Lawsuit Claims Julian Assange Confirmed DNC Emails Received From Seth Rich – Not a Russian Hack…

A rather stunning report from Gateway Pundit outlines information contained within a lawsuit filing.  The lawsuit, filed by Businessman Ed Butowsky, alleges Wikileaks founder Julian Assange confirmed to Fox News analyst Ellen Ratner that the DNC leaked emails were received from Seth Rich and his brother Aaron.

The details contained within the lawsuit filing (full pdf below) are stunning.

If this information is true and accurate, the DOJ claim of a Russian hack –based on assertions by DNC contractor, Crowdstrike– would be entirely false.  Additionally the DC murder of Seth Rich would hold a far more alarming motive.

(Source, lawsuit filing – pdf link, page 13)

Here’s the Full Court Filing:

.

The ramifications here are almost too large to describe.

If this information turns out to be true and accurate, the entire narrative around the DNC “hack” will have been proven to be intentionally manufactured.

Despite the FBI’s prior admissions about never reviewing the DNC servers; and despite their recent admissions about never actually seeing the forensic computer analysis, the U.S. Department of Justice, specifically Robert Mueller, Andrew Weissmann and former DAG Rod Rosenstein, cannot blame a simple investigative ‘mistake‘ for the wrong attribution of who gave the DNC emails to Wikileaks.

The FBI, the DOJ and the Mueller special counsel have each purposefully claimed specific Russian actors were responsible for hacking the DNC in 2016.  If it turns out those claims were based on falsehood, the integrity of the DOJ and Special Counsel collapses.

Mr. Butowsky is making a very serious allegation in this court filing.

Additionally, the previously discussed motive to arrest Julian Assange would now be further enhanced.  Heck, the reason for Assange’ arrest would be brutally obvious.

♦Dana Boente was head of DOJ-NSD from May 11th, 2017 through end of October 2017 when he officially announced his intent to retire. However, the timeline gets cloudy here because Boente said he was staying on until an official replacement was announced. There’s no indication of when Boente actually left the DOJ-NSD or the Eastern District of Virginia (EDVA) role.

On January 23rd, 2018, FBI Director Christopher Wray announced Dana Boente had shifted over to the FBI to be Chief Legal Counsel (replacing James Baker) where Boente remains today. As Mueller was using 19 lawyers, and 50 FBI investigators, Boente was/is the legal counsel to FBI Director Christopher Wray while the Mueller probe was ongoing.

[Remember, Robert Mueller never interviewed Julian Assange.  Additionally, it is worth noting for the U.S. side of the legal framework, the charges against Assange are not related to Russian efforts in a hack of the DNC; nor is Assange charged with anything related to the 2016 U.S. election interference activities, the Podesta email release or anything therein as previously described by the DOJ.]

The April 11th, 2019, Julian Assange indictment stemmed from the Eastern District of Virginia.  From a review of the indictment we discover it was under seal since March 6th, 2018: (The DOJ sat on the indictment for 13 months, until Mueller finished)

(Link to pdf)

However, on Tuesday April 15th, 2019, more investigative material was released. Again, note the dates: Grand Jury, *December of 2017* This means FBI investigation prior to December ’17..

The investigation of Assange took place prior to December 2017, it is coming from the EDVA where Dana Boente was still, presumably, U.S. Attorney. The grand jury indictment was sealed from March of 2018 until April of 2019.

Why was there a delay?

Why did the DOJ wait until the Mueller report was complete?

Here’s where it gets interesting….

The FBI submission to the Grand Jury in December of 2017 was four months after congressman Dana Rohrabacher talked to Assange in August of 2017: “Assange told a U.S. congressman … he can prove the leaked Democratic Party documents … did not come from Russia.”

(August 2017, The Hill Via John Solomon) Julian Assange told a U.S. congressman on Tuesday he can prove the leaked Democratic Party documents he published during last year’s election did not come from Russia and promised additional helpful information about the leaks in the near future.

Rep. Dana Rohrabacher, a California Republican who is friendly to Russia and chairs an important House subcommittee on Eurasia policy, became the first American congressman to meet with Assange during a three-hour private gathering at the Ecuadorian Embassy in London, where the WikiLeaks founder has been holed up for years.

Rohrabacher recounted his conversation with Assange to The Hill.

“Our three-hour meeting covered a wide array of issues, including the WikiLeaks exposure of the DNC [Democratic National Committee] emails during last year’s presidential election,” Rohrabacher said, “Julian emphatically stated that the Russians were not involved in the hacking or disclosure of those emails.”

Pressed for more detail on the source of the documents, Rohrabacher said he had information to share privately with President Trump. (read more)

If you overlay the timing, it would appear the FBI took a keen interest in Assange after this August 2017 meeting and gathered specific evidence for a grand jury by December 2017. Then the DOJ sat on the indictment (sealed in March 2018) while the Mueller probe was ongoing; until April 11th, 2019, when a coordinated effort between the U.K. and U.S. was launched. Assange was arrested, and the indictment was unsealed (link).

To me, as a person who has researched this three year fiasco; including the ridiculously false 2016 Russian hacking/interference narrative: “17 intelligence agencies”, JAR report (needed for Obama – December 29th, ’16), and political ICA (January ’17); this looked like a Deep State move to control Julian Assange because the Mueller report was dependent on Russia cybercrimes…. AND that narrative is contingent on the Russia DNC hack story.

The Weissmann/Mueller/Rosenstein report contains claims that Russia hacked the DNC servers as the central element to the Russia interference narrative in the U.S. election. This claim is directly disputed by WikiLeaks and Assange, as outlined during the Dana Rohrabacher interview.

Right there is the FBI motive to shut Assange down when the Mueller report was released.

The DNC hack claim is contingent upon analysis by Crowdstrike computer forensics who were paid by the DNC to look into the issue. The FBI was never allowed to review the servers independently, and now we know the FBI never even looked at a full forensics report from Crowdstrike.

Almost all independent research into this DNC hack narrative challenges the claims of a Russia hack of the DNC servers; and now this bombshell court filing, again if accurate, makes the DOJ claim completely collapse.

Lastly, if we are to believe everything that is factually visible; including the admissions by the FBI and DOJ itself; and it is proven that Seth Rich was indeed the source of the DNC emails and there was no hack; well,… what does that say about Robert Mueller and Rod Rosenstein, who would have had to know they were pushing abject lies in their dubious Russian indictments.

The ramifications of this court filing are huge.

        Rattner could be a BS-er.

        Or Butowsky misunderstood.

It is assumed but not necessarily true that Assange has control over Wikileaks operations. He may not know. He may have picked up the SR allegation on the web.

Wikileaks has tweeted–“Nor does WikiLeaks give “hints” as to sources.”

The DNC-Wikileaks emails are focused on about seven no-big-name financial officers’ accounts in the DNC. This could mean SR was focused on people he knew involved with money. This also fits the more likely scenario about the Russians–indications are they were after financial information, passwords etc.–crooks, not GU types. They may have got the financial officer emails and dumped them on the dark web, or other.

Only things for certain are Mueller is a crook and CrowdStrike is a crock. Why the world doesn’t know already who really wrote and are the sources of the Steele memos doesn’t look good for Trump. So far the stall has worked.

But was it Nellie who made that mistake? I can’t help wondering if it wasn’t Kathleen Kavalec who made it. We all assume that she was just chatting with Steele and made notes and then became concerned with some things he said, so she notified the FBI of her concerns.

I have no point of reference to make an accusation, and I may be way off base here, but I cannot help wondering if Steele approached her as a friend to help in efforts to dirty up Cohen. So Steele went to Kavalec to help him. She does a search but SHE pulls up the wrong Cohen. Doh! I’ve also wondered if her communications with the FBI/DOJ were not “concerns” but, rather communications between deep state players.

When stuff hit the fan, she would have needed a reason why she searched Cohen’s name. I have no idea but the story, as we have been told, doesn’t really hold water to me.

I am still on the fence about these notes. When were they written exactly?

According to Collyers’ FISA abuse letter the number of contractors abusing the NSA is redacted.

However, somewhere I remember SD writing the number 4. But that says nothing about internal agency use of the NSA. We also do not know exactly how many versions of the dossier there are. Or at least I do not.

“But that says nothing about internal agency use of the NSA”. Excellent point.

As to when exactly were these notes written, that they are written on paper conveniently makes it impossible to confirm exactly when they were penned,.

If these notes from Kavalec were immediately forwarded to Laycock in FBI Counterintelligence, who then passed them on to Peter Strzok, you just have to wonder if she wasn’t actively helping to shape the narrative initially. Then much later, when the FBI needs to explain the meaning of her note and why she did a Cohen search, these notes are created to help glue it together. It never really made much sense to me that Steele would just chat her up on these things if she wasn’t a “trusted agent”.

Yeah, and Assange publicly offering a $20,000 reward for Seth Rich’s murder was a random act of kindness.

Rattner has close connections to Assange as family has lawyers who worked with him. Last I heard, she was a Democrat.

This DNC leak never made any sense as an alleged hack. Data was downloaded locally as former NSA a system architect Bill Binney articulated months ago. SD is correct in examining the motivations to cover up a DNC hack.

In a recent FOIA report (Judicial Watch, I think) the FBI did say there were 15 pages of documents involving communications between Seth Rich and Julian Assange. They did not release the contents of the communication, but would acknowledge the existence. Why else would Seth Rich be contacting Assange if not for the motive of getting some of the Dem’s illegal practices out? If Rich were a fan of Bernie, these emails showed the Clinton camp took over the DNC and called all the shots. Bernie had no chance. This lawsuit will show the DNC will stop at nothing– murder is OK with them.

Quick clarification- There are at LEAST 4 different FOIA requests/court appeals floating around.

The one about 15 documents was filed by Ty Clevendar, a Texas attorney who submitted a FOIA request to the NSA asking for a wide set of Seth Rich communications, not just Assange but Imran Awan, DWS, several Congresspeople.
The NSA responded by saying that have 15 documents, but the documents are classified SECRET or TOP SECRET.

Ty Clevendar ALSO filed a FOIA to the FBI and DOJ for information about the Seth Rich murder investigation. That FOIA request was denied because, wait for it, the request for information about Seth Rich’s murder investigation did not include a death certificate for Seth Rich, therefore it was refused based on concerns about Seth Rich’s privacy.

The blatant stupidity of that response annoyed journalists and seems to have set off a theory that Seth Rich is somewhere in a witness relocation program.

In the complaint..it is noteworthy that in item 71 that budowski asked Aarons to sign Attorney to send a waiver granting permission for wikileaks to release any info that it was him or not..unlike another party like the DNC sending a subpeona which Wikleaks would routinely reject. That is a red flag there. which would lead also to the reason why the DNC inserted themselves to control the Rich Family and keep the threat of computer data theft hanging over Aaron which it could do if Aaron admitted he and the brother were in cahoots.
Another Red Flag is why Mueller hounded the UK comedian and stone..but nothing appears on Ratner who spent 6 hours in the embassy and could confirm what the congressman who went there said was true.

Stepping back we see the recent suspension of the Julian support group, the introduction of Izikoffs story..(I believe Ellen Ratner deliberately lied to Izikoff and he ran with the russian story) the Cnn secret tapes that prove nothing, suspicious meetins and “potential hacking” .and others all at the same time with Google redirecting queries on budowski as conspiracy..pages and pages.. of it..At first I thought it was just a deflection from Epstein but I believe Something is about to give when all of the roaches come out of the woodwork like that. You can slice the panic with a knife its so palpable.

As such, he has always kept us months ahead of the curve of information that was being revealed and was finally percolating up to the MSM only when they could no longer obscure it.

I find this information about Seth Rich particularly disconsolating, not only because the truth it is bringing to light, but because of all of its ramifications. This is some very serious stuff! All bets are off and we better batten down the hatches. Furthermore, every single player involved, regardless of what side of the political spectrum they come from, given their access to intelligence, already know all of this. (Makes me think of the funny old cartoon of the two vultures on a limb in the desert, one saying to the other, “Patience, my A$$! I’m going to go out and kill something!”) Just because we don’t see something happening doesn’t mean it isn’t. The Prez never tips his hand.

Thankfully, I think we are about to see the dam burst, so to speak. PDJT the chess master, has known all along that he would need to play a long and patient game. He has had to gather strength, leveraging his beginner position into one of power and control over the board. There is a mind-boggling number of moving parts to the game! It has never been just about us here in the U.S. or just about locking up HRC et al. His plan covers the entire planet and a multitude of “bad hombres”. Right?

Critical to success was also control over the world financial and trade system in order to transition it into one that serves the people, not just the bankers and “elites”. Without that component the game couldn’t be won. That would take time. I have to admire his skill at keeping track of it all. (It’s way above my pay grade!) As a master strategist he has known from the beginning that this was going to involve multiple layers of tactics. Equally critical to his plan would be psychological operations.

In addition to keeping the enemy off balance, our Prez knew he was going to need to get our heads wrapped around unpleasant revelations and the dismantling of our heretofore familiar world. His strategy called for carefully bringing us along with him as he executed his plan to utterly destroy the deep state. We would need to understand what has been done to us and for how long without totally blowing our minds. When you are talking about unbridled criminality and the unspeakable acts of Satanists, that also was going to take time.

Everything has been about reversing the psyops that have been run on us (along with the technical and chemical shenanigans) as much as bringing bad guys to justice. Why? We needed to become re-awakened and re-engaged after being made dumb and docile. We would need to experience righteous outrage. We would need to become thirsty for freedom in order to fight for it. We would need to be in agreement with PDJT’s actions so we wouldn’t fight him like the Left is doing when he did the difficult things necessary to reverse what got us to where we have been. Now we Treepers are ready to see justice done but others are not awake and aware yet. We ALL need to learn from what we are about to see exposed. We ALL need to remember what happened to us so we will fight to keep the freedom we are so close to winning. No people will fight for anything that is just handed to them. Freedom must be hard won with personal sacrifice to be valued.

Be of good cheer! You can trust your President, no matter what events may look like on the surface. God is firmly in control of the Second American Revolution. Buckle up! We’re in for a bumpy, exhilarating ride.

The most serious is in Paragraph 57 of Butowsky’s filing. ANDREW MCCABE was Seymour Hersh’s FBI source.

      THAT Andrew McCabe.

Now, try to remember all of the false Seth Rich leads from the past by reviewing the links below. They started on JULY 13, 2016, just three days after the guy died, and had nothing to do with the emails. Rich was on his way to a 4:00 AM interview–on a SUNDAY– with FBI agents to inform them about entirely different criminal activity by Hillary than the cheating of Bernie Sanders. That one simply vanished into the ether.

Next, in the late spring of 2017, a variety of denizens appeared with new Seth Rich allegations, among them former partners Jason Goodman and George Webb on You Tube tangling with Dfango about a “Seth Rich file”, and Butowsky, Wheeler, and the people at FOX. That one with Fox didn’t completely go away, but Fox won’t talk about Seth Rich anymore. Goodman and Webb split not long after that, in the wake of Webb’s claims about a dirty bomb in Charleston, South Carolina’s harbor closed it down and got Webb detained by federal authorities. The feds kicked Webb loose and he went back to reporting on You Tube again.

Last year, Matt Couch, Jack Burkman, and GATEWAY PUNDIT sprang the story that two sources named the killer of SETH RICH. I guess the man ordering the murder was ROD ROSENSTEIN. Couch couldn’t make the press conference, but Burkman ran it. It went sideways. Nothing more was said about it as there was another excitement about Donna Brazile allegedly showing up at the hospital shortly after Rich was taken there in the early morning hours. Apparently, no surveillance camera evidence has appeared to support that allegation. Couch was warned about Burkman, who previously claimed VLADIMIR PUTIN killed Seth Rich because Seth Rich was the “only DNC employee who knew Russia hacked the DNC,” despite the fact Rich dies on 7/10/2016, and the Washington Post had already told the world the “Russians did it” on 6/14/2016, a full month before.

If Andrew McCabe’s involvement is not enough to cause people to take a breath and maintain an objective stance until this thing gets “fleshed out” not much will. Whenever things are dicey for the Establishment, this thing gets stirred again. In not one case did anything come of it other than the official story has more pressure against it relieved as if a pressure valve was opened. Every time an alternate theory gets “refuted” in MSM, the relevant official story is reinforced, whether the JFK assassination or some other official narrative. Some alternative theories are just STRAW MEN designed to be knocked down to reinforce a shaky official narrative. Remember–ANDREW MCCABE was Seymour Hersh’s source for THIS Seth Rich story.

The Russia story has suffered setbacks. The Concord Management case is on the rocks. The Flynn case is going sideways on them. More and more researchers are punching holes in the hack narrative that have everything to do with the technical and documented facts and nothing about Seth Rich. The Establishment might be going for another Straw Man here. Let’s keep an eye on this thing and see where it goes, but I don’t recommend making a big investment of hope here, nor should anyone presently researching stop what they are doing.

he Seth Rich conspiracy theory, a low point from the same right-wing conspiracy-industrial complex that gave us “the Sandy Hook shooting was a false flag,” is back in the news. A Yahoo! News expose by Michael Isikoff traces the Russian origins of the claims that Rich — a Democratic National Committee staffer who was murdered in a likely botched robbery in Washington in July 2016 — was actually offed by Hillary Clinton because he was about to blow the whistle on her supposed corruption.

This repugnant conspiracy theory, which has created untold amounts of grief for Rich’s family, has been exploited by all manner of bad actors working to help Donald Trump, including Julian Assange of WikiLeaks, former White House and adviser and Trump campaign head Steve Bannon and pundits at Fox News, most prominently close Trump friend Sean Hannity.

As soon as Isikoff’s report — which details how Russian propagandists first floated the conspiracy theory just three days after Rich’s death and continued to work steadily to promote it — was released, a rowdy debate erupted over whether or not it was fair to blame the Russians. Philip Bump of the Washington Post argued that it wasn’t, since American sources also circulated this baseless hypothesis and it was mostly American conservatives — (with Assange’s assistance) who promoted it most heavily.

This debate, however, misses the bigger picture. It’s clear that both Russian propagandists and pro-Trump (or anti-Clinton) forces are to blame for this rancid but distressingly popular work of fiction. Even more importantly, this ad hoc grassroots conspiracy to frame Clinton for Rich’s murder worked exactly as intended, and was instrumental in Trump’s shocking electoral victory in 2016. There’s every reason to believe that similar alliances between Russian propagandists and anti-democratic forces in the United States will try to pull similar stunts in 2020.

Item 57 does indeed cite DRWC as having audio of Hersh stating McCabe as his source. I looked, but found no such file. It could have been removed. I could have missed it. I will look again later.

From Wikipedia’s article about Seymour Hersh:
“On August 1, 2017, Hersh was interviewed by National Public Radio for a story on a lawsuit related to an investigation into the 2016 death of former Democratic National Committee staffer Seth Rich. In the interview, Hersh denied a claim by investigator Ed Butowsky that Hersh had said he’d spoken to a Federal Bureau of Investigation source who confirmed the existence of information on Rich’s laptop computer showing he had been in contact with WikiLeaks prior to his death. In the NPR interview, Hersh dismissed the claim as “gossip”.[90]”

So we have a denial by the quoted source. Audio of his original claim is cited in the filing, but a quick search of the website indicates the file is not currently published. At this point you and Butowsky are both citing evidence of dubious quality in support of your cases, at least in this one instance. Hersh’s McCabe claim needs corroboration. He made contradictory statements. One of those is a lie.

We should note that further down, in item 62, Butowksy’s attorneys state that “For his part, Mr. McCabe ordered FBI agents to hide all information connecting Seth Rich to Wikileaks, and to deny it’s existence in response to any FOIA requests.” This would be the plausible choice for McCabe in any alleged cover-up. On the face of it, McCabe confessing to anyone, especially a well known journalist, that he knew SR stole the emails makes no sense, one way or the other. As a head fake it would be a poor tactic.

The filing is a lot to digest in one reading. I will need to review to understand why Hersh’s claim was cited, as Butowsky proceeds to allege that McCabe was actively engaged in concealing the truth about Seth Rich.

Does Butowsky have audio of his phone call with Hersh? Maybe, maybe not. Hersh’s public denials make it incumbent on Butowsky to present evidence. I will review later, but it’s looking like Hersh’s remarks are cited as proof of the smear campaign, not as proof of the conspiracy itself.

There are copies out there on YouTube. Andrew McCabe is not named on that tape. If he had been, it would have caused an explosion in 2017 when it first appeared. I tweeted Devin Nunes about this and told him it should be investigated. If this is true, here is why it is important:

McCabe was publicly pushing the Trump-Russia story while privately manufacturing a Seth Rich narrative and making sure it would be spread. This is similar to a Soviet “Active Measures” operation, wherein two opposing groups are created and set against each other. The Congressman, tied up with the Nancy Pelosi Decorum affair, has yet to respond.

I also thought I sent a tweet to Seymour Hersh, but it really isn’t his Twitter account. Someone with New York magazine set it up.

Hersh’s description of the source fits McCabe very well. Slick leaker, executive rank, lots of access to information. No name was given in the recording, but lots of detail about what Seth and Aaron Rich were alleged to have done.

The other was a British official (now a former?) whose name I do not now recall (maybe someone else remembers?) who said he had some role in the handover of data to Assange. Haven’t heard anything about him in some time. A third was a private investigator who was making headway on the case and later ended up dead on a beach in Florida, conveniently close to the location of certain “interested parties”.

The family was hushed up by a deep state handler assigned to them to keep them quiet and run off anyone who tried to help, and I am not too confident of what the brother Aaron has to say. So unless there is someone we do not know about yet, the only person other than our dearly departed patriot who could tell us anything substantial is Assange himself. I pray to God that squads of Angels are looking out for him, keeping him safe from harm every hour of every day.

The first Butowsky story in 2017 accompanied the naming of ROBERT MUELLER as Special Counsel. Their narrative is getting shaky. If Assange told Ratner he wanted the Rich family told that Seth (and the STILL ALIVE Aaron) were his sources for the DNC emails (not necessarily the PODESTA emails, by the way) why would Assange want someone other than his ATTORNEY to impart that message? Why Ed Butowsky? Don’t tell me that these questions are not reasonable.

What it won’t give you includes:

            1. Why Assange would reveal the identity of his source to the sister of his lawyer when the sister of his lawyer is a bigshot in FOX NEWS.

            2. Why didn’t Ratner push for the “SCOOP” of this story when it didn’t bother her to betray her brother’s Attorney-Client relationship with Assange by yapping to Ed Butowsky in the first place? In the end, FOX got mixed up in trying to get a “SCOOP” via Hannity’s show which blew up like an exploding cigar. This might tell us why all of this happened, including Ratner’s story. How about this?

Like him or not, Assange has always made a very big deal about the fact that, as he maintains anyway, he never lies. Wikileaks doesn’t lie. You might hate his personality, his style, his politics, sure, but, says Assange, you won’t catch him lying. That’s part of his brand and he isn’t shy about reminding people.

So think about it. Just a month after Rich’s murder, Assange was sticking his neck out essentially asserting that Rich was a Wikileaks source and, more, was killed for it. But if Assange was merely bullshitting, he’d have had no reason to think the cops might not actually solve the case in the days or weeks to come. And if that happened, if, for instance, they caught the culprit who confessed to killing Rich in a botched robbery, Assange would have gratuitously, recklessly, indeed stupidly, destroyed his own reputation for truth-telling forever.

That makes no sense. It just doesn’t seem like something Assange would do. It’s almost unimaginable.

    Quote (excerpts):

The Kremlin has rejected the hacking accusations, while the WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange has previously said the DNC leaks were not linked to Russia.

Craig Murray, the former UK ambassador to Uzbekistan, who is a close associate of Assange, called the CIA claims “bullsh*t”, adding: “They are absolutely making it up.”

So, Adm. Rogers was able to provide conclusive information to Judge Collyer. The exact details of the accesses are fully-known to someone, and they are irrefutable facts.

When the “perps” used these data systems to conduct their crimes, they left a trail of proof a hundred miles wide. Of course they thought that they had no reason to care.

DNC hacks? FBI shows no interest in examining.
Bathroom server? FBI recommends no prosecution.
Multiple devices? Smashed with a hammer.
Apple laptop? “Lost” in the mail.
33,000 emails? Wipe with a cloth. Nothing but yoga and weddings were discussed.
Tarmac meetings with Bill? Perfectly normal. Just golf and grandkids.

Nothing to see here, folks. Move along. Just watch your step. The bovine excrement is thick in these parts.

  43. It is interesting – and refreshing – that several parties in the Mueller saga are filing lawsuits to establish key falsehoods … through a jury. One of the Russian companies, although beyond reach of American law, has filed a lawsuit to clear its name. Now we have this lawsuit to challenge the “DNC Hack” … through a jury. Bravo!

Butowsky’s suit against Folkenflik, NPR and three NPR employees for defamation, business disparagement and civil conspiracy. A worthwhile read:

Dollars to donuts……Ellen Rattner says she was lying and this goes beddy-bye.

I would be VERY cautious in believing anything that Rattner says. She is a far left radio talker who has a history of spinning facts and narrative. Her Fox News credentials are as a guest host who presents the Far Left POV.

I don’t doubt she told such a story to Butowsky. But I doubt that Assange would trust Rattner with such crucial source information. That is the kind of information Assange would pass along to a reputable investigative journalist like Greenwald or someone, not Rattner.

    My 2 cents.

How about Assange talking over Lawyer-Client stuff with his attorney’s SISTER who works for FOX News? Does that make sense? Why would Assange tell Ratner to have Ed (Freaking) Butowsky call the Rich family with the news that Seth and Aaron (Still Alive) Rich stole the DNC emails and sold them to Wikileaks? If he talked to Ratner about such things at all, would he not ask Ratner to tell her brother, ASSANGE’S ATTORNEY, to make that call instead of Ed (Freaking) Butowsky?

      Someone is spinning yarns here.

  47. If these allegations are true a Fox News reporter and at least 2 fox news executives knew Assange stated Seth rich downloaded dnc info and not Russian hackers and despite this knowledge Fox reported mueller version for years w/o mentioning rich version. Fox better named the Fix?

What is curious is the around the time Guccifer 2 offered the Emails to Wikileaks the trabsfer for some reason did not happen at that time..but within a few days Peter Strok gave HRC Emails to another FBI Agent headed for Comey. All in this same time period. Crowdstrike had already wiped all the PC Devices supposedly 2 wks prior.

Reportedly there is another reason that Seth Rich had to die, other than giving the DNC emails to Wikileaks. According to Seth Rich’s girlfriend Claudia Kash, Hillary had established her own insurance policy to win elections. And Seth Rich found out about it–which is why his girlfriend said Seth became another Clinton Arkancide case.

    http://stateofthenation2012.com/?p=74018

Seth Rich discovered that Hillary used the DNC website to refer voters to bogus polling places that looked like official voting sites. It was set up with DNC volunteers, regular voting machines etc Voters would be checked off on a voter roster, same as at the official polling places, and given a ballot. Then after the polls closed, the DNC supervisor would pick up the roster and the ballots. The supervisor would then pick up the roster and ballots from the legitimate polling place. He (or she) would then replace a number of the real Bernie Sanders ballots with an equal number of the ballots from the Hillary Clinton voting location. Then the Bernie Sanders ballots would be destroyed. That way the number of people who voted on the official roster still matched the number of ballots counted. This is why there were some reports of lower than expected voter turnouts. Seth Rich, who was responsible for the app that helped voters find their polling places did not realize there were two sets of polling places until he himself went to vote. Seth Rich was appalled by the corruption, and as a result, leaked files to Wikileaks.

  50. Slightly off tropic..

Natalya Veselnitskaya, the Russian lawyer (plant) of Trump Tower meeting fame, who also potentially has information which would expose the deliberate attempted set-up of the Trump Campaign wasn’t interviewed by Mueller either and is effectively barred from returning to the US due to a fairly recent contorted & contrived obstruction charge in another matter brought by the Manhattan US Attorney.

Same Deep State modus operandi used to keep the facts from coming out.
