If you are deep in the political research weeds about the weaponization of government, there is a letter from lawyers representing President Trump to the chair of the House Intel Committee that is very interesting [pdf available here].
The letter is written to HPSCI Chair Mike Turner and copied to the other seven members of the gang-of-eight in the Senate and House. The letter outlines the details of the documents that became the contested issue between the DOJ-National Security Division (‘NSD’, important distinction), specifically a DOJ-NSD official named Jay Bratt, and the attorney for President Trump, Mr. Evan Corcoran.
The letter is fascinating because it outlines how the process of moving documents from the White House was weaponized by a politically motivated National Archives and Records Administration (“NARA”), and the letter also gives fulsome context to the types of “classified materials” that have been insanely over emphasized by media.
[…] “Tim Parlatore and Jim Trusty, two of the undersigned counsel for President Trump, reviewed all 15 boxes at NARA earlier this year and based on that review, it is clear to us what happened. The boxes contain all manner of documents from the White House, are loosely grouped by date, and include newspapers, magazines, notes, letters, and daily schedules. Following its review of the materials, NARA inserted placeholder pages where it had removed documents with classification markings. That allowed Messrs. Parlatore and Trusty to discern what the documents were, as well as what other materials in the boxes were in the proximity of the marked documents when the White House staff packed them. The vast majority of the placeholder inserts refer to briefings for phone calls with foreign leaders that were located near the schedule for those calls.” (page 3, pdf link)
Additionally, get this part… despite the standard process that has been in place for the prior four administrations, the NARA refused to participate in the collection of any documents from the White House during the transition phase following the November 2020 election.
The NARA refused to assist in the collection of the Trump records for national archive holding and review, and then the NARA triggered a sequence of events that led to the DOJ using a reference from the NARA, to weaponize a process they refused to engage in. The NARA refused to do their specialized bureaucratic job, and then the NARA used what they defined as an incomplete job as a reason to refer the outcome to the DOJ. The details are quite interesting.
The letter details how the DOJ-NSD then weaponized the process, fought with the FBI investigative and supervisory agents who were saying Trump was doing nothing wrong, and then culminating in a documented lie to the Florida magistrate, in order to get a politically motivated search warrant.
The DOJ will not release the documents they used to convince the judge to obtain the warrant. Additionally, the DOJ will not release a list of the documents, or even describe the documents, they later claimed are classified. To this date, the Trump defense team is being told President Trump held classified documents, yet the DOJ will not describe to the lawyers who represent President Trump, what those classified documents are.
I strongly urge anyone interested to read the 10-page letter. It is a key part of the puzzle being explained and outlined.
Trump Classified docs response to hpsci
If, like me, you see the elements of the Washington DC corruption through a prism of bipartisan participation and purposefully blind willfulness; and if you overlay the entire mechanics of what we can document to be undeniably true about the scale and scope of the participating enterprises who operate within this corrupt system of government; and if you accept that multinational corporations, mega-financial conglomerates, and powerful interests in control of money are the true seats of power behind the DC Potemkin Village; then you can fully grasp how this specific part of the weaponized government against Donald Trump system fits into the bigger picture.
The depth of the DC corruption is stunning; yet so too is the intensity of the sunlight that is so easy to put upon it with simple truths.
This is not an 800lb gorilla sitting in the corner of the room that everyone pretends not to see.
This scale of corruption is more akin to a 30,000 lb blue whale laying on top of the house, fin and flippers hitting the ground and crushing the neighbors’ rose bushes, while the tail blocks the streets and the stench of it all permeates the air for a dozen miles…. Yet, the owners of the house keep inviting everyone to the cocktail parties, and the guests pretend not to notice anything.
It’s all just so damned weird.
What does the Constitution say when every US department and agency has been corrupted ? Mike Davis suggests the Red State DA’s and Attorney Generals go after people like Garland, Biden, et al.
It’s says there has been a successful coup…New rules apply~wwg1wga… IT’S UP TO WE THE PEOPLE to RESIST TYRANNY~
That’s all ~ When good men do NOTHING tyranny wins~and a new form of government…
Read my response to this and you’ll see the sad reason the tyrants are winning.
Damn, right to the point.
I like you!
Re-read the Declaration of Independence!! That’s what the Constitution says when every US department and agency has been corrupted.
It says the Congress really doesn’t have much authority to outsource their defined responsibilities, even though they do. They should just say no more money, closed down, out of business. It really is that easy but like the difference between applied and theoretical science, not so easy to reconcile. And, like you say, if our elected representatives at the federal level wont do anything, than the states should.
Especially difficult when half of congress supports the corruption and stands in the way of congressional oversight.
Only half? I think it’s closer to 90%.
Prior to the constitution being written, the Crowns government was considered to be tyrannical by a group of patriots. The tyranny of that government would be minimal to today’s tyranny. The patriots of that era were ready to risk their lives and fortunes to overthrow tyranny.
The majority of today’s “patriots” are not going to risk their lives and fortunes to overthrow tyranny. Instead, they’re keyboard warriors incessantly whining, posting memes, and pontificating about someone or a group that should have the responsibility save them from the tyranny.
Instead of effective actions, they cower in fear, justifying it with a myriad of excuses to allow letting their freedoms and rights continue to rot and fester.
On the other hand, the tyrants are hellbent and will not hesitate to use ANY methods because there’s nothing to fear from apathetic “patriots”.
I agree with what you say. It’s my belief that many of us want to take action against the tyranny, but it’s a big country and we have no idea how to mobilize together. I would gladly join an effort if there was someone to organize and lead it.
In addition, there is no place to run and hide if you fail. The Founders, at least, had that
Your comments are very valid. I’ve always felt that Republicans were better educated, enjoyed better incomes, and were willing to legally support the Constitution. Therefore they have more to lose, and more reasons to avoid confronting the legal process. IMESHO, when someone is at the bottom sector of society, what do they have to lose by failing to pay taxes, rioting, and attempting to subvert the law? Please tell me if that is not accurate.
Consequently, the Conservatives try to work within the framework of the law. This included requiring voting ID, ensuring accurate voting records, and avoiding methods that could be used to circumvent legal voting. Today, mere comments can be reported as “disinformation”, and subject someone to questionable actions that the Constitution was written to prevent. And, IMESHO, without a doubt, is a two tier, politically biased legal system, as reported by the media.
The question becomes how individuals that are well educated, have achieved moderate financial success, and wish to lead a comfortable hassle-free life can work to protect the beautiful Republic that we once had???
IMESHO, the biggest challenge facing the Conservatives is ballot harvesting, and implementing controls to prevent abuse of “mail-in” ballots. The other concern is ensuring that voting rolls are truly accurate and do not include invalid entries. There is not much time left to ensure election integrity for 2024.
Publish a contact we can cluster to and brainstorm a strategy; nobody’s going to succeed at anything good alone
Patriot and apathetic cannot be spoken with authenticity in the same sentence. Not one true Patriot knows what apathetic means, nor have any use for its’ implication. So, I would agree that the normy (observer, not participant)doesn’t care, unless there is instant gratification involved. Hanging on apron strings… And as true and real Patriots know, this is a war that demands 24/7 active attention~ To the apathetic I say, Get out of the way! mho
Agencies are not defined in the constitution. Lets start there.
they are also part of the executive branch to which only the President has the say over firing or direction to fire.
It’s up to Congress. If we can get enough people elected who actually want to do something about it Congress can rein it in in a heartbeat. The trouble, of course, is the leadership keeps the rank and file in check. Paul Ryan hamstrung the House committee investigating the 2016 plot against President Trump is just one deplorable example, but there are many.
I wish that were true, but congress will do nothing. Even if it could.
Congress is part of the government. The government is run by players, many of whom are unseen, unknown and unelected.
The people are not the government anymore and are now a problem for the government only to the extent that they cannot be controlled. That ability to control the people started (for me) in 1963 and has expanded exponentially since 2001.
With limitless financing and having appointed a large and pervasive bureaucracy that has the power to regulate and to use force, the government has all the cards, with the final brick being the control of the electoral process.
Elections are the only real threat to the bureaucracy and elections are more and more coming under management by the total corruption of ballot security.
Sorry guys. This is is the people’s problem. The people are being deprived of their representation, Congress and the Presidency, and no one else is going to fix it.
Restore electoral integrity and cleanse the bureaucracy, or else.
AGREE. Have been wondering for months now, what is keeping our AGs from this. Do we not have some sort of standing and they not have the legal right/obligation to protect us, especially those of us in red states where citizens are the target of what amounts to a fatwa from this administration?
The daily bashing we get — the way we are ignored when victims of neglect or crime — the way we are singled out according to our ideology, as if it were illegal or immoral — isn’t that grounds for some sort of action for our protection? It is getting to the point, with the urging of officials and journalists that we be singled out for harassment and abuse, that we must start worrying that even worse might be in store…a church bombing?
We don’t know, but when your own government calls you vile names on a daily basis, something must be done. (If the GOP was a real party, they would be asking what is “extremist” about Make America Great Again and pointing out that being AGAINST that is the extremist — and even the enemy’s — position.)
The Declaration of Independence speaks to what should be done
This is why the Constitution does not rule out secession. Up until the Civil War the majority of Justices on the Supreme Court and Constitutional Scholars agreed with this. The thinking was then the Federal government’s power came from the States not the other way around. They wanted keep power as close to the people as possible. Prior to 1865 most people where highly suspicious of a powerful central government regardless of which side of the Madison-Dixon line they lived on. The thinking of the Founders was that in the case of a runaway Federal Government the states would all just secede, forming a new central government leaving the old Federal Government with just the District of Columbia, and nothing else. Without any revenue it would simply wither away.
When the Southern States succeeded in 1861 the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court had previously made public statements that supported the right of succession. Lincoln who was being challenged in court over his call for troops to keep the Southern States in the Union by force was worried the Courts would rule against his call up. He ordered Maclellan to take a green army into the field to attack the South at Bull Run simply in order to get a full scale war going so any Court case would become irrelevant because of actual combat.
News to me, except for the part about Roger Taney.
Any book citations to back that view on history up?
Didn’t many within the media remark that the “action” by Fat Alvin in SDNY could set the precedent for state and local legal teams to pursue legal action against federal “officials”? If the RNC is still in existence, perhaps true leadership there could initiate the LAWFARE to support the Constitution and protect the American Republic. IMESHO, in spite of the apparent lethargy by the GOPe, perhaps there are many state DAs and PACs willing to initiate the legal action to uphold the Constitution.
This is not going to end well because the uniparty dares anyone to make a stand to stop their criminality. Where are the republicans???
Republicans? If you mean MAGA people, there are few, not enough that have any power to do anything. Mainly, in the House. The rest are part of the commie take down. We only have enough people and power right now to bring out truth and some light for people to see, no power to do anything legitimate about it. We have been infiltrated in every aspect of our system and they control most of it! They have not won, and they will not win…butnits going to get uglier before it gets better…and this includes the economy and somem other events…that should wake a lot more people up! If not…then they are dead already! Just like Joe Biden! He’s dead…he just doesn’t know it yet! They are holding him up with puppet strings!
depends on how you define “legitimate”.
The word “Republican” doesn’t mean what people once thought it meant.
I’m not sure it ever meant what people used to think it meant.
What I am sure of is that these days, being a Republican does not necessarily mean people who are conservative politically and fiscally and they support the Constitution, and so on.
These days most (so-called) Republicans seem to be members of the Uni-Party (lower half). They are out for themselves and they don’t give a gosh darn about citizens (except for their votes).
I say “MAGA” now, for that reason and also because — with Cor-ringe and joe trying to make MAGA into a slur, seems important for us to keep on reminding people it’s just another word for “patriot.”
I think the right question is: “Where are WE and what are WE going to do about it?”
Leaving it up to our [s]elected officials isn’t working so well, in case you haven’t noticed.
We will not be saved by our “elected” officials. It is entirely up to us with the help of God. America First patriots need to organize and work en masse to a well-defined goal with a plan of action. We could use somebody to lead the charge.
I just said the same thing in a response above. I’m happy to join an effort, but someone with more knowledge and skills to do that would have to take the reins.
Most are Uniparty simps.
As Arthur R. Butz has written/documented, this sort of behaviour happened during the Nuremburg trials.
Draw your own conclusions.
I’m not familiar with this person nor his writings, Timothy. Care to provide us with a recommended link?
Butz, unlike the actual nazis who went on trial for it, denies that the Holocaust happened. Why Jodl, Von Ribbentrop, and others didn’t claim that they were on trial for a jewish propaganda hoax remains a mystery to some. Why Eichmann didn’t either when on trial in Israel is also bewildering.
Simple…Rule of Law…
When, as a matter of Law, a court forbids comment or recourse to a “forbidden” thing, they are locked into the “court”
This is where the “muh rule of law” crowd serves the enemy.
They place “the law” above the truth.
When, as a matter of “Law” one cannot dispute what is “settled” one tries to minimize their chances of execution…per lawyer advice.
Why is this so difficult for you, given the behaviour of Weisman, etc?
To repeat…this behaviour is a pattern and there are historical precedents.
Stop thinking that your enemy gives a crap about the truth.
#LogosRising
Eichmann’s kidnapping and “trial” were particularly egregious according to Butz.
What they used then, they are using now.
Its not hard when you realize the enemy is evil.

Scroll down, then read the book.
The accounts of the Nuremburg “trials” and the fraud that was Eichman’s “trial” are, like the Morgenthau plan, horrific and an assualt on Christendom
NARA is disgusting and despises our founding documents. It has a “harmful content” warning across its entire catalog website and the warning appears when users search for anything, including founding documents like the Declaration of Independence, the Constitution, and the Bill of Rights.
it’s a juxtaposition of crt/patriot act/restrict act.. and the perfection of projection. I hope that makes sense…They are burying our existence.
A nation with more liars than honest people. The communists have to be culled. That is the only word to describe these evil people.
Khazarian mafia from waaaaayyyyy back…Infiltration of Ideology built to become an Empire~jmho
Love the word “culled”. Yes, we need a communist culling and it will take out 95% of the federal government which is a good thing.
McCarthy (Sen) was correct.
I just don’t understand why the State AG’s don’t unite and file lawsuits as this administration continues to go after PT via what appears to be massive coordination and possible intentional setup elements.
Not only is an American President being harmed and mercifully harassed but so is the rule of law, the Constitution and thus the American people who live within these Red states.
So many traitors and gutless politicians.
I believe a law suit was filed in Missouri by the AG who then became a US Senator. It is making its way through the courts and is having some success. We need more of this……why let the NewYork AGs make all the headlines?
Perhaps because the governor of the state of residency has self interest in removing an opponent he will never beat.
Which tells you all you need to know.
I agree, a fascinating letter since it helps us see the timeline and points of interest. However, when the DOJ does not even attempt to hide their multi-tier approach to administering the law, how are we, or Parlatore LLP, to expect anything will come of it? DT is guilty until proven innocent.
I actually would not be surprised if this letter was answered with: “We will adopt more malicious policies and procedures and answer your letter in due time”.
Yes, that’s the question I keep asking in different formats: How long will we abide by the rules when the other team simply changes the rules whenever they want to–all while never being held accountable?
At some point . . . maybe . . . we will say “to hell with your rules,” we’re going to hold you accountable by any means necessary.
why do this at such late for the narrative
all this could have been laid out years earlier
The Republicans won’t fight the Democrats. They pretend to…they “grill” the criminals in Congress…they start endless “investigations” and “discuss the possibility” of taking action. But that’s where it ends. Once the cameras are off the GOP buys the DNC a round of drinks and lubes up the American People for another Democrat assault.
And if there are a few brave souls who try to do the right thing, they are harassed and beaten down and made to look like fools by the left. How are we able to overcome any of it? It feels like trying to climb Everest in a pair of flip-flops.
I don’t understand why this is so confusing to people. It’s said that the 2 parties are both wings of the same bird. What sane avian is going to cripple one of it’s own wings? The Republican party is never going to fight back in any significant way. Accepting the truth will allow us to move forward and find a more realistic approach, but it’s just too much for some IMHO.
Just my two cents.
Love the parallels; DC corruption and a rotting blue whale carcass; the definition of which (carcass) is the remains from which the substance or character is gone. Classic set up no doubt-I think one of things that really sets people off, is the shear impunity in which all these operations are carried out and no one blinks an eye…ho hum, nothing to see here, just another fetid, rotten day in DC.
These events prove that THERE IS NOTHING THAT THE BRANDON ADMINISTRATION WILL NOT DO TO HOBBLE TRUMP or any other true conservative that they consider to be a threat to them (which, to them, is the same as adhering to the C0nstitution).
The corruption, arrogance and injustice against President Trump, in particular and American citizens is so deep and intense, it’s hard to conceive how evil our Republic has become. These people are definitely not our betters!
We. The People…you know the thing…and this definitely isn’t it, anymore.
you know the thing
Made me laugh out loud!
We need to start over- the systems in place for centuries are so corrupted and partisan that the US will not be able to survive as a free country if these organizrions aren’t reigned in……
Completely corrupt system, top to bottom.
You either give up yourself and become part of the collective (the collective BS). Or they work to destroy you.
“The NARA refused to do their specialized bureaucratic job, and then the NARA used what they defined as an incomplete job as a reason to refer the outcome to the DOJ.”
This is just another version of the Wrap-Up Smear and the Pee-Pee Dossier.
ho hum.
“yet so too is the intensity of the sunlight that is so easy to put upon it with simple truths.”
Truth is the ultimate enemy in the Empire Of Lies!
As usual, spot on, Sundance.
“the stench of it all permeates the air for a dozen miles…. ”
the stench of it all permeates the air around the world….
Fixed it…
They don’t fear the American public because they have captured law enforcement through their pensions.
It’s called.
No Holds Barred !
Page 4, within the footnote. 4Of course, we also recently learned from media reports that President Biden possessed marked documents in a “personal” folder at the Penn-Biden Center – strong evidence that he intentionally possessed then after he or someone else secretly removed them, from the Senate SCIF at least 14 years earlier when he was the Senator from Delaware.
Letter is very informative background information.
I don’t see how Congress can order DOJ to stand down.
Kash Patel had a good interview on X22 today. This nonsense will continue until we can control all 3 branches of government. As painful as this is, it must be done by the book. We must eliminate as much cheating as possible and dominate the election. God bless us all.
The important thing about the documents investigation is the grand jury has not indicted Trump under the Gross Negligence paragraph of the Espionage Act. This could probably be sold to a grand jury, but would have problems at trial as outlined in the Parlatore Law Group letter. Both Trump and Biden have stated that “inadvertent packing” or “haphazard packing” caused the documents to be packed the way they were. This kind of defense does not work in UNIFORM CODE OF MILITARY JUSTICE Courts Martial, but US District Courts and higher frequently want intent to be present, and material damage to US security and/or foreign policy.
The Patriot group I belong to has come across a book.
“The Doctrine of the Lesser Magistrates” see the videos at defytyrants.com
It’s worth a few minutes of your time.
Yes, very pertinent and potent info! Identifying those laws that have been broken and Vox Populi all gov’t positions that qualify. And I mean you get your group to gather all evidence and barrage those authorities, let them know they are on Notice. But this takes commitment, diligence, continuity and consistency. These laws are not to be taken lightly. We have the power and duty to define exactly their shortcomings and point out that we will no longer tolerate this ignorance of the Republics’ rights. With enough Patriot participation, we will get the message out loud and clear. Gravitation towards factual truths is the adhesion that makes it possible to create its’ own momentum! Power Back to the Republic~
