[…] Collin draws on new evidence unveiled last month in a sexual harassment lawsuit, filed by former Hennepin County prosecutor Amy Sweasy, against then-County Attorney Mike Freeman.
Sweasy’s complaint details a revolt in the Hennepin County Attorney’s Office over the decision to charge Chauvin’s fellow officers Tou Thao, Alexander Kueng and Thomas Lane with aiding and abetting second-degree murder. Lane and Kueng, who is black, were fresh out of the academy.
Sweasy and three other prosecutors refused to work on the case because it “violated professional and ethical rules.”
In sworn testimony, prosecutors told of the “insane … extreme premium pressure” they were under to throw the book at Chauvin and charge the other cops because “the city was burning down.”
One said that Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison “taking over the Chauvin cases was difficult particularly when we had a governor who kind of threw us under the bus.”
The original autopsy report by Hennepin County Medical Examiner Dr. Andrew Baker the day after Floyd died found there was “no physical evidence suggesting that Mr. Floyd died of asphyxiation.
“Mr. Floyd did not exhibit signs of petechiae, damage to his airways or thyroid, brain bleeding, bone injuries, or internal bruising.”
Sweasy claims that Baker also told her that day that “there were no medical findings that showed any injury to the vital structures of Mr. Floyd’s neck. There were no medical indications of asphyxia or strangulation.”
On May 31, 2020, Sweasy said Baker shared the results of toxicology tests with prosecutors, which showed that Floyd, 46, had a “fatal level of fentanyl” in his blood, along with methamphetamine.
Floyd also had COVID and severe “arteriosclerotic heart disease,” with one artery 75% obstructed, and “hypertensive heart disease.”
But Ben Crump, the ambulance-chasing attorney who represented the Floyd family and secured them a $27 million payout from the Minneapolis City Council, told the media: “George Floyd was a healthy young man.” (more)
Once you see the strings on the grievance marionettes, you can never watch the pantomime without seeing them; thus the playbook was transparent. Team Black Lives Matter (BLM) and Team AME Church aligned, exactly as we expected.
June 3, 2020, the covid pandemic was suspended so that assemblies and parades could take place. Then at 5:00pm former President Barack Obama delivered remarks about race and social justice during a virtual town-hall sponsored by his “my brother’s keeper” initiative. Simultaneous to that announcement, George Floyd family attorney, Benjamin Crump, delivered remarks from Minneapolis about healing, race and social justice. To assist the sympathetic narrative Ben Crump introduced George Floyd’s son, Quincy Mason.
Everything within the strategy was coordinated and planned carefully. The script is how the political value is maximized. In the larger background the goal is activism based on race for 2020 to avoid the problem that was encountered in 2016. Joe Biden, and the DNC apparatus writ large, were the intended beneficiaries.
The HISTORY – The Biden strategy is heavily scripted and not organic. From the moment representative James Clyburn aligned his network with Barack Obama’s Chicago machine there was a strategy at work.
Clyburn uses the old-fashioned racial playbook through the AME church network. The AME network includes Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton. Meanwhile Obama historically used the modern race-based network: the Nation of Islam and New Black Panther Party together with Black Lives Matter. The NoI, NBPP and BLM were allied with DNC Chairman Tom Perez.
Tom Perez was the head of the DOJ Civil Rights Division… which is not coincidental because the election of 2020 was the second time both networks have merged upon, and attempted to activate, the Black Lives Matter crowd. The first time they merged was in Orlando and Miami during the 2012 “Justice for Trayvon” movement.
Black Lives Matter came out of the organization known as “The Dream Defenders”. The defenders were the younger generational version of the civil rights AME network.
In 2012/2013 President Obama and Tom Perez were able to blend the Dream Defenders into an alignment with Farrakhan, the Nation of Islam, and the New Black Panther Party.
As an outcome of a more bitter ideology, the Dream Defenders became more antagonistic and combative when they launched the rebranded version, ‘Black Lives Matter’.
The newly blended Black Lives Matter network had their first heavy visibility with the “Justice for Mike Brown” movement that destroyed Ferguson, Missouri.
After the Mike Brown pretense collapsed the BLM group moved to Baltimore to exploit the false narrative that surrounded the death of Freddie Gray.
Baltimore was then set ablaze with the leadership of Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake who famously said it was important to give the riot crowd “space to destroy.”
While BLM was fulfilling their role as on-the-street activists, the parents of Trayvon Martin and Mike Brown were making financial trips through the AME church network.
AME holds the faith-based role while advancing an older and more traditional generational approach toward racial grievance. The BLM message targets a younger generation with guilt and influence to break windows and riots on behalf of ‘social justice’. To achieve their common goal each group agreed to, or should I say: ‘learned to‘, stay in their lane.
When Jesse Jackson and/or Al Sharpton made independent moves toward the younger BLM activists they were ridiculed and dispatched. Lessons were learned. The older race hustlers now stick to the AME crowd where there is a generational respect.
♦SLIGHTED – Despite Barack Obama leaning heavily on the AME network in ’07/’08, by the time you get to ’12/’13, without re-election needs, the AME was less valued. The open preference for Obama toward the BLM team was visible. After reelection in 2012 team Obama shifted toward expanding political influence through the Latino community.
Tom Perez and President Obama sought to assemble another race-based coalition with hopes they could merge Latinos (La Raza) with BLM. However, all of this focus on BLM and the “dreamers” created a problem. Without maintenance of the social network the AME connection to the Obama-controlled DNC started to fray.
Obama’s focus on a youth movement meant Democrats were taking AME support for granted. Worse yet, the older AME activists gained nothing from the modern Obama coalition; ‘gaining nothing’ means financial benefits were diminished.
Without their traditional/customary indulgence fees the national AME leadership network, the racial patriarchs of the democrat party, were not happy.
The financial disappointment shows up in many visible ways throughout 2015 and 2016, but the most visible way was in September 2016 during the all black Baptist Convention in Kansas City Missouri. (see here)
There were 25,000 participants at the KC Convention and Hillary Clinton was scheduled to deliver the keynote address. When it came time for her speech only around ten percent of the general session audience showed up.
It was the first visible sign the AME network leadership was not at all happy with the modern DNC party apparatus as constructed by the new Obama coalition.
The AME network felt slighted and they literally left Clinton with tens-of-thousands of empty seats at the convention. CTH noticed but the media mostly ignored. Those of you around at the time will remember the CTH position after this convention optic was the 2016 election looked solid for Donald Trump.
LESSON LEARNED – Fast forward to just before Super Tuesday 2020. Bernie Sanders has momentum and is about to become unstoppable. Bernie was a threat to remove DNC leadership power the same way Trump removed RNC party power in 2016.
Party power is money, billions from the big club at stake. Worse still the previous weaponization activity of the Obama administration was likely to surface if 2020 empowered another 4 years for Donald Trump. Now we see why it was critical for Team Obama (BLM) and the AME team to unite quickly that Super-Tuesday weekend, which is exactly what they did.
While James Clyburn quickly notified the AME network, former President Barack Obama activated his control over the DNC network; and signaled to all other primary candidates they needed to drop out in a designed sequence. The DNC Club made offers they could not refuse. Remember, club rules and no one dare defy the movement Teh One represents.
James Clyburn delivered on his end (AME), and Obama delivered on his (DNC/BLM). The rest was history. However, within that history is also a realization that all the alignment means nothing if they didn’t successfully activate the network.
That unified activation is exactly what was happening in the summer of 2020.
The BLM team was reactivated back onto the streets to create the Alinsky inspired chaos. Meanwhile the AME team openly embraced Joe and push heavily for his candidacy. As a result, the optics of Joe Biden taking a knee were heavily scripted, carefully planned and ironically very appropriate.
The media narrative became “everyone must take a knee.”
Note: the DNC network always use three-word phrases: “Hope and Change”, “Take A Knee” etc.
Without the AME network Joe Biden didn’t stand a chance. Why? Because it is the AME network that controls all the urban voting centers and tabulation systems. For all intents and purposes in 2020 it was James Clyburn calling all the shots. Clyburn and Obama then selected the VP candidate.
The tone-deaf and arrogant lessons from Hillary in 2016 loomed heavy as a stark reminder of just how important Clyburn and the AME network was to Biden’s chances; and the AME network would not let the DNC forget.
The message from James Clyburn and Barack Obama to DNC Chairman Tom Perez and the Team behind Biden was really simple: without us you would have been dealing with Bernie Sanders, and the DNC would be on the brink of disassembly… so, ‘take a knee.’
The disposable term began.
To be clear this was planned to take place somewhere, at that time. If it weren’t for Floyd killing himself there would have been some other idiot elsewhere to be the martyr.
We lived through it. The terrorists were coming in with no plates or out of state plates (which they then removed). They were meeting in designated locations (such as Newell Park in St. Paul) where they got their specific assignments. They were provided maps and detailed assignments as to what to burn, what to steal, what to do. There were thousands of false calls to 911 to tie up resources chasing false reports of fires and shootings. Cops and fire fighters were running hours (many hours) behind.
We know this from eye (and ear) witnesses, people who personally heard the assignments being given. Specifically the assignment to burn down Lloyd’s pharmacy (after torching the safe open and looting the place). We know that the protesters stole split units (air conditioning units) and torches from the appliance parts supply house. We know that they broke into the tool stores and supply houses first to obtain torches, dollies and other equipment to use to torch the safes in the pharmacies.
It was all carefully planned, orchestrated throughout and the fblie is clearly involved. There is no way that an operation on that scale was allowed to happen without the express approval of the feds.

I was living in Charlotte, NC about sixteen years ago when busses full of young black people arrived at the Eastland mall shopping center. They stormed the shops, assaulted people and stripped the shelves of the all shops .
A policeman friend of mine confided with me that the thugs involved were recruited by social media. He said that they were made aware on their cell phones of a number of pick up points where busses would stop to pick them up.
The same busses then delivered them back to their pickup points along with all of the tens of thousands of dollars in stolen goods including heavy and large objects such as TV’s.
Eastland Mall was forced to close soon after this and several other incidents as they could not afford their new massive high risk insurance rates.
After the mall put the word out that it was closing, the local black community having nowhere left to shop initiated a number of angry protests to no avail.
Why were we called racists when we pointed out that 100% of those criminals were black? WHY???
A more important question is to ask who it was that paid for those busses and why? I have no real proof but what I have found out so far points exactly and directly at the Rothschild’s servant, George Soros. For those who still don’t know, it is the Rothschild’s who are pushing the new world order.

I remember that day someone on my social media feed saying stay away from Minneapolis that night. They had been flying in to MSP that day and the planes were full of Antifa/BLM agitators. They knew something crazy was planned. I remember watching local TV as a van pulled up in the background and a bunch of guys pop out of it grabbing propane tanks out of it and running them into the building across the street – which subsequently burned down. You don’t just have dozens of propane tanks in your rented van….I remember the neighbor reports of dozens of cars without license plates operating in the area. I remember umbrella man kicking it all of by smashing windows across from the 3rd Precinct building (this guy was identified by a small local paper only for the story to disappear and they guy was never charged or even arrested – he was an agent provacateur working with the government IMO). I remember bricks being delivered to downtown street corners to move the burning and looting over there after they were done destroying our city’s Minnehaha Ave area. I remember our city and state government officials allowing it to happen (most likely on direction from someone federally).
But it was all worth it, because mean tweets and orange man bad! I am seething after watching this.

Ferguson was a lovely little city when my late husband and I purchased our first home there in 1997. He passed away at a young age (cancer) in 2009. I remained there through the riots and finally put the house on the market last year. I watched the decline in the city mostly post 2014, due to Obama/Holder’s consent agreement with the city. It could have recovered but not without law enforcement or investment. My house has been on the market for a year with incremental price drops totaling $50,000. No one wants to live there. I am incredibly bitter about the whole state of things. Instead of renovating the house for sale to “help” the city I should have just dumped it to an investor. Good luck on your move. I may be recommending something you already know but get as far away as possible from urban. In most large cities you have to leapfrog two counties plus away. Go as far as you can before geographically entering another populated area. That is the “sweet spot”. You will know it when you see the Trump flags, Gladstone flag, and “I support Israel” flag all together in the same farmer’s yard.

Here’s a tip about demographics. Not everyone responds to the census. Don’t depend on the census or what a real estate agent says or how the city describes itself.
Drive to every city school at 2/pm and watch what comes out. Go to the shopping centers on Saturday walk around and observe. If there’s a bus system take some buses.

Watching this documentary tonight, after hearing that SCOTUS refused to take up this case just made me even more sad and frustrated…this was, and still is, an absolute miscarriage of justice and the fact that the highest court in the land is afraid to touch it is just inexcusable!
I’m not a legaleagle, but my SIL is. Chauvin approached SCOTUS to argue his guilty plea was invalid, saying he wouldn’t have done it if he had understood the dissenting medical examiner’s view that Floyd died of overdose.. He pled voluntarily guilty to the federal civil rights violation, which got him a concurrent 21-year sentence. It’s basically unheard of to grant anyone a new trial after they plead guilty in any way. So they refused to review the case, and the lower rulings stand.
His only hope is that Trump gets elected and he is pardoned, at the very end of his term in 2029 to avoid the backlash while still in office.

I do not know the specific legal grounds SCOTUS gave. People are speculating that the Supreme Court Justices are afraid to take up cases that might lead to a ruling against the Communists (aka Obama’s network) as they have been threatened already.
What do we really know about the how and why of SCOTUS rejecting cases like Chauvins? Do they have a dartboard and rotate who gets to throw the darts of decision? Very hard to understand why they choose some issues to have “standing” and other seemingly very important ones DON’T!

The footage of her on scene also shows her bias, swearing at the cops. It’s awful what has happened to the American fire service either, especially in California, where I worked for a while.

Personally think there a 30+% chance of no Presidential Election in 2024. Beginning late spring early summer 2024 BLM and Antifa will begin rioting in 15 to 20 major cities. The states and cities governed by Democrats will simply let them run and do little if anything to control them. The Biden Administration will use these riots to declare marshal law and postpone, or cancel the election. If Trump attempts to hold rallies they will be targeted by MLM/Antifa together with FBI/CIA operatives to produce J6 type situations, and Trumps supports will be blamed and arrested. It is ironic that I worked for a corporation based in Minneapolis in the late 70’s, and took several trips to the “twin cities”, Minneapolis and St. Paul, which are obviously separated by the Mississippi River. IMESHO, at that time, the people in Minneapolis went out of their way to emphasis the “cultural differences” between the two cities. I wonder if the residents still feel that same way. Anyone from Minneapolis/St. Paul on this thread?
I used to go to Minneapolis in the 80’s. It was such a beautiful clean and safe city. Coming from NJ, I was really impressed. It is horrible to see what has happened there. The blame also lies with the Somali invasion of Minneapolis. This is similar to the Somali invasion of Portland Maine and Lewiston Maine. Now Maine is the top attraction for African illegal aliens to our detriment.

I didn’t learn anything new other than hearing those police officers and family members give their side of the story, but hopefully this excellent documentary gets out there and wakes some people up. I watched the city burn (I actually watched all of those livestreamers they clipped for the documentary live) and then the trial live and most of this stuff was out on the net in real time during and following it. Hearing the interviews with those ex-cops and family members brought up a lot of old feelings…none of them good. I hope they know they aren’t alone and the vast majority of this country stand with them and know the whole ordeal was a sham.
It’s really a tough watch for someone who took it seriously then and saw it as indicative of what was to come IE Rittenhouse and the Jan6 trials – and now the Donald Trump show trials. Our justice system has been infiltrated by Constitution hating corrupted sycophants. Disgusting.
The truth is the only thing worth telling, and it doesn’t even need to be told very often. People can feel it when they are hearing the truth and if we all try to stay on the side of the truth, the liars don’t get away with their lies anymore. This is why I like this site. Many of the people who comment here try to stick to thew truths they know and are always willing to read the comments of people who are not lying to them. In politics, only the truth can let us live as free people. I recommend that we all pay attention to whether our candidates for office are telling us the truth or are standing by a narrative that only liars can preach. It is easy to know, because God gave us the ability to see the truth when it is presented to us, and to know when we are being fed an untruthful narrative. We should follow our own abilities and live our lives on the side of the truths that we know. If we do, our Government will someday become our own again. And our progeny will inherit a better Country whether the monied interests like it or not.

Labor Unions are always subject to a lie that tells them they can benefit more by the force of their collective bargaining, which always results in a never ending spiral of inflation that supplies more taxes paid to Government. How can our Government resist such a windfall every time a Union wins a pay raise or a benefit that pushes the cost of production and prices and taxes even higher.

When initially posted here, I did not have the time to watch the whole video. Just finished watching all of it. I’m not a lawyer, but as reasonable human being, I see so many arguments for a new trial that I lost count. Simply put, those Minneapolis police officers were railroaded! I guess the leftists including Gov. Walz, AG Ellison, Mayor SoyBoy, Judge Cahill, the Chief of Police and the media (I’m sure I’ve missed some people and entities) put their leftist views ahead of common sense and conscience. Penalties for each of them should be harsh since they blocked the truth and nothing but the truth from the court proceedings. I sure am glad I don’t live anywhere near Minneapolis.
