Respectfully disagree with your first sentence. Government has been growing for decades while Republicans won elections and did very little to even slow it down. Meanwhile, nationalists and conservatives did not become precinct captains, school board members, city commissioners, etc. But they sure did listen to talk radio and watch Fox every day!

My paternal grandparents both died (24 years apart) from strokes caused by cerebral aneurisms that burst. So did my father (their son, but he lived far longer than his parents). I’ve been careful about managing hypertension. If anyone thinks I’m going to accept the clotshot they are smoking way too much crack.

SARS-CoV-2 Transmission From People Without COVID-19 Symptoms

RESULTS: The baseline assumptions for the model were that peak infectiousness occurred at the median of symptom onset and that 30% of individuals with infection never develop symptoms and are 75% as infectious as those who do develop symptoms. Combined, these baseline assumptions imply that persons with infection who never develop symptoms may account for approximately 24% of all transmission. In this base case, 59% of all transmission came from asymptomatic transmission, comprising 35% from presymptomatic individuals and 24% from individuals who never develop symptoms. Under a broad range of values for each of these assumptions, at least 50% of new SARSCoV-2 infections was estimated to have originated from exposure to individuals with infection but
without symptoms.
It is entirely unscientific to require only unvaccinated people be tested. Biden’s mandates have no science behind them but it remains to be seen if that will matter anywhere.
Note that report is from BEFORE the vaccines and the Delta variant bypassing of those vaccines leading to even more asymptomatic cases. IN REALITY, the most dangerous people to be around WILL BE THE VACCINATED.

And if a person who’s vaccinated ends up dead 13 days, not 14 days, after the second jab, that’s counted as an unvaccinated death. OSHA can’t just make rules. The SCOTUS has already held Biden to the same standard that the Democrats held Trump to–Biden can’t just go around the requirements that policy changes or rule changes must follow, such as being posted in the federal register and taking public comment, holding hearings, etc. (I may be wrong but I suspect not.)

This will come down to semantics and logic and the intent of the statute. Are viruses “substances” or “agents? Is the “toxic” substance the unvaccinated body?
Not every unvaccinated person carries the virus and thus is potentially harmful or toxic to co-workers. Similarly, not every vaccinated person does not carry the virus and so may be toxic to fellow employees. A COVID survivor who is not vaccinated is the least “toxic” person around.
That is excellent. Did you notice that OSHA is deliberately NOT enforcing the requirement that adverse side effects of the vaccine be reported? “No evidence” again.
How ironic. It’s the unvaccinated who need to be protected from the vaccinated, because they shed the virus while not even knowing they have it; and their employers won’t know it either because they won’t test the vaccinated.

President Biden is now taking federal overreach to unheard of levels by dictating vaccine mandates for all private companies with over 100 people, federal contractors, and healthcare providers receiving federal dollars.
This would be a devastating step toward the nationalization of our healthcare systems and private workforce, and greatly erode individual liberties.
