The New York Times is reporting today on a Friday night visit between President Trump and lawyer Sidney Powell. According to the Times President Trump’s legal counsel Rudy Giuliani was present via phone conference and White House counsel Pat A. Cipollone represented the office of the President.
There are essentially a few competing approaches still being provided to President Trump for consideration as the White House awaits an important report from Director of National Intelligence, John Ratcliffe, on what the DNI has affirmed was “foreign interference in the 2020 election.”
Rudy Giuliani and several members of the formal legal team seem to prefer President Trump using executive order #13848 upon, and as an outcome of, formal findings represented by DNI John Ratcliffe.
Use of that specific XO would make sense as the direct purpose of the 2018 order was targeted toward foreign interference. However, there is no specific information known as to which executive agency would carry out any authority if the issues directly highlight domestic election infrastructure targeting.
The Times reports “[p]art of the White House meeting on Friday night was a discussion about an executive order to take control of voting machines to examine them, according to one of the people briefed.” However legal advisors to the office of president are unsure if DHS would have authority to impound Dominion ballot machines. The 2018 executive order would seem to indicate that any office directed by the White House would have authority. This avenue would obviously depend on the DNI final report.
Ms. Powell has two lawsuits in the docket of the high court; however, as each day passes it seems the ability to confront known election fraud evidence becomes more challenging. It is likely Powell is recommending a more forceful approach by the executive branch that will support the lawsuits underway by her outside group.
NEW YORK TIMES – President Trump on Friday discussed making Sidney Powell, who as a lawyer for his campaign team unleashed a series of conspiracy theories about a Venezuelan plot to rig voting machines in the United States, a special counsel investigating voter fraud, according to two people briefed on the discussion.
It was unclear if Mr. Trump will move ahead with such a plan.
Most of his advisers opposed the idea, two of the people briefed on the discussion said, including Rudolph W. Giuliani, the president’s personal lawyer, who in recent days sought to have the Department of Homeland Security join the campaign’s efforts to overturn Mr. Trump’s loss in the election.
Mr. Giuliani joined the discussion by phone, while Ms. Powell was at the White House for a meeting that became raucous at times, according to one of the people briefed on what took place. Other administration officials drifted in and out of the meeting, two of the people briefed said, and the White House counsel, Pat A. Cipollone, pushed back on the ideas being proposed.

Losses sure, but numbers like that can’t be stopped by guards. And if the crowd is unarmed, it puts them in a difficult position of cutting down unarmed civilians. If the crowd is waving guns, that just makes it easier to fire on, increasing casualties.

This “unarmed militia” approach does require people acting as a group, not individuals. Normally, one person gets hit with a rubber bullet and 50 nearby turn around and run away because they are thinking and acting as individuals. They should instead run towards the source, overwhelm and disarm. This requires organization and mindset.
It is, however, the best hope. It should be very clear by now that no committe or hearing or inspector’s general report is going to touch the problem otherwise. There is no “next” election. It is OVER. There is too much money and influence controlling the field, and that needs to end before there can be restoration.

I can’t imagine President Trump quietly walking off into the sunset. It’s known he likes to pit opposing views in front of him but ultimately makes his own decision. Many times he irks those against him and they try to tighten the rope they foolishly believe they have around his neck. The chess board has been altered, it’s the President’s move.
This is the NYT and Trump hating Maggie Haberman writing this story. Again without naming sources. I for one am very skeptical and will wait until Trump, Powell or Rudy confirms the contents of this meeting.
Well, I am with you. Like the Times has spies overhearing these private conversations inside the White House, and that is assuming there was even a meeting at all. But, hey, people choose to believe whatever story the Times writes if it suits their appetite.
My gut tells me that President Trump was persuaded in the early days after the election to pursue a legal strategy to get the election before the Supreme Court. There, it was proposed, the “Republican” justices would right the wrongs. Call this the Cipollone/Giuliani strategy. Court cases would be brought, illegal votes would be thrown out, the states would have to certify new (legal) results, and Trump would win.
The conflicted with the much more bold and hard-line strategy of Sydney Powell who (I think) was proposing a much more aggressive strategy to directly target the election fraud “at the source” – the voting machines. Her approach, and that of LtGen Flynn, would be to target enemy forces, force the machines to be analyzed independently of the corrupt and complicit Secretary’s of State in these different locations.
The “rift” in November was President Trump deciding on pursuing the legal strategy. If that did not work, stronger measures would be considered. A phony baloney story was concocted that Sydney Powell would be working independently from the campaign due to some easily-solved money issue that mysteriously could not be solved (e.g. RNC refusing to pay her). Powell was left to pursue her strategy independently from the bigger horsepower of the Trump “official” team.
That original legal strategy accomplished one, very important, but unintended result: it smoked out the Courts as being corrupt participants in the coup. The Supreme Court – believe the stories you hear about them yelling at each other – is as corrupt as many of the state courts and the lower district and appellate courts are equally corrupt. As a commenter her famously opined a couple of weeks ago: it is illogical to expect a just result from an unjust system. Sydney Powell’s heretofore similarly fruitless efforts to force discovery just add to the problems. If not for one judge in MI, and one very persistent voter, we would still not have access to any Dominion machines.
So, the meeting last night? This is President Trump having had enough of the legal/courts strategy driving a vigorous discussion to change course towards the original strategy proposed by Powell/Flynn.
The 1:42am tweet to all of his supporters to be in D.C. on 1/6/21 means the President has made a decision. The court battles are pointless. He needs a point-man (point-woman, in this case) to lead a Special Counsel investigation, empanel a grand jury, subpoena and impound ALL voting machines (especially in the 6 key states) and decide who would be carrying out this order. The declaration of emergency in his executive order gives the President enormous powers to deploy the military to seize the machines. This is an example, he would not have have to send military forces, but they’re probably the only institution in the Government at this point that is trustworthy.
This is why Barr was resigned-fired. It is why Barr is writing whiny op-eds and giving similarly whiny interviews about why it is inappropriate for the Department of Justice to investigate ACTUAL CRIMES.
This is why the NYT is reporting on the story – Giuliani and/or Cipollone leaked the story to try and outflank Trump and push him back into the “use the courts” strategy, and it is why the story is somewhat one-sided against Sydney Powell.
This is why we are called to D.C. on 1/6. The President has heard enough.

It was quite a mistake for the Supreme Court to try and avoid looking at this fraud. It is their duty to judge and they shirked their duty. There is no where for the states to settle disagreement but the Supreme Court. What were they thinking? Safety and a nice cocktail party after?
Their strategy was to try and kill Trump’s legal effort quick. That’s why all those lower courts very quickly dismissed the cases forcing appeals to get to SCOTUS. I remember when Giuliani thanked one of the judges for tossing the case quickly, and he said, “See you at the Supreme Court!” I remember cringing when he said that because I (like many) expected the SCOTUS to betray us.
What they seem to have belatedly realized at SCOTUS is that they should have dragged this out just a bit. So, they toss one of Sydney’s lawsuits, but allow the other…but no responses until 1/14…a week before the inauguration. It is pointless, but it forces the opposition to expend resources for a court case that is going nowhere.
What were they thinking? They were thinking how great it would be to get rid of Trump, and to not have riots in dozens of US cities. They are counting on us to remain passive.

It is going to be executed by special operations command elements, joint forces, that fall under special operations sections within DOD. Believe the report. Whether it was Giuliani or Cipollone or someone else who “wandered in and out”, the fact is that there are people disloyal to the President in his circle. Could have been the Chief of Staff. It was almost certainly somebody who was in there the whole time hence the whole “wandering in and out” thing.
That report is a cry for reinforcements to try and change Trump’s mind.
There is no reason to make accusations against Rudy. There is plenty of motives by the other side to attack the man, however.

The article doesn’t even claim to be sourced by someone in the room, only someone “who was briefed on the meeting.” It wasn’t Rudy or Pat.
My summary above does not require it to be either Rudy or Pat. It is somebody wed to their “trust the courts” strategy. That strategy has failed. Many of those working against Pres. Trump knew it would fail, and I suspect there was some war gaming ahead of the election to figure out what they would do to counter the President in the courts.
If the President decides to move off of that strategy, that is bad news, because it forces the enemy to change THEIR strategy in response. Hence the leak to the media…to get the word out of the possible shift in strategy.
I would put even money down that the basic arc of the report is true, maybe some embellishment to make people look bad (naturally) and to disguise the source. There are enemies within the WH (spies), and that’s what this report represents.
I’m confused. Does Chief Justice Roberts have the power to tell the others how to vote? I saw that two “disobeyed” him, but I guess no big deal since the arms of the other conservative justices were twisted. How does one man dictate the outcome vote of the others? Does that truly tell us the other “conservative” justices are comprised or just as evil as the uniparty?
No, he does not. But as the Chief Justice of the United States, he is literally the most senior judge in America, and he presides over meetings involving the justices. Although his vote counts the same as others, it can be assumed that his views do carry some added weight when arguing.
But at the end of the day, as others have noted, Kavanaugh, Gorsuch, Barrett they all vote the way they want. If the TX case was thrown out 7-2 (since only Thomas replied, and Alito clearly wanted it heard), then the other justices threw us in the garbage along with Roberts.

The minute POTUS appointed Powell as Special Counsel, his appointment and any subpoena for impounding the machines will be challenged in courts. And we will go back to a court fight before the same corrupt courts all the way to SCOTUS.
POTUS does not have a week or two for the court fight to get access to the machines. A back up plan should be in place if this scenario happens that will make it absolutely certain (such as imposing limited martial law) that the objective of impounding the machines is achieved within a time certain.
Nope. Under the EO he can deploy the military to seize that machines. If the courts attempt to intervene, he cites the emergency declaration which gives him virtually unlimited powers, states that it is a national security issue, and tells the court they have no standing.
That will have to be Special Counsel (law enforcement function) plus military assistance. How will it work with an EO alone? Hope they already have a map ready locating where the machines are.

Since ALL federal elections are a composite of STATE elections, it requires state COOPERATION to make any headway. As most of them were not handing over the relevant information it was a worthless attempt without judicial pressure and we all know how that would have ended up now. The reporter then wrote it up, and splash it’s on the headlines. Not a lot of time to just fabricate all of the details. Everybody wants to believe that there has been some grand plan, 4D chess stuff happening since 11/4. The only grand plan was “get the case to SCOTUS”, and that was a miserable disaster. The Courts are corrupt. • Explain that the USA is in a technical state of war with the People’s Republic and that from this point forward all American trading and information-sharing with the enemy is terminated. The “illusion of choice” Sundance describes, was torn apart for me in 2008. I was going to vote, as an independent mind, for Hillary (no, I didn’t know about her until her actions as Secretary of State under Obama), but the DNC leadership rather obviously, in my view, pushed Obama upon the Democrat voters, despite the large contingent that wanted Hillary. The leaders just couldn’t keep their mitts off the campaigns, and I found it tyrannical and disgusting. So I voted for McCain (actually, for Sarah Palin, whom I called “the best man for the job” that year). I saw through Obama/Soetoro very quickly, and was not surprised by anything that happened after he got in; I only wondered what Hillary would reveal about HER character then, and was completely turned off by her when she became Obama’s Secretary of State. That I considered most damning — I have always considered Obama un-American and an inveterate liar, and no honest person should have anything to do with him. Things of course fell apart right away with him, just as they had with Bush Jr., and getting ever worse from then on.
Sidney Powell knows better than anyone, I’m sure, precisely how damning, how complete, is the evidence against the fraudulent election. Giuliani has the executive experience, so it’s good to hear the President is hearing from both of them. Time is short. The courts will do nothing before time runs out. The state legislatures and the Congress will do nothing before time runs out unless they are pushed hard to come out of their hiding places.
The president’s strategy should be to release everything that is known about what happened in the 2020 election in a bold and deliberately controversial act of defiance against the Uniparty and the Deep State.
Only the President himself can make the decision to move forward in this way. His action must be so decisive, so highly visible to the public — and yes, so highly controversial — that the MSM and the Democrats cannot ignore it.
1) Declare a national emergency using his own authority as President, based partly on his current knowledge of the substance of the DNI report, but mostly based on his knowledge concerning domestically perpetrated vote fraud.
2) Order the voting machines seized using whatever means are necessary to quickly gain control of them.
3) Quickly publish a summary forensic analysis of the voting machines and their supporting software systems.
4) Construct a persuasive picture of how the election fraud was accomplished by combining information from the forensic analysis with information from the sworn affidavits.
5) Build a persuasive case that the 2020 election was hopelessly compromised by a combination of foreign interference and massive domestically perpetrated vote fraud.
6) Call the leadership of the Congress into the White House and present this material to them in the most visible way possible; and with the press being present for the entire presentation. Lock the doors so no one can leave.
7) At the conclusion of the presentation, challenge the Congressional leadership to take the actions necessary to fulfill their sworn duty to the nation in preserving our constitutional republic.
8) Tell the Congressional leadership to their faces, right there in the room in front of the cameras, that under these severe circumstances, it is the duty and responsibility of the Congress to decide who should become president.
What is needed to resolve this crisis is a well-orchestrated grand public spectacle the likes of which have never been seen before in American politics.
It’s the only hope we have that this monstrous act of politically inspired evil we know as 2020’s massive election vote fraud can be defeated.

In response to the story we are talking about the Gateway Pundit is reporting that the Secretary of Army and the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff have released a statement saying that there is “No Role” for US Army in Martial Law in Determining Elections”. Unless the USCMJ has changed from my time in service, making this preemptive statement, before being ordered to actualy do something is somewhere between insubordination and treason, and requires their IMMEDIATE relief from command.
I also note that Friday, with the code name given, it was reported that the FBI had paid Hillary Cinton an 18 million dollar bribe through an intermediary and then dd not prosecute so as to have future leverage over her. Again, if true this demands IMMEDIATE firing of anyone involved.
