In any case, if we had a real president, he/she would immediately inform the hosting state (Russia) that with regards to the various hackers terrorizing our various institutions, businesses and government entities with incessant hostage/ransom attacks, the country will receive the most strenuous sanctions imaginable in retaliation until all attacks stop and the perps are liquidated one way or the other.
