Lindsey Graham: “the primary source for the Steele dossier was likely a Russian agent”…

Quite a bit of attention today to a release of information by Senate Judiciary Chairman Lindsey Graham [LINK HERE].  However, missed in most reviews is a duplicitous motive for Graham to claim “the primary source for the Steele dossier was likely a Russian agent.”

In essence, Graham is promoting a defense previously explored by James Comey that investigative elements of the FBI were duped by a Russian disinformation campaign; and as a consequence their investigative efforts were done under the most honorable of motives, but they were just tricked by Russians.  Ergo, see the Russians did interfere in the election.

That’s the justification narrative, and now Lindsey Graham has positioned everyone to support it; because the alternative is the DOJ and FBI knew it was Russia-centric and were coordinating to achieve a goal provided by the use of that disinformation campaign as purposefully fed by Chris Steele.

Just to drive home the point: the FBI wasn’t duped.  The FBI knew all along the Steele Dossier was a bunch of junk nonsense from political opposition research; but they needed it, to underscore the Carter Page FISA…. which they needed to justify the surveillance.

Former FBI Director James Comey and Lindsey Graham are both promoting the same “FBI duped” justification narrative.  Now, is it a surprise the only witness agreeing to appear before Graham’s committee prior to the election is… wait for it…. yep, James Comey.

Imagine that.

What a coincidence.

Also, notice this from the recently released series of text messages?

Why didn’t OIG Michael Horowitz write about these controversial text messages in his IG report on FBI conduct during the 2016 election?   The report where he couldn’t find any “evidence of investigative bias”….

The Government provided copies of the production with all necessary redactions for public dissemination. These documents evidence stunning government misconduct that mandates the immediate dismissal of this wrongful prosecution. The Government’s redacted production of last evening, September 23, 2020

Did the Weissmann special counsel hide those text messages as part of their control effort over any release from the DOJ and FBI throughout their tenure?

Rhetorical question.

I wholeheartedly agree, along with McConnell, Cornyn, Barrasso and all of McConnels acolytes, …Ryan too.

        McConnells silence is deafening.
He and Ryan, McStain and Graham, THEY were the ones who instigated it ALL.
        THEY are what is “at the bottom of it” and Lindsey is doing just what I said all along he would do;
        INVESTIGATE TO EXHONERATE.

        JUST like Fast/Furious

        JUST like IRS/TEA PARTY

        JUST like Benghazi

        Don’t ask the right questions,…
Exhonerate the buerocrats who carried it out, MAINTAIN the Russia interference narrative, and shield the instigators (Republican leadership) from being exposed AS the instigators.

He going EXACTLY according to script.
Remember, Congressional committees don’t have guns and badges, they can’t arrest, indict or prosecute anyone.

But what they CAN do, is shape a narrative, and THATS there function.
It is NOT “Oversight”, it is protect the buerocracy, in order to protect themselves.

Yup. Its what Sundance has described as Barrs dilemma, transferred to Graham and the Swamp as a whole.
Its not so much covering up, as trying to reconsile what we already know, with the narrative they WANT us to accept.

            They have been relying on the notion that gradually, all the facts could come out (and they could survive and maintain control) as long as they achieved TWO things;
#1) maintain this myth of “Russian interference” which excuses the small group.
#2) conceal the obvious KEY role played by Congressional Republicons in initiating and supporting the coup, from day one.

The first, DOES require the exposure of documents, and following bread crumbs. The latest revelations, for instance.

WHY would they suddenly percieve the need for liability insurance, if they were being duped by Russian disinfo?

WHY would they have a battle with their conscience, as texts/emails detail?

However, the SECOND just requires an objective review of the conduct of Congressional Republicon leaderships publicly observed behavior, since the escalator ride.

Actions and inactions of McConnell and Ryan can only be reconciled ONE way. Its right there in front of us, they CAN NOT explain it away.

            The emperor is buck NAKED.

In this article we’re told “The ICA is a key focus of U.S. Attorney John Durham’s ongoing investigation into the origins of the “collusion” probe.”

Yet a NYT article yesterday “members of Durham’s team have indicated Durham Now Investigating Clinton Foundation.”

Another article posted “Durham’s team members have suggested to others that they are comparing the two investigations as well as examining whether investigators in the Russia inquiry flouted laws or policies”.

Today ZH Sara Carter article “McCabe is now in Durham’s crosshairs, along with multiple other former senior FBI officials that were involved in the investigation, according to a source with direct knowledge.”

Folks all of this has been known and written about months ago. Ask yourself why all of a sudden we’re to believe Durham’s team is leaking like a sieve?

Then ask yourself “Why are we seeing this now?” and “Who is behind it?”

Are we being softened up for the big nothing burger before the election because Durham is now onto all these new leads?

To believe that the FBI was duped then Graham must also believe that Hillary was duped? But I thought there was no dossier until Hillary demanded one be developed and would pay for it? The Steele dossier was prepared for Hillary’s smearing of President Trump by Fusion GPS and Nellie Orh. As someone posted early today the dossier seems more like it was based on Hunter Biden’s escapades and all they did was change out his name and replace it with President Trump! I wonder if this isn’t Graham’s attempt to help Comey out, help restore his ruined reputation? I could be all wrong?

This is within Sidney Powell’s released document page 11–likely a Strzok and Page text dated May 18 2017–the day after Mueller is made head of the Specious Counsel, and two months after the Carter Page FISA is leaked by Wolfe–‘burr and warner’ are named in the text?

Lindsey Graham proves that he is in ‘the game’ as he is protecting Page and Strzok’s former boss–Comey–who likely can blow the whistle on Graham and his Senate cronies, especially those on the SSCI who abetted the conspiracy.

This April, Marco Rubio and a unanimous Senate Select Committee on Intelligence affirmed and supported the phony ICA that fixed the blame on Russia for interference in the 2016 election. They determined this assessment to be ‘sound and untainted by politics.’ It actually was a hurriedly produced false flag document, ‘unequivocally tainted by politics.’

Just as the FBI was using Carter Page to forger Russian fingerprints on the Trump campaign, Steele was using Danchenko to forger Russian fingerprints on the Dossier. Steele was laundering information apparently fed and created for him by Danchenko, and Nellie Ohr–contract employee for (Fusion GPS).

Hillary was NOT thinking, in 2015, about needing “an insurance policy, in case Trump wins”; she was so confident of winning, because of the manufactured October Surprise she had paid $3 million for.

Obama was as shocked as she, when PDJT won, so HE wasn’t thinking about it, either.

But REPUBLICONS watched DJT knocked their “best” aside like bowling pins, take the lead in the polls with the escalator ride, and STAY there despite all they could do to try to stop him.

Brennan, Comey, McCabe are experienced Swamp rats, who have survived and advanced to the highest levels, by being cautious, always on the alert for threats to their career, from subordinates or superiors, their creed is CYA.

THEY didn’t come up with the plan, Congressional Republican leadership did, and assured them if the Insurance plan needed to be implemented, Republicans would do their part.

“What is he? He is not an Eastern Orthodox cleric. He is Agent Mihailov, of the Soviet KGB, that is proven. A second-rate Soviet cop coming to me to say what is true and not true? Excuse me,” Simeonov said.

“This Kirill is not descended from heaven…he is not the messenger of the Lord God or Jesus Christ,” Simeonov said. “Kirill is known as the cigarette metropolitan of Russia. From 1996, he got $14 billion from importing non-proprietary cigarettes,” the deputy prime minister said.

Simeonov said that Kirill had a private aircraft, a villa in Switzerland, a $30 000 watch “and he has the insolence to give judgment in front of the Bulgarian President”.

A lot. McStain and Graham were the collectors of bribes, for selling U.S. Military aid, both in Ukraine and in ME, to ISIS (operation zero footprint).
ANY military aid needs to be voted on by Congress, so McStain and Graham collected the Republicon cut, and Durbin and Chuck collected for the Dems.

And, they were, all in, on the insurance policy. First, find ANY reason to get Flynn out, post haste.
Then, find ANY reason to appoint a SC, and then have that special council harras the hell outa PDJT, do the most eggregious and outrageous things, to trigger PDJT into firing them.
“After all, he’s almost copy writed “Your Fired!”
Then, the Senate Republicons can justify, COLLECTIVELY saying “No one is above the law, not even the POTUS!”
And, “This is just like Nixons Sat. Nite massacre!” and, collectively say they have the votes to convict, in order to force PDJT to resign, conveniently without them having to actually VOTE.

THAT was the plan,…and Weismann/Mueller tried harder than George Costanza, to get fired.
      Illegally raided PDJT’s inaugeration committee.
      Maliscious prosecutions right and left.
Raided his personal lawyers offices/house, illegally piercing atty/client priviledge.
Leaked false info, pursued stormy, etc.
ALL designed to get PDJT to fire them, so he could be impeached for “Obstruction of Justice” for firing a,SC that was investigating him.

And the plan ORIGINATED with the Congressional Republicon Leadership, Graham was IN on it, up to his scrawny neck, along with McStain, McConnell, Ryan, etc.

Let me guess. No indictments will result in the exercise of one’s right to a trial by jury as the evidence accumulates. All charges will be quietly accepted without the inconvenience of proving any actions taken were not seditious. The people in charge at the FBI, CIA, and DOJ were just cautious doofuses, and the Senate has cleansed the system.

Understood. However, we haven’t had a one tiered Justice system for some time.

And correcting that is,something Barr isn’t going to do, thats clear.
In her epoch times interview, at the end, Sidney was asked what she would advise Barr to do, to restore Justice.

She laid out several things which DO NOT require investigations, dotting i’s, crossing t’s, and that he COULD have and SHOULD have done on day one, …and hasn’t.

Reviewing all pending cases, and firing prosecutors who are witholding brady material, or engaging in these “prosecutorial terrorism” tactics, as Sidney calls them, would be a good start.

I had read that Barr was forced on Trump by McConnell. But do you know what the mechanics were? For example, did McConnell provide Trump with a list and say these are the only people who will be confirmed? Did McConnell communicate through Pence? Did McConnell and Trump meet in person? Was Barr the only name on the list?

          • Dutchman says:

            The specific mechanics, no.
Generally, such communications don’t involve the principles, directly; its more staff to staff.
I believe Barr WAS the only name provided.

            When Ratcliffe first withdrew his name as ODNI, on fox he gave some details which shed light;
He told PDJT he would “go for it”, and called McConnell and Grahams offices, telling their staffs he wanted to make an appt. with each of them, to discuss his confirmation, which is SOP.
The staffs told him the soonest they could schedule an appt, TO DISCUSS HIS NOMINATION, was 3 months. THATS how its done.
He knew then, McConnell and Graham were sending a message, cause without their support, no way he could get confirmed.

You may recall there was speculation, during the transition, of Rudy joining the admin. Then it became clear that “wasn’t happening”; without any public explanation.
I SUSPECT a similar message was sent.

Funny, Obama never seemed to have such problems getting his nominees confirmed.

My first ever email to a Senator (I know, that should embarrass me, but I knew this was important enough that I had to do something, no matter how potentially futile (pearls among swine, falling on deaf ears, etc., etc..)

    Dear Senator Graham,

Here’s a quote re: your 9/24 Press release that “FBI Knew Steele Dossier Source Was Likely a Russian Agent.”

Quote: “the FBI wasn’t duped. The FBI knew all along the Steele Dossier was a bunch of junk nonsense from political opposition research; but they needed it, to underscore the Carter Page FISA…. which they needed to justify the surveillance.”

Google that quote, read the article, and you’ll see that there are hundreds of thousands of us that know this is playing into the hands of the Democrats and the corrupt players from the SSCI, the CIA, FBI, DOJ and others. We know. And we are spreading the word so that even more people know.

If you are unaware of this information, please have your staff research this. It’s too important not to know what’s really going on. Justice is only served when true wrong-doing is exposed. You may be the right dog for this fight, but you’re barking up the wrong tree.

As the famous Wisdom Book says, “By their fruits you shall know them.” That goes both for the crooks who are exposed and for the investigators who either follow the truth wherever it may lead or ignore it and allow injustice to continue.

We know the FBI wasn’t duped by Russian information. We will know how committed to the truth you are by either exposing it or directly giving evidence publicly to show that what we claim to know is not true. I know I don’t have to tell you how to do this since you have a law degree. Be a prosecutor, not a defense lawyer in this case.

I’m not an SC constituent, but an American one. As an American I hate to see our country going to hell because our politicians and judicial system appears to have become self-serving and self-interested instead of living up to the principles of the Declaration of Independence enshrined in the Constitution wherein the would serve the public with true justice where every man and woman is equal under the law and even high-level appointed bureaucrats and elected officials are brought to justice when they break the law.

Thank you for your attention. I pray that you’re the man we need in your position at this critical hour.

The FIB clearly weren’t “duped” by a “Russian agent”, and I ain’t duped by Miss “I do declare!” Lindsay.

Strozk and Page were organizing OCONUS lures to be sent against Papadopoulos and others in December 2015, well before the emergence of the “Steele dossier”.

They only snatched at the “Steele dossier” after 18 April 2016, when panic gripped their black hearts as the actions of American hero, Admiral Mike Rogers, revealed that their vile corruption had been discovered.

Anyone who trusts Miss Lindsay is a fool. The only one thing this poseur has ever “gotten to the bottom of” is the swamp. And she’s been there for years.

American Patriots may believe every “Republican” is critical to retain in this election. As a non US citizen, I would advise terminating Miss Lindsay’s time at the trough. That one prominent termination would put the fear of God, and more importantly, squealing fear Trump voters, into the rest of the RINO scum.

Trump supporters need to vote for an independent candidate in Miss Lindsay’s seat. NO! It doesn’t matter is a Democrat then wins. Just this one seat. Vote every other RINO in, but just destroy Miss Lindsay. Your nation depends on this.

And remember, it’s not just your nation that is under threat. Trump’s reelection is critical to the survival of the free world. But by just throwing one foul RINO under the bus, Americans can make the next four years really count.
