As the article notes, initially in the planning stage, Joe Biden and his administration were all in for the operation, assuming of course the resulting action -essentially a declaration of war- came with plausible deniability.
What is unclear, despite all the details revealed, is whether in the final decision-making Joe Biden actually had anything to do with it; or whether the dark handlers running his covert administration from the Intel and State Dept., felt they had enough prior approval to just carry out the order without him.

Every thing you hear seem to be war drums. One thing caught my eye with the earthquake disasters in Turkey and Syria. That being said, if, and I repeat “IF”, this is true, the “Global Leadership” is a lot stupider, AND a lot more committed to the destruction of energy and the world economy, than I thought they were.
Destroying the Nordstream pipelines made ZERO sense tactically or strategically. If I were a German cutting firewood to keep from freezing to death, I would want to shoot ALL of the German Government.

The story has some natural credibility but it also has lots of bits in which the author’s opinions so heavily weight his reporting that one gets the impression someone gave him a sentence or two or assumed fact and he made the rest up.
So the US may have done this, but it seems at least equally probable that the Ukrainians did – and no, they did not need deep sea diving expertise to do it. In fact, the photos released so far show sheer cut lines – more appropriate to an explosion originating inside than outside. (Detonator cord will cut like that from outside, but not through concrete and steel.) So, how could they have done it? slip a couple of pipeline pigs inside, load on some Oxygen cyclinders and a minor amount of some RDX style boomstuff and send it off from the on-siore station. When it hits a sharp bend you get a small bang followed by a large one -pretty much what we see.
Follow the money, right? nobody won bigger on this than Z et al.
The Ukrainians don’t do anything without the say so of the U.S. It’s a client state of the U.S. State Department. We control everything that happens with Zellensky’s government. No chance Ukraine did this without our involvement.
