Ugh, it’s the Mrs. Hannity show; unfortunately, it’s the venue for President Trump’s attorney John Lauro to outline the defense perspective. If you can get beyond the pontificating of Ingraham, the interview is good to see the legal context and reference points of Mr. Lauro. WATCH:

I get the feeling Trump picks his attorneys based on their appearance and TV performances. They never strike me as impressive legal figures. Trump should give Robert Barnes a shot at one of these cases.
I always get a kick out of people thinking they know better than the man himself, telling us what he should do when he stands effectively undefeated against everything the DS has thrown at him so far.
Like telling Michael Jordan how to play basketball.
LOL
thank you
President Trump has a team of attorneys and they probably make that decision
Well how have his lawyers done well for him since the steal. Not one fargin win on any court case
Listened to a great interview last week with Alan Deushewitz (sp). Told of the liberal Project 65. It is a liberal group of attorneys that try to file any and all suits against Trump lawyers. They threaten to get the disbarred if they work for Trump. Notice in one of the last indictments, 3 Trump lawyers were also indicted. That means they have to pay for legal help, at a minimum. Alan Deushewitz said he would like to work for Trump (AD is a lifelong Dem) but he doesn’t want the threat of being disbarred. I wish Sundance would do a column on Project 65. And don’t forget, if they work for Trump they are subject to having their phones tapped, all emails reviewed no telling how many years back. The DOJ doesn’t have to pay for legal help– we the taxpayers are paying for them.
A small point, but is your spelling of Alan Deushewitz a typo or a Freudian slip?
I thought he was remarkable in the impeachment trial BTW, but a true civil libraterian wouldn’t worry about disbarment when in defense of the constitution.
I’m pretty sure that’s how Epstien spelled it,when Alan would visit. 😉😁
As El Rushbo taught us “the punishment is the process”.
Loss of all assets, loss of family, loss of friends, loss of spirit and initiative, loss of self-respect and admission of any and all accusations screamed in your face IS THE TACTIC OF COMMUNISTS. If the shoe fits ….
Right– that’s the name if it: Project 65. I heard that podcast too.
I’m not sure I trust AD. He’s been involved with the Epstein gang..accused of the same thing Prince Andrew was…he managed to get off I think..but he has big secrets…
Coward
He let’s the Left win!
There were many court filings/lawsuits filed by people independent of President Trump’s. Virtually none of the lawyers were successful.
However, I certainly agree that Rudy Guliani was a very poor choice. Robert Barnes would have been the best choice.
Which judge took the case, so his attorneys could make the argument?
Is your argument that none of this is corrupt and that it’s the incompetence of Trump’s team?
Naive.
The media LIES about the 60 court cases that were rejected….
“There were 3… he won 2 & lost 1,
57 were NEVER heard because they had no standing.
Standing means the person bringing the case has to claim some kind of impact or injury
And standing was removed by the J6 Emergency Session when floor motions were denied by PelosiGalore.
Are we pretending today that PDJT(or any one in his sphere) has received equal justice up to this point?
Surely you jest.
Agreed.
Lawfare is also threatening most law firm lawyers not to help Trump, which is, IMO, criminal itself.
Dershowitz relayed that info, and he would know, and he also cited the specific organization threatenimg lawyers with effectively career destruction if they represent Trump in any of these matters.
Asking because I don’t know. But is a RICO case only criminal? or can it be civil?
Also can it be brought by private parties or only by the state?
To me it would seem that any organization threatening retribution , such as this “Project 65” would be a criminal action.
Full Disclosure: I’m not a lawyer, have never slept with one, and don’t trust most information I find on line without significant corroboration.
Not sure. Not a lawyer but I believe a RICO case can be both criminal and civil depending on the crime.
Guiliani pretty much wrote the RICO law and used it to destroy the mafia in NY, back in the 80s.
Actually, you can sue people civilly even for murder (e.g., OJ) and even if they were found “not guilty” criminally. That’s also what that crazy leftist woman did to Trump.
Her accusation that Trump raped her in the ’90s (with no evidence) was a civil case, not criminal, b/c the statute of limitations had expired. He was found guilty of assault in a NY court w/a leftist judge and jury.
That case is on appeal.
The crazy accuser lady couldn’t even give the YEAR of the alleged rape and said it occurred in the lady’s dressing room at Bergdorf Goodman department store, which is an insane accusation.
In the 90s, Trump was already famous. He wouldn’t have even gotten far in the door at BG b4 being bombarded by people asking for his autograph.
That was the part that really got to me. In the 1990’s Donald J. Trump, wandering around the ladies dressing room (without his usual bodyguards, fans etc.) Was unbelievable 😳
OMG!
Friday fun, a small distraction from the dire situation that our country is in. . .
Reference to Michael Jordan in the post above just gave me a Cheech & Chong flash-back to their huge hit “Basketball Jones”!
There is an interesting background story to the making and production of this song which many may not know about, which is written about here –
https://www.latimes.com/archives/la-xpm-2007-mar-12-sp-crowe12-story.html#:~:text=“Everyone%20cracked%20up%20and%20then,Tom%20Scott%20and%20Nicky%20Hopkins.
Snip –
“Perhaps by happy coincidence — though Marin notes, “Nothing is happenstance with Adler” — a “super session” was being recorded in the studio next to where Cheech & Chong were recording. A demo was played for the more serious musicians and an all-star backing band for “Basketball Jones” was hastily recruited.
“Adler knew all the guys so he just went over and played them the track,” Marin says. “Everyone cracked up and then they played on it.”
The song’s guitar intro was played by George Harrison, and among the many other well-known musicians credited were Carole King, Billy Preston, Tom Scott and Nicky Hopkins. The backup singers, billed as cheerleaders, were Darlene Love and, from The Mamas and The Papas, Michelle Phillips.
Still, the song was a surprise hit.”
CRANK IT UP, and best listening to with ear buds / headphones!
Beyond the silliness of the hysterical lyrics and story line, George Harrison is laying down some serious riffs and the rest of the musicians and singers are all pulling strong!
Good stuff!
HAPPY FRIDAY!!
MAGA!!!!
Haven’t heard that since I was a kid, parents albums, that one with Sargent Studanko along with Big Bamboo and Sister Mary Elephant.Class ?….Class?…..Cla….WAKE UP! Thank you 😹😹
“Young man… now give me that knife. Thank you.”
LOL
Haven’t heard that in decades, and didn’t know the history.
Thanks!
Well said. Also, Trump lawyers aren’t going to get into much detail on TV. It’s just a moment to push the overriding bullet points.
Thank you
I would love to see Barnes represent him also. As to those he picks, it doesn’t seem like we can in any way critique their legal ability based on their tv performances and I don’t think President Trump could/would do that. First, when have you ever seen this man or his co-counsel on tv? Never. Neither has President Trump. The many lawyers he’d had for all the different circumstances he’d needed representation,…well, he’s still standing. They did their jobs, but no lawyer no matter how skilled they are can overcomes a crooked judge like this one.
I hope you caught Barnes rant this week on advocating for the dissolution of DC and applicable courts. I absolutely agree Barnes would be great. He has even said (when asked) he would represent him. I can’t fathom why he isn’t chosen. Possibly his bulldog style puts off some. I think that’s what he needs, but regardless of my thoughts, his lawyers have thus far kept him still standing against all they have thrown at him. A lot goes in to choosing counsel for each situation, jurisdiction and the success of their practice in related cases.
Barnes said he’s consulted before, iirc.
FBI targeted one of his lawyers, Evan Corcoran(NARA/Raid).
“Obliterating civil liberties and empowering the National Security State in the name of taking down Trump — the neverending story…
“The decision to abolish attorney-client privilege was made in March at a secret court hearing using secret court filings.
“Must’ve been to protect “national security,” as usual…”
https://threadreaderapp.com/thread/1668430834116771840.html
Yes. It’s been a while, but he has consulted previously. Didn’t know one of his lawyers got targeted. They probably don’t dare directly target Barnes. He’s a bulldog. I think he’d take great pleasure in butting heads with a prosecutor.
Perry Mason’s dead. not exactly sure what you’re looking for, but they’ve kept Trump out of jail. do you know a better lawyer than that hiding somewhere? That was really kind of a stupid comment considering all his lawyers come under attack from the communist Democrats.
Jail? They cannot imprison President Trump. There are no grounds.
Surely you jest.
Unconvinced?
Talk to the J6 defendants.
Crackpot… according to Peak Pence.
Everything Koch Turns To Crack
https://rumble.com/v3465m6-mike-pence-calls-trumps-lawyers-crackpots.html
Pence’s ugliness is really showing.
Judas is starting to realize just how much and how many people despise him. Once people figure out what a lying POS you are, you take that bitterness and project it at others.
Mr. Pious Christian has shown his true colors, and he can’t put the cloak back in and hide.
Cornered rats get mean. Pence is now an exposed dirty rat.
mike pence would make a great catholic priest at the boys skool.
Agree Hokkoda. Hoping the fact that they quietly changed the law about the VP having the authority to send questionable state certifications back to the states gets exposed. Or, as Pence/propagandists like to call it “overturn an election”.
Why the need to quietly change it if Pence never had that authority? (Rhetorical question)
This distinction would have come out during J6 objection debate so it is yet another casualty of the J6 deep state corruption design.
He’s sounding more like Larry Hogan every day.
Yes… and I keep wondering why PDJT still defends Pence, says he is of good character, felt bad for him when he was boo’d at the recent R forum where all/most R candidates gave 10 minute speeches.
🤷♀️
The ugliness always there – remember that he got General Flynn fired.
It’s just that now he has stopped pretending that he was the insurance policy the FBI traitors were referring to in their text messages.
he has many attorneys
the better looking ones probably go on television LOL
Cue Alina Habba. 🦊👀
There are political show trials. I’m sure President Trump has real lawyers for any real trials that may arise.
“I get the feeling Trump picks his attorneys based on their appearance and TV performances.”
There’s nothing wrong with that.
President Trump’s attorney John Lauro used plain simple language to explain the prosecution of trump that everybody can understand.
There was no drama.
Lauro was calm, our Constitution explained,
Bill Barr is ignorant,
expected time timeline of the trial and more.
Attorney John Lauro looks good, he’s a good communicator.
I get the feeling DEMOCRATS pick leaders based on their appearance and TV performances, too.
Bill Barr is … sad and confusing in that he was so strict re: the law and NOT interfering in the 2020 election, effectively protecting Biden, and covering-up Joe’s and Hunter’s crimes, certainly re: Burisma… but China too.
Now, Barr is extreme in advocating FOR election interference but this time it harms Trump.
I cannot make sense of Barr. He’s retired now. He really should keep his mouth shut yet he’s constantly being interviewed, and on CNN, no less.
Also, LOGICALLY, there really was no “conspiracy to commit fraud” by PDJT so its strange he would make such an overt legal, constitutional mistake. Of course, it’s not a mistake. He does know he’s lying.
Apparently, Smith produced 15 pages of evidence to show Trump was lying, that he knew he lost. The problem is Trump could produce 1000 pages of evidence to show THAT the election was stolen, WHY, and THAT Trump believed the election was stolen.
And even IF Trump was lying, that is still not a crime. If it were, most members of Congress would be in prison.
Oh… and I listened to Guiliani discuss the indictment last night.
He said Smith LIED about him too. Smith omitted the entire context of something he said to make it appear G was advocating violence on J6.
Smith did the same re: Trump. He omitted the part of Trump’s J6 speech in which he said go “peacefully and patriotically to the Capital.”
Dershowitz said SMITH could be indicted himself for lying in a court pleading. He said he won’t be but he could legitimately be.
So now… Smith did the same re: Guiluani too.
And G showed and read a judges ruling re: the SAME language Smith repeated in this indictment. The judge threw it out as protected 1st amendment speech in 2022.
Bill Barr was never to be trusted. The Rodney King riots showed us all his character and what to expect from him. He’s a protect the agency guy, Americans be d*mned.
he was also ghw bush’s south American drug runner in the state dept.
William Barr found he could do nothing as Attorney General because Obama had loaded DOJ with Leftist attorneys at all levels. Trump was slow in filling sub-cabinet deputy positions to his peril. Barr effectively admitted that DOJ had a life of its own and he was powerless to cause DOJ to prosecute the rioters of 2020 across America. Jeff Sessions found the same thing though he was handcuffed by recusing himself from involvement in uncovering the RussiaGate hoax. DOJ has been ideologically and politically compromised after eight years of Obama. Garland has been the successor to the ideologue Eric Holder. Barr seems to be aligned with the globalist Establishment Wing of the GOP which opposes everything Trump stands for.
Yes, true… but that still doesn’t explain Barr’s disingenuous book and his legal attacks against Trump now (re: 2 of the indictments).
Barr knows there was no conspiracy or fraud… but there clearly was re: the Russia hoax.
The 7th floor of FBI and DOJ and CIA and DOS + members of congress… did blatantly conspire with Hillary re: the Steele Dossier, Misfed/
Popodopolous and abuse of FISA.
Arguably, what was done to the sitting POTUS, Trump, was sedition… and Barr knows it.
Did you see Mark Levine on Fox and Friends go on that rant about Barr and this indictment, I saw it on a different site because I dont watch Fox and Im also not a big fan of Levine but it was epic, I think you can see it at this link, he called out Pence too
https://www.westernjournal.com/watch-mark-levin-shreds-crap-indictment-weasel-pence-epic-rant/
Bravo!…
No… but I’ll watch it. Thanks.
I once did but no longer listen to him because he hurts my ears.
If he uses his indoor voice I may retry listening.
yes, levine helped make sure that obama was never investigated also, he helped put this gov. on the track its on, wouldnt trust him in an out house with a muzzle on.
at 3:42 on the video, Levin suddenly segues into an impression of Bill Barr: wimpy voice, ‘sage’ head tilt. Worth watching LOL
His denying election fraud in 2020 was the election interference.
His covering up of the laptop in 202 was the election interference.
His allowing PDJT to get impeached when he knew he was right about the Bidens was the election interference.
He interfered in 2020 by not doing his job and instead passively working for the defeat of PDJT.
Yes, all true… and blatant… which sometimes makes me think there are more people secretly on the “Trump team to save America” than we know or see.
What Barr said on CNN is basically ludicrous. Didn’t he READ the indictment… lol. Smith LIED in the indictment about what Trump actually said on J6. Barr knows what Trump said. We all do. It’s on film.
Then, Smith also lied about what Guiluani said in the indictment … AND… Guiliani has a 2022 Judge ruling tossing out the exact same phrase Smith repeated in this later 2023 indictment.
Barr is very smart… but what he is saying is nonsensical. I dont get it bc its so blatantly dumb. After all, there is ALREADY a court ruling re: this exact language that says it’s protected 1st amendment speech.
You don’t have to be a lawyer to understand this.
I feel like I’m losing my mind. There is so much in our country that is right out if the “absurdist theater.”
Speaking of “Absurdist Theater” Look for the meme doing a side by side of Bill Barr and Elton John both with similar glasses on. Should give you and everyone a good giggle.😁
Also, his refusing to go after BLM was also election interference.
His allowing Jeffrey Epstein to be murdered was too.
Sundance was on to him – he’s the deep state fixer.
Yep, all true… and blatant.
The way Barr keep talking I wonder if he isn’t looking for a bullet?
when you wake up and realize that barr murdered epstien its much easier to know what he truly is.
Exactly. It’s important that they are good at making the case on tv.
Hey, no EYE BLEACH warning?!? / 🤣
Maybe, but also keep in mind that part of the Lawfare strategy is to deny Trump legal counsel by targeting lawyers who want to help him. In some cases, they’re charging the lawyers. In other instances, the tell the lawyers and law firms they’ll lose all their business if they represent Trump.
A LOT of the Lawfare strategy involves taking away the ability of people to defend themselves.
That’s why they lied to Mike Flynn, withheld exculpatory evidence, etc. once you run out of money, they have you.
Yep. That’s another problem re: Barr.
Barr did, ultimately, force the leftist Mueller SC team to give that exculpatory evidence, proving Flynn’s innocence, to him and his lawyer… but it was a CRIME for govt lawyers to hide that evidence and then threaten an innocent person (Flynn)– they knew was innocent– to confess to a crime the govt LAWYERS knew he did not commit.
That’s a BLATANT, deliberate abuse of power by govt lawyers… that deserved punishment but Barr did not punish any of these lawyers, to my knowledge. Why not? Barr should be surprised with that question in a public interview.
But he won’t get asked why nobody was punished.
They weren’t punished because doing so is an admission of criminal wrongdoing and the Government Party – of which Bill Barr is a card carrying member – can’t commit crimes. It’s axiomatic: they are infallible. And when they get caught the answer is always “The Department declines to prosecute…”
In a just society, Bill Barr is arrested for corruption, and thrown in prison.
I believe President Trump picks good counsel although I’d love to see Michael van der Veen get a shot at Smith Scum et al.
Van der Veen gave the closing statement in the 2nd Fraudulent impeachment and blew the Dems out of the water with good ole fashioned truth……and they hated him for it. So what did they do next? They got their low I.Q. mob together and vandalized his home because that’s what they do when they lose. DESTROY, DESTROY, DESTROY! And they will keep destroying until they themselves are destroyed.
As a New Yorker I’ve loved Trump since childhood however Trump is notoriously, obviously and irredeemable incompetent at hiring subordinates. It’s his main weakness and major blind spot for MAGA. If Trump gets reelected his survival will require EXTREMELY good hiring decisions for his cabinet. The pressure to rehire all the old swamp rats Kushner(Ivanka), Barr, McCarthy etc will be enormous.
You Monday Morning Quarterbacks wear me out. All the people who have never accomplished anything in their lives, don’t have any skin in the game, don’t have their liberty on the line are always experts at what others should do.
Just look at the NEW NAMES of posters that are populating this comment section. They are hear to criticize PDJT in any fashion that they can. Monday Morning Quarterbacking at its best.
Now, when I try to read the comments, I look at the names of the posters and if it is a bunch of new names then I know that they are here to do the function of the Drive-By-Media as Rush used to say. Spray their bullets, commit their harm, and then leave.
So, I avoid the comment sections that contain the same “Trump is horrible at…”, “Trump needs to…”, and the usual. Then they just become an echo chamber for themselves.
Dante, some are paid infiltrators. Every damn site has them now- people with such little self respect, self-esteem, and full pompous BS.m, spend their days writing mean things on the internet. Pathetic.
Not necessarily.
Most of us are frustrated. We daily witness blatant unfairness and injustice and insanity by our govt, our society, our planet. Its distressing and exhausting.
And, new names are hopefully and mostly probably a good thing– more Americans seeking out information from New sources, recommended to them… re: what’s really going on in our country bc they have realized, finally, that the MSM is lying to us pretty much constantly and about pretty much everything.
And, yes, there will be some who are here to promote DeSantis (or others) OR clever Dems/Rinos just interested in carefully attacking Trump. IMO, that’s OK. It helps us to hone our skills at defending PDJT and Truth, justice, fairness, Constitutional rights, sane and logical thought, ideas, policies, etc.
You may be correct, but look at the percentage of people who were trying to undermine him. He had to take recommendations, because he wasn’t a Washingtonian, and so many positions had to be confirmed by the Senate. And he was going up against the establishment and Deep State, so practically ALL of Washington was against him and was trying to undermine him every step of the way. He had just a handful of true allies.
So in selecting his cabinet and staff, he was up against very difficult circumstances. As far as I can tell, he’s only the second president who has ever really gone up against the Deep State. The first was JFK, and he met the ultimate resistance; death.
With all due respect, it seems to me that harsh critics of Trump’s personnel selections don’t quite appreciate what he was up against.
Washington is a den of snakes.
True… (sigh).
The Republican Party is 90% garbage, and the Republican Party is what Trump (and any Republican President) is stuck picking people from.
as an example, who besides Kari Lake came out in defense of President Trump yesterday?
Anyone in the house or senate?
Byron Donalds.
“As a New Yorker I’ve loved Trump since childhood”
No, you never did.
You got the Treehouse beat for the day, to agitate, and bore us with some amateurish inane posts.
That’s not fair… saying he never loved Trump.
What Horace is saying now is what many real Trump supporters have said in the past…. I’ve said it too… in frustration… bc we are shocked by so MANY Republican traitors.
I am still shocked by it. HOW can so many Americans betray their country?! For what- money? Most of these traitors are OLD, soon to meet their maker. Have they no fear of Divine justice? Ya can’t take it with you. Does NO ONE care about their … eternal salvation? It blows my mind.
There is something interesting going on here. Seeds of doubt, a little can’t and this will not happen, and all of a sudden the whole sky is falling in on President Trump. Time to send in the best lawyer on the internet.
I will choice to not worry and send my requests to the only one that can fix this problem ~ Jesus Christ the King. His battle is for the Kingdom of Heaven.
Our Father in heaven,
hallowed be your name.
Your kingdom come,
your will be done,
on earth as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread,
and forgive us our debts,
as we also have forgiven our debtors.
And lead us not into temptation,
but deliver us from the evil one.
In Jesus name ~ amen
I think “one” should be plural.
💯💯💯
there are many high profile, competent lawyers that are not willing to risk their careers, to represent DJT. Ask Alan Dershowitz
You think John Lauro was picked because of his appearance and TV performance? LOL the guy is only slightly more charismatic than Marcia Clark.
Pretty, pretty sure how ”Trump’s attorneys strikes YOU” is NOT very high on anyone’s list of important factors when choosing an attorney to defend The Greatest President in our lifetime.
But that’s just me.
Appearances and TV performances?
Please, just stop.
Laura may bloviate in her interviews, but she did not here; she did not interrupt, and she asked cogent questions. Laura Ingraham is far sharper than Hannity; she is a lawyer herself, and clerked for a Supreme Court Justice (can’t remember which).
Attorney Lauro’s answers were terrific, and right to the point. Looks like a great addition to the Trump team.
She clerked for Clarence Thomas
no matter, she has proven herself to be a “tool”
Plus her BFFs and she are in the DC DOJ cocktail circuit …
She used to date Lindsey Graham
Hmm……
She has …was a beard????
Yep,……has the virtue signaling,Globalist badge of honor, adopted muti ethnic children.
Really – slight correction – qualifying quotes around word “date” . Another “beard “. I remember way back in the day , Kelly Conway ( forget her maiden name ) did also when she was just starting out and he was getting noticed as the Congressman “breakout star” for his Clinton impeachment performance and became Senator later on .. Still remember the “planted “ stories in old “Page Six” of NY Post of them “being noticed” as a hot DC couple… She was performing a role for the Gope -those were the “we were so naive days” for sure…
Man,…I thought she was just a beard for her creeper husband.
You know anything is possible – surprised when she married that Toad, but she wanted a family I guess – And in her circle ( GoPe) , I guess, pretty small available marriageable pool/ prospects – alot who want something on the side but already married to back home person.
But she has been rewarded otherwise for her loyalty to “the Firm” , – But who knows … But if you see her on a date with Senator Tim Scott …..Then she has been called back to action so to speak …
Kellyanne was engaged to Miss Lindsey, from what I understand.
She was Lindsey’s beard, if true. He’s queerer than Barack Obama on a $3 bill.
First things first, let’s get Donald Trump elected. We can all enjoy his revenge later because it is his as well as ours. We all spent enough time delving into this and know the truth. It is overcoming the problems ahead. No problem is to big, it is how you solve it.
Never Back Off
The retribution will continue until orange is established.

Another good interview with this attorney is with Greg Kelly on Newsmax last night. I hope someone posts that one. Interestingly, Greg brought up Bill Barr, and it was great to hear this attorney comment on him.
This guy is ready to fight. I like that.
Kristina Bobb: ‘Donald Trump Will Prevail’ 4 Charges Poorly Plead Against Trump
By Bannons War Room
3 Aug 2023
https://rumble.com/v34hlg7-kristina-bobb-donald-trump-will-prevail-4-charges-poorly-plead-against-trum.html
So did Bob McDonnell. But the point of the fake corruption charges against him was to help the Democrats win in VA. SCOTUS rules 9-0 to overturn the conviction…long after the Democrats achieved their goal.
And so did Tom Delay. 10 years after his conviction.
The goal is to disqualify Trump. If 10 years later he prevails and it gets overturned, who cares? President Newsome will be well into his third term as President by then.
I was here in Virginia when Smith went after McDonnell, a very popular Governor and good guy. As Governor he attended Mass one Sunday at our church near the State Capitol. He couldn’t have been more genuinely nice.
Anyway, I agree the regime does not give a hoot about overturning convictions in 5 or 10 years and they are using same strategy to never allow President Trump or his kind to rise again, but McDonnell did not have the resources or 75 million supporters to fight against the onslaught. And he was definitely not a pitbull like Pres Trump, not to mention McDonnell’s spouse problem.
So we shall see.
Thats why their strategy has them flummoxed and in a panic. Under the Standard Rules of DC Politics Handbook, pgs 575-602, politicians who get indicted are supposed to resign. Trump has not only not resigned, he is gaining supporters.
Make the other side live up to their rules. In this case, face down the fake indictment and make them release their “evidence” against you.
This latest indictment is so stupid I almost don’t have the words. First, I think they intentionally redacted the “protest peacefully and patriotically” statement Trump gave on 1/6. Next, they’re trying to claim that because Pence and Barr told him he lost, that he has no choice but to obey. That’s just pure lunacy. Btw, the same Pence and Barr who lied to Trump about Flynn and Hunter respectively.
“President Newsome will be well into his third term as President by then.”
I see what you did there.
I have a singular wit, it would seem.
The case that Trump engaged in “conspiracy” in the matter of “Alternate Electors” has been proven to be false. I’ve been seeking evidence that what Trump planned to do, as far as the “Alternate Electors” was concerned, was Open Source Information. If any plan is readily knowable by the general public, it is not a secret. If it is not a secret, held by two or more people as part of a plan to violate one or more laws, it cannot be a conspiracy.
Collins Dictionary Definition of “conspiracy”:
1. a secret plan or agreement to carry out an illegal or harmful act, esp with political motivation; plot
2. the act of making such plans in secret
There is evidence that, as early as December 15, 2020, the Mainstream Media knew, and reported about, slates of Trump Electors trying to cast their votes. In the pamphlet I by Norm Eisen and other Democrat activists wrote for “The Voter Protection Program” of States United Democracy Center, the New York Times produced this article which was used as a footnote in Mr. Eisen’s pamphlet:
27 Nick Corasaniti & Jim Rutenberg, No, there aren’t ‘alternate electors’ who can vote for President Trump, N.Y. TIMES (December 15, 2020).
So, the centerpiece of the conspiracy prosecution of Jack Smith is dealt a major blow, since something this known to the public cannot be considered a “Conspiracy.” In addition, the RINO Republicans in Congress began disavowing the supposedly “secret” plan (conspiracy) of Trump and his staffers and attorneys involved in the “conspiracy” in public declarations they will vote for the Biden electors on January 6, 2021.
The following footnote from the Eisen digital PDF pamphlet shows how moderate/liberal Republicans vowed to vote only for Biden electors:
11 See Joint Statement from Senators Manchin, Collins, Warner, Cassidy, Shaheen, Murkowski, King, Romney, Hassan, and Durbin (Jan. 3, 2021) (link); Romney Statement On Certification of Presidential Election Results (Jan. 3, 2021) (link); Toomey Statement Regarding the Certification of the Presidential Election Results (Jan. 2, 2021) (link); Murkowski: I will vote to affirm the 2020 election (Jan. 2, 2021) (link); What Happens on January 6th (Ben Sasse, Dec. 30, 2020)
The Ben Sasse statement dates back to December while the others are in early January. The “secret plot” of the “Fake Electors” was well known before January 6, 2021. POLITICO sheds even more light about how visible and well known in political circles, Trump’s plan for “Alternate Electors” was known as of December 2020:
https://www.politico.com/news/2020/12/30/electoral-college-biden-trump-452081
“On Dec. 14, when electors gathered across the country to cast their formal votes for president, Trump’s electors in several states won by Biden — including Arizona, Pennsylvania, Georgia, Michigan, Wisconsin and Nevada — held informal gatherings to attempt to cast their votes as well.”
This is some “secret plot” when MSM discusses its chances of success openly.
All one has to do is go back to the Presidential election of 1960 and what happended in Hawaii regarding an alternate slate of electors.
I hope that Rep Matt Gaetz has AG Barr in for a talk with the Folks soon ….
Why? What good will that do?
So Bill gets a “strongly worded” talk rather than a “strongly worded” letter! Oh my!
AG Barr will simply lie, and he won’t be held accountable for lying; nobody is.

Pence’s notes?
In the beginning….
It was Pence noting
trash about General Michael Flynn
-oh, Russia
It was Pence noting
his arrival on J6 to Pelosi
-golden coin
-elbow bump
—————
Can’t wait to see his notes pertaining to Covid- Fauci and Scarflady
——————-🇺🇸
Wouldn’t it be something
if
President Trump has recordings of conversations
with Pence (and others). ?
✝️❤️🇺🇸
You mean the notes that Pence wrote last week?
Yeah,…the notes stuck to photos of young boys saying how handsome they are.🤷♂️
Gaetz is also working on Jack Smith coming in and talking to the Folks:

We shouldn’t jump the shark.
Focus on what needs to be done. We need to get Trump back in the White House turning this country around so that the people of this country are solidly behind him for the day of reckoning.
If Trump, and we, think revenge is going to win over independents and moderate Democrats, and keep moderate Republicans, we could blow this. People want sanity again. They want the boat to stop rocking violently from side to side. Then, once this boat is right and sailing forward, it will be time to address the mutiny, calmly and constitutionally.
As angry as I am (and I am angry), I want to be the party of common sense and TRUE justice. My kids need to see that, know what that means, not just lashing out from the people who are supposed to be the adults in the room.
You are correct, but it’s very hard to not lash out when they’re persecuting an innocent man.
All these prosecutions are straight out of 1984
In order for things to “get better,” you’d need the tools to make things “get better.” Even if Trump won the WH, do you really think his enemies are just going to give up? And there is not even a smidgen of honest brokers in government to use as tools.
You’re stuck. You either submit to corruption or you continue the fight, probably long into your grandchildren’s days. Pick one.
This is the burden that your generation was cursed with. What will future generations say about how you dealt with it?
I agree to a point, but people need to go to prison. Sedition and treason has taken place.
Well said ~ Evil only wants us to lash out.
Stand firm in prayer.

Please dear God let this be real!!!!
Just WOW : )
🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
Wow! Who is that woman? Does or did she work for Trump? She’s pretty knowlegable.
Eww
Be careful. A few minutes of online research reveals her opinions are flexible and her theory of our government as a corporation appears to be a misinterpretation of the statute in which the government establishes the District of Columbia. She appears to be a good interview and good for clicks. These kind of things get you on TV and are probably good for selling your wares but not worth the time spent listening to it or commenting about it.
Wow, and wow again. Very good description in a short period of time by a very smart person. I knew most of what she said, but she put the cherry on top of the cream for me. Bless her soul. That short 10 min clip could do max damage to this current marxist liavithen….Most other chirps on other sites are just that….chirps. This is the guts, folks.
You can tell Mrs Hannity did not want to do this interview.
Interjecting that 30-piece Pence took “contemporaneous notes,” BS!
Laura is about at the bottom rung now…hope she knows how to swim
Retired Magistrate here: Just the fact that the prosecution is asking for a speedy trial, which takes away time from the defense to prepare for the trial, is a strong basis for appeal right from the start.
It is the right of the defense to a speedy trial, if they so desire, not the prosecution.
Continue to pray for President Trump along with his legal team: for strength, courage, protection and wisdom.
Happy Jack pulled this same stunt in the Florida case.
All I can tell you is that I will vote for any Republican at the top of the ticket in 2024. With his ratings rising with every indictment, that will likely be our President Trump.
What gets me now is the blindness of our press despite the repeated outright dictatorial moves and statements by Dementia Joe.
Additionally, I don’t understand the renewed attack by the Bush-league RINO’s.
So essentially, you’d vote for the Pharisees who put Jesus to death on the cross just because they’re better than the Romans.
Good plan!
Really ? “blindness of our press”, “don’t understand….RINO’s”.
The press isn’t blind, they print what they are told to print. 95% of the media is owned by six multinational conglomerates. The Bushes will do what their globalist masters tell them to do.
If there is a Republican on the ballot that is not PDJT, then you will be voting for the establishment GOP and rewarding them for their coordination with the Democrats to crush MAGA.
I am sure that will work out just fine for you.
For me, there is only one person I will vote for to be my next President. President Trump.
The RNC and GOPe can kiss my butt. I’d rather a Democrat win than DeXXX or other globalist neocon shill.
Really?
Republicans make up half of my enemies.
President Trump should have at least as long to prepare a defense as the amount of time the DOJ took to prepare their case against him.
Interesting, but let us not forget that the occupant of the White House is obviously compromised, a foreign agent who is possibly being bribed to protect the interests of some hostile country against an honest US government.
Remember: this is a Soviet-style show trial. Yes, the facts are on our side, and we should state the facts clearly. But the judge is a Democrat plant and was picked precisely because she will follow orders. The goal is a fast trial before people wake up to the fraud.
Jack Smith and the Regime know that the Russia hoax collapsed and they weren’t able to use it to remove Trump because it took too long. By they time they got it going, we knew about the Clinton’s paying for the dossier and the Page/Stzok “insurance policy” texts. The case collapsed because the passage of time allowed the truth to escape.
Ukraine impeachment failed because a) it was patently stupid and b) it went on just long enough for the public to find out how hilariously stupid it was. Time is our ally, which is why Corrupt Jack Smith and the Lawfare team want to move fast. The judge will help them. They need Trump in prison.
Expect a lot of rulings from the corrupt judge to speed this up. Expect a lot if appeals to slow this down.
All of these cases quickly fall apart once you have time to think about them a little bit. For example, how can you illegally possess documents you’re not supposed to have when the Government boxes them up and gives them to you? How can the US Government accuse you of lying about a rigged election to the American people when US Government employees lied about Russia and Hunter in order to rig the election?
The longer this plays out, the longer Trump can use it to campaign on and the easier it is for the Public to understand.
It’s time for Trump to appeal directly to the Supreme Court – this being the “court of primary jurisdiction” in this matter – and to ask them to re-affirm what they have already decided in the past. “The President” is “The Executive Branch,” deriving his powers and privileges from Article 2. He has plenary powers and discretion that no one else on earth has. He cannot “commit a crime” by carrying out his Oath of Office as he sees fit.
All of these criminal indictments should be voided. There are already-decided SCOTUS decisions to that effect.
PDJT might want to hold his fire on this. Subpoena power is a great thing and he can bring in anyone he chooses and put them under oath during this Court case.
In this one aspect, Jack Smith gave President Trump a gift. Maybe very useful in further exposing the corrupt deep state.

Anybody else get the impression that the rules that applied to every other president in the past and probably will apply to every other president in the future, don’t apply to Trump. The constitutional protections that applied to every other person just don’t apply to Trump. It’s as if he is some kind of special person who is coated in Teflon that doesn’t allow any of the rights, privileged and immunities that apply to everyone else to stick to him. What in the heck is so darn special about Trump that deprives him of all these protections.
Because it’s Trump, that’s why, but that tells us nothing. It cannot just be self-evident. How did this idea get started that now seems self-evident? Just how did Trump become so darn special? How is it that so many educated and intelligent people buy into this, and why aren’t they outraged? Honestly, I’m starting to feel like I am the only sane person in a lunatic asylum. Maybe I’m the crazy one.
You’re not crazy. The people that believe this stuff have been brainwashed since knew kindergarten.
Sadly…any lawyer who decides to represent president Trump will be attacked from all sides and will have their law license threatened.
Welcome to Amerika!
Happened to tune in on a Mark Levin rant the other day at lunch just in time to see him do a perfect imitation of Bill Barr; had the wimpy voice down, and the ‘sage head leans,’ all of it. Great performance LOL
This latest indictment might be the most nonsensical one of all. In the performance of his Article 2 duty to “take care that the laws are faithfully executed,” the President is entitled to say whatever he wants to whomever he wants. Like a Member of Congress on the floor of his House, the President is immune. It is also perfectly obvious that no one could perform that duty if they feared being thrown in prison for hundreds of years because they made a decision or gave an order that someone else didn’t approve of. Presidency has its privileges – plenary powers and prerogatives that literally no one else has. This one person is(!) “The Executive Branch.”
“Election Fraud” is a Federal crime. He had a positive duty to address it, and complete discretion as to how he did so.
Forget all of this. Somewhat of a sideshow.
Does anyone in their right mind want Gavin Newsom/Joe Biden/Kamala Harris/Michelle Obama/Fill-in-the blank Uniparty choice as commander-in-chief when war with China finally breaks?
Why should I care about one tyrant thousands of miles away when I have thousands of tyrants one mile away?
Pithy!
I just hope the democrats feel the wrath of pain the British felt when the Declaration of Independence was adopted.
They think Trump is being put on trial here, but he’s not. America’s corruption is the one on trial. While many Americans will allow their biases to control their beliefs, everybody outside of America will not suffer from that same disease.
Not only do they want to see him removed from the ballot, they want to destroy him monetarily. He funds his own campaign I believe, other than grassroots donations. He has to divert funds from his campaign to fight all this BS. The lawyer turnover has been pretty great, but I still think Trump works on values and principles. Many of the lawsuits brought forward early on were not tossed on evidence, they were tossed for silly things like timing, wrong court for the argument…many frivolous things
.so many of the cases didn’t even get heard and the MSM gleefully reported it as a loss.
William Barr found he could do nothing as Attorney General because Obama had loaded DOJ with Leftist attorneys at all levels. Trump was slow in filling sub-cabinet deputy positions to his peril. Barr effectively admitted that DOJ had a life of its own and that he was powerless to cause DOJ to prosecute the rioters of the 2020 Mayhem Across America.
Then he should have stated that and resigned. Instead he joined the cabal. Or, in actuality, was part of the cabal. Why do you try to make excuses for his lying by omission which, by the way, was intentional.
I will not shop at Target. I will not drink Bud Light tranny fluid.
I will not watch Fox News.
Stop pushing Fox. Stop helping Fox. Stop linking Fox. At least CNN admit to being our enemy. Fox are more like Mike Pence. I will not hang out with Mike Pence.
Support the boycott or admit to being a Decepticon.
COBRA!
MAGA!
At this point, Jack Smith is going to indict President Trump because his 2020 re-election campaign was a conspiracy to influence the election.
The JOB DESCRIPTION for President of the US is to faithfully execute and uphold the laws passed by Congress – ESPECIALLY ELECTION LAW! Democrats have SUBVERTED ELECTION LAW with mail-in ballots, harvesting, no ID, subverting voter rolls, deficient electronic VOTING MACHINES, foreign interference, and any other ELECTION FRAUD that is evident. And there is a TON of EVIDENCE!

As I always say the 9/11 guys hit the wrong building it should have been the Capital building we would be rid of the old time scumbags on both sides…
I NEVER trust the motives behind any opinion host on The Murdoch network.
Especially Mr.& Mrs. Hannity.
Things would be so different now if the entire RNC were behind President Trump and his election fraud investigations and legal battles.
He’s seemingly one man against the world.
This is what is going to take guts to fight and we had better be ready to do it! Some truth be told right here!
The government is not concerned about a speedy trial for J6 defendants.
He won’t quit yet with 2-forked tongue “I have no plan to participate any further “BUT” (obviously) we’ll respect the law”
Pence floating testifying against President Trump, doubling down that President Trump was wrong trying to pressure him, yada yada.
Who’s ‘we’ and what ‘laws’ are Pence’s backup mountains?
I am watching the systematic destruction of my profession. I was raised by a man, a lawyer, who in his essential being believed in the law, believed in the rule of law, and believed in the truth of a lawyer’s defense of his client. He believed it such that at a tenuous time in the life of his soul he, when no one else would, took the defense of a cold hearted cop killer because he believed that men charged by the government were entitled to that defense. That man faced the death penalty and the weight of his life on my father was emotionally destructive, yet there he was and he was stalwart in the face of it. The defense of the guilty in fact is the essence of the difference between our Republic and tyranny. To even utter that the legal defense of anyone whether uncontrovertibly guilty or uncontrovertibly innocent possibly could subject the lawyer to a “grand jury” probe is perhaps the most disturbing utterance a lawyer could ever make. Yet this highly credentialed, pompous, arrogant cretin of a man has done so, while even with a chuckle. These people sicken me to my very core. I am glad my father is not here to see it, even while I would revel in his passion to fight it. For all of my childhood dysfunction, and it was mighty, I thank the Lord that I was raised by those two.
