Twitter folks identified the sneaky photographer as Doris N Truong and editor for the Washington Post. However, some disputed that identity and believed the culprit to be Lisa Song, a reporter for Inside Climate News. No-one is certain of the identity.
Update: The Washington Post’s Doris Truong has stated it is not her.

Senator Marco Rubio exited the confirmation hearing for Rex Tillerson as Secretary of State nominee and, important to note – RUSHED TO CNN, to tell media he was “uncertain” and “doubtful” if he’d support Trump’s nominee for Secretary of State.
Moments earlier Senator Marco Rubio engaged in the following questioning of T-Rex:
“When media reports, on media reports, the concentric circles of self-serving narratives expand to the infinite horizon of nothingness”…
…never held more validity than what was witnessed over the last 24 hours between CNN and Buzzfeed.
In an NBC interview with Chuck Todd earlier today Buzzfeed editor Ben Smith stated: “the only reason we published the 35 page dossier was because CNN was reporting on it” – SEE HERE–
