This evening the U.S. Supreme Court ruled in favor of Texas in a lawsuit against the federal government. [View pdf Here] The outcome is a ruling requiring the Biden administration to reinstitute the “remain in Mexico” policy put into place during the Trump administration. The policy requires asylum seekers to remain in Mexico while they await hearings in the United States.

The ruling was 6-3 with Sonia Sotomayor, Elena Kagan and Stephen Breyer dissenting from the majority opinion. The ruling is a significant victory for Missouri and Texas, the two states who sued over Biden’s repeal of the policy and won a favorable ruling earlier this month requiring the Biden administration to return to the Trump-era policy.

Biden not only is being held accountable by Supreme Court here but he enacted policies which harm US citizens AND NEVER was required to provide an explanation?
No. Do not think the SCOTUS is holding anyone accountable. Let’s wait to see if the Biden administration complies. I’m not going to be shocked if they fail to comply in the slightest.
Absolutely!
He should have at least had to have presented his “policy” to Congress for discussion before issuing an Executive Order.
Get people on record for or against with televised proceedings.
I like this…and, return to the original legal purpose of an EO.
The first completely open, anti-American venal president in our history. He will go down as a notorious, destructive man who did everything Obamao and his globalist handlers told him to do.
Biden is the villain, the nihilistic Joker, who turned the lights out in America.
God save us from these maniacal villains.
Hum, wonder how how effective this will be in light of DHS/DOJ proposed rules change that would cut out the court procedure COMPLETELY and put the decision of asylum in the interviewers hands.

I have it on good authority that Texas is moving assets into place to resume construction on the wall in two weeks.
God bless Texas!!
Great! Now let’s end work visas and economic immigration into the U.S. and begin mass deportations of illegal aliens with their progeny.
Spawn. They never stop screwing.
Modern humans are made in the image of God (Imago Dei). We procreate. Fish spawn. I am not a racist.
The two greatest and very much needed benefits of throttling down immigration and work visas to almost nil, after many decades of mass immigration and work visa issuance into the U.S. are:
1) Materially increases national security.
2) Materially benefits the vast majority of U.S. citizens working (or looking for work) in a presently destabilized domestic labor market.
You notice how to liberals, it’s not about the law or the Constitution, but rather about politics…Just look at the vote and most votes as they’ve been made in the past…Along politically ideological lines.
The “Liberal Bloc” in the SCOTUS should be always referred to by us as the “Soviet Bloc” as they will always refer to the consistent rationale decisions and agreements thereof by Justices Thomas, Alito as “Extreme Right-Wing/ Conservative”. Start controlling the WORDS, Republicans.
Since 86% of the poor sad sancho stories of “Oh, senor immigration official, me and my wife are constantly being oppressed and threatened by cartel members…..so pleeeeese let us eeeeen” are BOGUS, it makes sense to use this law as a DISINCENTIVE to abuse our extremely generous immigration laws. They all read from the same literal script. Thus, fewer lying illegals don’t bother leaving their home and clog up our court system back-log.
Can someone ask Gov. Newsom or Rigor Pelosis just what is the MAXIMUM population capacity of the State of California. Ask them when was the last time a California native remarked how “uncrowded” a freeway, a school, a tourist attraction parking lot, a hospital ER, or a jail was…. Can they state the stats on the last 1,000,000 illegals who were allowed in on what their status is in regard to employment, percentage on welfare, English proficiency, crime rate, birth rate, income levels, remittance costs?
We are full. We Californians have not been asked if we want to become Tijuana North and break the Treaty of Guadalupe-Hidalgo and the Gadsen Purchase. When did that vote take place. A sappy teary-eyed/ upper lip-biting speech about “That’s not who we are/ “values”” ain’t a vote!
Heck, just ask them WHAT is the current California population; they will probably get it wrong and be off by 10,000,000. Ask them what it was in the 1970s, the last of the Golden Age of California.
