The judge(s) in this case are going to strip Trump of as many defenses as possible and coordinate with the DOJ to take down Trump as fast as possible, IMO. That’s the real conspiracy here.
Due process be damned, this is about getting a conviction at all cost. The presiding judge in this case is Hunter Biden’s former professional colleague and possibly former business partner (if she worked on the Burisma matter while Hunter was at the same law firm, TBD). Let that sink in.

Here’s the problem, and I’m just going to say it plainly: Mike Pence is worse than a scoundrel, and I believe worse than a traitor. I believe Pence conspired with others, and throughout the term of PDJT, he was one of several “inside people” whose job it was to undercut Trump at every turn. We already know he was part of the ouster of Flynn, we already know he was in on the COVID coup, and frankly, it’s just a matter of proving it. I listen to Levin most evenings because he tends to talk about the things in a semi-establishment frame. As I’ve said before, I think he lives on the fringes of the Swamp, doesn’t think he’s part of it, but gets played by swampsters often. This evening, as with the last two, he’s been afire. He made some remarks about Pence tonight that were rather…terse… compared to his somewhat friendly view of Pence in the past. When I say terse, I mean he actually said that Pence has a “darker soul” than he knew. I think Levin, who has gotten sucked into a lot of swamp activity in the past, has really had his eyes opened. It may be dawning on him that he’s been used by a number of people. It’s really starting to sting, I think, and if my perceptions are correct, he may be undergoing something of an awakening. Whether it’s enough to matter, who knows, but I know he felt completely burned by Bolton, and now Barr too, and his remarks about Pence and a few others this week suggest to me that maybe he’s finally catching on. Honestly, I think he’s a bookworm most of the time, and I think things he should notice get by him, but then again, things get by me too. If he ever figures out how badly he’s been misled on Ukraine, I think that will tear it for him. The problem is, he likes DeSantis, much like he liked Cruz in ’16, but he’s also friendly with PDJT. He can see how PDJT is being railroaded from end-to-end, but some of the things he said tonight suggest to me that he’s starting to figure out that this is about WAY more than just another election, and just typical politics, and he didn’t say it directly, but he got close to the truth: There is no way back for this republic if Trump is permitted to go down. He also suggested a “novel legal theory” of his own: If Trump is to be re-elected, he said he should immediately pardon himself for all federal crimes, but also for any state/local ones on the basis of the “Supremacy Clause” and he said, yeah, that might not fly, but he’d damned-well make those jurisdictions fight over it in court…

If there had been even 1 forensic audit I would not be so furious about the 2020 election. The Arizona audit should have been halted immediately when the boxes were found to have their seal’s broken. No chain of custody so no possibility of an audit.
You know what makes me more furious? The average voter has no idea what “chain of custody” means, or what you mean by “broken seals.”
No, really, sometimes, you just have to embrace the suck. I discovered this recently chatting with some neighbors, they were in disbelief over something that happened locally, and they rolled their eyes over elections, and I mentioned something about “chain of custody” with ballots, and they suddenly got that confused look… You know the one. And these are good, decent, salt-of-the-Earth folks, really nice people, NOT dumb, but I guess I’ll excuse them, busy with a bunch of teenaged kids, etc, but yeah, no clue. Had to explain it. Then it made sense. Once they understood, they were even MORE incredulous with respect to certain things. I imagine why that number, now reported around 68-70%, is slowly creeping up. Which is one more reason why we should never fail to appreciate the value of facetime with real people, our friends, neighbors, families, parishioners, the guy in the check-out line, the fellows shooting the bull in the feed store, or the people yacking back and forth friendly at the gas pumps. Never miss an opportunity to advance and educate. It’s a war of miles and years, but it will come down to seconds, inches, and individual vote[r]s and ballots.

The findings included missing files, 34K Duplicate ballots putting 17K as invalid ballots, 27K ballots from moved voters prior to election, envelopes without matching signatures, tampering of records, appoved ballots when they shouldnt have been approved due to scan falure, double voting by individuals, ghost voters without proper addresses, dead voters, voter registration laws not followed, backdating of voter registrations, ballot images corrupted or missing, a missing and wiped database of voter data, votes cast without approval or knowledge of the voter, software path protocals not followed, video interview testimony of the citizen auditers that saw ballots that looked like they were printed with perfectly circled votes and abnormal repeated count patterns.
