DeAndre Joshua, 20, was murdered on the same night of the Saint Louis Grand Jury announcement. DeAndre was shot in the head, and then a flammable liquid poured on him and set afire inside his vehicle.

DeAndre Joshua also fits the social profile of several eye-witnesses who gave the police/FBI statements and testified before the Grand Jury in the Mike Brown shooting case.  If that were the only coincidence it might be easy to dismiss.  Alas, it’s not. Out of an abundance of caution for other witnesses we are avoiding outlining the most direct connections. 

As you are aware DeAndre  was an employed black male, with no history of drug use or illicit behavior.  In the Canfield Community marijuana is not considered illicit, nor does weed really qualify as drug use – it’s as common as tobacco.  DeAndre was also a friend of Dorian Johnson who is currently under protection.

Obviously his friend, Dorian Johnson is very alarmed, understandably so. On the  night before the Grand Jury announcement, there were considerable nerves amid a select group in the Ferguson community.

As the attention of a nation turned to the grand jury decision, and also to the demands of the Justice for Mike Brown coalition, Dorian Johnson was potentially going to be the recipient of a tremendous amount of angst.  Several people were looking for DeAndre and Dorian. (more…)

Sheesh.  A woman brought a 70 lb “emotional support animal”, a pig, on board an American Airlines flight.

[…] Jonathan Skolnik, a professor at the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a passenger on the flight, told ABC News today he thought the woman with the pig was carrying a duffel bag when she got on the plane and headed straight for the empty seat next to him.

“But it turns out it wasn’t a duffel bag. We could smell it and it was a pig on a leash,” he said. “She tethered it to the arm rest next to me and started to deal with her stuff, but the pig was walking back and forth.”

Well Past Midnight – While looking for a couple of kids missing in the neighborhood a cop spotted a partially buried shovel sticking out from a massive pile of snow almost 10′ high.  The cop pulled out the shovel, then decided to dig a bit – he found nothing. 
Something, just a sense, he can’t quite describe it in interviews, nagged him a little, and an internal whisper told him to just try digging a little deeper, so he did.   He dug a bit more, a little deeper, deeper still….
and spotted a boot…
(CNN) — Two little boys have something to be thankful for this year following their rescue after spending hours buried under a pile of snow in New York.
The boys, ages 9 and 7, were building a fort Wednesday evening when a snow plow came through a parking lot near their homes in Newburgh.
It pushed even more of the white stuff into the snowbank in which they were playing, leaving them trapped underneath the snow for several hours, according to police. (more…)

Treeper Commonsense has done an excellent job digging into Dorian Johnson’s Grand Jury testimony.   Many questions can be answered and additionally many explanations become self evident.   I am copying the entire analysis below (with a few edits) and inserting some additional research to help expand on the larger picture.
The issues are so riddled with complexity the scope of the article is very involved.  So sip the information slowly, bookmark to return if needed – all citations included.

The Story Begins:  Dorian Johnson’s Grand Jury testimony is utterly fascinating because it is so full of holes, and raises so many more questions.  (Who was Big Mikes roommate at Canfield?  What did they do for four hours that morning before going to the Ferguson Liquor Mart? etc.)
This can all be found in Grand Jury Volume #4:
First, the transcripts reflect, before hearing a word directly from Dorian Johnson on September 10th, the Grand Jury watched all of his media interviews.   In addition, the Grand Jury *listened to audio of an FBI interview with Dorian held on Wednesday August 13th four days after the shooting.
*This becomes key later in the testimony because some juror questions are asked that appear to come out of left field – but they are actually based on the previous information about and from Dorian the jurors have digested.
On on page 18 the asst. prosecutor lets Dorian know he’s not the focus of any criminal charges (for the robbery, for weed, etc.).  This seems to infer he has nothing to be concerned about in telling the entire truth.  Again, this becomes critical later on. (more…)

Jack Cashill finds the details in witness #40’s account, too similar to the details we exposed here (that no-one knew) to be sheer coincidence.  Hence, the reasoning for the journal entry of Witness #40 placed in the evidence document data.

Initially I thought it was highly unlikely.  However, now, notsomuch….

(Via American Thinker) Easily the strangest of all the documents that have emerged from the Darren Wilson grand jury is the one attributed to Witness 40. These are the pages pulled from her — I assume her based on writing style — diary entries from the day Michael Brown was shot, August 9, 2014. She does not appear to have been interviewed.
On the face of things, Witness 40 fully corroborates the testimony of Officer Wilson. I leave the grammar uncorrected. “The cop was wobbling,” she wrote from her anxious perch in a silver Pontiac stopped behind Wilson’s car, “the big kid turned and had his arms out with attitude. The cop just stood there dang if that kid didn’t start running right at the cop like a football player, head down.” (more…)

I’ve never been so sure of something I couldn’t fully prove – as I am about the IRS targeting instructions coming from political officials to the Eric Holder DOJ and the IRS.  We’ve followed the releases closely, researched and cataloged the information and genuinely believe this one scandal is bigger than all other Obama administration scandals combined.
The IRS illegally sent taxpayer information via Schedule B’s to the U.S. Department of Justice.  The Department of Justice then assembled a “Target List” from the entities contained on the schedule B’s (individuals and organizations).
The groups and individuals on the list then came under scrutiny from every regulatory body in the arsenal of the Federal Government.   The IRS,  ATF (Alcohol Tobbacco Firearms), EPA (Environmental Protection Agency), OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration), EEOC, Banking and Finance etc., all to attack conservative groups and people with overwhelming and destructive regulation, fines and penalties.
(Via Daily Caller)  The legal advocacy firm Cause of Action sued the Treasury Department’s inspector general for information about further IRS coordination with the White House. The long-stonewalled lawsuit has finally borne fruit. (more…)
