Mueller Target Walid Phares Discusses Foreign Policy Motive for Obama-Era Officials To Target Team Trump…

Walid Phares was the fifth [redacted] target of Robert Mueller’s expanded investigation as authorized by former Deputy AG Rod Rosenstein on August 2nd, 2017.

As Mr. Phares notes, the Mueller investigation was used by Obama-era politicians and officials as a mechanism to block President Trump from executing a divergent foreign policy.  The primary policy to protect was the Iran deal.

There is increased speculation, based on a pattern in other international activities and U.S. participants, the Iranian deal included return payments to U.S. officials for the release of billions in funds and the loosening of sanctions.  It is possible the return payments to the Obama team held a timing mechanism and the payments were stopped after President Trump withdrew from the deal and re-instituted sanctions.  Thus the severity of opposition from western politicians who were scheduled to remain wealthy via Iran.

.

U.S. senators write foreign aid policy, rules and regulations thereby creating the financing mechanisms to transmit U.S. funds.  Those same senators then received a portion of the laundered funds back through their various “institutes” and business connections to the foreign government offices. Example Ukraine [Burisma to Biden]

The U.S. State Dept. serves as a distribution network for the authorization of the money laundering by granting DC conflict waivers, approvals for financing (think Clinton Global Initiative), and permission slips for the payment of foreign money.   The officials within the State Dept. take a cut of the overall payments through a system of “indulgence fees”, junkets, gifts and expense payments to those with political oversight.

If anyone gets too close to revealing the process, writ large, they become a target of the entire apparatus.  President Trump was considered an existential threat to this entire process.  In reality all of the U.S. Senators (both parties) on the Foreign Relations Committee [Members Here] are participating in a process for receiving taxpayer money and contributions from foreign governments.

A “Codel” is a congressional delegation that takes trips to work out the payments terms/conditions of any changes in graft financing.  This is why Senators spend $20 million on a campaign to earn a job paying $350k/year.  The “institutes” is where the real foreign money comes in; billions paid by governments like China, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Ukraine, etc. etc.  There are trillions at stake.

Majority Leader Mitch McConnell holds the power over these members (and the members of the Senate Intel Committee), because McConnell decides who sits on what committee.

As soon as a Senator starts taking the bribes lobbying funds, McConnell then has full control over that Senator.  This is how the system works.

The McCain Institute was/is one of the obvious examples of the financing network.  And that is the primary reason why Cindy McCain is such an outspoken critic of President Trump.  In essence President Trump is standing between her and her next diamond necklace; a dangerous place to be.

So when we watched the Senate Impeachment Trial; and we considered which senators were the focus of impeachment for President Trump, it was not just a matter of Democrats -vs- Republican.  We saw a game of leverage, and the stand-off between those bribed Senators who would prefer President Trump did not interfere in their ongoing process.

McConnell has been advising President Trump.  At the same time McConnell controls which senators get which indulgences.  This is how he retains power.

Senator Lisa Murkowski rakes in millions from the Oil and Gas industry; and she ain’t about to allow horrible Trump to lessen her bank account any more than Cindy McCain will give up her frequent shopper discounts at Tiffanys.

Still, I feel much the same as you regarding all the ‘pomp and circumstance’ with a total lack of holding people accountable. My patience has run out. Steps must be taken now to restore justice in government all the way down to the thugs in the street. Time is running out and our country is dying a slow and certain death.

i would speculate that even with the most prized knowledge MOST people just don’t know how to use it to effect change.

          the excuses are many:

it’s the “job” of main justice to clean it up.

that’s why I vote …so my representative does the heavy lifting.

what take to the streets and protest? it might get hot, or rain tomorrow.

President Trump will fix it. (replace President Trump for any false hero…not a slam on this president to be clear…just to realize that NO ONE PERSON EVEN THE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES can fix these things by himself.)

people might think less of me.

          should I wear a mask.

I might have to spend some money and time..and it’s really tight right now.

          and so on.

these EXCUSES (because that is exactly what they are) is EXACTLY THE REASONS WHY OUR MAIN GOVERNMENT HAS BEEN ALLOWED TO BECOME A SWAMP.

It has to start locally. Organize.

do all the things you have talked yourself out of.

          drop the excuses.

it’s time to deal with the corruption and effect change…or just stop complaining.

You cannot solve problems unless you are willing to take action…

          meaningful, powerful, focused, organized ACTION.

when sundance says trillions…people think ..money…lots of it. galactic sized amounts.

but when you understand the most powerful element in the universe…it isn’t money.

it is the will of the human spirit..

So, my prayer, as has been for almost 30 years now, one that I make each day at least once, is that American Patriots wake up and realize they have the power to effect change. If they really want it.

          IF they really want it.

God will not abandon those that call on his name and power. I believe this.

I believe it, because that is the promise.

It will only be through the righteous power of the holy spirit in each of us, that allows for our human spirit to find its purpose.

Millions have died that we might live free.

we should never dare to weasel out of our responsibilities.

the time for talking is over.

          demands must be met.

You FOLLOW your righteous moral compass. God the Father, through Jesus Christ who is your salvation.

BE ON GUARD anyone among you that does not understand this FIRST CAUSE PRINCIPLE IN ANY MATTER. and certainly with this particular revolutionary moment of crisis we are in.

I am not advocating ANYONE be shot.

I AM advocating that IF OUR DEMANDS are not met in a swift and immediate result in a public court…where no secrets are held back ….then WE THE PEOPLE will hold court, assign our own JUDGES, and begin the task.

My opinion is that every single person who was instrumental directly or enabled in any way to conspire with the coup against this president and his associates, BE HANGED BEFORE THE SUPREME COURT STEPS…AND LEFT TO SWING FOR 2 weeks. FULL STOP!

THEN we can start having a “debate”…then we can start to have a conversation about equities and accountability.

This is a war. I would hold the guns at the ready for certain. But I am NOT advocating we start shooting anyone until our declarations are heard, and justice is served.

Right NOW is the most optimal moment for THE PEOPLE to restore integrity BY REVOLUTIONARY CONSTITUTIONAL POWER.

That POWER exists with US….WE THE PEOPLE.

It’s overdue that WE THE PEOPLE exercise that power.

This is what I pray about.

Organize locally…find those of like mind and spirit. Be wary the radicals. Understand how badly this could go sideways….stay focused in what matters. Be GREATER…BE BEST.

        Bill D,
There is so much corruption in our government it will take 2 administrations or more to clean this up properly. Because you then have to kick the old corrupt guys out and put new Senators in, and that is just for starters. As well as clean out parts of the DoS(Seriously corrupt folks, what the hell is Pompeo doing?), DoD, FBI, CIA, ATF, NIH, CDC and the IG’s for those agencies that have them. That process takes time.

Once we start getting more politicians in office that promise not to take bribe money from abroad or locally, and the electorate holds them to it, then we can start putting in legislation to prevent it from happening again.

However, Trump may just skip to the nuclear option. Why not? He may decide to just burn down the entire corrupt house figuratively. And save the country at the same time. Would anyone blame him? I know I wouldn’t.

“why didn’t 19 Republicans vote to impeach PT when they had the chance and just be done with him”

let me give you some of the answers:

      a. as you stated, there would be serious political consequences …President Trump is very popular (contrary to media spin)…and voters would take these officials to the woodshed for two timing the president…Yes, I know…most people still believe in the republican party as some solid organization…and also believe in fairy tales too.

      b. anyone voting to impeach from the GOP loses massive PAC MONEY! It’s all for one…the graft requires participation…nobody allowed to do it alone…(this equally applies to the DNC in terms of the effects of the controlling lobby power and campaign financing pools)

      c. and lastly, they wind up with Mike Pence as President. And in my humble opinion, if you want a numb nuts imbecile who is never going to deliver ..pence is your man. (trump picked him for one reason only…to draft the evangelical votes…never forget that. Not a bad strategy…at all…but lets face it…pence is a moron! he is NOT a capable economic manager…never has been..never will be. having tasted what kind of economy President Trump was capable of establishing…pence looks like a very very bad idea..

      d. leverage. Senate to President Trump: we got some things we need done..for us….we are going to make sure you stay in power. You make sure we get these things passed and that you support them. it’s ALL ABOUT money to these people…always about money, power and influence. period. Nothing about doing the right thing….always using any opportunity to create leverage.

      that’s my take on it.

Mitch McConnell’s “hand-picked” Attorney General BARR
      AND

      BOTH finding “obstruction”

I think absolutely the 44th President took a kickback. Take a look at the obscure “settlements fund” he used to make the unratified payments. He had to make approximately 11 transactions to withdraw $1.7 B to stay in compliance. $400,000 in foreign currency also to remain compliant but the remainder goes through the Swift wire system which is transparent to the Treasury??? Oh yeah his Treasury Sec. is part of NSC Principals meeting.

Obama is a vindictive P&^%k but there is more to this scam than revenge against Flynn. I have also wondered why Obama visited Cuba back in 2015. Is that his hidey-hole?

Okay, Zero ran a crooked foreign policy and Crooked was set to take it over. Trump foiled that. And now they are desperate for Zero’s crooked V.P. to oust Trump and resume the graft.

To run his crooked foreign policy, Zero had to bring a lot of Senators of both parties to his Crooked Feast. And huge portions of his foreign policy team too. You just can’t hide this much graft. And they are all in deep. They make the graft happen.

So all the crooks unite to oust Trump and spoil his attempts to change the policy which would deprive them of their ill-gotten gains.

The DOJ was corrupted separately. It took the IC generated setups and created phony investigations. To help Crooked win. Then Crooked set them on Trump to oust him, Zero collaborated, and they recruited all their crooked friends to make it happen.

And Lawfare joins in on the process. So for all of Trump’s term, we have seen various combinations of Zero’s crooks attacking Trump in one way for another.

And there has to be a coordinating supervision. Else the DOJ would not have coordinated around Zero’s foreign policy. And since Lawfare was deeply involved, them too.

So, will this aspect give us the proof we need to establish Zero’s complicity? Or to track it up above Zero to the puppeteers pulling everyone’s strings?

The first time the depths of the corruption in DC was when the Supreme Court declared George BushJr. President over Gore.
It appalled me. I remember watching people in Florida counting ballots with “Hanging chads” they’d raise their hand if they weren’t sure if the chad was hanging enough 😂 😆 🤣 haha!!
It’s funny but, not when we you really think about all the people that vote, campaign money spent, and hey how about a fair election where the one that got the most electoral votes wins?
When Gore was pulling ahead in the count (the room where the staff were counting looked like an old bingo hall with many workers struggling with their glasses holding the ballot up to the light when they’d come across a tough call haha, you can’t make this stuff up) that’s when the Supreme Court declared Bush Jr. the winner.
Over twenty years later with all this technology and we still don’t have a reliable, organized, trusted system to vote.
This country can clone, put people on planets, create bioweapon that wreak havoc on the world, swab your mouth and detect a person’s DNA, the list goes on with what the amazing 😉 smart people of this world can do.
I guess we need to have a college program that is offered called voting for accuracy. Something a computer whiz could surely figure out. My God they would be lauded across the world. Deserving of the Nobel Peace prize.
I am so disgusted with the broken record I’ve become complaining about the cheating ballots, fraud, etc…
We the people should have addressed this a long time ago. After I voted in Gore election I was done with politics.
Why bother voting when it came down to Florida counting votes in a room for weeks and then SC declares the winner.
I have no right to complain I should have demanded voter reform.
We all should have regardless of which candidate we voted for.
Now it’s 2020 and yes I feel the Democrats have multiple plans in place to steal votes for Biden.
A close election and Biden could win by cheating.
Our country could afford to have updated voting to the point that cheating would have been taken out of the equation. It’s just another weapon the politicians and people in power have to keep the masses in their control

Just consider, for a moment, IF Trump had not appointed Jeff Sessions his Attorney General. Consider if Bill Barr, or even some other person interested in following the law, had been appointed. Wouldn’t ANY Attorney General want to review the evidence, probable cause, witnesses and entire predicate for an investigation of this enormity? Yet, here we have Rosenstein snookering the feckless and terminally stupid Sessions every step of the way. Trump then gets rid of Comey. He then appoints the deep state hack Christopher Wray to run the FBI. Then there is Bolton who should have never been anywhere near an administration that wants to reign in these endless foreign wars. There are others like ‘Mad Dog’ Gen. Mattis who turned out to be another kind of disaster. The list goes on and on. I love this president, but for God sake quit with these appointments who are tryng to destroy the administration from the inside! You have 20-20 and so does Trump. Cut him some slack. He wasn’t a politician and relied on people to inform him. Sessions was duplicitous, but Trump (nor we) knew that. Mattis was also on the campaign trail with Trump. Remember Mattis at the rallies? Mattis got pissed when Trump realized Mattis was giving him bad advice and canned him. Mattis showed he was a backstabber recently, but no one would expect that from a 4-star Marine. Again, 20-20. Wray was recommended by Christie who represented him in Bridgegate. Christie may have set up Trump on that recommendation. Another 20-20. Just love reading all the comments on this post. Great Minds, speaking with discernment over so many questions about whether there is ANY integrity in MANY of the crooks and liars in our government who PROFESS they represent we the PEOPLE. It is Captain Obvious to me that horse left the barn a LONG TIME AGO.
These losers will not be able to keep their money laundering from whatever source, or whatever venture who contributes to it a SECRET MUCH Longer. But do not know how to measure MUCH.
Refuse to tie myself up in my underwear anymore over trying to figure out these shysters. I just love our President. I think he understands the song from Bob Dylan: There ‘s a Slow Train Coming.

If this link doesn’t work – find a way to listen to the song on your own.. I think it the great unraveling is worth the wait.

Those pallets of actual cash money. Could the reason for that be so that its distribution would not leave trails that electronic transactions have?

    Retired IG,
Heard that Dylan was a Satanist, probably not true, but I never heard of this song before. Oh, and I love Dylan(still hate Satan but you get my meaning).
You taught me something: you gotta serve somebody! What an inspiring song!

Stuff like this has been going on for as long as I can remember. Since the election of Trump, it’s all out there for the world to see. And yet, never in my life has any senator or house rep been prosecuted for bribery, embezzlement, blackmail, or racketeering. Not a single one.

So uh… I don’t know. What do you want me to say? Our country is a joke and maybe we deserve another civil war. Simple brutal war appears to be the only honest interaction remaining in our corrupt society.

Frank, senators and house reps have been prosecuted in your lifetime, but it’s been over 30 years or so. The last big one was Traficante in Ohio. The senator snake from New Jersey aka “The Torch” was run off, but no jailtime. The Alaskan senator Stevens was got to, illegally as it turns out.

The big one was Rostenkowski of Illinois over 30 years ago though. He was Chairman of House Ways and Means, and ran a fiefdom accordingly. They nailed him and he got sent away for a number of years.

Then came the Keating 5, and the Swamp had learned from Rostenkowski and stonewalled it, and McCain not only survived that but became a presidential nominee. Disgusting. At least the D’s forced out their 4, McCain not only stayed but was celebrated as a hero. Simply disgusting. The worst of the worst in the Swamp…. and celebrated.

So investigating and prosecuting these degenerates is off the table. It’s sad, because we should be cleaning that filth up.

And unfortunately, I’ve always thought Barr as a Deep Stater and Swamp creature was emplaced by McConnell to cover up Muh Russia and every single conspirator involved. It’s still somewhat stunning that Wolfe was prosecuted, but he obviously went rogue and McConnell had no choice but to slap him on the wrist. But the rest appear to be poised to skate.

We’ll likely have to wait ’til Trump’s second term to sort this out, if then.

When we talk about individual government agents and why they don’t speak out here is a good example. True story. I am very good friends with an agent that worked for this man.

Is this why the Iranian president said he woukd expose the corruption of many in the US government if the Iran Deal was rescinded? Things are starting to make sense here. Where are the indictments, Mr, Barr? Mr. Barr?

Reading the footnotes of the Mueller Report. Bongino told us a LONG, LONG, LONG time ago that that is where to look for all the good stuff to see how flimsy a case is. He started out with the footnotes.

Would it not be of paramount importance, to remove McConnell, in order to remove the controls over the gravy boll? If so, then how can this be done?

“McConnell has been advising President Trump. At the same time McConnell controls which senators get which indulgences. This is how he retains power.”

Would it not make sense, to have multiple Project Veritas spies reveal the on going pay for play corruption? The film clips alone may hold the key to their destruction.

    Sudance writes:
“Majority Leader Mitch McConnell holds the power over these members (and the members of the Senate Intel Committee), because McConnell decides who sits on what committee.

As soon as a Senator starts taking the bribes lobbying funds, McConnell then has full control over that Senator. This is how the system works.”

For my own education, could someone explain why the Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, could not shut down the distribution network, at the State Department? Does this mean that Mike Pompeo is skimming too?

    Sudance writes:
“The U.S. State Dept. serves as a distribution network for the authorization of the money laundering by granting DC conflict waivers, approvals for financing (think Clinton Global Initiative), and permission slips for the payment of foreign money. The officials within the State Dept. take a cut of the overall payments through a system of “indulgence fees”, junkets, gifts and expense payments to those with political oversight.”
