever by both sides. The legal justification is not there if you respect state rights and the American people being over run by illegals.

Let’s see, in order to remove the problem with the Supreme Court. We have to impeach members of the Supreme Court, and in order to do this. We have to impeach members of Congress in large numbers. And, in order to do this, we have to vote members of Congress out in large numbers. Realizing, of course, that the voting process has been corrupted and control by members of the Cartels and Intelligent agents belonging to the FBI, CIA, DOJ, etc.
So what’s the problem?
The one good thing to come from this is that a lot of people will be clued in as to how pervasive and extensive the corruption is, that virtually every institution at the national level is corrupt to the core. Anyone who has been following events over the past several years is not-at-all surprised by this. The Republic of the USA has been lost, and there is no realistic hope that it can be salvaged: It is too far gone.
Anyone who believes that we are going to “vote our way out of this” is sadly deluded.
There are only three choices.
1: Do nothing, try to survive as best as you can in the coming days, and hope that The Regime does not send its minions to murder you. You can expect to be disarmed at some point.
2: Civil war — which would be very risky and very bloody. Much like every other institution in the nation, the military has been compromised, so victory is far from certain. Anyone who is cognizant of the events over the past several years would have the impression that The Biden Regime is TRYING to provoke a violent response, as it would give them the pretext to impose martial law, deploy the military, and rule by military decree. There are some who are speculating that there will likely be a “false flag” operation to give the impression that a civil war has begun, that it has gone kinetic.
If anyone were to try to organize a rebellion, they would likely be arrested and thrown in the same gulag as the Jan 6 protesters. If Washington DC were to be attacked, then the military would likely react to protect that cesspool.
3: #NationalDivorce — We utilize the democratic process to determine the fate of Texas. At this point, Governor Abbott MUST call for a special session to vote on the Texas Independence Referendum Act, to get the question on the ballot. If Texas were to regain its status as an independent nation, and The Regime in Washington DC were to order an invasion of Texas in response, it is likely that there would be mass rebellion within the ranks. It could backfire upon the ruling elite in a major way.
The Texas Nationalist Movement is leading that effort in Texas.
