The New York Times is reporting today on a Friday night visit between President Trump and lawyer Sidney Powell. According to the Times President Trump’s legal counsel Rudy Giuliani was present via phone conference and White House counsel Pat A. Cipollone represented the office of the President.
There are essentially a few competing approaches still being provided to President Trump for consideration as the White House awaits an important report from Director of National Intelligence, John Ratcliffe, on what the DNI has affirmed was “foreign interference in the 2020 election.”
Rudy Giuliani and several members of the formal legal team seem to prefer President Trump using executive order #13848 upon, and as an outcome of, formal findings represented by DNI John Ratcliffe.
Use of that specific XO would make sense as the direct purpose of the 2018 order was targeted toward foreign interference. However, there is no specific information known as to which executive agency would carry out any authority if the issues directly highlight domestic election infrastructure targeting.
The Times reports “[p]art of the White House meeting on Friday night was a discussion about an executive order to take control of voting machines to examine them, according to one of the people briefed.” However legal advisors to the office of president are unsure if DHS would have authority to impound Dominion ballot machines. The 2018 executive order would seem to indicate that any office directed by the White House would have authority. This avenue would obviously depend on the DNI final report.
Ms. Powell has two lawsuits in the docket of the high court; however, as each day passes it seems the ability to confront known election fraud evidence becomes more challenging. It is likely Powell is recommending a more forceful approach by the executive branch that will support the lawsuits underway by her outside group.
NEW YORK TIMES – President Trump on Friday discussed making Sidney Powell, who as a lawyer for his campaign team unleashed a series of conspiracy theories about a Venezuelan plot to rig voting machines in the United States, a special counsel investigating voter fraud, according to two people briefed on the discussion.
It was unclear if Mr. Trump will move ahead with such a plan.

Other administration officials drifted in and out of the meeting, two of the people briefed said, and the White House counsel, Pat A. Cipollone, pushed back on the ideas being proposed.

However, the DOJ/FBI/CIA are so corrupted that they must be uprooted in their entirety. So where do you look for enforcement to remove the corruption?

Research D.C. Metro to learn about the train system. Bring a solar cell recharger so you can use your maps on your phone to navigate if you wind up walking. Dress warm. Carry food.
If you feel the need for self-defense, D.C. Police have a website. If you’re flying, these may not be an option with TSA, but at least you can carry something to protect yourself.

One very safe residential/commercial area is around American University. Silver Springs is also great.
Get a hotel near a metro line, and take the metro to the National Mall. That’s the big grassy field between the Lincoln Memorial and Congress with the Washington Monument in the middle. You will see the crowds.

Impounding the voting machines and ballots and having an independent forensic audit done is a good idea but as long as the courts are in play they will likely rule against. Maybe implementing the EO would automatically bring the SCOTUS in play, but that’s obviously a crap shoot at this point. It’s maybe a good first step but must be done soon and will need a back-up plan.
I believe our Constitution is under attack by foreign and domestic enemies. The President took an oath to uphold and protect it. Quitting is not an option. The evidence and data indicating a stolen election is overwhelming, President Trump should be polling America to see where We The People stand.
I am conflicted about invoking the Insurrection Act but at the same time if the battle is not fought now it will make for a tougher battle later and would be defensive as opposed to offensive. Might be a blessing if the DNI report indicated significant foreign interference. At that point the President is obliged to take whatever action is necessary to protect the Constitution from foreign attack. If courts and states don’t fall in line at that point then it’s martial law for as long as necessary. The clock is ticking. One thing is for sure. If Biden gets in he will do nothing.

The purpose of seizing the machines (to include raiding Dominion and related offices nationwide) and having them dissected is to provide evidence to the American People. I would also suggest that we need to seize and impound all of the computer systems used by the Secretaries of State of these swing states to include their email systems. Those individuals should be taken into custody, and deposed. Especially GA, MI and PA which seem to have the absolute worst-offenders in terms of doing things like threatening whistleblowers and intimidating poll watchers. I want to see their bank accounts. I want to see their cell phone text messages. I want to know – down to the minute and second how that “pause” was coordinated among 5 states simultaneously on Election Night.

After reading the details of the EC relating to election interference I have some very strong concerns, worries.
1. The initial report from DNI was due yesterday, December 18th, 2020. I have heard that it was delivered, but it doesn’t appear to matter. Yesterday’s report relates to section 1(a).
2. There is a section 1(b), and this is due within 45 days following the delivery of the report in 1(a). This means the 1(b) report will be due after inauguration day.
3. Most of the enforcement mechanisms appear to only be enforceable after both reports 1(a) and 1(b) are provided. If 1(b) is delivered after inauguration day, and Trump doesn’t win, I think we all know nothing will happen and it will also be too late.
4. Who is responsible for delivering report 1(b)? That would be the attorney general and Chad Wolf at DHS. They have to deliver report 1(b) WITHIN 45 days, so they could deliver it sooner if they were patriots. However, does anyone have confidence in acting AG Rosen delivering the report early enough to be actionable? Does anyone have confidence in Chad Wolf delivering on report 1(b) early enough to be actionable?
Chad Wolf refused to fire Chris Krebs at CISA. Krebs stated we had the cleanest and safest election ever, which has been proven to be a fraudulent statement. Our nation’s top level security systems have been hacked.

For those of you planning to go, you might need to book hotel within DC city limits. On Dec 12 police were blocking all the exit ramps from the freeways into the city so people could not get in.

Metro…I would never drive into the city..I stay in Alexandria and take Metro to DC..quick and easy
…and Metro is owned and operated by the municipal governments trying to keep folks like us out of the city – and so much less reliable than when I used it to commute downtown in the ’80s that a timely breakdown could readily be fabricated.
And when the Metro is down, if you’re in Virginia there’s a fairly wide, and in January quite cold river between you and the action…

As a big city dweller all my life and having used public busses and trains countless times, I offer a few words of advice about coming into DC by Metro. This is meant for folks coming from suburbs, small towns and rural areas who may not be aware of certain things. If public transport in my city is any guide, trains and busses are not safe to begin with, and our enemies will be aware we are coming and be looking for opportunities to attack us before we get there.
1.Do not travel alone. I consider a minimum safety level to be a group of 3. You should be seated together and arranged so that everyone’s back is covered and all angles of approach are in someone’s view. Leave no blind spots. Sit close to driver if possible. If you can’t find anyone to go with you at the start of your trip, look for our people once you are underway and get with them. If you can’t find anyone who’s obviously going to the event (and advertising your intent is not a good idea – see below) find any normally dressed White male to stand next to.
2.Keep your Trump/MAGA gear covered until you get to DC and until you see people from our side. You should be layered up anyway, against the weather, but also to cushion some blows and for a quick change if concealment and escape becomes necessary.
3.Scan the other people on the train/bus. Note their body language, mode of dress, tattoos, hair, size and physical condition. You should know what antifa and blm look like by now. Pay attention if people start to congregate into a group. Pay attention to anyone who gets needlessly close to you or is looking you over.
4.An attack may be a sudden sneak attack, or it may begin with taunting. You will be able to tell if they are hostile by the tone, volume and use of obscenity. If they start by taunting/trashtalking, don’t engage in that game; it’s a distraction. But don’t look away or at the floor; you must pay attention. Just look him/her coolly in the eye and wait to see what happens. Watch for someone circling in from behind or a corner while one is shouting at you.
As for weapons, I’d go with bear or wasp spray. I’d also have a bike helmet and a first aide kit in my bag/pack.
This is why I don’t see an invocastin of the insurrection Act or declaration of martial law working. The military and LE brass are not on our side.
I sometimes wonder if losing Abe(Japan) as world counterpart snuffed some of the feathers on T’s arrows he planned to use if the 2020 election bought/sold/fixed/rigged. I’d say his quiet WH nomination acceptance speech which a lot of us noticed was subdued was a result of having only just rec’d that info and if he couldn’t hide every bit of his grief over the loss.
The Japanese papers could have easily supported 45 if Abe felt he had a path to electoral victory in the courts etc.
