The U.S. Treasury Department said Tuesday it is imposing $1.2 billion in fines on Bank of America for compliance violations resulting in lax efforts to curtail money laundering activity. The fines on America’s second-biggest bank amount to the third-largest in the department’s history. [Treasury Notice Here]
Money laundering for Latin-American narcotraffickers, terrorists as well as sketchy individuals/organizations that continue avoiding U.S. Treasury sanctions appear to be the heart of the matter.
WASHINGTON—The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) today announced a $750 million civil money penalty against Bank of America, N.A. (bank), for violations of the Bank Secrecy Act and its implementing regulations, including 12 CFR 21.21 and 12 CFR 21.11. This amount is the largest in OCC history. The bank is also subject to a December 2024 cease-and-desist order (2024 Order), which requires the bank to address its deficient Bank Secrecy Act/anti-money laundering (BSA/AML) compliance program.
“Bank of America, N.A., is the second largest bank in the U.S. and the sixth largest in the world. Every year, it processes hundreds of trillions of dollars in transactions across the globe. It has a high, and increasing, risk profile for money laundering, terrorist financing and other illicit activities. Almost two years ago, the bank signed an order with the OCC and committed to fixing its longstanding BSA deficiencies. Despite its obligation to the American people as a national-chartered, global systemically important bank, the bank’s BSA/AML compliance program continues to reflect widespread breakdowns in internal controls, which threatens U.S. national and economic security” said Comptroller of the Currency Jonathan V. Gould. “The bank’s poor response to its BSA deficiencies is unacceptable. The second largest bank’s egregious and continued BSA violations warrant the OCC imposing its largest CMP ever assessed against a bank. The OCC expects all banks to have an effective BSA/AML compliance program. Those that do not can expect swift and significant action from the OCC.”
The OCC found that the bank’s BSA/AML compliance program has been deficient and ineffective. The bank’s deficient transaction monitoring system resulted in the bank failing to properly monitor trillions of dollars in transactions. This caused the bank to file large numbers of late suspicious activity reports (SARs) involving billions of dollars. Many of the late SARs had indicia of money laundering. The bank knew for years that it was failing to escalate potentially suspicious activities to investigators for review to determine if a SAR should be filed but failed to correct this serious BSA violation.
In addition, the bank’s BSA Officer and staff lacked sufficient skills and expertise to effectively manage the bank’s BSA/AML program. Key BSA personnel did not receive appropriate training regarding suspicious activity identification, investigation, and reporting, which resulted in the bank filing inaccurate and late SARs. The BSA audit function failed to identify long-standing BSA concerns that examiners subsequently uncovered.
After agreeing to the 2024 Order, the bank still failed to prioritize BSA/AML compliance. The bank did not complete many of the significant steps needed to establish an effective BSA/AML compliance program and its program continues to have significant breakdowns. For example, more than a year after the 2024 Order, the bank still failed to escalate potentially suspicious activities to investigators for review. Additionally, the bank processed potential trade-based money laundering transactions due to a systemic gap in its transaction monitoring program. Bank management failed to ensure the bank had an effective BSA/AML compliance program and continued to minimize the program’s significant deficiencies.
The OCC is taking this action in coordination with an action by the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN), which is assessing a $1.2 billion fine that credits the OCC’s $750 million penalty and is requiring remedial action by the bank. The OCC-assessed penalty will be paid to the U.S. Treasury. {SOURCE}
Money laundering is at the core of the issue!
Flashback to July, 2026…
Prime Minister Carney and Volodymr Zelenskyy announced a new Canada-based financial institution called the Defense, Security and Resilience Bank (DSRB). {source}
CANADA – […] “Mark Carney, welcomed the support for the Canada-led DSRB by: Albania, Belgium, Greece, Latvia, Luxembourg, Romania, Türkiye, and Ukraine. These countries will be entrusted with defining the initial policies and directives of the Bank, shaping its operations and ensuring benefits flow to members’ economies.”
[…] Leveraging a strong credit rating, the Bank will provide long-term, low-cost financing for defence, security, and resilience initiatives across supply chains.” (more)
When you see the term “resilience initiatives” think climate change. Specifically, think carbon capture and carbon trading mechanisms.
Perhaps this move by U.S. Treasury can also be viewed as a countereffort against the financial schemes of the banking elite who have been coordinating efforts against the carbon-friendly nationalists. Just worth remembering.

The time for sitting on the fence and calling for a cease fire while still indirectly supplying weapons and providing intel assistance to Ukraine is over IMO. Don’t want Ukraine taking out Russian oil production? Cease all assistance to Ukraine.
Consider well the source linked below…… make up your own mind the validity and worth of these reports from RT a Russian source.
Heavy strikes on Ukraine energy, military and infrastructure 14 Oct 26. Only 2 out of 39 ballistic missiles intercepted from Russia ; are their anti-ballistic missile capabilities at their limits? Limited funds to prosecute the war and potential intel interruptions?
https://rt-english.com/russia/647181-russia-strikes-military-linked-energy/
Also this opinion piece speaks to intel interruptions and provides a bit of insight into how Russia views the diesel deal and the potential for Russian US trade after the military action in Ukraine ceases.

Judge Kenesaw Mountain Landis would have broken B of A into pieces and jailed the perps on high bond. If they didn’t try to flee the country, they were looking at 20-year terms. If they did, then they were condemned to roam poor in places like the post WW1 Soviet Union with little money …. while Uncle Sam confiscated their properties and jailed anyone trying to send them money.
He’s such a whiney little b@&ch. Good grief already.
Right! Running g to NPR for his curated sound bites. He’s looking more and more like the weasel.
This is the Way!
I’ve only seen this on the Gatewaypundit but Z apparently bombed an oil depot on Tuesday after the President announced the energy cease fire.

Of course, NPR.
They are a pure leftist, globalist, anti-Trump, propaganda machine.
Well done NPR. Your fancy pants, snooty, faux highbrow disapproval of our Heroic President has been duly noted and filed in the filing cabinet with the flush handle.
Why are we allowing our weapons to be purchased and then sold to Ukraine?
Why are we sharing any kind of intelligence with Ukraine?
….five eyes?….
Z won’t be able to aim his UK-built missiles and drones without US provided satellite navigation and targeting data.
Hear moaning sounds from the war wanters.
Good. It’s their turn to moan for a change.
Psalm 34:14
Turn from evil and do good; seek peace and pursue it.
Yes Dear Gip, hope they/Ukrane will listen to their citizens and have an election.
The last thing Vlad and Globalists will do is subject themselves to a legitimate election.
Anyone in jail yet, for violations of anti-money laundering and sanctions laws?
Jail? What’s jail?
The back 9 with no access to the 19th hole…
Megabanks are “Too Big to Jail.”
While the fine itself is paid out-of-pocket,
directors and officers
would carry / have D&O liability insurance
and entity/investigation defense coverage
that would reimburse the legal and compliance defense costs incurred during the investigation—though these are separate from the penalty itself.
so they are insulated
the fines will come from third quarter earnings
lower earnings
mean lower taxes
the fines themselves are related to the bank’s failure to file more than $5 billion in suspicious activity reports over multiple years, including . . .
activity tied to Chinese money laundering networks. . .
and the U.S.-Mexico border. . .
sooooooooo
the the chinese laundry
hired a mexican truck driver
who hired an intelligent. . . security guard**
and B of A
cashed all the paychecks
with a blind eye
now the optometrist is sending a bill
which is visible to all
** fun fact
the security guard also protects a
an actor
in the ukrainian theatre
Sometimes D&O doesn’t always insulate the directors/officers. Where there’s been intentional illegality…no coverage.
Makes for a fun detective story. But I think it is probably less convoluted.
B of A was cheating while Biden was president. Probably got lazy.
Don’t mess with Bessent!
I was wondering what he could do to top the Elizabeth Warren footnote.
@keynote
@contrarian
do either of you have experience in international finance or banking ?
1) prove intent
have you SEEN people plead the 5th
have you SEEN bankers at that level go to jail?
the “convolution”
is a feature
not a flaw
It has been awhile for me but all that insurance is for naught if there is criminality.
After reading both your original post and this one, I’ve come to the conclusion that BoA is purposely ignoring money laundering laws and actually wants that kind of business.
Is money their god? Kinda looks like it to me.
Nothing says “don’t do it again” like 10 years in prison for the CEO.
Bank of America will absorb the charges in their 3rd quarter. Does that even sound like a big deal?
Who would get the 1.2 billion?
The Treasury.
Hmm? go figure
Settlement Agreement between the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control and Bank of America, N.A.
10/13/2026
Press Release Link (in reply)
The U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) today announced an $11,662,930 settlement with Bank of America, N.A. Bank of America agreed to settle its potential civil liability for 475 apparent violations of OFAC sanctions programs targeting Russia, Belarus, Iran, Burma, Somalia, narcotics, and global terrorism.
The apparent violations occurred when Bank of America processed payments involving blocked banks, failed to appropriately prioritize alerts for customers who were exact name- and date of birth-matches to blocked persons, failed to promptly update watchlists following OFAC designations, and mishandled two business accounts associated with blocked persons due to human error.
The settlement amount reflects OFAC’s determination that Bank of America’s apparent violations were non-egregious but largely not voluntarily self-disclosed.

I can’t speak for the C Suite, but DEI was strong at the branch level of BOA. Not to mention most times I couldn’t understand the tellers because of their thick foreign accents. And being a 30+ year customer with a healthy checking and savings account balance, they wouldn’t even give me or my son a loan for him to buy a used truck. Closed all accounts and went to a credit union.
Also, they were lock step with reporting information to the fedgov if withdrawals were over a certain amount or if deposits were “unusually high”, whatever that means.
My guess…the lying where media will blame Trump…but note this has been going on since December 2024…DT wasn’t in office yet.. so even though BOA was shilling for the Biden government they still got bit. Of course there may have been winks and nods. The actual story will never come to light. It never does.
If it was strong at the branch level, It was stronger in the C Suite. A good banker would not touch DEI with a ten foot pole or give it a loan.
BAC C Suite are virtue-signaling assholes. The highly visible branch level DEI is simply shit rolling downhill.
Yeah. Don’t blame this incompetence on DEI.
DEI looks like the tool they used to ensure incompetence. Hire untrained people and don’t train them to do the job. Keep doing it even though regulators tell you to fix it.
It was not incompetence.
Sure they would, especially if Larry Fink, CEO of BlackRock, Trustee of the WEF, member of the CFR, tells you to adopt DEI or BlackRock tanks your stock valuation. He was producing annual letters in 2021-2024 to fellow CEOs, really nothing more than veiled threats, to adopt DEI (diversity) and climate change/Green policies, or suffer the consequences of having your stock tank.
BlackRock, Vanguard, State Street, and Fidelity, though their own portfolios, or managed assets of others, own about 40% of many public corporations listed on the various stock exchanges.
Bank of Amigo.
Banks are required to participate in the Feds Affordable Housing scams with your money.
I kinda, sorta hate any and all things HUD, having lived next to the worst Section 8 complex
in my former home town. When I heard about my money going towards creating yet more
neighborhood destroying housing, I parked it in a credit union. It’s remained in one since
1993.
These were NOT unintentional mistakes in banking activities. Bank of America knew exactly what they were doing and deliberately breaking federal law because they were making so much profit from their money laundering.
The Trump administration should bring criminal charges against specific senior officers of the bank and put them in prison where they belong. Monetary penalties should not be assessed JUST against the bank but reach into the pockets of the big shot criminals running the bank. Hit the lawbreaking scoundrels in THEIR OWN pocketbooks.
Or better yet, criminal prosecution for those insiders who can be proven to be in the know.
I’ll second that. This HAD to be intentional. BoA knew about the problems, had plenty of time to fix the problems, but REFUSED to do it. That’s intentional any way you look at it.
Some of you might remember, I am a supporter of the banks and banking system. To think that banks make loans for the DEI and ESG and promote those policies is minor league. Yes, there are bankers that eagerly push those policies and they are bad bankers trying to seek favor from the Federal Government. A good banker would not loan money or push policies that are doomed to fail. It is anti capitalist.
That being said, I am a proponent of Too Big To Fail. BOA’s fine is a drop in the bucket for a bank of that size. What needs to happen is BOA needs to be broken into pieces and sold off. The BOA people involved need to be fired and the chain of command that allowed it to happen need to be prosecuted. Also the staff of the OCC that allowed it to happen need to be fired and if there is foul play prosecuted.
A pittance of a fine is nothing to BOA. There has to be Negative Consequences and Prosecution for criminal behavior.
They have always been nice to me. Except for that one loud mouthed German teller who got canned.
BofA lost my deposited paycheck once and took the money out of my account. I went in with my deposit slip and told them it was certainly not my fault they lost the check after I gave it to them. This was 35 years ago.
Since I was upset about it, they called my employer and got a stop on the funds and had them redeposit them, but I decided not to bank with them ever again.
Similar weirdness happened to me 40 years ago. New in town with a new job. Opened a BofA account with auto deposit. The first auto deposit went through. I walked in the branch with check #1001 written out to cash. The teller takes the check, checks his terminal, walks away, then returns the check to me and tells me there are insufficient funds because another check had been cashed. I’m confused! I have just handed him check #1001. I ask for the check number and amount. He tells me check #1001 and for the same amount! WTH? Am I not going to be able to buy groceries now? I told him that can’t be, I’ve got the check right here. He fumbles and mumbles something about a mistake and relents. I closed the account the next week and went to the credit union. Never dealt with BofA again and never will!
My thinking is that they will gladly pay the fine because the money they made during that time is far greater than that. Plus, slapping people like this on the wrist with a “fine” is a joke. People need to be arrested. No arrests prove to me you are not serious.
Then there’s JP Morgan & Deutsche Bank getting fined for “spoof” trading silver. They pay the billion dollar fine, turn around and continue it. A “Billie” doesn’t go as far as it used to.
As a fellow allegedly once said, a billion here, a billion there, and pretty soon you’re talking real money…
To get a better sense of scale: BoA reported $30.5B in profit in 2025. Median personal income in 2025 was ~$47k, so a $1.2B fine for BoA would be like that median person being fined about $1850. A fine like that would get your attention, but it probably wouldn’t drive you into ruin. And getting BoA’s attention was probably the goal here. Letting them know that they are being watched and will be held to account for their behavior.
(Edited because I miscalculated the fine as 1.6B at first – oops)
Your example is totally misleading.
If you deduct the cost of living from the personal income figure, then prorate it, then you would have a fair comparison.
BoA’s profit is after expenses. The median income figure is before expenses.
“Profit” is what’s left over after operating costs are paid. Most company profits then go to shareholders and to re-investing in the company. Why don’t you recalculate the comparison using these variables?
Maybe They can discover a few hundred more NGOs and their money trails while they’re at it. It would be nice if Neville Singham and his type are at least a little bit more worried now.
Treasury BS The Best ever had,
Sec. Bessent is on the job.
It’s hard to believe he was at one time an executive at Goldman Sachs and had a Soros connection.
I should always proof read first 😉
BofA, the bank that would not allow me to deposit $50.00 cash in my grandsons account a year ago for his birthday…
You should have told them it was CIA Child Trafficking Money.
Problem solved!
A lot of banks do this. Had it happen at a Navy Fed this past summer.
But BoA is bad, in so many other ways.
Out of curiosity, would I be correct in expecting this and a few other oversized banks were part of the debanking of conservatives between 2020-2025?
If I am not mistaken, and I am not, Bank Of America was one of the funders of the BLM riots that destoyed entire American cities, and created widespread havoc. They are one of the enemies within the gates. Psalm 37 is a good read to find out their end.
Seems a good return actually.
$5 Billion in laundered funds and B of A paid just $1.2 Billion in fines? Not a bad gig.
“And while you’re at it, you might want to reconsider that whole “Debanking MAGA”- thing. Just sayin’, is all.”
Great point. A bank running off customers. Only a fool would do that or a banker that has a government gun to its head.
WALMART SHOULD BE NEXT TO BE SANCTIONED FOR ALL THE HELP THEY GIVE ILLEGALS .
If we took away all the money illegals spend from all the various government “GIFT CARDS” in their stores and fees for money they send back to their countries Walmart would go out of business.
It sucks for B of A when Biden isn’t either a senator, VP, or President and runs interference for you.
Biden was senator from Delaware and was on the Senate Banking committee. Delaware is the state where all these banks are formally incorporated in. Biden had enormous influence over the banks.

Pardon the discursion but the phrase “… compliance program continues to reflect widespread breakdowns in internal controls …” immediately kicked off Mr. Peabody’s Wayback Machine for me. Around 1980 or so, my employer would occasionally send me off with a pickup team of folks from around the area to do audits of nearby branch offices. It was a week of walking the deep weeds of that office’s paperwork. Once in a blue moon someone would get crosswise with the hierarchy, but, not often. A well run office would be doing it right as a matter of course and in fact, it was common practice to seed an innocuous mistake here and there so the audit team would actually have something to write up when it was all over with.
As one of these … gee whiz, I guess they were show trials sort of, weren’t they? … was breaking up, the guy who ran the audit team asked me if I knew what an auditor was and, realizing he was going to uncork a joke told him I didn’t. He replies, “An auditor is the guy who, after the smoke of battle clears, wanders the battlefield among the casualties and shoots the wounded.”
I remember auditors almost that far back! But boy, that definition of an auditor is a bit disturbing! As a retired bank employee for 29 years in the operations function of the Wealth Management Dept, we were used to regular unannounced visits from audit. While the process is not fun, it was well organized and professional. All employees had to take courses on reporting bank fraud and to be alert on common ways you may find it. We were obviously, pleased when audit was complete!
The fine is merely “the cost of doing business”. Obviously, the previous fine in the consent order was not enough.
Is the same BOA that targeted MAGA and gun owners?
Industry: financial services
Penalty Total since 2000: $402,148,030,297
Number of Records: 8,722
Bank of America: Number 1 top violator.
https://violationtracker.goodjobsfirst.org/summary?major_industry_sum=financial+services
Not nearly enough of a fine.
BoA just reported profits of $6.9 billion for Q3.
The upper management will delay their annual Porsche trade-ins by only a few weeks over this.
20% tax. Just a cost of doing business. Until folks jailed it’s just theater.
BINGO!!! We have a winner here!
You need to know the bank consolidation has been going on for some time.
When the dust settles, BOA will have the south west corridor, Regions the south east, WF north west and JPMC the nothing east.
UBS will the king in Europe.
Citi? Deutche?
From “global warming” to “global cooling” to “climate change” to “carbon credits” to “resilience initiatives” to….be continued.
Evil never surrenders…
It simply changes its linguistic clothing and marches on.
(And this…BANK OF AMERICA is a huge (HUGE) contributor to the purveyors of unborn murderers and the organ harvesting thereof, “Planned Parenthood”. Another example of the hideous clothes in which Evil arrays itself.)
Love the photo. The OT King Cyrus would agree.
“Planned Parenthood”, should, imho, be declared an international terrorist organization, for starters.
AMEN, AMEN, & AMEN!
May The LORD help….
Anybody else that went around in America killing babies would.
Besides, what does the intentional death of infants have to do with parenthood?

“Prime Minister Carney and Volodymr Zelenskyy announced a new Canada-based financial institution called the Defense, Security and Resilience Bank…”
Someone please tell me why Zelenskyy is involved in forming a bank! He is not a banker and has zero financial background. His bio says he was once a comedian, (would you pay to see a Volodymr Zelenskyy standup routine at your local comedy club?), and he co-founded a company that made cartoons! So the announcement that he and Carney had formed the Defense, Security and Resilience Bank soundsto me like schtick coming from the comedy team of Volodymr and Carney!
Globalist don’t require talent or experience, just loyalty.
Hmm, dunno if I’d peg Zelenskyy as loyal…except to Volodymr!
Personally, I’d put Carney at the head of that team, not Z.
You make a good point!
What happens to this money? General fund? Donations to my favorite charity?
“The OCC assessed penalty will be paid to the US treasury” – Towards the end, before the Zelenskyy Carney bit. Pay down the debt. every little bit helps.
TO be DeBanked SUCKs… boo hoo to all corrupt COMMUNITSTs…. May REAL Money never Die….
The Treasury’s official October 13 statement is far more damning than the headline suggests.
Hard to find.
The result of this will be enhanced harassment of citizens doing legitimate transactions. The $10,000 limit on cash transactions while not codified in statute until 1970 and a 1972 regulation, is based on a 1945 policy that was never reexamined in light of inflation. $10,000 in 1945 is worth $186,000 in today’s devalued dollars. It is hard to feel too sorry for the B of A, leftist institution that it is but conservatives also need to worry about having banks be the Stasi.
We desperately need to disrupt the banking industry – think the break up of “Ma Bell”. A banking system of 300 smaller state and / or regional sized banks is MUCH more stable a resilient than 10 goliaths.
Heck with “banks”, especially big ones. Go with a local cu.
I do not understand why ANYONE would bank with one of these Goliaths. Credit Unions are always better, but I’ve noticed lately DEI is rearing it’s ugly head there also.
I am with you PC. The Big Government types want just a few big banks and few big companies in other industries. Then it is just a couple of phone calls to make them institute socialist policies. Lots of little companies are much harder to control. We have to break up the Too Big To Fails.
The usual suspects are calling Trump’s diesel deal with Russia to be halted.
A more informing list of the Scum of the Senate cannot be produced.
I note that a few of those Senaturds will be out of office in 4 months anyway.
When the other team kicks over the game board, you know you have won.
God bless Secretary Bessent!
The corrupt globalist banking/financial cartel must view Mr. Bessent as The Terminator!
No. Just a speedbump in their road to total control. After looking at this joke of a fine, they may be right.
1.2 bn$ is a rounding error to BoA.
Particularly when the actual cash settlement for this fine is likely to be 1% of the assessed penalty. Unless corporations and the individuals actually feel pain it is not a penalty. Just a cost of doing business.
The problem is the fines are meaningless. CEOs, and people running these grifting schemes need to be jailed. Otherwise it is just a tax and accounting blips. The fat man dances while the thin man pays the band.
….oink
The bank should change its name to Bank of Mexico.
How this is possible is surprising to me. Every year without fail, officers of BOA must complete an online training course (updated annually with the latest procedures and regulations) and take a test on the content to ensure that each officer understood the material in the course and could not claim ignorance of necessary procedures. Everyone was aware of severe consequences if the policies were violated. Like any large U.S. bank, employees were also aware that, if policies were violated leading to legal action by the Feds, the employees would be thrown to the regulators. I know whereof I write. I never worked in a branch but worked with particularly wealthy clients where elaborate vetting was performed on any new relationship. Very strange.
How? It was purposeful. All the rest is smoke to hide it.
Should have been 10 billion.
Hey BofA, How much did you donate to Act Blue, Antifa and BLM?!
So banks are expected to be the enforcement arm against money laundering without passing the cost to their customers? Anyone who owns a small business will tell you that it’s expensive to be the bagman for the state to collect (and pay) the sales tax. This sounds like BofA is skirting the expense instead of being intentionally disinterested. I see it coming: my monthly fees will increase to cover the cost of this enforcement and fines. Well, that’s what you get when the banking system is becomes a centralized couple of players instead of numerous savings & loans.
HSBC China headquarters in Canada I’d bet is ripe in the global money laundering network.

In addition to be held to account for their criminal misconduct, this anti-American 💩-stain of a company MUST also be held to account for their actions as direction by FBHO and FJB to ‘de-bank’ businesses and individuals in the operations known as “Choke Point” (FBHO) and “Choke Point 1.0” (FJB)!
They need to be penalized BIGLY!!
Not surprising it is Bank of America.
I had a fraudulent account opened in my name about 5 years ago, maybe two accounts. It was BOA. A bank I never did any banking with.
I went to a local branch and found that their buildings are personless. No one to be found inside.
They apparently expected you to go to the brick and mortar bank to do what you could do online. I guess it was merely an advertising billboard in the form of a bank building. The height of idiocy.
I could sense a suspicious enterprise a mile away with my first experience.
I vowed to never to get a credit card or do any banking with them.
Please Secretary Bessent, keep up the winning.
BOA was a big de-banker for the commies censorship program
Stuff like that is why I only keep token amounts in accounts with them.
Took my business elsewhere years ago.
No good bank would ever debank a customer unless they were criminal or were forced to debank them by government action. Capitalists do not run off customers.
Resilience initiatives, now there’s an odd wording for banking schemes. There’s something fishy in Denmark! Sounds like forceful influencing indeed.
POS Bank of America! I was a long-time customer until they reported the financial transactions of all Trump supporters around the J/6 (the so-called riots), an absolute violation of privacy. Corporations are all pretty much woketards. They are part of the problem. Big money hates Trump, and they will do everything and anything to try to make him look bad. God bless him and his family, and all conservative patriots everywhere.

The (church) Lucrative Bu$iness of Immigration ( with harms to citizens and taxpayers )
What is happening today ( 2021-2025 ) in term 3 of the bran done b o era is precisely the opposite of the Church’s true mission
(but under the cover of pretend virtue so that some will not notice …

If I were a crooked banker you bet I would risk $1.5 Billion fine to make $5 Billion.
I would charge it to my customers as cost of doing business. And me and my team would take our bonuses.
Congress could write the law as the fine amount equaling the fraud amount instead of specifying a dollar cap. But they haven’t. One guess why.
