Sticking with our traditional election day discussions, this 4:00pm ET thread is specifically focused on what is happening in/around your neighborhood and precinct this election day 2022. Keep in mind, the West Coast is in lunchtime voting now.
The practical on-the-ground reports from you are generally an excellent gauge for the ‘sense’ of the state and federal election results.
If you are voting on election day today, what are you seeing in your area? How is turnout?
What is the general sense about the candidates in the local and state races that are important to you, your friends, your community, your neighborhood?
Are there any voting issues in your immediate area? If so, what kind?
We will post a few ‘ground report’ threads throughout the day for you to share the latest news and information from your area as well as your state.
Remember a key facet in modern election cycles is to ignore any national MSM coverage of exit polling or trends as national news is generally trying to shape opinion and thereby shape outcome.
Regardless of the narrative being promoted, ignore exit polling which has been shown to be heavily manipulated by media. Just vote.
So, what are you seeing out there?
Bucks co. PA. In and Out. Small district.. this year, instead of signature books, poll signature pads…hmmm
I dont like it because to easy looking, to just pull up names that didn’t vote and sign. Fill out a ballot and scan. Makes cheating simple.
Totally agree with you on IPad complaint. I reported same in lower Makefield, bucks county, Pa. I am also a poll worker and from an unofficial tally of Republican sample ballots versus Democratic sample ballots accepted or rejected Shapiro and Fetterman won by a comfortable margin in precinct D1.
I won’t even turn on the tv to see what is being projected because I don’t want to know if that jerk Fetterman is winning. I’m not in PA but I still don’t want to see him win. I don’t feel sorry for him either.
Been using the pads for 4 or 5 years here in my section of MO- never a problem. Then again-you’re in PA.
Same in North Jersey. No signature books, just ipad. Did not ask for ID. But my signature was on the ipad and it was most surely mine.

Abigail Spanberger’s campaign is probably having a meltdown right now.
Red precinct after red precinct in counties like Culpeper, Spotsylvania, and Greene are reporting near presidential level turnout. #VA7
That would be nice – had to look her up , no idea who she is , Dem. rookie , won by close elections 1-2% 2018 and 2020 . Now saw that she got the “coveted” Liz Cheney endorsement and hopefully that had the desired reverse effect ..
She used to be our rep before redistricting last year which moved her lying self to Northern Virginia.
She was all in on BLM riots of 2020 while spouting moderate rhetoric . Voted with Pelosi and Biden 100% and came up with a flash drive with 15,000 ballots the day after 2020 election to take it away from Nick Freitas who
should have never conceded.
May God help Yesli Vega to unseat this pro unrestricted abortion liar.
She’s former CIA, too.
Saw that, strange , they all, hover around the hive one way or the other …
They had a lot of employees run for office in 2018 and 2020. Most seem to be pretty far left.
No one is former CIA.
Blood in, blood out.
She ‘won’ when a Democrat precinct found 11,000 votes on a thumb drive days after the election. So the Democrat state Assembly drew her a new district with parts of Northern VA and lots of federal workers.
I didn’t know thumb drives could vote.
Turnout a lil heavier than usual here in central Illinois. Its a blue state only because of Chicago and East St. Louis. Chicag has stuffed ballot boxes since Al Capone. Lots of flim flammery in AZ though.
I’m under no illusion that a vote counts when all of these voting machines are owned by Soros. Like the recent quote, “don’t piss on my back and tell me it’s raining”. I’ve voted for 50 years and I’m more than sure that my vote hasn’t counted in the last 25 years! I’m on the sidelines this year and from now on until there’s corrective actions for secure elections. And I’m no longer a member of the Republican Party, both parties are corrupt
So, your an “Independant” which means you have no organised party, no platform, and no political power, all you have is the ego satisfactuon of declaring you are an “Independant” when all you are is unaffiliated.
And, you have surrendered ANY power you might have, to get involved in the Republican party, starting at the local level, and clean out the corruption.
Have you EVER, in those 25 years, attended a monthly local Republican party
Ever talked, face to face with your R party precinct captain?
Do you even know the names of ANY of the party positions; District, County, State Chairs?
So, because you now realise (the evidence was right in front of you, if you had just LOOKED) that “both parties are corrupt” you are going to abdicate any responsibility for cleaning up the mess, your inattention created.
Way to GO, locked down, soon it will be in a cattle car.
Hi Dutchman,
While I agree with you, if he’s in Kali, it likely makes no difference. I’ve been doing everything you describe since the 1980s, and we can see the results of that.
I’m in WA state and it is the same as kali.
We have all mail in so I keep voting straight red and hope some day it will count.
That such twisted up your panties!
If you have no party in NY, you are what’s called a “blank.” An “independent” could be a member of what used to be the Independence party.
Sad to say that the vast majority of people have no idea how party politics works on the local level. I have been involved in my small town for over 30 years and I still can’t believe the corruption.
This year the Repubs screwed up royally. If there is a Red Wave in NY, it will be in spite of the GOP, not because of it. We need to do some serious house cleaning, top to bottom in this state.
Keep preaching Dutchman!
Dutch, You’ve been snacking on razor blades again.
His diatribe is missing the whole point of the matter and you’ll note he failed to address the main issue, Soros owns Dominion……like all roosters he crows all the time and never says anything of meaning or value.
Too bad. It’s your inherent right and duty to vote. It’s also your life to live.
Hopefully you’ll find your way to the polling booth in 2024.
Ah yes, the suppress the vote, your vote won’t count trolls. Thanks for checking in.
In SW Missouri, the photo id law is being enforced: voter checkin has two election judges viewing your drivers license and ensuring it matches. They both initial your ballot to confirm that they independently verified that you match your photo id, and their voter book. The ballots are 100% paper.
My precinct is still using electronic tablulators (unfortunately), but we’re at least 51% of the way to secure elections now!
Voted in Burnet county Texas. East Lake Buchanan actually, at our volunteer fire department. 4 poll workers and one poll watcher. 4 machines. All courteous and efficient. Waited in line a bit. Behind folks more senior citizen than I. None seem to have their hearing aids in. Ha. Voted for Abbot and Paxton. My R congressman was unopposed. Haven’t watched the boob tube yet. Will turn on the 5 shortly. The wife & prayed for our country and for honesty in the voting, then walked two blocks and voted.
Inner ring St. Louis County community, my husband and I were the 633 and 645th ballot into the scanner at City Hall.
Steadily moving albeit constant stream of voters.
it all seemed on the up and up, but I didn’t find the line of purple haired people comforting.
I live in the former strong Republican county of Cobb in Georgia. I read it was one of the places Biden sent his Jackboots. Things have definitely changed here over the past ten year. When I voted for President Trump the first time in 2016 I had to stand in line for more than half the day. There were less than 12 polling booths thanks to Stacey Abrams and her suit against Cobb county for voter repression. She actually suppressed the vote that year because voting booths where confiscated as evidence before the election. They have many ways to cheat.
The past couple of election cycles voting has been easy, no lines. I don’t know what to make of that. But I really do not believe my vote actually counts anymore anyway. But I still go. Took my daughter this year as well. I am happy to say she votes like me. She is in the Z generation and has a clear view of what is going on.
I could not bring my self the vote for Kemp for Governor though, nor the incumbent Secretary of State. I voted for Libertarian candidates instead in those races. They sounded more like Trump. Voting for Kemp or Abrams would yield the same results. I can no longer do that. I do not believe Abrams has a chance to win over Kemp, not because of the votes, they no longer matter. She won’t win because they know they cannot control her, she is out for herself, period. They can control Kemp so they will let him have it. He is on board with their agenda. May the good Lord help us all.
I voted for Kemp simply because I didn’t want Fat Alberta to have a chance. Also voted Libertarian for SOS.
Good for you – there’s no way i could have voted for either kemp or the ratburger – too bad everyone didnt vote libertarian
Right next to you over in Cherokee County. I had the same problem. Couldn’t bring myself to vote for Kemp or Raff so went with the Libertarian option. The precinct was working fine where I went. I don’t feel like the problems are in the precincts but where they take everything after the polls close. I feel confident my vote going in the tabulator is good but I have little confidence when they move everything at the end of the evening. I’m glad I got to vote for Hershel.
As I have since 2013 I refused the “I Voted” sticker since I am not sure my vote was counted. (In 2013, when we had machines, the machine changed my vote in front of my eyes twice before it let me vote R. The machines were gone in 2014, but I am not sure anything really changed.) Out polling place was quite busy.
I’m giving my and my husband’s stickers to our grandchildren. They love stickers. 🙂
Voted today in blue CT in a county that went 60/40 Dem/Rep in 2020. This election feels different.
The Dem greeting table had 2 lonely workers while the Rep table was crowded with upbeat people. Steady stream of voters and no wait time. Early voting is on the ballot, so it’ll be interesting to see which way that goes.
Anecdotally, we passed many Rep lawn signs along our travels and virtually no Dem signs. Word is that CT Reps have substantially upped their ground game this time around. Fingers crossed for a red CT!
Hope so too..I voted in CT early today.. I hope the question on early
voting doesn;t pass. We have done fine without it…
That would be a tremendous upset!
Have been praying it happens in CT. Have seen bumper stickers asking “regret your 2020 vote yet” and coiled snake saying don’t tread. Voted early am no line ID and address checked twice. Looked like felt pens in booth with printed sign that pen must be used. I used my own Bic ballpoint
Voter turnout is currently at 38.13% for Cuyahoga County as of 4:31 PM according to the
@cuyahogaboe
.
The city of Cleveland is currently at 24%.
_____
Cuyahoga County hit 53% turnout in 2018.
Maybe Eric Brewer can pull the upset.
Deep Red PA. Phenomenal turnout. Fingers crossed powder dry…
Western suburbs of Chicago – Will County. At my polling place, I vote around the same time every election. My number (count of voters), was more than double what it has been for at least the past 4-5 elections. Huge turnout at my polling place.
Same in my DuPage County spot..very tedious fill in the blanks. Whatever happened to straight tickets!
Whats your feeling on Casten vs Pekau ?
I mean, in terms of energy on the ground of course!!
All the idiot soccer moms think Pekau is mean like Trump.
I hope he wins cuz he was one of the strongest mayors pushing back against King Prickster mandates.
Also I replied to text from Casten campaign that I wouldn’t vote for him if he was the only candidate on the planet.
I took my time time and colored all those little ovals and stayed within the lines!
I grew up in DuPage Co when it was the third most R county in the country–know what you mean about the ballots, they did that in WI too by alphabetical spelling of candidate’s name, oddly enough virtually all the D’s are in first slot on ballot using spelling of last names — eg Mandela Barnes first to Ron Johnson etc….
Howdy neighbor, Will Co here, too! My precinct was a little more active than normal. Had about a ten minute wait in line. People were not too chatty. Very solemn…almost ominous in the silence while standing in line.
I voted around 8 am, in Northeast Mississippi. Being a former poll worker, I know the crush comes immediately before the polls open, so people can vote and get to work on time. Second most popular time is after work in the evenings, past 5 pm. I didn’t meet a whole lot of people, which is curious because I expect a high turnout. However, there aren’t any controversial ballot initiatives (we can’t really have any more, without a Legislative move).
Voted in Durham County, NC. No line to speak of. Dismaded at how many local reps and judges were running unopposed.
Question though, are activists allowed to give people a voting guide for one party or another as you walk into the place to vote? Lets just say that was happening and it wasn’t for republicans
Yes, but they have to be so many feet away from the entrance to the voting site.
Here’s hoping voter turnout in Durham remains low.
After voting republican today, I immediately reported myself to the fbi.
HANDS AGAINST THE WALL!
i literally lol at work …
I snorted.
You are threat to Democracy!. The country is at risk! A republic, if you can keep it!
Will going to confession help?
I’m sure they knew already.
Voted with my 2 sons, their first time voting. They are only 18 and 19 and they no clue about the world. They were pretty dumbfounded that you didn’t need ID to vote. Anyway it was pretty crowded actually but this is the first time I voted at 4:00 PM instead of early in the AM.
NW Florida. I’m in a very small town. Proud to see a few more cars in the parking lot. A few people ahead of us were in line. That’s surprising, normally no one is in line.
I heard a Very high turnout in blue N.J.
I will go to vote after dinner.
Takes me 5 minutes to🚶♂️ there.
I can easily see our guys being pushed out of the way and going along with it… again.
SE Az….Cochise County.
Little over an hour in line.
Where you feed your completed ballot in machine, it was already 670.
The lady at the machine said turnout was more than usual for mid term there.
This is my first time at primary elections at this location since I moved.
When I was leaving the line was still long!
Go Karizona!
Something different—since I have new drivers license….
It has a bar code. The lady at the check in scanned my Drivers license and….ta-da!
I signed my name on the digital reader….
And my ballot was printed out.
Interesting….
Here in southwestern PA I took my wife to vote around 2:00 this afternoon. Nobody there. We were numbers 133 and 134 for the day. The woman who is in charge there is a democrat and a rabid one. She actually followed me to the machine to insert my ballot to let me know I was 133. Did the same for the Mrs. She did this so she could see our ballots. I tried to look at the machine to check for ethernet cables but it was covered up with material. When I walked around back of the machine to look she actually followed me. I told her after 2020 I trust nobody. She knew I meant her.
Just getting ready to see how long they wait until they tell us Fetterman and Shapiro won and no questions are allowed. Blessings
Also, we gave them our drivers licenses but nobody looked at them. Gov Wolf made it illegal to have the volunteers ask for them. He also vetoed all the new election laws approved by the PA House and Senate. Will be the same thing as 2020 here. Powder is still dry…
1430 in Argyle, WI, southwest Wis, 35 miles SW of crazy Madison. We were 166 and 167 out 320 in our precinct/township.
No line, a dozen poll folks, all older….. and I’m 75. Went smoothly, tabulator took a few seconds, then DING. It does not show who it gave the votes to, so we don’t know. I suspect it is working correctly though. Two people examined signature and DL to make sure they were at least close. The DL signature is done with one of those digital pens, kind of like trying to write with your mouse…….but close enough to see it is me doing the writing.
God bless, and save our Republic.
We went to UCI to vote in person.
Not many people.
I gave the lady my driver’s license, she scanned it and gave me an ID number to put into the computer to vote… that one prints out a ballot and then you take it and insert it into a scanner machine. (*) Alternatively, you can get a ballot and fill it by hand and then inserted in the machine.
My wife just gave her name and address and phone number, no ID required.
No need to sign on the paper register next to your name, the way it used to be.
You never get a copy, or a record, of you ballot ID and voting choices.
Not many people. No line. But then, this is Blue Central in the County. Just our luck that UCI is next door to us.
(*) I called it the “shredder”… they were confused.
Everything by the books
IDs checked even when poll workers knew the voter
Poll workers very nice and courteous
I am seeing machines reject good ballots in Maricopa Co. AZ
if ( ballot->selection == REPUBLICAN)
eject(ballot);
else
countTwice(ballot);
Thats hilarious
But likely true
Mine was rejected in Sun City. Had me put in locked drop box.
Red county in Ohio here Voted at about 2 p.m.
Steady stream but not much waiting time at all. As we we were leaving it did start get a bit backed up .DIL votes same place. Waiting for her to arrive and fill me in on the latest info.
A nice trucker blockade of all interstates out of New jersey would be nice. Or one honest trucker. Better yet, look for the truck with the FBlie escort and everyone start throwing eggs at it.
Lee county, FL, the worst hit area from Hurricane Ian, thus far has outvoted the Democrats by over 82,000 ballots, including mail-in, early voting and election day. In 2020 Trump won the county by 75,000. And 59,000 Independents have also voted thus far, most likely adding to that 82,000 lead. Quite a showing!
That is comforting to know.
Conservatives in IL are counting on the rest of the country! So, a lot of us are hoping the red wave will indirectly help us.
Our goose is always cooked in Chicago and somehow the rest of the state can’t seem to beat the corruption numbers game.
I am in Naperville, Illinois and I was shocked that we did not have
to show our drivers license or state ID. Also had to use sharpie pens
that were already in voting booths. Nothing bled. I stood there
while my ballot was accepted with two poll workers watching –
one dem and one repub I assume.
One Demonrat and the other a RINO, probably.
Same in WA state.
Seattle and Tacoma are our nemeses.
I’m in Elise Stefanik’s District in Upstate New York. I voted around 2:30 at the local school and was number 506 unfortunately I don’t have any reference point to know if that’s high or low but there seem to be a fairly steady stream of people coming in to vote. I did vote for stefanik despite her Rino heritage because hey what’s the alternative? Maybe Trump’s endorsing her will have some influence.
Lotsa Zeldin signs all over town. And maybe one or two Hochel signs. Upstate needs to pull hard foe Lee to offset the NYC bias.
Carroll County, AR.
Very conservative except in You-freaky Springs where they are all insane…seriously!
Hard to gage turn- out since we voted early.
I’m 70. All of my friends voted straight Republican ticket.
30 and 40 year-olds are a toss up.
Very young voters are surprisingly wide awake and voting predominantly conservative. Gives me hope.
Let’s Make America Great Again.
A few years ago we went to You-Freaky-Springs. Beautiful area, but YIKES!
It is a fantastic and beautiful area of the Ozarks.
I was on the city council for two years. It was like putting your hand in a blender. Very far left populace in the city. Yet outside is normal.
I still have all my fingers.
OMG was just there a couple of weeks ago. You are so right ! It reminds me of a hobo, homeless ski town. Lots of freaky young people. They can’t possibly be making a living in that town. Downtown area is so not taken care of, can’t decide if that’s on purpose or not.
We moved here 15 years ago from Austin.
Loved Austin but it got too noisy and liberal.
Little realized that Eureka Springs is the outdoor insane asylum of the world.
We moved to Holiday Island. Seven miles away physically but light years away spiritually.
High voter turn out in my heavily blue PA precinct today. I’m usually voter #xx, but they were in the triple digits by the time I got there. At least half of the precinct had already voted. Otherwise nothing unusual to report.
In Portland there is evidence that Antifa group is planning to raise an ugly scene downtown this evening. For now all is calm.
Central Mass, 4PM, the polling place in a smallish town (10,000) that has its fair share of Republicans (and what appears to be a tight state senate race) was very crowded. No waiting, but I actually had to search around for a voting station. No voting machines, all fill in the bubble. A new wrinkle is that when you put your ballot into the counting machine, you can watch to make sure your ballot has been counted.
Voted around 2EST, Montco PA, Dems working the door VERY Aggressive, trying to hand out their candidate slate sheet. Probably a hand full of people voting at the time. Signed the book, All tables stocked with black sharpies, ready for those Infamous machines. God help us
There are laws that prohibit electioneering within so many feet of a polling place, not that the Democrats ever observe the law. We had family who lived in Baltimore several years ago, and when they went to vote, all the workers were wearing Obama shirts and there was a large Obama poster on the wall. I’m sure that as soon as our 2 family members left, their ballots were tossed in the trash.
federal law prohibits any active electioneering within 75 feet of a polling station
Pa Turnpike in Lackawanna County posts sign at truck stop : No Diesel!
JUST IN – U.S. midterm elections exit poll:

And so, if that is true, why would We the People return the same corrupt people to office?
A. We the People are too dumb to connect two dots
B. Election Fraud
C. Some people are in fact too dumb to connect the dots, and there is enough election fraud to return some of the same corrupt people to office e.g. Pelosi, Schumer, et al.
I noticed one big difference at my polling place in western NY today: many more poll workers and watchers than usual. Obviously, there’s a trust issue this year.
Me & Hubby went to vote about 12:30 pm in small precinct in lower New Castle County Delaware. Waited about 15-20 minutes. We were impressed – I do not recall ever seeing a line for a Mid-term election since we moved to DE in 2009. All people need to show some form of ID- as it should be in all states. Poll workers matched your I.D with your address on voting registrations, then one signs their Ipad. Lastly every voters’ name was LOUDLY called out as you went over to the voting machines. The machines Delaware uses show you a printed ballot so you can verify who you chose before the machine sucks it up. I had a very upbeat feeling despite hearing all day about the voting / machine ” issues” I some states. Praying for all the R’s & MAGA R candidates.
well Informed election worker explaining the problem to voters waiting in the line.
turns out the printer settings were off. Has since been fixed, but all morning machines were rejecting the ballots.
shouldn’t they test the entire system at least the day prior?
All indicators that I’m seeing suggest multiple GOP well above the margin of fraud. But remain on alert, and, if you haven’t voted yet, GO VOTE!
https://t.me/electionwizard/5114
Utah voters are pissy at Mike Lee for quoting /invoking a scriptural icon in support of Trump
The never trumpets are riled up enough to hand stealth dem McMullin a senate seat
Salt lake city has long been a bastion of gay pride and the lds church has preached “tolerance” so yeah were about to turn blue if Lee can’t pull out a victory today
I’m nervous.
It’s infuriating that folks who call themselves Republicans (or conservatives) would even consider this treachery.
Voted around 2PM in Orange County, FL. Precinct is in a community center with a gym and other amenities. Zero line, which has been typical the past 8 years….gotta be the early voting effect. Everything was normal except I noticed two live WiFi networks. The “OCGuest”, unsecured one makes sense because it’s a public facility. The second, secured one had to be for the voting office workers (OCVNET00). That one worried me bit. Did not notice anything but a power cord on the vote tabulation machine but it could have been discreetly WiFi connected. Other than that, situation normal.
Democrats lead in Orange County right now by just about 35,000 votes. And the county is lagging way behind in reporting on election day voting. In 2020 Biden won the vote here by 150,000 votes. What small amount of election day ballots counted show Republicans leading by about 1,000 votes, so this should tell you that Republicans are going to destroy Democrats in Florida.
Galveston, Tx. Never have I seen so many poeple on election day at my polling place. The que was 30 yards long when all previous elections there was no wait what so ever.
Broken Arrow, OK: Poll workers estimate 50% of eligible voters showing up in person today. Large mail in and early voter counts. Oklahoma is red and gets redder in the rural districts. Stitt should hold on as governor.
Near you. Wait was predictably shorter than in 2020, but I went at 10:15 AM so I missed the before work and lunch rushes.
The poll worker watching over the one machine at the location seemed most concerned about people getting their sticker… A FREAKING STICKER! I asked if I could get a physical, printed confirmation that the machine tabulated my votes according to my ballot and I was looked at as if I were a ghost.
Consider me so jaded that I just don’t trust anyone involved in any part of this process anymore.
Ah, I miss OK. We moved to a “tundra” state a few years ago, and I haven’t been warm since. 🙂
Pray this turns out to be true!

I find all of the reports of voter fraud very heartening – it’s clear that fraud is not only possible, but actually par for the course. Thank God for Steve Bannon and the War Room waking people up and making people aware and providing direction on what to do when these things happen.
For those voters that were disenfranchised earlier today,
please be reminded that the voting opportunity still exists today, now.
Any legal voter that is in line to vote – before the polls close –
are going to be allowed to vote, until the last one in line, votes.

The prior AZ. counters are in operation…

Small town in Middle Tennessee — pollworker told us voter turnout was very heavy!
The Gateway Pundit has all kinds of “shenanigans” listed…just scroll down, some of them are astounding!!
Anchorage AK. Moved voting location to local HS this year. Short line this am. The teens are handling all check ins and ballot distribution. Couple of adult watchers directing the flow to voting booths and paper scanner. Seems OK, but we have to wait 3 damn weeks to get the final results due to the foul ranked choice system. Why the Feds would even get on a plane to those bush locations is beyond me
