The New York Times is reporting today on a Friday night visit between President Trump and lawyer Sidney Powell. According to the Times President Trump’s legal counsel Rudy Giuliani was present via phone conference and White House counsel Pat A. Cipollone represented the office of the President.
There are essentially a few competing approaches still being provided to President Trump for consideration as the White House awaits an important report from Director of National Intelligence, John Ratcliffe, on what the DNI has affirmed was “foreign interference in the 2020 election.”
Rudy Giuliani and several members of the formal legal team seem to prefer President Trump using executive order #13848 upon, and as an outcome of, formal findings represented by DNI John Ratcliffe.
Use of that specific XO would make sense as the direct purpose of the 2018 order was targeted toward foreign interference. However, there is no specific information known as to which executive agency would carry out any authority if the issues directly highlight domestic election infrastructure targeting.
The Times reports “[p]art of the White House meeting on Friday night was a discussion about an executive order to take control of voting machines to examine them, according to one of the people briefed.” However legal advisors to the office of president are unsure if DHS would have authority to impound Dominion ballot machines. The 2018 executive order would seem to indicate that any office directed by the White House would have authority. This avenue would obviously depend on the DNI final report.
Ms. Powell has two lawsuits in the docket of the high court; however, as each day passes it seems the ability to confront known election fraud evidence becomes more challenging. It is likely Powell is recommending a more forceful approach by the executive branch that will support the lawsuits underway by her outside group.
NEW YORK TIMES – President Trump on Friday discussed making Sidney Powell, who as a lawyer for his campaign team unleashed a series of conspiracy theories about a Venezuelan plot to rig voting machines in the United States, a special counsel investigating voter fraud, according to two people briefed on the discussion.
It was unclear if Mr. Trump will move ahead with such a plan.
Most of his advisers opposed the idea, two of the people briefed on the discussion said, including Rudolph W. Giuliani, the president’s personal lawyer, who in recent days sought to have the Department of Homeland Security join the campaign’s efforts to overturn Mr. Trump’s loss in the election.
Mr. Giuliani joined the discussion by phone, while Ms. Powell was at the White House for a meeting that became raucous at times, according to one of the people briefed on what took place. Other administration officials drifted in and out of the meeting, two of the people briefed said, and the White House counsel, Pat A. Cipollone, pushed back on the ideas being proposed.

I read all this talk about the Insurrection Act and invoking martial law. Are we sure that the needed martial elements, the military and police, would be on the side of Trump? I have no confidence in that at all.

In a recent interview, Gen. McInerney commented that the curious “server raid” in Germany was carried out by Special Forces personnel on a “server farm” operated by the CIA. He described a pitched gun-battle with casualties. He also mentioned that the president has given the Special Forces their own command which provides them with significant distancing from the suddenly suspect Army chain-of-command. I don’t think this was accidental.

I agree with Steve Bannon. We do not need such maneuvers as the insurrection act so long as there is success getting the state legislators to perform their constitutional duties and de-certify illegitimate electors. There is another route where if not enough electors can be seated due to de-certification, then the senate with VP Pence in charge would decide legislatively that DJT would be sworn in for a 2nd term. Also the third option prior to Jan 20 that works is if on Jan 6 there are enough courageous patriots within the House and Senate who refuse to confirm the illegitimate electors, then a trial in a joint session with evidence presented can be held with a subsequent vote for the electors they deem legitimate. Lots of territory to cover prior to invoking the insurrection act. And don’t even think about the SCOTUS – weak link!
I wonder if state legislators are braver than supreme court justices. Wouldn’t they be afraid of intimidation or threats? Just look at Georgia state legislature. Several state senators introduced a petition to call a special session of the state legislature without the terrible governor who wouldn’t do it. The petition needed 3 fifths of each house of the state legislature which is controlled by a Republican majority. They could not get enough state legislators to demand a special session. Why? All of former President Barack Obama’s national security team members (Brennan, Clapper, Rice, Comey, McCabe), the Bidens, John Kerry, Hillary Clinton, and Obama, himself, should be put under house arrest pending trial. The head of the FBI should be fired. Impeachment articles against Nancy Pelosi, Chuck Schumer, Mitch McConnell, and Chief Justice Roberts should be drawn up. All should be removed from office as soon as possible.
If there is to be political Armageddon – then I want to see lifeless bodies littering the halls of the Capitol and streets inside the Beltway. Some of the accused may get to post bail – many may have to wait for their trial date from a jail cell as did Paul Manafort. Either way – they must be hauled before real courts and tried by real prosecutors for their offenses.

The vast majority of our career non-commissioned, warrant, and company and field grade officers are patriots. Trump can fire any defense secretary in the bureaucrat line who thinks he overrides the president’s policies; Trump also can fire any Pentagon official or flag officer all the way up to Joint Chiefs who thinks he makes policy.

1. Most court battles are now exhausted. SCOTUS is compromised.
2. The ONE successful court case which allowed evidence to be gathered produced IMMEDIATE, verifiable, results.
3. Friday was the due date for the DNI’s report. DNI had already said there was foreign election interference. The debate is over who to pin it on. (IMHO, Russia and China are collaborators)
4. Friday’s report also validates the initial intent of the EO. The EO declares a state of emergence, and triggers action if that interference takes place. We now know it has.
5. Major information attacks on key Government and corporate infrastructure.
6. Lists of ChiComm agents infiltrated into the West. Swalwell. Feinstein. CV19
It makes total sense that this meeting would take place, and that the agenda was “what follows?”

Last I’ve heard is Sydney Powell stating that she does not know who has possession of the seized server, “good guys or bad guys?” If she could gain access to the seized server and conduct an expert forensic audit, that will allow her to solidify the hard evidence needed to back fraud claim on Dominion, et al., and should be enough to identify corrupted voting machines/locations/etc. Just Praying SP is somehow granted clearance access to it asap and that the ‘good guys’ indeed have possession of that server.

The good aspect of all of this thus far is that Trump supporters have been obedient to the law all along. It is the system we swore to uphold, and we pledged allegiance to it all those years.
Trump may give an order during an emergency in which he calls all to account. The military, the courts, the various agencies hither and yon who would be required to perform whatever duties the Order proclaims will no doubt lie down in their tracks and defy them. Not unexpected. What they don’t expect is that when Trump calls down to the citizens at large and begs them to follow through where the agencies revolted, well, that’s a call to action.
The ONE thing that has had everyone on Trump’s side frozen in place is the lack of an Order to act. Trump, by giving such an order, frees up all of the law-abiding restraints that prohibit lawful people from acting out in practically any effective way. The Order is the Law, and when given, there will be people who will follow it wherever it leads.
What could possibly be given for an order?
Winging it for examples without any forethought, all voting systems could be reduced to paper ballots and mandatory voter ID with cross jurisdictional voter database checks to prohibit and catch double voting. In such a case, any election carried out with a prohibited system could be void, and elections for all offices would have to be held again. Extreme? Only if you don’t care about losing the United States of America. We shut down swaths of the economy for a nasty flu, so why not rejuvenate the electoral process for another go in January funded by the US Treasury?
What else? Well, why not summarily dismiss the state governors who oversaw certification of BS electoral output. Constitutional? Who’s asking, Trump would be acting…get it now? The people would walk into the various capitols and peacefully impede operations, set up shop for new elections, and carry out the process as needed on a volunteer basis until a newly elected governor and associated officials were sworn in to resume duties. Why not? The Lefty communists and their sympathizers are trying that exact thing today and McConnell has said he’s OK with it. So, turnabout is possible.

I have a few comments I hope will be of some interest.
1. President Trump has called for a PROTEST, not a “rally”, on Jan. 6.
2. That’s THE DAY Congress receives the Electoral College votes and determines whether to accept them or not. What better day to have a mass of Trump supporters standing outside Congress showing our strength?
3. From Page 3 of the September 2018 EO: (d) Nothing in this order shall prevent the head of any agency or any other appropriate official from tendering to the President, at any time through an appropriate channel, any analysis, information, assessment, or evaluation of foreign interference in a United States election.
Thus – the 45 days + 45 days issue is non-critical. President Trump does not need the reports, the first of which has already missed its deadline.
4. NEVER SIGNAL YOUR TACTICS TO YOUR ENEMY!
Surprise is an excellent tactic.
You do NOT want your enemy to know what you’re thinking……….!
5. WE have no clue as to what President Trump knows/understands/faces each day. He has a plan. He always does. We need to trust his plan and stop the “arm-chair analysis” of his moves. President Trump is well aware of this. Don’t ever forget that reality. He is doing everything he can to AVOID blood shed in our streets. “Discretion is the better part of valor.” There is a time and a place for war. But we must do ALL WE CAN TO AVOID IT! War is horribly costly. Lives get terminated. That kind of loss is horrific!
I know many of you are weary of the lies, distortions, lack of ‘consequences’ or ‘justice’. I am also!!! However, in a time such as this it’s CRUCIAL that we be patient. We need to allow our President to do what he can within the confines of the political scenario that he is in the middle of. He’s fighting The Swamp! This is no simple, easy, quick fix task. If it was we’d have had justice a long time ago.
President Trump has called for a PROTEST! Support that – not war in our streets. Give him what he has asked for!!! And trust that he know what he is doing. He’s THERE! We are not!
This is, of course, pure speculation on my part, but dangling Sidney Powell as Special Counsel looking into, well, everything, sure sounds a lot like appointing Ric Grenell Acting ODNI so John Radcliffe could be quickly confirmed as ODNI after McConnell initially turned his nose up at him.
The message is, perhaps, you Republicans can be reasonable and fix this with the constitutional powers you have, or I can unleash Sidney on you with all the powers of the Special Counsel and she’ll uncover and release EVERYTHING, it’s your choice….

Dirty States – all with Republican Legislatures – still have time to clean up their own mess.
In swing states, legislators have allowed violations of thier own state election laws. Legislators must block the illegal actions of governors, secretary’s of state and courts, by asserting thier constitutional authority, as designated by the seperation of powers, and assign electors reflecting the will of the people represented by legal ballots.
Our side is the majority. It’s time we act like it.

Sadly I will not be able to make the event as my wife is high risk for covid and being treated in an out of state hospital full of other high risk patients with lowered immune systems (she will be fine). To me, limited action (by whatever agency – military or civilian – that can accomplish it) to obtain the voting machines in the most egregiously fraudulent states would be within reason and acceptable. Having bipartisan tech guys look at the insides of these black boxes and publicising what they see on, well, maybe Pres. Trump’s twitter feed? (if it was not banned) Some media that people can still read. Newsmax? One America News? Maybe Lou Dobbs or Maria Baritomo? The problem is not only obtaining the information but disseminating it to us!!!!
I will know a lot more about which way the wind of this fraud-storm is blowing when I see whether or not President Trump attends the “inauguration” of Joe Biden, should it occur. It’s obvious from the big media narrative that the UniParty establishment intends to go right ahead with the fraud. Should it occur, can UniParty compel President Trump to attend a fraudulent celebration of a fraudulent election? Should the establishment bosses attempt such a compulsion, would President Trump comply or refuse?
U.S. government will never be the same, and neither will the life of Donald John Trump. If President Trump does not prevail in overcoming this perverse fraud, the perverts of UniParty will not ever rest until they have destroyed DJT, his business, and his family.
