Next Week Will Be A Very Bad Week For Democrats and Their Media…

Unless the professional praetorian media apparatus can find another ‘sh**hole’ to hide behind, next week is shaping up to be a VERY bad week for Democrats:

The U.S. DOJ Has Begun Taking down the low hanging fruit on the Uranium One Tree – SEE HERE

The Inspector General, Michael Horowitz, Has Begun releasing a years-worth of Investigative Documents to the House Judiciary Committee – SEE HERE

(Great job Dave)

For those that are paranoid about the DOJ/FBI leadership and want to view them as an adversary that is fine. IT WILL MAKE NO DIFFERENCE. Even if they were opposed to cleaning up (which they are not) they are between a rock (IG) and a hard place (Congress) and will comply. (more)

Even Sean Hannity has discovered the BIGGER STORY behind the OIG Report – HERE

And Chairman Devin Nunes is now openly telling his colleagues in congress that the Obama, Lynch and Comey DOJ and FBI FISA violations are beyond their imaginings:

(Via Fox) House Intelligence Chairman Devin Nunes told Republican colleagues in two closed-door meetings this week he has seen evidence that shows clear “abuse” of government surveillance programs by FBI and Justice Department officials, according to three sources familiar with the conversations, raising more questions about whether the controversial anti-Trump dossier was used by the Obama administration to authorize surveillance of advisers to President Trump.

The California Republican made his comments in private meetings with GOP colleagues as he tried to round up votes in favor of renewing a key section of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act, known as Section 702, which eventually passed in the House on Thursday.

That part of the law specifically gives the U.S. government the power to get access to communications, such as emails or phone calls, of foreigners outside the United States who may be plotting a terrorist attack but does not allow the government to target Americans.

[…] Nunes said he would “read all 435 members of Congress into major abuses with other areas of FISA and will read members in ASAP” on those problems, according to one of the three sources familiar with the conversations.  (read more)

It is a very good sign that Chairman Nunes is making these assertions publicly IN ADVANCE of Asst. Attorney General Rod Rosenstein sending him some of the KEY FBI and DOJ officials for questioning.

If the Intelligence Committee(s) and Judiciary Committee(s) are fully briefed on the FISA-702 misuse, in advance of the witnesses appearing to testify, regarding the full scope of the corruption, the hearings are certain to be filled with fireworks, self-preservation testimony and leaks even with the proceedings taking place behind closed doors.

Far too many people have now seen the evidence and even the redacted evidence is jaw-dropping in consequenceThe BIG UGLY has begun; and the presentations by OIG Michael Horowitz have not yet reached sunlight.

“Consciousness of Guilt”

Carefully overseen“?

Pg 83. “FBI gave raw Section 702–acquired information to a private entity that was not a federal agency and whose personnel were not sufficiently supervised by a federal agency for compliance minimization procedures.”

(2017 FISA Court Opinion – 99 Page Brief)

During Comey’s last year of tenure, someone inside the FBI was giving FISA-702 search results on U.S. individuals to a private entity that had nothing to do with government.   Those 702 (American Citizen) results were not “minimized” and exposed the private data of the American citizen(s).

In addition, NSA Director Mike Rogers, who is also in charge of Cyber Command, discovered people within the intelligence community were doing “searches” of the NSA and FBI database that were returning information that had nothing to do with “Foreign Individuals”.

In April 2016 Mike Rogers requested a full FISA-702 Compliance Review.

As an outcome of that review, the DOJ/FBI compliance officer noted FISA violations. Again, the FISA Court (page 84):

Renegade “private contractors”, with access to raw FISA information on FBI storage systems, delivering results of their database searches to outside government entities?

We do not know how many FISA-702 violations took place prior to NSA Mike Rogers initiating the full FISA-702 review in April 2016.  Nor do we know who the insider FBI individuals were; or what results were passed on; or what was done with the results…

…. yet James Comey says:

Carefully overseen?

“The Fix”

Absolutely not! I was driving to the airport to catch a flight to Jacksonville, FL. I had Bloomberg radio on. They were talking about the different committees and the fact 3 out of 4 would be submitting different reports. They emphasized the major differences between Republicans and Democrats within the Nunes and Grassley committees. They said that all committees will leave it to Robert Mueller to determine collusion.

These clowns absolutely have no clue of the Big Ugly and what is about to hit them. The shock they and their listeners and viewers will have is going to be greater than that on election night. When the details of the corruption and the extent they went to assure our President would lose and god forbid in the event he won, the “Insurance Policy” to have him removed will blow them away. 30% of Americans are completely lost. They will justify all of it to stop 🛑 Hitler from becoming President.

However, the 70% that will be sickened and demand justice will be so overwhelming. There is absolutely nothing the press can do to stop 🛑 it. Every single arrest will be celebrated. Our President will do a national speech to Americans detailing everything that was done to him, his family, those that worked for him during the campaign and transition and assure all Americans that justice will prevail and Anyone involved will be held responsible to the full extent of the law.

I and all Treepers and those Americans that love ❤️ our President will be sitting back and enjoying every second of it. We will smile and continue to hold the door open but our Cold Anger will always remain with us.

I wonder, if when all these revelations finally see the day for all to read, if it will matter to those on the Progressive HRC bandwagon and the anti-Trumpers? The MSM has done such a huge disservice to America with their blatant biased coverage. I don’t have to look further than my wife to understand how effective the MSM has been in propagandizing politics. My wife asks me daily about Trumps alleged malfunctions. It is frightening how the MSM can control the flow of information/news.

I did send a donation to Hillsdale and got a nice calendar for 2018. I plan to go to a nearby bank where the banker informed me amid genteel conversation about other things, that it would cost too much to have basic Econ 101 classes for free for all citizens. (I believe this would help to resolve some of our largest problems including the War on Drugs (Prohibition didn’t work), illegal unvetted immigration, high taxation squashing businesses, and other things). His response was that it would be too expensive.

Hillsdale has free classes available on the Constitution, Economics, Western History and other essentials. Let’s support them and spread the word, people

It was the “gifting” of our nation to the international psychopathic bankster cabal and the birth of “deep state” “shadow government”… there is nothing new about the “new world order”.

Now you’re getting it. No one up there in DC realized the smarts and determination of Sessions. He knew the labyrinth of the DOJ/FBI from 13 years of working as a prosecutor. He knows the dark side of the Rule of Law, politics and corruption and crime. He was a state Atty. General. He knows Congress, years in the Senate.

Sessions is “clean” of all the dirt thrown about for over 15-16 months.

The abuse he took was just part of the job as he knew would happen.

He’s been rolling up the rugs so this crap can’t be swept under any of them.

“We are making it clear that we stand with our law enforcement partners 100 percent. They are the solution to crime, not the problem,” Attorney General Sessions declared.

The rule of law is back.

Obama used the DOJ to divert billions in settlement money from banks and corporations to the likes of La Raza and the National Urban League. In the summer, the slush fund was shut down.

“We have prohibited so-called third party settlements that were being used to bankroll outside interest groups,” Attorney General Sessions reiterated.

Shutting down the illegal leftist slush fund restores the rule of law…”

And there are so many more examples provided in the article. One of the final lines is something like”Restoring the rule of law is a thankless job.”

I keep waiting for a troll to ask me why I used a famous death in a saying I use. Donald Trump is a political Spartacus and so are We. No one here on TCH has asked because they get it. Liberals never would even when you explain it. Donald Trump knew they would crucify him if he tried to take down the deep state he had been witnessing for decades. He also knew the unforgotten men and women of America would support his quest to restore our God given rights. Spartacus didn’t die on his cross, because I too am Spartacus. So are We.

Fake News Media always write “such as email, phone, etc…”. They dont want to educate us that it is anything connected digitally or within proximity…it is all encompassing surveillance. To think Obama wantonly surveilled anyone and everything and then shared the “results” with at minimum 30 close associates. President Trump called Obama “SICK” and we await the day when the American People will know that Obama violated President Trump, wife, family and friends privacy, life, liberty and pursuit of happiness. The sickness that infects most power hungry tyrants…they must bring others down to push themselves up.

While I won’t say that there aren’t some government employees that are lazy, I would think the use of contractors was a door opened by the “overwork” of the employees who, in an ideal world, would have been the ones conducting the queries. Keep the Feds occupied and bring in an augmenting force to help “ease the burden on the office”. Of course, now the management gets to hand-pick who is looking at the database.

Now whether or not the abundance of work that those federal employees were being tasked with doing was legitimate. . .or legitimately more important than querying the database. . .

The thing is, surely those working in close proximity to either one of those cases know what is going on…and they don’t report it? Just as guilty!

Crowdstrike was the CONTRACTOR firm used by the DNC during the supposed April 2016 “CozyBear” attack on the DNC computers….DNC Attorney, Michael Sussman, employed by PerkinsCoie, supposedly called his good buddy Shawn Henry to come in and handle the “aftermath” after “Russians” definitely, positively, maybe, kinda, not sure “hacked” the DNC computers.

Shawn Henry is the President of Operations at Crowdstrike. Shawn Henry was the Executive Assistant Director of the FBI Cyber Services branch under Robert Mueller.

James Comey’s FBI used Crowdstrike’s recommendations that Russians had hacked the DNC computers and Comey never confiscated the DNC computers because Comey RELIED on Crowdstrike. IIRC Crowdstrike’s findings were used to support the ever so-NOT important Intelligence Report from the 17 Intelligence Agencies that turned out to NOT be 17 agencies at all.

Crowdstrike seems to be another of those strategically placed ‘security approved’ contractors with an FBI agent at the head, that is being used to run government investigations without oversight.
Oh and we mustn’t forget Crowdstrike has been known to provide fraudulent data to the Russia/Ukraine government as well.

Did/Does Crowdstrike have the capability to do foreign(702) and domestic NSA queries?

Charlotte, I was dismayed when I went to your posted link. I am posting it here because this is such a scandalous report in that it cost the job of one of America’s top Naval Commanders.

A stunning new Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR) report circulating in the Kremlin today states that one of the United States Navy’s top commanders was relieved of his command a few hours ago after he sent out an “email/posting” revealing that President Barack Obama was in the process of purchasing a multi-million dollar seaside luxury villa in the United Arab Emirates city (UAE) of Dubai.

According to this report, the Commander of the US Navy’s Carrier Strike Group 15, Rear Admiral Rick Williams, posted a “pointed” query on 8 January [since deleted] to the US Naval Institute’s “Readiness Kill Chain” “recipients/responders” list as to why Navy security and intelligence personal had been dispatched from Naval Support Facility Thurmont (aka Camp David) to Dubai on what he termed an “Obama house hunting mission”.

            Rear Admiral Rick Williams

Within 18 hours of Admiral Williams posting this query, this report continues, the US Navy’s Third Fleet Commander, Vice Admiral Nora Tyson, acting on direct orders from her Commander-In-Chief, President Barack Obama, fired Admiral Williams stating her action was “due to a loss of confidence in his ability to command” because of “allegations of his misuse of government computer equipment”.

When further questioned by Russian Today journalists via email to provide more details about Admiral Williams firing, this report notes, the Pentagon failed to reply—but then began releasing “anonymous” stories to the US press that Admiral Williams had been viewing pornography on his computer.

To such an absurd claim that Admiral Williams (or any US Navy officer or seaman in fact) could view pornography on their computers, SVR analysts in this report note, is an impossibility due to the US Navy/Marine Corps Intranet (NMCI), which not only blocks such sites, but also requires each single user to log in with their own unique password and username and whose records are meticulously kept and reviewed on a daily basis (thanks to Edward Snowden)—and which one would logically think one of the highest ranking officers in the US Navy would surely be aware of.

As to the “Obama house hunting mission” Admiral Williams was making his query about before being fired, this report continues, SVR intelligence “assests” in the UAE identified it as being a luxury seaside villa located in the Palm Jumeirah development of Dubai being offered for sale at the price of $4.9 million (18 million United Arab Emirates Dirham), and which a deposit on it was made this past week by the Washington D.C. based global public affairs company Podesta Group.

Luxury seaside mansion in Dubai purchased this week for President Obama.

Important to note about the Podesta Group, this report notes, is that its leader is Tony Podesta, who aside from being one of the most powerful oligarchs in the US, is a close personal friend of President Obama too.

Equally important to note about the Podesta Group’s purchasing of this Dubai luxury seaside mansion for President Obama, this report says, is that is being legally represented in this purchase by the equally powerful Washington D.C. based global law firm DLA Piper—both of whom have long been identified as being the nexus power brokers behind Saudi Arabia’s massive multi-million dollar “PR machine” operating behind the scenes corrupting the entire United States political establishment.

So if Saudi Arabia itself is behind the purchase of this luxury seaside villa in Dubai for President Obama this report doesn’t state—but to the cost of it being too high after it cost the job of one of America’s top Naval Commanders is beyond dispute. via Beforeitsnews

I took a hint from your post and went looking around. From: http://thehill.com/blogs/floor-action/senate/204963-senate-confirms-judge-linked-to-benghazi-scandal

Apparently, Grassley would not vote for this guy’s confirmation:

“I can’t support his nomination because of the central role Mr. Chuang played in the administration’s efforts to stonewall an investigation into the situation in Benghazi,” Grassley said. “These questions remain unanswered because the administration refuses to recognize the rights of congressional oversight.”

Chuang provided legal counsel to the State Department and Department of Homeland Security.

Sen. Barbara Mikulski (D-Md.) defended Chuang, saying he was only doing his job and Grassley’s “beef” was really with former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.

“I’m kind of tired of this Benghazi witch hunt stuff,” Mikulski said. “He did not have decision making authority as to whether to provide documents to the committee. That decision came from higher up.”

So Babs, are you saying Hillary ordered him not to comply with a congressional directive? Or someone else?

Time for SCOTUS to revisit NYT vs Sullivan.

It’s a matter of NATIONAL SECURITY to stop manufacture of false/fake news when the Media can without consequence:
    – Collude with a political campaign, candidate or party
    – Slander/Smear a candidate without any basis of fact
    – Quote fictitious sources and create false narratives
    – Collude with foreign governments against US elected officials
    – Publish lies

THIS is not ‘freedom of the press’ – it’s corruption, crime and even treason.

Again – it’s a matter of National Security.

If Obama is dragged down with all of this the left will try and portray him as a martyr (while his handlers toss him aside). Better to destroy everything and everyone around him and leave him standing alone, naked and powerless.

Justice, a word this nation almost lost, must have its way.

There are very real black conservative patriots that can step up and heal the divisive hate the 0 tried so hard to instill into the fabric of this nation.

Justice is a great word, the word for our times.

Chuck, IMO, Obama has always been expendable by his handlers. In fact, I truly expected him to go the way of MLK while in office and forever be a martyr…street riots, etc. so very happy that didn’t occur. Handlers must have thought he was doing an adequate job of destroying the US and setting up the continuing plan with Clinton (who would have been even a more pliable puppet than Obama because of her failing health.)

      • Well, that’s an interesting take. There may be 12 shots to the back of the head suicides on the horizon. There are wimps and nasty people involved who may try to limit the damage by taking out key witnesses. I’d be thinking about a witness protection program if I was one of the key players in this debacle…

Obama is a puppet. I would expect him (and perhaps his entire family) to have an unfortunate bass fishing accident. That way his deluded supporters can have their candlelight vigils, and the puppetmasters can try to keep some of their secrets secret.
That’s probably why he’s been very absent lately and when he does pop up he looks like schiesse on a shingle.
      Stress is a heckuva thing.

I posted this link to FISA 702 compliance violations on one of last week’s threads:

    https://www.newamerica.org/oti/blog/history-fisa-section-702-compliance-violations/#full-list-of-violations

There was also a compliance review of 704 and 705 for the months of March through August, 2015 that was presented in January, 2016. That review also mentioned 702 compliance violations (specifically upstream), but didn’t detail them. This article recaps the importance of 704 and 705 (targeting U.S. persons outside the country) and includes a link to the PDF of the report. Notice about 80 Americans were affected.

“…they expected the Mueller investigation to come to an end in January.”

Mueller was the head of the FBI from 2001 to 2013. The FBI has stonewalled IG Horowitz for YEARS… until now. 😉 Connect Dots.

Statement of Michael E. Horowitz Inspector General, U.S. Department of Justice
          before the
U.S. Senate Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs

“[…]My Office knows these problems all too well, and we continue to face
challenges in getting timely access to information from Department components.
In particular, the FBI continues to take the position it first raised in 2010 that
Section 6(a) of the Inspector General Act does not entitle the DOJ OIG to all
records in the FBI’s possession and therefore has refused DOJ OIG requests for
various types of records. As I have indicated in my prior testimony, the DOJ OIG
and CIGIE strenuously disagree with the FBI’s position,
          which we have both made
          clear to the Department’s leadership.[…]”

      Interesting question.

He ccertainly COULD use the OIG Report as his ‘out’, his reason to end the charade.
Well, that AND of course the fact he has no evidence whatsoever of collusion.

      But WILL he?

I don’t think he will, cuz he has not only ALL the deep staters and anti-trumpers nipping at his heels to come up with SOMETHING to charge the Pres with, but he has his own past (Uranium 1) he wants to keep a lid on.

I have felt from the beginning that the Mueller “investigation” was meant to be nothing more than a threat to Pres Trump, a psy-ops on our Pres and all his supporters, to keep us back on our heels under constant threat that if our Pres proceeds with an offensive against the deep state our Agenda is in peril.

And their stacking the “investigation team” with big name, high profile, leftist lawyers was part of the threatening posture.

And so far, in my opinion anyway, it has played out just that way.

Unfortunately for Mueller, although he may have been at one time a Marine and a hero, he has surrounded himself with very bad people.
And, ‘you are the company you keep’.

So I don’t see Mueller doing the wise thing here.

JAS … The book will be thrown at these criminals with (I suspect), charges for crimes committed alone, crimes committed in conspiracy with others, and the failure to report knowledge of crimes committed by others within the conspiracy circle. If the penalty years are stacked, the total years could be decades.
