I like how Rubio has “matured” since 2016, but I need alot more data points before I go all in on him.

I’ve been so impressed with him.
He’s always confident, speaks clearly and well. He’s relaxed and unless he wants to convey seriousness, he’ll joke a bit. He’s great switching from English into Spanish.

Consider … this now allows Iran to agree to “give up it’s nuclear weapons” ambitions and allows them to participate in peaceful use of nuclear energy … but now they know when the inspectors are coming to check compliance.
More to this one than just the claimed stick in the eye by the UN.
